Starting point is 00:00:00 Articles of impeachment have been filed against Pete Hegeseth. And now we're learning that Pete Hexeth just canceled the meeting that he was meant to have this morning. And of course, tonight is the night that Donald Trump is going to do something in Iran. We don't know what. That is, of course, unless Donald Trump postpones what's going to happen, which he typically does. But Pete Hexeth is running scared, as he should. This government is committing war crimes. They're, I think, actively lying to us about what is happening over in the Middle East,

Starting point is 00:00:35 and he's caught up in all of it. And he's not going to have power forever, whether that's impeachment or something else. Pete Hexeth is going to have to answer for what's happening right now. And Pete Hexeth, as I said, was lying, I think, about this rescue mission that occurred in Iran. Per the president's direction, today will be the largest volume of strikes since day one of this operation. Tomorrow, even more than today. And then Iran has a choice. Choose wisely because this president does not play around.

Starting point is 00:01:11 You can ask Soleimani, you can ask Maduro, you can ask Khomeini. And to our adversaries, watching from Tehran, let this be a clear message. The United States military will go anywhere at any time to protect our own and complete the mission. We execute with precision. We control the sky. You see, we flew for seven hours in daylight over Iran to get the first pilot. And we flew seven hours in the middle of the night

Starting point is 00:01:44 to get the second. And Iran did nothing about it. So I want to talk about that for a moment. I wrote actually, people got very mad at me on X. Because I wrote this. I said, no evidence the second soldier or whatever we call it fire pilot in Iran was actually rescued by the way we're just taking the most untrustworthy administration in American history at their word and maga got very mad at me

Starting point is 00:02:14 first off because I called them this person a soldier when apparently they're a pilot or I don't know the technical labeling of what this person does but they're a member of the military who got lost in Iran supposedly now I don't believe anything coming out of this administration at all at all I am very much so in the camp of okay

Starting point is 00:02:39 let's verify check and verify check and verify Donald Trump has lied about everything he lies about silly things like how well he doesn't golf he lies about important things like elections

Starting point is 00:02:55 so you're telling me that the most untrustworthy president, which has created the most untrustworthy administration in American history, is just to be believed at face value about what's happening with this soldier. We don't even know if there was a soldier. And even if there was a soldier, we don't know if that person was picked up. Iran has said that soldier was actually killed by our own military because they couldn't save the person so that either kill them than have that person be a prisoner of war.

Starting point is 00:03:29 Or it could be that there was no pilot at all and that this was some sort of PR stunt. We don't know. We don't know. But there's no evidence. There is no evidence that this person exists or that this person was lost or this person was found. There's been many reports reporting out what the government has said. But there's been no verified evidence that any of this story is true. So I don't trust it.

Starting point is 00:03:58 I don't trust it one bit. There's something about it that stinks to me. Does it stink to you? And one reason why I don't trust it is because this is administration that is telling our military instructing them to commit war crimes. Here's more on that. But as for those strikes, Trump keeps tweeting about and talking about against Iran and what Trump may soon order the men and women of the United States military to do,

Starting point is 00:04:20 according to Trump as early as tomorrow night, former military lawyers warned that what Donald Trump is publicly calling for, if it is followed through, would quote, amount to the most serious war crimes, and thus the president's statements place service members in a profoundly challenging situation. Iranian power plants and other critical civilian infrastructure are protected from attacks by the law of war of the United States that we help craft after World War II. Despite those well-settled legal parameters, Trump has repeatedly threatened to obliterate such infrastructure without regard to the law's high demands. So is it any surprise that House Democrats are moving? to impeach Hexeth over war.

Starting point is 00:05:02 A House Democrat announced Monday she will introduce articles of impeachment against Secretary of Defense Heg Seth over his handling of U.S. separations in Iran. Hexeth is emerging as Democrats' top target in the Trump cabinet following the ousters of Christenome and Pambandi.

Starting point is 00:05:18 Said in a statement, Yasim and Ansari said she will introduce articles of impeachment against Hexeth next week for quote, repeatedly violating his oath of office and duty to the Constitution. quaint, quote, excess reckless engagement of U.S. service members and repeated war crimes are grounds for impeachment and removal from office. She also pointed to Donald Trump's truth social post on

Starting point is 00:05:43 Easter that we've talked about at length. And she said the 25th Amendment exists for a reason, his cabinet should use it, the fate of the U.S. troops. The Iranian people and the very foundation of our global system are at stake. And that may be, multiple. There might be multiple reasons why, then, that Pete Hackseth has abruptly canceled his press conference, said here in a very short email, media colleagues, tomorrow's press briefing has been canceled very respectfully, duty officer. Let's dive into that a little bit more. A scheduled press briefing set to take place on 8 a.m. today was canceled by the Pentagon, the briefing, which was to be conducted by Secretary Pete Hegseth alongside the choice. the chair of the joint chiefs of staff, was set to come just 12 hours before a deadline set by President Trump over Iran to open the straight of Hamuz or face bombardment on power plant

Starting point is 00:06:41 and bridge facilities. There's been no reason yet for why they've canceled that press briefing, but I think we've kind of understand now. And it could be as well that Iran has actually publicly rejected Trump's peace deal, again, humiliating Trump on the world stage, saying that Trump has about 20 hours left to either surrender to Iran or his allies will return to the Stone Age, Iran said about Donald Trump. So we're looking at what could be a catastrophic event happening later today. The Secretary of Defense is nowhere to be found. We have Congressman Randy Fine, who yesterday tweeted happy power plant in Bridge Eve celebrating war crimes. I'm grateful that one Democrat appears to be taking this seriously filing articles of impeachment.

Starting point is 00:07:32 Obviously, it's not going to go anywhere. But as I showed you late last night, Alex Jones, Tucker Carlson, Candace Jones, a lot of these MAGA people are pulling away from the president. My hope is that that plus the pressure on this administration could hopefully stop them from doing the unthinkable. I don't even want to say it out loud. And very clearly, the pressure is getting to Pete HECSeth because he can't even answer questions hours before a deadline that Trump said

Starting point is 00:08:09 that could truly change the course of the world and human history. That's not an exaggeration. So this is an administration that is scared, they're cornered, and like any animal who's scared and cornered, they're lashing out and trying to bite. We just have to hope that cooler heads prevail. Now, we don't know what Donald Trump is going to do tonight. It would have been nice for the Secretary of Defense to answer those questions, but since we don't know,

Starting point is 00:08:42 and to be the really fair, like I said earlier, I don't trust them. I don't trust Pete. I don't trust Trump. I don't trust a goddamn thing coming out of this White House. So maybe it's best that they didn't say anything, because we know what the they're going to say is a lie. Or it's a stretched out version of the truth to make them look as good as possible. Or they're only telling us partial truths, which in a way, in a clever way to lie. So I suppose I'm glad Pete Hague Seth is gone momentarily. And we will keep following all
