If you don't know, Donald Trump has spawned multiple times.
Maybe you do know that.
But his spons have spawned and they have spawns.
Kai Trump.
And they're following the footsteps of the Trump family in grifting and using their name
and their proximity to power to make as much money as possible.
And Kai Trump, like the Trump's before her, breaking many laws to do it.
And this photo right here is a clear example of.
the multiple laws that she has broken in order to hawk her $130 sweatshirts, with, by the way,
a logo that is stolen.
But real quick, before we get to any of that, if you could please hit like on this video,
more people are going to see it.
And if you're not subscribed, we're almost at 900,000 subscribers.
You could help us get that goal today.
Thanks so much.
Now let's get to this.
So let's get into all of that.
First, if you don't know, Kai Trump is
The spawn of Donald Trump Jr. and is 18 years old, so don't feel bad for her.
She is an adult.
And she is leveraging her presidential connections to rich herself, just like the folks who come before her.
The sweatshirts, which feature Kai's name or initials in three different places, are available for the website for a low, low price of $130.
Now, what I love about this website, by the way, is that it's called kaiTrump.shop.
having come up the name for it. And yes, these incredible sweatshirts are $130. And what I want you,
and she has unisex. Wow. So progressive. Now, what I would love for you to tell me in the comments
is what can you, what could you get for $130? Because it could be a sweatshirt, but I think
there's a lot you could do for $130. And at a time when so many Americans,
are having trouble paying for basic needs.
It's honestly a slap in the face for this child of billionaires
going to inherit billions of dollars,
inherited wealth and power,
to hawk $130 sweatshirts using the federal government as a backdrop.
Now, before we get to the laws that she's broken,
I also want to point out that, like I said,
she is a Trump through and through,
because this logo here got clocked as being very similar to the same logo used by Travis Kelsey,
who is Taylor Swift's fiancé, when he did a collaboration with American Eagle.
So they can't even like, they can't even like break the law in grift with their own original
ideas.
They have to steal it from other people.
And here again is that here's that logo on Travis here.
completely unaware that he was about to be stolen from. Now, as I said, this, these photos,
it wasn't just like she took a picture at the White House. She literally had a full on photo shoot
on the White House grounds using the White House as a backdrop, which is disturbing, disgusting,
and it turns out very illegal. Now, she has broken many statutes by doing this.
Here they are, and I'll tell you what they mean.
It says here, sorry, this is 15 U.S. code, section 1125A, section 43A of the Lanham Act,
Lanham Act, Lanham Act, saying any person who on or in connection with goods or services
or any container for goods uses in commerce, any word, term, name, symbol, or device,
or any combination thereof, or any false designation of origin, false or mislating description of fact,
or false or misleading representation of fact, which one, or which A, is likely to cause confusion
or cause mistake or deceive as to the affiliation connection or association of a person
with another person or to the origin sponsorship or approval of his or her goods or services
or commercial activities by another person or B, in commercial advertising or promotion,
misrepresents the nature, characteristics, qualities, or geographic origin of his or her
or another person's good services or commercial activities.
So, even if indirectly the government or the White House supports the merch when they don't,
you can be sued under this.
You can be sued under this.
It doesn't matter if you're a private citizen or the president's daughter.
So this is a false endorsement that she's using the White House as the backdrop for her sweatshirt
line, I think to me implies some form of endorsement, wouldn't you?
Now, that's not even the only statute that she broke.
And then there's an unauthorized use of government property.
That's 5 CFR Section 2635.704. Federal employees may not use government property,
including buildings, facility, or other resources for unauthorized purposes, especially for personal
or commercial gain. Now, it says that here in a more less plain language sort of way.
But why this applies is that if she was allowed under the White House grounds and then use that
access to stage promotional photos or videos for her merchandise. She may have benefited from
government property for a private commercial purpose, even as a guess. While this rule applies to
federal employees, anyone who facilitates to or benefits from a violation should trigger an
ethics inquiry. But I'm sure as we know, that will not happen. And then Pam Blondie was on Fox News
just the other day to say that no one is above the law. We are investigating so many things,
Sean at the Department of Justice and that was the ultimate weaponization, what they tried to do to
his family, no longer. Weaponization has ended and no one in this country is above the law.
No one in this country is above the law. That's great to know. No one is above the law. And she said
that when indicting James Comey. And if no one is above the law, then I feel like the law should be
treated equally for all people, and we should investigate Kai Trump and anyone who allowed
Kai Trump to use the White House grounds to stage a photo shoot to sell her merch to make money
off of the government and federal property. And while we're at it, I think you should also
investigate Tom Holman, who took $50,000 of a bribe. And if that's not the case, then I think you
should release the video that the FBI has where they gave him $50,000 alleged.
Now, this is, what she did here is a civil violation.
She won't get arrested.
She can't, like, the National Guard isn't going to come and get her, right?
She could get sued.
She could get sued by people withstanding.
The federal government could sue her.
Campaign could sue her.
I could sue her.
Should I sue her?
Should we sue Kai Trump?
Should we do something to at least show that we're not going to at least take this shit standing down?
I'm fucking sick of the grifting, to be completely honest.
Disgusted by this, if she wants to sell her stupid little t-shirts, fine.
Don't use our house to do it.
That's not your house.
Donald Trump is there for a limited amount of time.
How dare you, quite frankly, use it to sell your merch when you do not need any money.
You do not need money.
You have more than enough.
You don't have to do anything in your life.
You can just sit around and do nothing and you will be.
fine, okay? And it's really just disheartening to me that when you have so much, what your best
idea is is how can I get more rather than how can I give? I think we need to have more Americans
with a give mentality, not a get. Anyways, so that I feel like that's why we should give her a lawsuit.
But let me know what you think we should do. And I will definitely be following this. And we'll see you next time.
