Let's just be super clear about this. Our government is lying to us. They're lying to us about the Epstein files. They're lying to us about prices. They're lying to us about the president's health. As Kyle Kalinsky says here, they're lying about the president's health, and now they're lying about how many dead soldiers there are.

We cannot trust this government. We cannot trust this administration. And I do know that if they're telling us something, and it doesn't make sense, it's probably because they're lying. And Fox News is also getting out on the line because you might not know this, but Donald Trump disrespected our troops yesterday when we received the soldiers who had died in Iran, and he wore a baseball cap, $55 from his merch store. That's how the President of the United States honored our troops.

And what do you know? Fox News played defense for the president by showing an old video of Donald Trump from a previous dignified transfer here, that is. Got to your headlines. President Trump, First Lady Melania Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance, and Secretary Lady Usha Vance, attending a dignified transfer to honor the final homecoming of the six U.S. service members killed in Kuwait. The solemn ritual returns the remains of troops killed in action. It is considered one of the most somber duties of a commander in chief, President Trump, promising the nation that they will all be removed.

Again, this is from a previous dignified transfer that is not from yesterday. This is what Donald Trump wore yesterday. What the hell is happening? The lies are just becoming so blatant and irrefutable. I actually was shocked by this. And Caroline Levitt continued the lies on Fox News earlier today when she said this. Now, with respect to what's happening with gas prices right now, this is a short-term disruption for the long-term gain of taking out the rogue Iranian terrorist regime and finally

ending their restriction of the free flow. Now, we're going to keep watching this clip, but this is a temporary short-term disruption for a long-term gain. I'm like literally so confused by this because Donald Trump ran on lowering prices. He ran on no new wars. he ran on helping America first. But now we all have to sacrifice money, sacrifice our safety for long-term gain of taking out a rogue Iranian terrorist regime. How does that benefit us? I don't think they've really tried convincing us why this war isn't necessary. And I actually have

a sense of it. I kind of feel like. what they're doing is to help Israel. This isn't even our war. This is Israel's war. And I don't know what the hell they got on our administration on Donald Trump. But it must be something good because he's going against everything he ran on. And I don't fully understand why. Nor had they pretended to even try to tell us why this is important.

Let's keep going. A flow of energy in the Middle East and in the straight of Hermuz. And even with this short term period throughout Operation Epic Fury, The president and his energy team are on the ball. They've announced political risk insurance for cargo vessels and oil ships that are going to be moving through the strait. They've announced that the U.S. Navy, if and when necessary, will escort those tankers to ensure that oil can move. The president is also tapping into our newfound market in Venezuela, where, again, there were a lot of panicking about that military operation. And look at the success.

We are working in a cooperative manner with the interim authorities to bring that oil into the market as expedition. as possible. Now, we're being told, too, that this war, war, by the way, it's a war, even if they haven't declared war, it can still be an act of war, whether or not our government recognizes that as such. And by the way, they're calling it that, too. They're calling it a war. Pete Hecksett's calling it a war. They literally created the department of war. It's so funny, they created the Department of War, only to say, well, actually, we're in a conflict. Huh? You created a whole new name? for the Department of Defense because you're sick of defending, you want to start fighting,

and now when you actually are fighting, you can't defend yourself. It's beyond parity. Regardless, this war is going to go on until they're saying at least September, and I believe wasn't the Israel-Gaza War supposed to only go on for about a month or two? The Ukraine War was supposed to be over and done with by now. these things have a way of kind of running away from whoever starts them. Quite often they're not the ones who finish them. So we will see on whether or not this goes until September, but they have no strategy.

They have no solution. They did this because Israel told them to. And now we're paying a billion dollars a day for a war no one wants. When, by the way, they're cutting SNAP benefits. They didn't continue the child tax credit and prices are going up. What a great deal we all got here. She went on to say that there could very well be troops on the ground. Yeah, and the president had an interesting exchange on Air Force One over the weekend, Carol.

I want to get your take about this idea of troops on the ground. Mothers out there are worried that we're going to have a draft, that they're going to see their sons get in and daughters get involved in this. What do you want to say about the president's plans for troops on the ground? As we know, it's been largely an air campaign up until now. It has been and it will continue to be. And President Trump wisely does not remove options off of the table. I know a lot of politicians like to do that quickly. But the president as commander-in-chief wants to continue to assess the success of this military operation.

It's not part of the current plan right now, but the president, again, wisely keeps his options on the table. But as commander-in-chief, there's no greater person. priority or responsibility to this president, then of course, protecting the American people and protecting our troops and our bases in the Middle East, which Iran has been threatening for 47 years. They have killed and maimed thousands of American soldiers. And President Trump was not going to allow Iran to attack our bases and our troops and our men and women in the Middle East first. And that's why he took this historic action by launching Operation Epic Fury. It's like, it's like 2003, but dumber with the weapons of mass destruction.

Like, they're not even pretending to have a real reason. It's crazy. So are you excited to send your children to a war that no one wants? That there's no, literally no reason to have. We're killing civilians for no reason. And I had to say this, that if we're going to do this, bitch, you better, you better start drafting Kai Trump. Is Kai Trump going to be on the front lines? She's young enough.

Baron Trump? Is he going to be fighting the war? If not, why not? If you're going to draft and send troops, why not start with the president's family? Oh, I know why. Because this actually isn't a war meant to be fought by the rich and powerful. It's as most wars are meant to be fought by poor, vulnerable communities that don't ever have a say and whether or not we even started it.

All right, I'm going to end with this because I couldn't believe this either. But Maria Bartaroma actually went pretty hard on Lizzie Graham. I want to get your take on all this. A billion dollars a day. Oil prices up 27% in a week. You've got the president wanting a $1.5 trillion defense budget in 27. The idea that the Pentagon is about to come to you for $50 billion on these strikes to Iran. How are you going to answer?

Best money ever spent. Was it worth to America to take down a religious Nazi regime who's trying to build a nuclear weapon to deliver to America? That's a really good investment. They're going to fall. It's not if the regime falls. It's a matter of when. And you didn't mention today, and nobody has, quite frankly, we now know they had enough 60% enriched uranium to make 11 bombs. But I thought we had obliterated.

their nuclear program. That's where our government told us last spring. So that was a lie? They're too tripped up in all these lies. There's too many to keep track of, but they're lying. I don't trust them. The president is likely dying. He is not really operating at 100%,

and he's making an incredibly important decisions that affect us all. And it feels like with absolutely no oversight, no strategy, just do it and figure out what It's not a way to run a country and it's certainly not a way to help us remain safe in the world
