Starting point is 00:00:00 Oh baby, oh baby. There is a MAGA Silver War brewing. I don't know if you could feel that energy. I don't know if it's a sickness, a sadness, or hopefulness, depending upon what is going to happen. But it involves Stephen Miller, which creeps me out. Let me have to talk about him. It involves him and this tweet, this disgusting tweet from a disgusting individual. Moments after someone was killed at the hands of our own government, Stephen Miller decided to say, an assassin tried to murder federal agents, and this is your response. Yes, he called Alex Pretti an assassin, an assassin. Well, that type of rhetoric, it turns out, came straight from the top, came from Stephen
Starting point is 00:00:43 Miller, instructed the way that everyone else in the White House talked about it, and now everyone's pointing fingers. Christy Nome, for instance, is leaking. She's leaking her ass off. She's talking to reporters trying to play the Blaine game and trying to get this man thrown under the bus. This man is thrown Christy Noem under the bus, and Melania Trump is mad at all of them. Let's get right into it. First, Donald Trump, oh man, this is so good. Donald Trump held a two-hour meeting with Christy Noem amid backlash to Minneapolis shooting. Now, the way that Christy Noem and Corey Lewandowski,
Starting point is 00:01:21 who Christy Noem is allegedly sleeping with, the way that they framed this was that they actually wanted to have the meaning. No, no, no, no. This was them getting reprimanded by Trump. And here's a little bit about what we know. President Trump met Monday evening in the Oval Office with Kristyneum, the Homeland Security Secretary, and Corey Learindovsky, her top aide, her top aide, for nearly two hours as his administration tries to shift its strategy after federal agents killed the second Minneapolis resident over the weekend, according to two people briefed on the meeting. The meeting came after Ms. Noem, requested to see the president. the people said. Speaking on the condition of an in any, we needed to discuss a private meeting.
Starting point is 00:02:02 Okay, there's only so many people in that room. Okay. So it's Corey Lewandowski. It's Kristy Noem, Trump, and then Susie Wiles. Uh, I believe Caroline Levitt was in that meeting, but you know who wasn't there? Stephen Miller, Iced out. Now, they're saying that Trump did not suggest during the meeting that either Gnomes or Lee Wendowski's job are at risk, but who's to say if that's true? not, but as it says here, this is the latest sign that Donald Trump is obviously worried about what has happened. The all-level office meeting included Trump's top aides, including Susie Wiles, Caroline Levitt, Stephen Chung, but as I said, Stephen Miller was not there. So again, like, there's only, like, so who do you think leaked that? Let's just like use our, use our power of
Starting point is 00:02:51 imagination. It's either Christy Noem, Corey Lewandowski, do you think Susie Wiles would leak this, Caroline Levitt, Stephen Chung? I don't think so. Stephen Miller? I don't think so. Perhaps. Perhaps. Regardless, there's a blame gang going around at the White House, as I said, and Axios has the scoop on it. Okay, so it says here that Christenome is under fire from misleading an incendiary information that claimed immigration agents killed an armed Minnesota protester Saturday because he wanted to, quote, massacre them. Okay, now that language has become a source of controversy in the Trump administration. And as you can see here, this is language that both Christyneum and Greg Bonvino said moments after the shooting. An individual. An individual approached U.S. Border Patrol officers with a nine millimeter semi-automatic handgun. The officers attempted to disarm this individual, but the armed suspect reacted violently. Okay. So they both have the same exact speech, literally the same exact words that obviously came from some at the top. Now, okay, also this report from Axios has an anonymous source, but I think we can all assume that only Christy Noem would have an interest in getting this out and two would have
Starting point is 00:04:08 the information that we're about to read here. White House officials are blaming Custer and Border Patrol for furnishing inaccurate information while others are targeting Stephen Miller, the White House Deputy Chief of Staff and top Trump advisor, six sources with knowledge of the situation told Axios. Noam said here, everything I've done. I've done at the direction of the president and Stephen. Nome said, okay, so that's pretty blatant. We're getting some more information, too, saying that moments after the shooting,
Starting point is 00:04:35 officers directly evolved to the shooting all shut up and got lawyers real quick, so there wasn't a lot of information. The CBP officers on the ground furnished to report that the White House officials told Axios left officials with the belief that Prattie had brandish a gun. Miller, quote, heard gun and knew what the narrative would be Prattie came to massacre cops,
Starting point is 00:04:55 the source briefed on the process of assembling the press statement said, again, like, who would have that information? Who would have that information want to leak it? Any early comments made were based on information sent to the White's house through CBP Stephen Miller, told Axios in response for an earlier vision of the story in which others blamed him for the massacre statement. Now, DHS posted the statement at 1231 on X. So White House officials had signed off in the statement, but others had not leaving them frustrated. quote, others within the White House attempted to clean up the DHS statement prior to it being sent, but it already had been disseminated. President Trump was kept a prize by this statement by Miller
Starting point is 00:05:33 and Nome's top advisor, Corey Lewandowski, one of Trump's former campaign managers in 2016, according to two sources. Minutes after the DHS statement, Miller posted on X, called Prattie, as I showed earlier, an assassin, which a source said was also based on preliminary report from Cussons and Border Patrol. Vice President J.D. Vance reposted that onto his page, and I think he's actually never going to live that down. And Nome subsequently used the language at a news conference, as did the Border Patrol commander that I showed you earlier. Now, someone actually blamed Greg Bonvino, saying that he should be the one blamed for the misinformation, but not about Prattie, not Stephen. So, okay, this, I mean, this goes back and forth. It's a very interesting article, but you get the point. There's a lot of fingerpoint happening, okay?
Starting point is 00:06:21 They know someone's going to end up with a hot potato. They don't want it to be them. That's why it's shocking to see that Stephen Miller literally is acknowledging, could it be a mistake? In a statement to CNN, Miller said the White House had, quote, provided clear guidance to DHS that extra personnel that had been sent to Minnesota for the force protection should be used for conducting fugitive operations to create a physical barrier between the arrest teams and the disruptors. We are evaluating why the CBP team may not have been following that protocol. So, yes, a little bit of mistake, but also pointing the finger back at Christy Nome. He's a little bit more about that. One of Trump's top aides on immigration, Stephen Miller, is admitting tonight a possible
Starting point is 00:07:04 breach of protocol by the officer who shot Alex Prattie, which is a pretty stunning thing to come out of this administration, especially given what they said initially. It comes as Republican Senator Tom Tillis, whom you just heard slamming Christy No. has taken on Stephen Miller. Stephen Miller is in the same boat. This guy, after doing the stupid comments he made about Greenland, getting the president in a difficult circumstance, is one of the people that came out publicly and said that this guy was a terrorist before he had even talked with anybody on the ground. And that's clearly not the case now.
Starting point is 00:07:38 So, I mean, it's just, I mean, Stephen Miller never fails to live up to my expectations of incompetence. I mean, that's a pretty stunning thing to hear Republican say, right? right? Stephen Miller never fails to live up to my expectations for incompetence. Kristen Holmes broke this news about Miller. She joins us now from the White House. So Kristen, what are you learning right now? Yeah, Aaron, this is quite stunning coming from Stephen Miller, who of course has been one of the most hardline immigration enforcers when it comes to President Trump's administration. He is essentially conceding or acknowledging that there might have been a breach of protocol when it comes to the shooting of Alex Pretty. And just a reminder, this is the same person who said that Preti in the aftermath was a would-be assassin.
Starting point is 00:08:20 This is what the statement says. And he lays this out very clearly. It says that the White House provided clear guidance to DHS that the extra personnel that had been sent to Minnesota to force protection should be used for conducting fugitive operations to create a physical barrier between the arrest teams and the disruptor teams. Goes on to say, we are evaluating why the CBP team may not have. have been following that protocol. So that's the first piece of news that we're learning here for Miller. The White House is looking into this and that they're acknowledging there might have been a breach of protocol. But there's more here.
Starting point is 00:08:55 We had learned that Homeland Security Secretary, Christy Noem, had been in constant touch with the White House leading up to her press conference, leading up to the first tweet that DHS put out about the shooting of Alex Prettie. She had been talking to Miller. She had been talking to a number of various officials. She had briefed them on how she was going to do. going to comport herself when she got up there. Here's what Miller said about that, said the initial statement from DHS was based on reports from CBP on the ground. The reason why that is notable
Starting point is 00:09:27 is that he is not disputing, that he gave talking points to Nome, that the White House was behind that, but instead they are saying that they got that information, that he got his information from reports on the ground from CBP officials now saying they're evaluating if there was wrongdoing by those agents. Someone's going to get fired. Someone is going to get fired. I don't think it's going to be Stephen Miller. I think Christian Gnome is on the way out, baby.
Starting point is 00:09:51 That's what I think. I've been saying it. I've been saying it. Maybe I'll be wrong. I don't think I'm wrong. I think she is on the way out. Stephen Miller will win this war, this political battle, and Christy Gnome is going to have to fall on the sword
Starting point is 00:10:05 so that someone takes the blame for this. And I think Stephen Miller has all the cards, to be honest. We'll see. We'll see. But regardless, a day where they're floundering is a day where America is winning. And today, thank God. we are winning.
