I got to tell you, I am sick of the mainstream media.
Now, I do believe we need a free press.
Journalism is super important.
What we get on television isn't journalism.
It's entertainment.
And it's all for clicks and for eyeballs.
And I think we all are less informed as a country and we suffer more because of it.
Here's Margaret Brennan showing exactly what I mean.
Can you explain the focus this past week in the House by Democrats on the Jeffrey Epstein files?
Is this a tactic to distract from the failure to extract health care changes?
Or is there something else going on here?
I mean, does the speaker putting it to a vote end this issue?
I think it's a combination of factors of people shining.
We don't even need his answer.
The question is really one I wanted to talk about because she, like, how are you equivocating?
Like, can you explain the focus on the Jeffrey Epstein's files?
Is it to distract?
Like, did some Republican get in her head, getting in her head,
get into your ear because the Epstein thing is probably one of the biggest scandals in American history.
The president of the United States is obviously interconnected to this child's sex ring.
We don't know to what degree he's involved.
It obviously is scaring him so much of what's in there that he likely knows about.
He likely knows what's in those files that he's trying to keep them from being released to the public.
I think that is in the public's interest.
And the fact that health care, the fight for the health care and the shutdown and all that stuff went away.
None of it just is like really frustrating that they have to do this false equivalency when I just never see it on the Republican side ever.
Like I said, reporting is important because Jonathan Carl was on ABC and pushed back on this Republican lying about grocery prices.
The president claims that Thanksgiving costs are down 25%.
I mean, does he know that's not true?
Well, if you look at Walmart and the few places that put out their prices of Thanksgiving baskets.
Wait a wait a minute.
I got to stop because the Walmart comparisons, like, not.
I mean, Walmart had a Thanksgiving package last year.
They've got a Thanksgiving package this year.
The one this year contains much less than what the one last year took,
because that's why the price is less.
Look, we got a chart year.
Last year, it with 21 total products this year, it's 15, total number items in those projects.
was products was 29% now.
29, now it's 22.
There's more generic brand stuff.
So, I mean, Thanksgiving, if you're going to the store to buy groceries for Thanksgiving,
it's going to be more expensive.
You know, I really don't understand where you're going in the sense that Joe Biden gave us.
Where we're going is that you all lie.
You all lie.
And you got fact checked.
You can't actually respond to the fact check.
So you got to, he was going to go on there and talk about Joe Biden.
Joe Biden ain't the president, bitch.
Donald Trump is.
And I know he's.
too busy worrying about Epstein and tariffs in his ballroom to care about how the American people
are still suffering with these outrageous prices. But maybe have a better answer than Joe Biden.
Joe Biden isn't your daddy, okay? Joe Biden is not in charge anymore. Trump is. Well, maybe not.
Actually, you know who seems to be more and more in charge is Marjorie Taylor Green, who was on CNN
of all places. And I kind of feel like she's just, I mean, she's just being so smart right now.
this is what's smart.
Is she still acting like?
She supports Trump in the administration.
So this is the thing is like,
when someone's being really mean to you publicly,
this is just good advice.
This is good PR advice.
You never want to get down to the muck with them.
Then you both look bad.
But if you remain magnanimous
and you say,
I'm just trying to get to a common solution,
and I'm just solution-oriented
and I wish nothing bad on him,
even though he's being bad to me,
makes you look good.
and you win the court of public opinion nine times out of ten. Here's what she's doing.
The president says he's withdrawing support for you, encouraging primary challengers. You were one
of his biggest supporters. What do you think happened here? Well, Dana, thank you for having me on,
and that is true. I stood with President Trump when virtually no one else did. Campaigned all over
the country, spent millions of my own dollars, helping him get elected. And I think that's
incredibly important, and I do support him and his administration, and I support them in delivering
the campaign promises we made to the American people. His remarks, of course, have been hurtful.
However, I have something in my heart that I think is incredibly important for our country,
and that is to end the toxic fighting in politics, and this has been going on for years,
and it has divided our country, split up friends and families, neighbors, and it's not solving our problems.
The most hurtful thing he said, which is absolutely untrue, is he called me a traitor.
And that is so extremely wrong.
And those are the types of words used that can radicalize people against me and put my life in danger.
Now, see what I'm saying? Smart.
She's like, I support him, but here's all the mean thing he's doing to me.
I guarantee you most people are on her side when it comes to this.
Now, Dana Bash came back to her and was like, well, let's talk about toxicity and politics
because Marjorie Taylor Green has been one of the worst.
You posted on X that President Trump is with his comments,
fueling a, quote, hotbed of threats against you.
Obviously, any threats to your safety are completely unacceptable.
But we have seen these kinds of attacks or criticism from the president at other people.
It's not new.
And with respect, I haven't heard you speak out about it until it was directed at you.
Dana, I think that's fair criticism.
And I would like to say humbly, I'm sorry for taking part in the toxic politics.
It's very bad for our country.
and it's been something I've thought about a lot, especially since Charlie Kirk was assassinated,
is that I'm only responsible for myself and my own words and actions,
and I am committed, and I've been working on this a lot lately to put down the knives and politics.
I really just want to see people be kind to one another,
and we need to figure out a new path forward that is focused on the American people,
because as Americans, no matter what side of the aisle we're on,
we have far more in common than we have differences.
Girl, that's what I was saying on Andy Bashir's podcast.
What?
What?
Now, I don't trust her.
I do not trust her.
I'm just saying she's being savvy, but I do not trust her at all.
This woman liked a tweet that called for Nancy Pelosi's execution.
This woman posted a picture of her holding a gun in the squad.
behind her, like basically saying I want to kill the squad.
Okay? So yeah, you only are responsible? I don't trust her.
I don't trust her, but she's being politically smart, and I do think she's doing stuff that's
going to fracture MAGA. And just to show that she's really not changed.
Here she is saying that Dana Bass should have Nick Fuentes on her show.
Nick Fuentes, the literal Nazi white supremacist, like even more far right than Trump.
So there's a woman who has not, like, though she might be saying different things, she's still, she's still wearing the same, she's still wearing the same clothes. You know what I mean? Like, just because you're speaking differently doesn't mean you're looking any different. Doesn't mean you're not showing up the same person you did yesterday. So I don't, again, I don't really necessarily care. I'm never going to vote for her. I think it's better that she is creating this divide than just going on with the president. So sure, I'm happy with that.
But I don't trust her.
Neither should you.
Do not trust her.
When I'm showing you these clips, do not trust her.
She is a snake.
Okay?
Now, I'd rather have the snake trying to bite and poison the other side than us, but still.
Still a snake.
Still a snake.
Still a bite.
Okay.
So that's all we got.
We are in the midst of, I think, a political awakening of sorts.
And I'm just watching from the sidelines.
I'm watching from the sidelines.
Democrats, not in disarray, okay?
on Tuesday, whenever that was, election day a couple of weeks ago, almost two weeks ago,
maybe we wallop their asses, okay? I'm not worried about us. I'm not worried about us. I'm not
worried about them either. Let them squabble and may it be long and painful and we'll just keep
watching it all. Okay? Hit like, subscribe and I'll see you soon. Bye.
