All right, we're some big news. Rosie O'Donnell is out there telling the truth about Donald Trump, and it's going majorly viral.

We have some more updates on the Max Miller stuff. And also, Todd Blanche was asked about Judge Dean Imperial getting fired, and his answer is maybe a little surprising. Let's get to Max Miller first because Max Miller is not dropping out. He's going to stay in the race. And here is what he had to say for himself. Everything that's happening right now is sadly political. because no father of a daughter who would come to them with these ridiculous allegations would wait on their hands for two years and do nothing

only because he felt the political pressure because some of the nasty rumors that were circulating about him that he doesn't want to get out. And that has nothing to do with me. I have no intention of sharing what will eventually become public. But this was nothing more than a political move because he knows, I've never heard his daughter, I've never heard our granddaughter, and if that was true, three different investigations would have removed my daughter from me throughout all of this. So he's talking about his father-in-law, Senator Bernie Marino. And funny enough, we actually caught this earlier because he tweeted this,

or he actually texted this to his father-in-law, his former father-in-law. We found that in a court document. And we did a quick video on it. And here's that. Uh-oh. Maga Republican Senator Bernie Moran. was caught, quote, looking for young guys to have fun with while traveling. Who the fuck do you think you were for doing that?

He gave, or at least for a time, he was. Now he's facing the reports about it. The AP uncovered that an account was created under the Adult Friend Finder website using his email, his birth date, and included his full legal name. Senator Moreno also happens to be the father of Emily Moreno, who is accusing her ex-husband, Congressman Max Miller, of years of domestic. abuse against her and her daughter. And this entire time, her dad has been completely silent. Well, here's why. Filinges from the investigations into Miller's abuse detail a message he wrote to

the center saying, quote, take this however you want. Everyone is going to get to know you better than your wife does. Enjoy the ride, brother. I wouldn't have to do this if you could keep your lying daughter under control. That's fucking crazy. Miller was threatening Moreno. His father in law with blackmail that not even his wife knows about, and there's absolutely no doubt he has more. So Moreno is staying quiet with fear of more coming out about his private life and literally leaving his daughter on her own in the public eye. So when Maga talks about masculinity and how they perfected it and champion it, let this be a reminder that this is what a real Maga man looks like, a person who won't defend his daughter, his grandchild, and is more likely than not a secret

homosexual. So obviously, Max Miller is threatening his father-in-law to stay silent. It's not working because the senator has told Max Miller he needs to resign. Max Miller is not resigning, regardless of the pressure. And one of the reasons why is because people like Mike Johnson and Donald Trump are continuing to back him. Here's Mike Johnson speaking about the allegations. Miller's ex-wife said he poured hot water on her, held a gun to her head, broke their daughter's collarbone. Miller has, of course, denied these allegations. But today he said on CNN that you are, quote, standing behind him. Are you? I haven't spoken to Max in a few days. I've been traveling nonstop and having an opportunity to do that. I think what Max is suggesting there is that

I've been intellectually consistent, always have, since before I became a speaker, and certainly over the last almost three years. This applies equally to Republicans and Democrats. We We don't take disciplinary action against members for allegations. He is vehemently denying this. It's, in his own words, a nasty divorce proceeding, and it's gotten ugly, and it's gotten public. But he's saying the same things privately to members that he is publicly, that he denies all this, and he thinks it's a head job on him. Will you tell him to drop out?

No, I will tell Max what I tell everyone. These are serious allegations. I'm the father of two daughters who work in Capitol Hill. I mean, the allegations are serious. I think Max is taking them seriously. I think our colleagues are. But again, we have to allow this process to play out. It's just begun.

I mean, the president called him. Max Miller said this, that the president called him and told him, you know, things aren't looking good for you. Well, I mean, they don't look good right now, of course. But again, like, what should a speaker do in this case? I mean, I call out alarming behavior. I try to work every day on decorum and on the, you know, ethics of the House. We have a very active and engaged ethics committee. They've done more work than they need to.

I wish it wasn't necessary, but there's been a lot in this Congress on both sides of the aisle. I mean, I was surprised to see him invoke your name because he has also not been the most generous toward you. He said that he wouldn't support you for reelection as speaker or minority leader. He also said that you're dividing Republicans with a smile. Look, I think you could ask every other Republican, they would tell you that's not true. And look, Max has had a lot of issues in his life. I don't return fire. That doesn't bother me. And there's a lot of criticism that comes with the job.

You know, we, I'm not going to use this situation to say something negative about him. He's got to work out the things in his, in his family life. And that's, that's an issue for the voters of Ohio's 7th District. It's an issue for the Miller family to work out and the Marino family. I will just say this. This is the main difference between Democrats and Republicans. When Graham Platner was charged with, well, not charged, but when awful accusations came out against him. Democrats literally didn't even wait an hour before everyone was like,

this man needs to drop out, he needs to drop out, and he's a deal with this, he can't win, get out of the race. Everyone from influencers to, I believe, Chuck Schumer. John Thune here won't call on Max Miller to drop out. You just saw Speaker Johnson won't call on Max Miller to drop out, even though this is the third woman to make these accusations. We have accusations, too, that he's hurt his child. And it's not enough to get Republicans to say, hey, maybe we can do a little bit better. It's because Donald Trump doesn't want him out. Max Miller was smart.

We heard him say yesterday on Jake Chappar's show that he told Donald Trump that he's staying in because he's not going to let the baseless, quote unquote, baseless accusations scare him away the same way that Donald Trump did it in 2016 and then he became president. who were tough and maybe grew up to be gay, who would talk back to the idiot, rich boys who thought they were funny, who were obnoxious, and make fun of them, and say, you're not playing with us, you're not playing kickball. And I think that is what got him, that he thinks he's elevated himself from where he used to be to who he is now,

and I am one of the peasants, and how dare a peasant from my community speak to me like that. Right. I'm so grateful. Rosie O'Donnell exists. Now, if you don't know, Rosie O'Donnell is going to be subbing in for Jimmy Kimmel this month.

I'm looking forward to that. But let us just give props to Rose O'Donnell because she has never once wavered from this sentiment. I think that was in 2006 she first said this. he's awful she went on to say this advice for democrats is stand up to him at every turn not meekly strongly come at him with the force he comes at you and stay intellectually superior because that's not too difficult with him, right? And just, you know, do some words with multiple syllables and he'll be lost, you know? When do you stop that? When, is there a point where he's, because Rahm Emanuel said to me, well, you come at him really hard until the midterms and then he's an old man who needs to go home? Like that's, he said, forget him after, oh, after you win, after the midterms, if it's a huge success. We can't forget him because he's constantly doing evil,

horrific, inhumane things to everyone and enriching himself in broad daylight. And I don't understand why Jimmy Carter had to sell his peanut farm, but these idiots are making billions of dollars and announcing it and no one is doing anything. Right. Well, what's interesting is we realize there's nothing to be done. Well, that's the scariest part. And when he's out, there needs to be a whole new series of laws about never having this happen again. Absolutely. And I totally agree that we cannot pretend like Donald Trump doesn't exist after November. First off, that mother effort, you know he's going to try to run again. He's going to try to run for a third term. And yes, we need to do the thing they did with FDR when they're like,

whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. This guy keeps running for election and winning. We have to put some breaks on this. So yeah, thank you Donald Trump for telling us and showing us that there are some, let's just say, holes in the presidency that we got to fill, but we got to fill them. And we have to make sure that the corruption can never happen again, the money being made can never happen again, and that the president of the United States works for us and not for anyone else, whether that be a country, a corporation, or billionaires. Now, that also happens to be the problem with the attorney general, which is supposed to be someone who works for us. But as you can see in this clip here, he's just working for the president. Alex. declined to say whether you stand by Ginny Piro's decision to drop that case. I'm just, what message does it send, though, if President Trump fires a U.S. attorney because she determined there was not sufficient evidence to charge four people with a crime? Did he fire her? What message would it send us, Ed? Hypothetically, if the president chose to fire a United States attorney, it turns out he's allowed to do that. because he's the President of the United States. So I don't, and by the way, he, if the President wanted, if President Trump wanted to fire anybody, right,

within his administration, he very, he understands he has the power to do that. So when he makes a decision about whether to fire a U.S. attorney or anybody else, that's his. As far as any message, what I said earlier, Alex is true, which is that when you look at the D.C. U.S. Attorney's Office's body of work over the past year and a half and where we are in this city compared to where we were.

They are doing a phenomenal job. No, the president shouldn't be allowed to fire anyone he wants. I think that used to be how we understood this office runs. I guess not anymore. This man is going to be an abysmal attorney general. Of course, he's going to go through. Susan Collins said that she's not voting for him,
