Starting point is 00:00:00 Have you noticed how things have been a little eerily quiet in some parts of the Trump administration? Well, I have, and other people are noticing too. Stephen Miller, who was once a fixture of the Trump White House, is practically in hiding. He hasn't been seen ever since the disastrous fallout out of Minnesota, where, of course, two people died at the hands of our government, to American citizens. And ever since then, Stephen Miller has been M-I-A. And it could be because Stephen Miller doesn't want the heat on him. He prefer that folks like Christy Nome and Pam Bondi took the fall. Now, we're learning too, that Pam Bondi took the fall, and it was certainly not what she wanted,
Starting point is 00:00:53 but it might have worked out really great for Trump because, as it says here, the Justice Department says that Bondi's not going to appear for an Epstein deposition. The Department of Justice said Wednesday that Pam Bondi will not appear for her upcoming deposition at the House Oversight Committee's Jeffrey Epstein investigation given that she's no longer serving as U.S. Attorney General. It marks the latest roadblock in Congress's fight to secure Bondi's sworn testimony related to the Justice Department's public release of its investigative files and the late-convicted sex offender. The department argued that
Starting point is 00:01:30 Bondi was subpoenaed in her official role as Attorney General and not in a personal capacity, and as such, she won't appear on Capitol Hill on April 14th to discuss her role overseeing the release of the Epstein files. Quote here, Ms. Bondi no longer holds that office as a result, because Ms. Bondi no longer can testify in her official capacity as Attorney General, the department's position is that the subpoena is no longer obligates her to appear in April 14th. We kindly ask that you confirm that the subpoena is withdrawn. Of course, that is ridiculous, and that's why Robert Garcia said, our bipartisan subpoena is to Pam Bondi, whether she is the Attorney General or not, she must come in to testify immediately.
Starting point is 00:02:12 If she defies the subpoena, we will begin contempt charges in Congress, the survivors deserve justice. I mean, imagine if, I don't even know. Imagine you worked at McDonald's and you're a cashier and they think you might have taken $20 from the register and then you quit. they wanted the $20 back or they wanted to see, they wanted to review some footage and bring you in to ask you about it. And he said, well, actually, that was my role as a cashier. I no longer serve that capacity. So those questions are no longer valid. Like what? It doesn't make, it makes
Starting point is 00:02:45 absolutely zero sense. I will say, I'm quite impressed by the creativity that Trump administration has and just skirting the law, which they seem to have no problem doing. Now, Tom Blan, who is, of course, the new DOJ, has no plans on doing anything as it pertains to Epstein. Now, the Epstein files, you'd agree not handled well? And I don't, first of all, I have never heard President Trump say that the Attorney General was anything that happened to her had anything to do with the Epstein files. And so, look, the Epstein files has been a saga that's lasted for the entire, for the past year. And what happened when the president signed the Transparency Act? is the Department of Justice has now released all the files with respect to the Epstein saga.
Starting point is 00:03:36 And the Attorney General Bondi and I appeared in front of Congress voluntarily a couple weeks ago to answer any questions they had. We have made every single congressman, senator, available to come and see any document redacted, unredacted that they want. And so I think that to the extent that the Epstein files was a part of the past year of this Justice Department, it should not be a part of anything going forward. Well, as it so cleverly says here, the DOJ has not released all Epson files. It identified more than 6 million potential pages, but released only 3.5 million. So nearly half of the files have not been released. And as Robert Garcia says here, this is a lie.
Starting point is 00:04:18 50% of the files have not been released. And prior subpoena is illegal to withhold them. Blanche may think it's over, but we are just getting started. So this fight is going to keep going. And it's one reason why Stephen Miller, seen here, being a piece of shit, even when he was a high schooler. Yeah, so, Stephen Miller has been able to do one important thing. Actually, make that you're better. I will say, and not else, in their right mind, would say or do. You would stick. A lovely young man, huh? Even... Yeah, so Stephen Miller has always been an asshole. You're kidding.
Starting point is 00:05:19 Now, remember, I just want to remind you that Stephen Miller, when everything was going on with ICE and Alex Preti was murdered, Stephen Miller said a would-be assassin tried to murder federal law enforcement and the official Democratic account sides with the terrorists. We, of course, know that's not true. It's an obscene thing to say about American citizen who is murdered by its own government, executed, quite frankly. And that's one reason why Stephen Miller is in hiding, because the tide completely sure. shifted on all of this. And one thing about Trump officials is, they're like cockroaches. When there's some light, they scurry away. And there's been light on this stuff. And he knows he's not in a great standing. That's why it's no surprise that Stephen Miller's in retreat, as this New York Times article points out. Stephen Miller, the architect of Trump administration's
Starting point is 00:06:12 most severe immigration policies, has seemingly been hiding from the American public. Miller, a long-time Trump advisor who serves as Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Homeland Security Advisor has avoided public appearances the New York Times reported in the wake of a disastrous immigration crackdown that culminated in the deaths of two American citizens in Minnesota, Alex Prattie, and Renee Good, both 37 at the hands of federal agents. Additionally, a Times analysis found that Miller appeared on Fox News, the president's favorite network once every four days since Trump returned to the White House. But in the wake of Predy's January 24th death, Miller appeared on the network only twice in February.
Starting point is 00:06:56 Despite a national outcry over policies he's helped craft, and polling in recent months, ranking him among the most loath political figures in the United States, Miller still presides over shaping new tolerance immigration policies, not just as publicly. And it interviews with more than a dozen former and current White House in Trump, administration official sources told the times that Miller remains Trump's right-hand man. So, quote, Stephen is a trusted and deeply loyal advisor to President Trump and has been critical to the realization of the president's historic first year in the office. Caroline Levitt said in his statement to the Times, Stephen has demonstrated great effectiveness
Starting point is 00:07:34 and exceptional capability in every one of the president's policy initiatives. Now, Miller has actually outlasted Chrissy Dome. he's outlasted God, I can't remember his name. Greg Bovino is that his name? I'm so grateful I can't remember his name. But those are people who are doing what Stephen Miller wanted. I do think if we want to be super successful
Starting point is 00:07:59 in stopping the worst parts of the Trump administration, we do really have to focus on the person who is crafting all of it. And that's Stephen Miller. And just because Stephen Miller is hiding doesn't mean that we can't draw attention to him. That's one reason why I want to do this video, because Stephen Miller truly is the reason why things have gotten so bad here at home. Stephen Miller is the one crafting all of Donald Trump's worst policies when it comes to immigration. And we need to focus on that much, much more.
Starting point is 00:08:30 I really do think that Donald Trump doesn't really give a shit about what happens here or what happens abroad. He just wants to make money. He wants to get adulation. He wants to be in the press. he wants to get attention. If he's getting those things, he doesn't necessarily really care what the outcomes are unless they start making him look bad. That's why he pulled back in the Minneapolis stuff. And that's why it's so important that folks like you speak up and we push back. Donald Trump cares about only one thing, Donald Trump. And if he's not looking good, then he's going to, he's going to switch it up. But Donald Trump did actually a couple days ago through his demented brain point out why he likes to hang out with folks like Pam Bondi and Stephen Miller here. it is a lot of losers I always like to hang around with losers actually because it makes me feel better I hate guys that are very very successful and you have to listen to their success stories I like people that like to listen to my success but I find and I found this and I'm only kidding
Starting point is 00:09:32 I want to say that sort of but but I find that people that win it's much easier to lead when you're successful and you win. You know, Vince Lombardi was a very tough person, a very tough football coach. He was sort of a violent guy, actually. I knew him. But he won and he got away with things because he won.
Starting point is 00:09:54 It's a good thing. And I'll see you soon. Bye.
