Starting point is 00:00:00 I have gone into your backpack because I truly do believe you have a drug problem. Are you some major updates on this Max Miller, Bernie Marino situation where Max Miller said late last night that he was going to make a special announcement at 10 a.m. live. Well, we watched it and that shit was cringe as hell. This man is seething with rage. We're going to bring you the most important bits. And the senator of Ohio, who is Max Miller's former father-in-law. finally spoke out against his son-in-law. I have that for you, too,
Starting point is 00:00:36 and it's not surprising what he said. It's shocking. It took this long. But we're seeing now that this saga is going to really continue and unfold. We're going to bring you all of it. If you want to see more of it, if you want to help more people see this,
Starting point is 00:00:48 hit like, subscribe. It's so important. Now, let's just get to this real fast where Max Miller started the live stream. And as you can see here, doesn't know what the hell he's doing because there was literally a minute. and a half of complete silence.
Starting point is 00:01:09 Oh, man. I mean, that's just, look, look. I had no idea. I had no idea. Everyone thinks they can live stream until they try to live stream. It's not easy. Now, Max Miller, as part of this,
Starting point is 00:01:26 said that he was going to release some files on Dropbox that cleared his name. We actually went through those and they, complete opposite. I cannot believe he released those. But before we get to those, let's watch a bit of this where Max Miller denies the domestic abuse and levies charges against his former wife.
Starting point is 00:01:50 There's something else that I need to say, and I do so with great sadness and not anger. My former wife has struggled with significant mental health challenges. I'm not raising that to embarrass her, to attack her. She's the mother of my daughter, and I sincerely hope she was. receives every bit of care and support that she needs. This is medically diagnosed that she is admitted on audio to what you will have, and you will hear it. I do believe those struggles have contributed to allegations that I firmly dispute
Starting point is 00:02:24 that is a painful reality for everyone involved, especially our daughter, who we both need to think about more so than ever, and I feel as if I am the only one who does. Not credible. Not credible. Now, in a separate part of this 20-minute live stream, Max Miller thought this cleared his name. This is the most abuser sentence I have heard in a very long time.
Starting point is 00:02:52 Claim that during a custody exchange at my home that day, I assaulted her. Here's what actually happened. And I have the ring doorbell footage that backs it up. She came to my home in a good mood, and we have text messages to prove it, which you'll have. to pick up our daughter early for a friend's birthday party. She was inside my house for several minutes when she left. The video shows her walking out, carrying our daughter calm,
Starting point is 00:03:21 in the same good mood, showing no distress whatsoever. And as they left, you can hear me say, goodbye, I love you, and I love you, Ruthie, literally telling my ex-wife that I still cared for her. Does that sound like somebody, who would just walk out and who had been violently thrown a wall and been abused? Yeah. Yeah. She didn't call the police after that.
Starting point is 00:03:47 She didn't go to the hospital, ladies and gentlemen. Do you want to know what she did? She went straight to a child's birthday party. The very next day, we had a friendly phone call about our daughter's upcoming hospital procedure, and I drove in from Washington to be there for it. Six days later, she offered to cook empanadas for me for dinner just two days later after this alleged incident. The day after that, she invited me and my girlfriend, which you'll have in text messages, to join her and our daughter at a playground. And that day, I just went with my former wife to the playground to spend time with our daughter.
Starting point is 00:04:28 A week later, on February 15th, she wrote to me, In her own words, which you will see, I think it's great. You and I are in a friendlier place. She then offered me more extra overnights with our daughter, which I can prove to every single one of you as recently. Every one of these messages is time stamped on our court-sanctioned co-parenting app and is all in the packet.
Starting point is 00:04:56 Only weeks later did the story of February 1st assault appears, so ask yourself, If I had assaulted her, would she had offered a cook meat dinner six days later? Yes, absolutely. She would have, yes, that's quite often what people who are abused do. They try to make it so that they don't get abused again. They try to keep the abuser happy. That's absolutely what someone who, I mean, if you've ever, yes.
Starting point is 00:05:26 I mean, that is so the whole thing to me sounds like. someone who is trying to do everything they can to keep an unwell person from hurting them and hurting their daughter. It's insane. Now, as I said, Max Miller thought, like, he's obviously is not, he obviously is not right in the head. And he thinks everything he's doing is clearing him, making him look good, making her look bad. That's why we're showing you this, because we need to make sure this guy either resigns or is beaten in November. But it's just really a important, though, that we point out that this is not normal and that what's happening here is just so beyond the pale. Now, Max Miller said here, just to be clear, the documents,
Starting point is 00:06:19 he released a bunch of documents on Dropbox. It's like the same idea here where like, as he was doing that live stream, he's trying to make it seem like he is innocent. She's a crazy one. he's making himself look crazy. He is releasing evidence that makes him look bad as we have here. Now, for this one, she accuses him. This is all audio. Someone was secret really recording. I'm not sure who it was him or her. But she accuses him here of being a drug addict and discovering needles in his bedroom. All of our conversations. No, I don't. And I don't. And I don't. I've never recorded one of our conversations. And by the way, and I've never gone into your cell phone.
Starting point is 00:07:05 And I've never gone into your computer. And I've never sneaked into your backpack. And I've never banged on the bathroom door thinking that you're masturbating when you're just using the bathroom at 5.30. I have gone into your backpack because I truly do believe you have a drug problem. Okay. What drugs? Well, at first it was weed.
Starting point is 00:07:30 And I found needles next to your bed. First it was weed, then I found needles next to your bed. And this goes on here. Go for it. Test me for whatever you would like. You're not. That's even scary that that's a thing. I honestly, that that actually freaks me the fuck out.
Starting point is 00:07:52 It's not a thing. And you didn't find it next to a bed. So she did find needles, just not next to the bed. Oh my God. All right. And then in this conversation, too, it's revealed the following. It never was done to hurt you and you know that. You were weaponizing this because of my previous allegations.
Starting point is 00:08:12 And then you knew it was because you went into my, you wasn't. So Emily. So Emily. So Emily. So Emily. So Emily. So Emily. I didn't need to hurt you.
Starting point is 00:08:19 I didn't need to hurt you. Why are you scared of me? Why are you scared of me? Yeah. I didn't mean to hurt you. It wasn't done with intent. You just said it yourself. You literally just said it yourself.
Starting point is 00:08:29 It wasn't done to hurt you. And I told you before that not to come over to me and start screwing around with me. I wasn't. Emily, you are taking a playful incident and making something nefarious. It's not playful. You have hot water. Emily, going out of the faucet, it does not get to a temperature of boiling water. It does not.
Starting point is 00:08:50 Put it on when you get home, Max. I did it and I tested it. And I had our attorneys tested because I figured that this is what you were going to come at me with. It's literally, no, no, but literally it's like standing under a hot shower and we already have someone to go ahead and combat this if this is what you're going to go ahead and going to do. It never was done. Okay. So this is where he admits that he did, in fact, spray his ex-wife with scolding hot water. And I guess his defenses is that tap water can't get that
Starting point is 00:09:21 hot. I don't know where you live. But here, where I'm at, hot showers can get very, very hot. And we all know that hot water, I mean, you've, you've touched hot water under a, sink, that can get sculling. Might not be boiling, but it can truly cause damage if on the skin for too long. And he's admitting to it. He's just now debating whether or not it was hot. That's where they are. This man is deeply unwell.
Starting point is 00:09:56 Let's just put it like that. He's deeply unwell. That's why it's shocking to me that Bernie Moreno, his father-in-law, former father-in-law, took two years to make this statement. Two years. He finally made it, but why did it take so long? These accusations have been out in public forever.
Starting point is 00:10:20 I'm going to read it to you in full. As a father and husband, I can tell you that the last two years have been pure halfer, my wife, Bridget, our daughter, Emily, me, and our entire family in the aftermath of Emily's divorce. It has been horrific to watch this play out in full public,
Starting point is 00:10:36 all while knowing an innocent two-year-old girl is caught in the middle. A priority has always been protecting our daughter and our granddaughter out of concern for the safety of my family. I hope to keep this matter private, but Max Miller's increasingly erratic and dangerous behavior has made that impossible. As he has admitted privately, Miller needs serious psychological help. He is a danger to my daughter, and I hold my breath every minute he has custody of my granddaughter.
Starting point is 00:11:03 If there are any basic standards of character, required to hold elected office, Max Miller fails him. He should not serve in the House of Representatives. I believe Max Miller needs to seek professional help to end the clear pattern of abuse. He has left in his wake. I believe he should not be free to continue endangering others until he does. I ran for office because I wanted to make a difference for the country that gave me every opportunity to succeed and to leave this nation better for my children and grandchildren. That sacrifice has been especially hard on my wife, Bridget, whose big heart and steady support have never wavered. I owe it to her to Emily and to my grander order to speak
Starting point is 00:11:39 the truth now. All right. I guess that's like, fine. This is the same guy that said, fuck you to Anthony Fauci. Who the fuck do you think? Yeah, I feel like he was more forceful to Anthony Fauci, a man who spent his life trying to save other lives than he did to the man who's allegedly hurt his daughter and allegedly done the same to the grandchildren. I guess that's MAGA for you. Now, we try to go over to Donald Trump's page to see if he's said anything about any of this, which has been boiling over for a while.
Starting point is 00:12:19 And no. No, it's just like slop, just total. Yeah, this is the stuff he's boasting. I cannot believe, like, what? The president posts stuff like this. It doesn't even register. So we're going to keep following this as we do all things. but folks are already starting to call on for Max to resign.
Starting point is 00:12:38 These are Republicans who are starting to get the point that this is untenable. It's bad for Republicans. It's bad for America. And someone like this has absolutely no business holding an elective office, let alone working any sort of middle management job. Max Miller absolutely should resign. He looks like a crazy person. He did release a trove of documents on his drop-by. We're going to keep going through those.
Starting point is 00:13:05 We'll bring you anything newsworthy as we see it. And we'll bring you more as we can. But this is just an unfortunate set of circumstances that truly is only possible because Donald Trump created this environment where folks like Max Miller can rise up and succeed. Well, let's try to make it so that folks like Max Miller actually have to suffer consequences. They resign or they leave office in shame. And I'll see you soon.
