Donald Trump has lost his mind. There's reporting out now that is showing that the president is, one, understanding his legacy is falling apart. And two, he's actually lashing out at staff who are close to him. And remember, J.D. Vance was supposed to take the mantle to all of this, but that doesn't appear to be happening. And in fact, folks are now releasing these AI videos that are incredibly damaging. This one here has over 2 million likes on TikTok.

I posted it on X. Now is 1.1 million views on the platform. And baby, this is very good. Hey, guys. It's me. Your buddy vice president, J.D. Vance. Hey, look, there's an important election coming in just a few weeks. And I got to be honest.

Things are bad. Gas is expensive. We started this stupid war in Iran that we can't seem to get out of. But look, I'm here to ask you for a second chance. Second chances are important to me because, even though I compared Trump to Hitler, he picked me to be his vice president. And now I am just a heartbeat away from the power I always dreamed of.

We've got just two years left in this thing. Are we going to make your life better in the next two years? Probably not. But are we going to get a lot richer doing it? Hell yeah! That's why I'm asking for your vote. We deserve a do-over. Come on. Just give us another chance. And just, just as an FYI, you might have missed it, but I just love this. There's a couch here and a frame. That is a good attention to detail. I like that. Now, let's move on because Donald

Trump's lashing out. This is a Wall Street Journal article that is giving insight into the president. But we know that he knows that it's all slipping away. Now, this is Crazy. This is historic. Donald Trump's approval is the lowest ever. Lowest ever. Approve 29%. It's never hit that low before. Not even after the January 6th insurrection. In fact, there aren't many people who've been lower. Joe, I didn't actually know this. Joe Biden went down to 31%. And his highest was at 63. Donald Trump's highest is actually only ever at 49%. Barack Obama went down. to 37. George W. Bush went down to 19% at one point. You know what happened after that. We had a supermajority in Congress and, of course, the first ever black president. So some crazy things can happen electorally when the president's approval rating is as low as it is. And that's what's giving me a little bit of hope as we head towards November. Now, what's not given me hope, though, is that this man is literally losing his mind. Here, he's.

He is posting a meme on his social media blog saying that he owns the Western Hemisphere. Okay. And he's also, I mean, really focusing on the important stuff here showing him golfing. Meanwhile, his administration has to answer for record high diesel prices. And Kelly Leffler said, oh, well, we don't really think small businesses are too worried about that right now. Look, I think small businesses are looking through this right now. They obviously, prices are elevated.

There's nothing more important to the president than getting these prices down. That's what he's working on every single day. But we cannot have the largest state sponsor of terrorism having their thumb on oil prices indefinitely. He's taking care of that. Small businesses are in growth mode. That's the bottom line. You see it in small business optimism that during the vast majority of President Trump's second term, where small business optimism continues above its 52-year average.

Now, before we get to this Wall Street Journal article, I just want to show. Actually, Axios too has some insight into the president. President Trump feels an acts invincible. He acts on whims. However, he pleases precedent and restraints be damned. But Trump's invincibility is being exposed. Courts restrain him more. GOP candidates criticize him more.

The public turns on him more, as I just showed you. Goes on to say here at 7.30 on Sunday. This is very weird to me. He just randomly announced this yesterday that he wants his plan, Golden Arch to have G.I. Joe style capabilities to house store and have the rapid ability to use a large number of drones plus snipers on both the roof and plaza areas. And additionally, have and hold large quantities of sniper ammunition and storage. There is a method to it all. If the arc the Trump is for national security, the courts and Congress will have a tougher

time reigning in the executive. But like, why does a monument need to house drones? Isn't that? like what is he like they're saying it's because that way the courts can't stop him perhaps or is there something that he's working towards like perhaps never leaving office and he's laying the groundwork now when he knows that there's an uprising he'll have things in place to be able to I don't know I don't know but it's very work like imagine if the Lincoln Memorial could I don't know launch a nuke it just doesn't make sense It says expect more of this. Trump will act out to exert what control he can because he's lost a political argument, if not the military one. As his Iran war constantly puts the lie to his claims raises fuel costs and in tandem with his unpopular tariffs,

settles voters with inflation. Trump advisors and confidence to describe him as generally in a good mood, but some privately confess that he can get cranky too quickly sometimes and that he's showing his 80 years on Earth. the senior administration officials, steeled by season vets accustomed to the wild ride on the Trump crazy trainer officially acting as if it's just another day on the tracks. All right, so that's a bit of insight there. Again, I think that arc thing is very strange to me,

and I don't particularly think it's a good sign of things to come. Now, we also are learning too from the Washington Journal, as it says here, Republicans are worried about the midterms. Trump is focused on his legacy. Republicans privately worry that Trump's focus on himself is backfiring with voters complicating their efforts to keep control of Congress and giving Democrats plenty of ammunition for attack ads. Trump's senior advisors have for months tried to shift the president's focus to the economy,

according to people familiar to the matter in a bid to show voters that the president is focused on the issue they care about the most. While the president has touted his economic record in speeches and Oval Office events, his attention frequently shifts to other issues from his construction projects to attacks on his perceived enemies. He also spends much of his time, according to those close to him, working on a growing list of construction projects from the White House ballroom to propose triumphal arc seeking to create a physical reminders of his time in office. Andy is putting his name

on a face and on limited edition passports, national park passes, and soon to be released commemorative one dollar coin, Jesus Christ. One senior administration official said the president has entered legacy mode. He is fixated in how he's going to be remembered and he does not want to be remembered like Jimmy Carter. Quote, he is one of the handful of presidents who thinks on an entirely historic scale. He wants to be consequential. He wants this to matter. He wants to be the kind of president who people say, you know, it mattered that he was president. Well, I think we can all agree. We're not going to forget this presidency for better, for worse. Truly for worse, but I think we can agree that this isn't going to be something that this generation, I think we're actually kind of

all going to be in some form of like PTSD when this is all done. And when the next generations to rise up into politics, we're going to be like, you don't understand how crazy this was. Hopefully, because it gets better. It goes on to say here, despite Trump's low approval ratings, Trump plans to put himself at the center of the midterms, a move that will test whether his influence with voters is waning. As the president's team debates how to spend his PAC's enormous fundraising hall, Trump has told advisors that he wants to produce a series of television ads centered on his agenda, according to people familiar with the matter.

I love that. Please put yourself on TV. Mr. President. You have a 29% approval rating. I would love for you to remind people of what you have not done. Goes on to say here, AIDS avoided broaching the topic of a presidential library during his time out of office because they believed it signaled the end of his power and feared it would upset Trump. And he now talks openly of his plan to build a library, which maybe is, again, this is kind of contradictory. So perhaps that's a good thing. Maybe he's not trying to stop the transferring of power. We don't know. I don't like that we don't know.

Typically, in the before times, you would know for sure. Now it's just open question. Is he going to let it go? Or is he going to fight to stay in power? We don't know. But we do know. 83% of independence don't think he is a strategy got out of the Iran War. And the Marjorie Taylor Green beating him up about $6.50 per gallon gas.

I think he's going to have a hard time trying to stick around. And Trump voters all across the country are pissed. Here's one. Everything that we touch has been. gone up. Matt Bell relies on diesel fuel to farm corn, soy, wheat, and cattle in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. But with diesel at an all-time high of 640 a gallon, it's costing twice as much to run the machines. Bell, who voted for Trump, says he and fellow farmers plan to send a message in the November elections. We are in a position now. We're mad and we're ready to be heard.

I just want to remind you, too, that these Trump voters, the Hodge twins, they said it is worse than when it was with Biden as president. I never thought that I would say this, Alex, that Donald Trump would do a worse job than Joe Biden. So listen, this is good. Obviously, it's relatively good news. I'm not loving the fact that Donald Trump is building these monuments to himself. and apparently fitting them with like weapons,

that is a worrying sign. But, you know, authoritarian can only stay in power if they're popular. Donald Trump has no, he has no ability to be able to stay past his time. So I think that is also a good sign here. And it really does give me hope that we are really walking towards
