Donald Trump just got some devastating news out of Texas, baby.
Could we be flipping Texas blue?
Perhaps, perhaps.
That is what the news is potentially saying.
And I want to zoom in real fast.
I want to zoom in real fast on this viral moment that I think is just completely indicative.
Indicative?
Indicative is a very clear example of where the Republican Party is today.
Because watch this point.
sack of shit, try as best he can to get Donald Trump's attention. I mean, this is just the most
pathetic thing I've seen in a very long time.
He did appoint her to the court, shaking all of their hands, and it was wondered going into
this evening whether or not he would address them during...
This guy here, this guy's life's about to get ruined.
His speech he did bring up the court used the words disappointing, unfortunate, but said he will
find other ways to continue to impose those tariffs. He said they do work and they also work on a
foreign policy perspective. He said, he said deals have been made with countries and he believes
many of those deals will still be held up even with this setback of the court as he sees it.
A lot of pompous. That's every man on Grindr who has repeatedly just said, hey, a day later,
hey, a week later, hey, hey, and no response.
the words disappointing, unfortunate, but said he will find other ways to continue to impose those
terrorists. He said they do work. I think it hurts to watch because I've been there. I've been there.
We've all gone after someone that didn't want anything to do with us. Differences, for me,
it wasn't televised.
Work on a foreign policy perspective, he said. He said deals have been made with countries.
And he believes many of those deals will still be held up.
Incredible. As I said, we're also getting news that there is something happening in Texas.
There's something happening in Texas. This could be the year that we flip the state from red to blue.
We could, if we're going to gain control of the Senate, one of the fastest ways to do that would be if I'm flipping the Senate in Texas from red to blue.
And here's just a bit of what's happening in Texas.
Something is going on in Texas.
Primaries are March 3rd.
That's next week.
There is a really interesting phenomenon happening, though, among who is voting.
Let's get the scene in Chief Data Analyst, Harry.
And we're not even exactly talking about the candidates here, which is why it might be even more important.
No, mind-blown to quote the show, Blossom Joey.
Whoa.
I mean, look at this.
Okay, share of Texas midterm primary ballots at this point in the cycle.
cast in Democratic primaries or Republican primaries.
In 2022, the last midterm, overwhelmingly, the votes were being cast in Republican primary, 62%.
But look at what's going on now in the 2026 cycle.
More votes are being cast on the Democratic side.
What a shift from where we were four years ago at this point.
More people in Texas picking up the Democratic ballot.
More Democrats are voting in Texas than Republicans.
I mean, how unusual is that?
Just how unusual?
Well, you see the massive shift.
from 2022. But look at history. Go all the way back. When was the last time that more people
actually picked up a Democratic ballot, cast a ballot in a Democratic primary in Texas in the midterm,
you have to go all the way back to 2002. So this could break an over 20 years stretch, my goodness
gracious, whereby more people are actually voting on the Democratic side. And I will note, it really
hasn't even been close since 2002. Overwhelmingly more people have been voting on the Republican
side in Texas. And this year so far, more people are voting on the Democratic side.
This is different, very different with a capital V in this case. So that's some pretty incredible
data right there. But we're also seeing, too, on the betting markets where the Texas Democratic
Senate primary winner is with a, let's see here, the 72% chance right now is James Tala Rico,
a 72% chance that he could win that seat.
Now, I do think that this is flippable either way.
I do think we have an easier time with James Talarico,
but we are not going to have an easy time either way, okay?
Because as Polymarket is showing here, too,
that even though things are looking really good
when you're looking into that primary data,
well, they still have a 66% chance of winning,
in the general. But it's not 80. It's not 90. It's 66. And I bet you, with the right candidate,
those numbers could flip in even more. And I really do think there is something special
about James Tolariko's message. Here's what he said. And I think that's one of the most radical
things you can say in a time of extreme partisanship is to say this.
In one of the reddest parts of Texas.
Because I am tired of being divided into teams.
Red versus blue.
Left versus right.
Rural versus urban.
Because the truth is, we're all on the same team.
Do you have an elderly parent or grandparent who needs care?
So do I.
do you struggle
to afford the high price
of everything?
So do I.
Do you know what it means to carry the weight
of student debt, credit card debt,
and medical debt?
So do I.
Do you want a safe neighborhood?
Do you want a good job with good benefits?
Do you want a high-quality,
well-funded public school?
So do I.
You're on.
my team and I'm on yours.
Those, those.
We're going to keep going, but imagine that, imagine that message in a general election
during a time when most Americans feel like the leader of our country is trying as best
we can to keep us divided.
And I truly believe, I truly believe people are sick of it.
They're sick of feeling like they're constantly.
at war with one another.
And I do feel like
a message like this
is like bringing water
to a desert.
A billionaire-run platforms
and those predatory algorithms
they want to divide this team.
The most radical thing
you can do in an era
of division is bring
people together.
Because we are far more the same
than we are different.
We have
so much more in common than they want us to realize. We have shared problems and shared dreams.
Imagine who we could take on if we did it together. Imagine what we could change in this country
if we did it together. As one team, we are unstoppable. And couple that with what is happening
with tariffs, this is an American streamer
who freaked out
when he realized that
Donald Trump's tariffs
are paid by him.
This is what you supported.
You said you wanted Trump.
Listen, bro, the reason I wanted Trump
was because I wanted to make more money.
All right?
That's why.
I'm going to say it.
At least I'm not saying here lying.
I don't give a fuck who's the president.
I want to make more money.
I'm a greedy bitch.
Okay?
At least I'm saying it.
I've been saying it from day one.
Now tell me.
why I ordered an $8,000 exhaust.
And then a week after I order it, I get a call.
You got to pay a 57% tariff on it.
What?
I got to pay an extra over $3,000 when I already paid $8,000 on a fucking tariff.
I don't even know what a fucking tariff is.
Well, you know what one is now, bitch.
But I will say that Donald Trump.
Trump's State of the Union address was an I feel your pain. It was what you're feeling right
now either is it important or isn't happening. And Americans know that there are a lot of problems
happening in this country. And Donald Trump's State of the Union address basically was saying
to those Americans, there aren't any problems. And since there aren't any problems, I don't have any
solutions for your problems. I don't think that's a winning message for the midterms.
And I do think this anger, coupled with the right message, could really mean that we had the chance to do something historic.
Election Day for Texas, for the primary is March 3rd. Vote. Doesn't matter who you vote for.
Make sure you vote. And let's make some history, baby.
