A White House insider is saying that Tulsi Gabbard is either going to resign or be fired,
and that's because of what happened yesterday with Joe Kent,
who actually resigned, shockingly, over the war in Iran.
Now, Tulsi Gabbard is no fan of Forever Wars and interventionalism.
I mean, she literally ran on that when she ran for president.
And Donald Trump did the thing he always does.
He made her sacrifice her morals for power.
Here is Tulsi Gabbard saying what Trump will never do.
The old Washington way of thinking is something we hope is in the rearview mirror and something that has held us back for too long.
For decades, our foreign policy has been trapped in a counterproductive and endless cycle of regime change or nation building.
It was a one-size-fits-all approach of toppling regimes, trying to be.
to impose our system of governance on others.
She goes on and she says,
Trump will never commit a regime change
or intervene in foreign politics.
Oh, really.
Oh, really.
That's not what happened.
Now, she is being interrogated
in front of the Senate right now as we speak
and it's not going too well for her.
Here she is saying by not saying
that Donald Trump doesn't take intelligence briefings.
Does the president take a daily brief from the intelligence community?
This is a yes or no question.
Yeah, the president, I would say, Senator, in my estimation, on average, I briefed the
President of the United States on intelligence, probably on average 10 to 15 times a week
where I have conversations with him about a specific discrete issues.
there are dedicated sessions that last not answering hours and length sometimes I'm briefing him
on specific issues sometimes three or four times a day but I would say on average my interactions
where I'm briefing the president on important national security matters happens probably on
average 10 to 15 times per week notice who didn't even speak up Tulsi Gabbard now Colsey
Gabbard again said, this tweet is going viral where she said, we do not seek regime change.
Trump declares as he escalates his regime change war against Iran. Neocons like Graham Bolton
are cheering to all who voted for Trump because of the anti-war rhetoric. It's time to realize he lied
to you. Stand with me against Trump's Iran war. That's January 3rd, 2020. Here's what she's saying
today. Donald Trump was overwhelmingly elected by the American people to be our president and commander-in-chief
as our Commander-in-Chief, he was responsible for determining what is and is not an imminent threat
and whether or not to take action he deems necessary to protect the safety and security of our troops,
the American people, and our country. The Office of the Director of National Intelligence
is responsible for helping coordinate and integrate all intelligence to provide the President and
Commander-in-Chief of the best information available to inform his decisions.
After carefully reviewing all the information before him, President Trump concluded that
terrorist, Islamist, regime, and Iran pose an imminent threat, and he took action based on that
conclusion. Okay, this is like the tightest of tightropes. She's walking on here. So she's not really
saying she supports it. She's just giving the play-by-play of what happened. And she's also not
criticizing it. She's putting really a lot of the responsibility on Donald Trump and the
intelligence agencies. Again, I said this about the JD-Vant story. I'm going to say it again here.
I feel like any person who wants to be the Republican nominee for president in 28,
if we live that long and have elections, should resign immediately over this war.
It is so clear that this is going to be a wedge between Republican voters.
There's, I don't know many Republican voters who are interventionalists.
And by the way, it's literally what she's known for.
So people are going to be like, who the hell are you?
It's so stupid.
And for what?
We know that Donald Trump doesn't even listen to this woman.
How close do you personally think that they were to getting one?
Because Tulsi Gabbardt is quite a large that the intelligence community said
Iran wasn't bound of a nuclear weapon.
I don't care what she said.
I think they were very close to that.
I don't care what she said.
So she's sacrificing her dignity.
She's sacrificing her credibility for what.
what? A title? A title that means nothing? Someone said here, a Craven, or Segar and
John T. said here, a Craven masterclass that tightrope's loyalty to Trump doesn't indicate where
she stands on the actual war, sidesteps whether any actual imminent threat existed and seeks to
rebut Joe Kent without actually doing so. Truly, one for the history books. Now, Laura Lumer,
White House insider Laura Lumer has said that Tulsi Gabbard will resign.
next. She goes on to say, Joe Kent resigning and accusing Israel of the war is exactly what Tulsi Gabbard
wanted because now she can use the entire hearing to attack Donald Trump. And she will never
criticize Joe Kent, who she always goes out of her way to protect. We will see, but I don't think
she's been attacking Donald Trump, but she has been using the hearing to not really go after
Joe Kent. When Mike Johnson was asked about all of this, here's what he had to say.
I'm on the gang of eight. I got all the briefings. We all understood there was clearly an imminent
threat that Iran was very close to the enrichment of nuclear capability and they were building
missiles at a pace that no one in the region could keep up with. They were far outpacing our
allies and friends and us in our defense capability because we had personnel installations,
members of the armed services and civilians in the region.
Iran was building up ballistic missiles at such a rapid pace,
and we knew that their plan was to fire them upon Americans.
The commander chief and his administration had a very difficult decision to make.
I don't know where Joe Kent is getting his information,
but he wasn't in those briefings, clearly.
He's getting his information from the counterterrorism intelligence that he works for.
That's where he's getting it from.
Glenn, this is just a big mess.
Now, Tulsa Gabbard, in her prepared remarks earlier today, admitted this paragraph from them.
Even in your printed testimony today on page six and your last paragraph on page six as a result of Operation Midnight Hammer or ANS nuclear nuclear mission program was obliterated.
There's been no efforts to try to rebuild their enrichment capability.
You omitted that paragraph from your oral opening.
Was that because the president said there was an imminent threat two weeks?
No, sir.
I recognized that the time was running long and I skipped through some of the portions of my-
You chose to take my oral delivered remarks.
You chose to admit the parts that can contradict the president.
So you let me know, do you think that Donald Trump is going to fire her?
Do you think Tulsi Gabbard is soon to resign?
I personally believe Tulsi Gabbard is going to be there as long as this is like the top.
This is the highest Tulsi Gabbur is ever going to get.
She's going to hang on to this for dear life.
I don't know if the president's going to fire her.
I don't know why he would.
I don't see why she would resign.
But I also know that Laura Lumer, though she's cuckoo,
she does actually have sources within the government.
But it would be shocking to me if Tulsi were to resign.
I think the most likely scenario here is that Donald Trump would fire her, but it doesn't feel like she's going on a line.
It also doesn't feel like she's backing up Joe Kent, at least from what we've seen so far.
And it could be that he keeps her around for a necessary shove out the door for something he wants to blame someone for in the future.
Could be that. I could see that happening.
You let me know what you think in the comments, and I'll see you soon.
Bye.
