This is the Kevin Trudeau show. I am exposing the corruption in government and in major multinational corporations. Man, this is an exciting show. I've been, well, I'm going to get to it in a minute. But this is unbelievable.

show today is going to blow your mind. I am broadcasting out of my house because the studio is under construction right now. We're in the process of redoing the studio and I think you're going to love that. So you'll be seeing that probably on Wednesday's show. As you know, I had a court hearing on Friday and as you know I was this close to being put back in prison and having the government come in and confiscate everything again. I mean, inches away from that. But because of your generosity, because of your giving to the Kevin Trudeau fan club,

I have in my hands a signed court order. It is an agreed upon deal that we negotiated with the Federal Trade Commission to effectively end my case. And before I get to the details of this, for many of you are watching, you don't really know the story. Years ago, when I came out with the Mega Memory Home Study Course, I was the founder of the American

Memory Institute, the largest memory training school in the world at the time. And we taught tens of millions of people all around the world how to develop a very powerful memory so they could walk into a room, meet 30 or 40 people and remember all their names. But so that students also could get better grades with less study time. That was the beginning of the end. Because what I was exposing was how the Department of Education, was systematically ruining education for our kids in America and how the Department of Education was making our kids dumber. I exposed certain things that

the government didn't want you to know. Number one, I exposed that fluoride was being put in the water specifically to reduce IQ in the kids. and make them fat. Now why is that important? Why would the government want to do that? Because the government works in conjunction with the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry. They work together as a team to increase the profits

of the pharmaceutical industry and the food industry. Interestingly enough, today, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is saying exactly the same thing. And so is President Donald Trump. And now it's out in the open. But back then, that was, was heresy. So I exposed how the Department of Education, when I came out with Mega Memory, because Mega Memory helped kids remember better, and they could get much better grades with much

less study time. And the Department of Education, and the government did not want that happen, and because I was exposing that the government was putting fluoride in the water specifically to reduce IQ, make kids dumber, it also makes everyone more docile. And we know that this because the Nazis put fluoride in the water when they had the ghettos with the Jews and the gypsies and the Bolsheviks and things and they had you know hundreds of thousands of people in the ghetto and only a couple thousand guards so how are you going to control it you have to dumb everybody down and make everybody docile so they started putting fluoride which is a deadly toxin in the water

fluoride is so poisonous by the way if you have a canister of fluoride and you want to dispose of it. It has the same classification as nuclear waste. That's how poisonous it is. But for some crazy reason, the government says, well, if we put it in the water, it's perfectly safe. And interestingly enough, in the movie, the Stanley Kubrick movie, back in the 60s, with Peter Sellers, Dr. Strangelove, there's a little vignette in there, a little scene where the colonel is talking about the deadly fluoride being put in the water and how it's a plot against the American citizens. And in the newest Godzilla movie, there's also a little clip

where the guy says, I hacked into the government computer, and I found that they're putting fluoride in the water specifically on purpose to dumb everybody down, reduce IQ, increase a lot of diseases so that the drug companies then have to sell more drugs. more money and make everybody more docile so that the government can control people more. So that was the beginning of the attacks that I started getting from the U.S. government. The Federal Trade Commission sued me for making unsubstantiated claims. I never got criminally sued for fraud.

I had no customer complaints. Mega Memory was loved by everyone. It still is. It's an effective course. Everyone liked the course. but the government sued me, and I settled the case with no finding of any wrongdoing on my part. Then they sued me again when I was promoting coral calcium, and I had Bob Bairford on, and I asked him about calcium and cancer if there's a link, and he quoted a Nobel Prize-winning doctor

who said, Linus Pauling, he actually won the Nobel Prize for Medicine twice. and Dr. Linus Pauling said that there is a correlation between the two, cancer and calcium deficiency. If your body is acidic, cancer can grow. If it's in an alkaline base, cancer can't grow. And that got me sued again by the federal government. And in all these cases, I've been in litigation now for 30 years, and it has cost me, I believe, somewhere over $50 million in today's money in legal fees. to defend myself. And then I did the heinous crime of publishing this book. Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About. I published this in 2005. It's still the best-selling

Natural Health book of all time. It was number one on the New York Times bestseller list for 26 weeks in a row. No publisher in America would publish this book. They were afraid to publish the book. I started my own publishing company and I published it myself and it was unheard of. A self-published book effectively was the number one selling book in all of America the year it came out because it resonated. And the biggest thing that I said was that drug companies have a fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders to increase shareholder value, which means increased profits. They don't have a responsibility to cure or prevent disease. All drug companies want to do is get you to buy more drugs, and they try to figure out ways to get you convinced that you need to take a pharmaceutical drug every day for the rest of your life. This was, again, exposing what was right in front of everyone, but nobody dared talk about.

I also pointed out that America is the only country in the world that allows drugs, pharmaceutical prescription drugs, to be advertised on television. brainwashing people so they go into their doctor and say, I want that drug, I want that drug, I want that drug. Many of these drugs cause so many side effects that five or ten years later they're taken off the market. And there's a massive class action lawsuits filed because of the damage that these pharmaceutical drugs have done to people who took them. And this book talked about the natural non-drug and non-surgical ways to cure and prevent disease. That was a much younger me, by the way. And I got sued again, and I got sued by the federal government, this time for contempt of court, because they knew they couldn't sue me for fraud.

They knew they couldn't sue me for misleading advertising. It was no fraud. There was no crimes, no criminal convictions. The people who bought the books loved them. We had no issue. But this cost tens of millions of dollars in legal fees to defend myself. And I was held in contempt of court. Now, anybody who reads the transcripts of these hearings,

it's almost like it's bizarre a world. You can't believe what happened. And I got sentenced to 10 years in prison, the longest sentence in the history of America for the non-crime of contempt of court. And I spent that time away. Because I was exercising, in my opinion, I was exercising my First Amendment constitutional rights of free.

speech. It was unbelievable. And the government came in and said, I need to pay to the government $37 million. They're going to collect that money and give it back to the people that bought the book. Actually, it was the weight loss cure book that they focused on. They're going to give that people to the people who bought the book, even though they liked the book. They loved the book. They didn't ask for a refund, and they don't want a refund. And so the government, under my suggestion, appointed a receiver. They thought I was hiding assets, and this receiver is a forensic accountant, a global asset search expert, and they came in to do a global asset search to see what money I had around the world, and I showed them. I said, here are all my bank

accounts. I have companies around the world, therefore we have bank accounts around the world. There's no secret here. Everything's been filed on my tax return. All the bank accounts that aren't in America because I lived in Sydney, Australia. I lived in Zurich, Switzerland. So if you live there, clearly you're going to have a bank account there. If you move to a different country, you get a bank account there. And I've been showing all these bank accounts on my tax return. So there's no, it was nothing being hidden. Everything was in the open, completely transparent. They couldn't find any hidden assets. And they said, Kevin's a smartest guy in a world. He has to have hide, hit some assets somewhere. Well, I didn't. I'm very

transparent. The money that came in, it was all documented. Every dollar that went out, you could see. Every dollar that came in, you could see. They couldn't figure it out. They couldn't figure out that actually I was giving the money away. I was giving it to the customers. I was giving it to charities. I was giving it to the staff members and bonuses. And it was almost as if my entire enterprise was operating as a non-profit. And I lived a decent lifestyle, clearly. But there was no money accumulating. That wasn't the goal. The receiver then dismantled all the companies, effectively burned all the inventory of books because they wanted to shut me down. And then they put me away for 10 years in prison. When I came out, I still owed a certain amount of money. Because even though

the companies were worth hundreds of millions of dollars, when the receiver came in and shut them all down, they lost all their value. And they sold the assets virtually pennies on the dollar. And they took for themselves over $8 million in fees. If there's something criminal, maybe we should look at the receiver. I mean, talk about a criminal enterprise, taking $8 million in fees, almost half of what they collected. And if they had sold the assets properly, it would have been hundreds of millions of dollars in cash, capable of paying off the judgment. And the reason, by the way, I just didn't pay the judgment is we weren't liquid at the time, and I told the Federal Trade Commission, look, you can see the numbers as complete transparency.

I have to liquidate these assets. It's going to take months, maybe a year, to do the sales and liquidate, and I can clearly come up with the $37 million. It's not a problem. We have the assets. It's just not in liquid cash form right now. They said absolutely not. Because it wasn't about the money. It was about punishing me and sending a message to people who think like me. That's what the judge said. This is to send a message, Mr. Trudeau, to people who think like you. In other words, people who believe in free speech,

who believe in natural non-drug surgical ways to cure, prevent disease. This was against the government's mandate. Things have changed now with the Trump administration and RFK. It's very humbling to see the massive shift. And when I read what RFK is saying about health and the president is saying about health and fluoride and how the drug companies and the food companies work together against the American public,

how they work with the government, the federal government, against the American citizen and the people that live in America, it's like they're reading right out of this book. It's unbelievable and it's amazing and it's humbling. It's fantastic. We've made huge progress. When I got out of prison, the government came in again and kept asking the judge, I believe, over 200 times to put me back in prison to take and confiscate everything that I'm doing now.

And this has gone on and on and on. Millions and millions more in legal fees. Virtually half of the hours in my day for the last three years has been. has been spent on reading briefs, talking with my lawyers, having meetings, being in court hearings, writing briefs, doing legal research, doing all types of research to defend myself. A massive amount of time, but if you can imagine, a massive amount of effort and energy. And even so, the Global Information Network is growing by Leaps of Bound since I've been out. The Kevin Trudeau Fan Club is growing by leaps and bounds. Trudeau Consulting was formed and we delivered the money processes

and the relationship processes to so many people around the world and their response has been off the charts. The Guru Keb book has come out. A new book called The Vitamin Scam, which will expose the nutritional industry about how you're getting ripped off. And then there'll be a book called spiritual materialism about how you can attain enlightenment and spiritual freedom and liberation on all levels and inventions, but also enjoy prosperity and abundance in your physical life. are not mutually exclusive.

If you want to get rich, it doesn't mean you can't be spiritual. And if you're going to be spiritual, doesn't mean you have to be poor. You can be incredibly spiritual, incredibly enlightened, beautiful love, compassion in your heart, as well as living a prosperous life and making all your dreams come true. It's one and the same. And that book will come out and really revolutionize, I believe, religion and revolutionize spiritual. and revolutionize those who are trying to manifest goals, dreams, and desires, those who are on the track to financial abundance and want to get a lot more out of life.

So even though I had limited time over the last three years, amazing things have happened. impacted. I'm doing a good thing. And I kept going out and going out and going out. And the first miracle that happened was the judge who's been on this case since the beginning came into court one day, completely unannounced, and said, I am not objective. I am recusing myself from the case. This was unprecedented. Let me tell you something. That is a spiritual miracle. That wasn't a legal thing. That was the energy in the universe delivering and making things happen. And he recused himself, and of all the judges in the courthouse, we got assigned a judge who is the, you can call him the smartest guy in the courthouse, the smartest judge. He went to Harvard University, Harvard Law School graduate, incredibly sharp mind, incredibly fair. He doesn't take sides.

He is an independent arbiter of the facts, an amazing judge. And he came in and looked at all this material and it was like he was the kid who was looking at the story of the emperor the emperor's new clothes he looked at this and said why are we here the guy sold a book it's contempt of court what is going on that was the biggest shift and things started going in my favor for the first time in over three decades and the reason that shift occurred is because you, your energy, your prayers, your support, your positive vibrations made the shift. But most importantly, your financial gifts to the Kevin Trudeau fan club, that is what made the difference. Because only when you make a sacrifice, talk is cheap.

The universe is like, everybody says whatever. but when you made a one-time contribution to the fan club and got nothing in return, and when you became a partner or up to your partner membership, the energy kept building and building so much that it affected all the people at the Federal Trade Commission energetically. It affected the judge, it affected all the lawyers. That's what made the difference. this is how it works. We created a virtual mastermind

and hours and hours and hours of negotiation that we had because they're confidential and private. But at the end of the day, we negotiated this three-page agreement. It's only three pages. Three-page agreement that the Federal Trade Commission and I negotiated to settle the case once and for all. And it's not everything I wanted.

The FTC will say that they won, and that's fine. But the case is now effectively over. We presented this to the judge, and the judge looked at this. and we showed them all the other data. I presented all the new partners and all the one-time gifts, and the energy was overwhelming. And the hearing lasted less than 10 minutes, and the judge had one simple question,

and he said, I am thrilled with this. When I saw this, I was blown away. I couldn't believe you guys actually negotiated because you're such arch-enemies and massive adversaries, and the fact that you came together after after three decades, 30 years, and settled your differences, and both of you compromised and came to this,

it is beyond believable. And he smiled and he praised all of our work, and he signed the order. So where are we right now? Let me tell you what the order says. And it's in the public domain, but it's basically this. We now have established how much money I actually still owe,

because I still owe money. I don't believe I own anything because when I did the math and I showed all the math in our negotiations, I said, I don't owe any money. I don't owe anything. As a matter of fact, you guys owe me some money. And they said, no, you owe $28 million.

So that's where we started in the negotiation. My position was they owed me money and their position was I still owed $28 million. we came to a agreement on the amount. It's not what I wanted, but it settles the case. I now owe them $8 million. That was the number that we agreed to. So I have agreed to pay them $8 million.

That's number one. Number two, I agreed in order to settle the case that in the next 10 days, within 10 days, I write them a check for $750,000, I believe. No, $725,000. I have to come up with and write them a check within the next two days, next 10 days. So in the next 10 days, according to this court order, this settlement agreement that was signed by the judge and entered by the judge on Friday,

I have 10 days now to come up with $725,000 additional dollars to pay them. I paid them everything they asked in order to get this deal done. So I pay them that, and now I have to pay them $725,000 in 10 days. That's where we're at right now. Now, remember, we're starting with $8 million. So when I pay them the $725, that'll come off the $8 million. So the first thing is, many of you have been so generous. And I want to emphasize that never put yourself in financial position when you're gifting

money, when you're making a contribution, when you're trying to help someone, whether it's the person you want to support in a political election. Many of you donated to different politicians. Maybe some of you donated money to the Democrat side and Kamala Harris, some of you donated to Donald Trump, maybe some of you donate to different charities like the Red Cross or St. Jude's or Shriners Hospital. I donate a lot to a local facility here that houses homeless people, and 90% of the money goes, not for overheads or expenses, but to actually provide the beds and the food and the clothing. for the homeless people.

That's something that's right here local. I can see the people, so I donate money to that and other charities as well. And I donate money to various spiritual gurus that I bow down to and fill my cup with and humble myself to them. But when you donate, you never put yourself in financial pressure, but it's perfectly okay to make a sacrifice. It was kind of like for Catholics during Lent. You said, okay, I love...

Starbucks coffee. So I'm going to give up Starbucks coffee for Lent. So you give up something, you make a sacrifice during Lent. So when you give one of the magical ingredients so that you get blessings from your giving is to don't put yourself in financial pressure, but do make a sacrifice. So for those of you who've made contributions and so many of you have, maybe you're tapped out and that's perfectly fine. So don't put yourself in any financial pressure. And scripturally it says that remember, God was talking to the Israelites at the time, and he said, remember, it is God. It is I, God, who gives you the power to create and gain and attain wealth. So when you trust in him or her or the universe, that's when the blessings come. So if any of you would like to help me hit the goal of $725,000 in the next 10 days.

That means we own you. And you have to give up and spend no time on global information network. You have to give up and spend no time doing the Kevin Trudeau show on YouTube. You can't be doing any time with the fan club. We own you seven days a week, 24 hours a day. You are working for us, 100%. you can't do anything else. That way, we own you.

And believe me, that was very enticing because it would give me a lovely lifestyle, and they promised me millions of dollars a year in guaranteed income. But that wouldn't be following my mission, and it wouldn't be fulfilling my Dharma, my purpose for being here on this planet. Then there were other people that said,

Kevin, let me help you out. I'm going to buy, I'll buy a house. I'll buy a house. I will buy a house and I'll let you live in it. Where you want to live. Go find the house and I'll buy it. Or why don't you get a nice place downtown Chicago? Give you a penthouse condo, you know, $5 million penthouse condo, and I'll buy it.

It's my asset, but I'll let you live in it for free. Just go down there, find what you want, furnish it the way you want. It's my asset. And then once you get yourself back on track, then you can move out and I'll still have the asset. It's not a bad deal for them. And I said, no, because if I start living in a nice place, the guy. government's going to say, who's paying for that? And they've already told me that they think that

people are hiding assets for me. And they would assume that that person then is just using my money to give me that via them. And then they would start this massive investigation into that person. And even though that person didn't do anything wrong, the way the government works is show me the person and I'll show you the crime. So they will then send the IRS in, they'll send the FTC in, they'll be subpoenaing all the banks. And this guy will have to spend millions of dollars in legal fees and they're going to find some comma out of the wrong place, believe me. They're going to have a question about something. And then you don't want these people sued for tax evasion or this or that.

It's so easy the government can come after anybody anytime and charge you with crime. So I said, no, don't do that. And then there were other people that said, Kevin, look, I'll write you a check for And just recently, when this came up over the weekend, I got a call. Says, Kevin, I want some consulting from you. I says, great. I have a company called Trudeau, Training, Coaching, and Consulting. Well, Trudeau Consulting, Training, and Coaching.

So we do training, we do consulting, and we do coaching. That's where we sell the money processes and the relationship processes. They said, great, I want to do some consulting. I'll write your check for $725,000 advance, and then I'll use that. those hours over the next couple years. I said, no, you can't do that. Because as soon as you write that check, the government is going to say, where did the money come from? And they're going to say, ha ha, he had been lying all along. His friends are holding his money. And then they'll do the same thing. They'll subpoena the guy. They'll subpoena all his bank records. And he'll be in depositions.

He'll have to spend millions of legal fees. And they're going to be going through a microscope looking at every transaction he's ever done around the world. It'll be a disaster. I said, no, I can't do that. So I talk to the FTC about this, and I can't give you all the details of the discussion, and they said, look, if somebody gives you $50,000, $100,000, we have no problem.

But anything over that, I guarantee you that they would question. So that's why, just so you understand. So that's where we're at. After I pay the 725, provided I can actually raise the money and pay it in 10 days. Let's assume that I do. And believe me, I know a miracle will happen. I think many of you will feel the inner pull to help. And if you don't, that's fine.

But if you do, bless you. Bless you so much. Once I pay that 725, then the next payment I have to make starts in 875. April. And the way the order reads the negotiated terms is I then pay a percentage, a straight percentage of all of the revenue that comes in Trudeau Consulting, Training, and Coaching. So all that company, right off the top, before expenses, before anything, the gross sales, I pay a percentage. Same thing with the fan club. I pay a huge percentage of all the money that comes into the fan club goes directly to the Federal Trade Commission.

If I get a royalty from Harper Collins for my book Mega Memory, if I get a royalty on the book from True Star Publishing, all that money goes to pay the $8 million. And I pay them every two months until it's paid off. The good news, though, is there's an agreement between the Federal Trade Commission and myself, and they said, look, you have a debt. We know exactly what it is. make the payments we will

trust that you're making accurate payments you don't have to provide massive amounts of reporting and unless you're going on TV Kevin and selling oil wells that don't exist you're not going to hear from us ever again. It's a beautiful thing it's an absolutely

beautiful thing and it's an amazing thing in order to make these payments going forward I have to have a lot of sales coming in for the money processes and the relationship processes. If you haven't bought them, consider it. And we have to have a lot of new partners at whatever level you can afford. If you can afford only $25 a month or $50, do that.

If you can afford higher, do that. That's going to get this thing paid off sooner. even though this is signed and it is signed by the judge and this is the official signature by the judge signed signed done deal even though it's signed by the judge

there is still an energetic connection if you get divorced once the divorce is signed there's a huge energetic break even if you're separated, even if you don't even talk to each other. The fact that there's still a legal contract, there's still a massive energetic connection. But when you sign the divorce, then there's a massive energetic break. But if you're still paying alimony or if you're paying child support or if you did have children, there's an energetic connection that's there.

So let's say you don't have any children, but one party is paying alimony to the other. There's an energetic connection that's still there. When the alimony payments stop, then that energetic connection is completely severed. Now this is critical. I want to pay this $8 million off as quickly as possible because I understand energetically because I can see it that the energetic connection that I have between me and the FTC is still there, although be it's much smaller than it was, because this has been signed. it's still there.

So partners. Tell people to become partners. Tell people to buy the money processes and relationship processes. And let me tell you what we're going to do to help make this happen. friends, when I went away, before I went away, we had scheduled a fishing trip. It's our annual fishing trip up in Canada. And the judge had taken me into custody. I was getting ready for the trial. And he denied me, he took my passport away. You can't leave the country. I said, Your Honor, next week we're scheduled to go on this fishing trip. And it's an annual business retreat where we go and we basically plan our whole, you know, the next two to five years. And it's an annual thing we do once a year, review everything. And we fish, but we're in the woods and we're in this beautiful place of energy. And it's business and a little pleasure, but it's just this beautiful place. It's a whole week. And it's already been booked. Can I go? And the

judge said, yes, you can go. And I said, that's fine. So I went on that trip and he said, make sure you come back. I says, look, I was living in Zurich. I could have stayed there. There's no extradition for contempt of court. I came back to go to jail. I go, I'm not going to now leave and run away. And he goes, yeah, I trust you.

So I went on the fishing trip, came back. Then, of course, I went to jail. So I came back to go to prison. And everybody said, why are you doing that? Why don't you just stay out of the country because there's no extradition. I said, no, I handle everything and everything will work out fine. Well, the receiver who came in didn't pay the bill. This is what the receiver did, by the way.

Just saying no. He didn't pay obligations. What the receiver did is criminal, in my opinion. But he's all illegally, I don't have to pay. I go, yeah, but you have an obligation. You pay your bill. you always pay your bills. So he didn't pay the bills.

What do they do? They took the money. He took the money himself, $8 million in fees. So he didn't pay the bill. I didn't know this until a little while ago. And when I found out, I called up the guy at the fishing lodge,

and I said, hey, it's Kevin Trudeau. My God, blast from the past. Haven't heard your, wow, everything okay? Yes, I gave him a little update. And I said, first off, before I give you an update, do we, do we, oh, yeah, money and instantly said yes the receiver never paid me I said how much is it and he goes I I have it right here in the computer hold on I have the original invoice and whatever the

amount was I said I always pay my bills send me the invoice I said I'm paying it I'll pay it I can't believe you're paying it I go what do mean you can't believe I'm paying it I owe it And I'm in a position to be able to pay it. And if I wasn't in a position to pay it, I would say I'm not in a position to pay it right now, but I'll pay a little bit each week because I pay my bills. There's not a person on the planet who can say that Kevin Trudeau stiff them. And there's a lot of people. I mean, even President Trump, as we all know, you know, when this company's filed bankruptcy,

people didn't get paid. That's legal and so forth. I pay my bills. I don't take advantage of legal loopholes to get out of paying a bill. because there's another human being over there that just got stiff and is going to now suffer because they didn't get paid. Everybody, there's no judgment here. You can do what you want.

But the point is, I remember my friends. I always remember my friends. So for those of you who make contributions, even though you're getting nothing in return when you make a one-time contribution to the fan club, just know that I always remember my friends. That's all I can tell you right now. And I will say this, the book Natural Cures, the new ones coming out next year. The reason that this caused so much hate from the government toward me is there's an article

that just came out. And the article says, six in ten Americans live with at least one, at least one, six in ten, with at least one chronic disease, such as heart disease, strokes, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, and more. Six and ten. Seven out of ten deaths in America, seven out of ten are linked to these chronic diseases. Now let's put that in perspective. When John F. Kennedy was president, only six percent had a chronic health condition. Now it's over 60%. We're taking more drugs than ever before.

We spend more money at the National Institutes of Health and around the world doing research on conditions. And we're getting sicker and sicker and sicker and sicker and sicker and sicker and sicker and sicker and sicker. And I pointed this out. 36 diseases in the last 25 years have more than doubled. 20 diseases more than tripled. and 16 more than quadrupled. ADD is up 139%. Autism up 2,094%.

Panic disorder is up 263%. Depression is up 280%. Multiple sclerosis is up 117%. Lupus is up 787%. Osteoarthritis is up 449%. Autoimmune disease is up 221%. COPD is up 148%. Alzheimer's is up 299%.

Ready for this one? Chronic fatigue is up 11,027%. Sleep apnea is up 430%. And it goes on to talk about the causes of this massive health catastrophe is the massive use of pharmaceutical prescription and non-prescription drugs and the ingredients and processing in food.

RFK is now been nominated to be the director in America, the director of health and human services. So he runs over all of health care in America. And the establishment is saying this will be a disaster for Americans' health, having this nutcase in charge. Really? It's already a disaster. It's an absolute disaster. You know what that's like? Like you're the coach of a football team.

and you are oh and a hundred and they say we're going to fire the coach and bring somebody else in. You can't do that. Bringing that coach in will be a disaster. It's already a disaster. It can't get any worse. It can't get any worse.

The Department of Education is exactly the same. When Jimmy Carter put the Department of Education in in 1976, the American educational system spent about one-tenth of what other countries countries spent per person. We had the highest test scores in the world. We had the best educational system in the world. If you went through the American school system, it was as good or better than Switzerland or Singapore and other world-class countries. We were right up there in the top five. And it was always every year was like a fight. But world-class students came out. They could read and

right. They spoke very well. They knew grammar. They could actually speak. They didn't put a verb at the end of the sentence. Who that is? No, it's not who that is. It, who is that? That's proper English. That's English. We're not speaking German where you put the verb at the end of the sentence. We're speaking English. It's not who that is. It's who is that? Speak English. You don't end the sentence with a preposition. There's little things.

But we used to be able to speak. You look at the older movies back in the 50s, 60s, and 70s, and people could articulate them. Articulate. Even the hippies could speak. They could do math. You didn't need a calculator. They knew how to do math.

They knew what city in the world is the Eiffel Tower. An American graduate. today, graduate high school, and 50% of them say, what is the Eiffel Tower? We're the stupidest people on the planet. A lot of it has to do with the fluoride. But back in 1976, when Jimmy Carter was president, we had one of the best, the top five, always sometimes we were number one, so there's number three, depending on the year. But we were number one in test scores, or at least in the top five in test scores, and

fantastic. We graduated, intelligent, articulate, sharp, motivated people. Then, for some insane reason, and we'll go into the reasons why, it's all political, Jimmy Carter signs a piece of paper and starts the Federal Department of Education, which started with like a dozen people, and now it's in the tens of thousands of people, and it's this bloated bureaucracy, as usual. Today, of all the industrialized nations in the world, American students are last, last, last on test scores and other metrics when it comes to education. So the Department of Education ruined education. And so Trump is saying we should get rid of it. We should get rid of the Department of Education.

And you know what the bureaucracy says? this will be a disaster for our kids. It's already a disaster. It can't get any worse. We're last. It didn't work. You know, there's an old saying from the smartest man in the world, Mr. Hawkins. He said, when the facts change, I change my mind.

What about you, sir? Think about that. Hey, it was a good plan. You know, maybe there was some, hey, let's, let's, let's, let's, let's, Let's set up this Department of Education so we can have uniform testing and uniform training and whatever the reason was that there was the sound good reason for setting it up. And let's maintain our lead in the world of education. Well, guess what?

Maybe the intentions were good, but it didn't work. It backfired. It caused a colossal disaster. And now that you know that, get rid of it. And that was one of the first people to expose this, and this is why the bubble in Washington, which includes all the agencies like the Food and Drug Administration and the Federal Trade Commission, they hate people like me who are exposing them. I'm taking away their power.

I'm taking away their authority because people now know that the government is not helping me. People always used to think the government's going to solve my problems. Ronald Reagan said it best. The government is your problem. If you can get government out of your life and have them involved as little as possible, your entrepreneurial spirit, your self-determinism will take over. Everything will be fine.

And if you break the law and if you do something that's adverse to another human being, there's a penalty for that, and you get out of society so that we can protect society. Perfect. Or a nation of laws. So right now, I have the signed agreement. This is an agreement, a contract that I made with the other party, and they made with me. We negotiated and we agreed upon it. We shook hand. Actually, we didn't shake hands physically because they were in Washington and I was here. But effectively, it's a handshake and we got it signed by an independent arbiter called the U.S. federal judge. It was incredibly happy with this settlement.

The one last little trick is I have to pay $725,000 more in 10 days. That's the only little overhang. But again, it's signed. Now, it'll unravel if I break it. And if I don't send them $725,000 in 10 days, then there's a problem. So right now, how are we gonna pay that? I'm looking at the accounts in Trudeau Consulting.

I'm looking at the account in the fan club. I don't have anything in my account because I up until now I was living on $3,750 a month. So I don't have any money. So the Trudeau Consulting has some money and the fan club has some money. We're looking at the partner money coming in. And we're saying how much money can we take out of those accounts and still be able to make payroll and handle our monthly overhead? So I'm looking at all the numbers.

And so we don't have enough to write a check for $725,000. We'll go to the bank and say, hey, we have this partner revenue. Can we factor that? Maybe get an advance on this. We're looking at different things. But the number one thing that would magically help is if you can go to the Kevin Trudeau.com fan club website, Kevin Trudeaufanclub.com.

Kevin Trudeau fanclub.com. If you can go there and make any one-time contribution to get this settled once and for all, that's the urgency. Now, I'm not even going to talk about the legal fees that I owe, which is another, I think, 700,000. But the good news is the lawyers, given though they want to get paid now,

there are going to be no more legal fees going forward. So out of money coming in from the Partners program and into the fan club, I'll start paying that off as well. So those are the two little overhangs there. And by the way, next year, if the Trudeau or True Star Publishing does well with the book version of Your Wishes Your Command and the brand new natural cures book when that comes out next year, you know, that company may have some cash to pay the lawyers. So this is why you don't have to worry about the how. Everybody gets too worried about the how.

You have to be real clear on what the objective is, but not. the method in which it has to manifest. Clearly in my particular case, I have a need, and that need is I have to write a check in 10 days. Otherwise, I break the agreement and I'm back in court. And all bets are off. So I know that there's an urgency there. The legal bills, I'll handle that later. So you focus on your chief aim. The chief aim is paying the 725 so I can make the deal. The second one is to keep the companies alive, make sure there's enough money in there, enough money coming in to pay the overhead so I don't have to fire everybody and shut everything down. That's the second thing.

And the third thing is make sure I pay the lawyers because I have an obligation. So those are my three top three, but I'll forget the second two and just focus on one right now, which is paying that $7.25 because otherwise it's all bets are off and then we're back in hot water. So how do I manifest that? I don't have to think about the how. I'm putting out to the universe, this is the need. And I know that everything will work out just fine. What that means is, I didn't say I know I'm going to get $725.

I said, I know everything will work out just fine. And even if I don't pay the money and I'm back in court and if I'm going to be back in prison, it'll still be just fine. I don't want that to happen. And I know you don't either. This is how you release attachment to outcomes and eliminate any fear of something that you don't want to happen. You have to run it so that the energy is gone. So I know this will manifest in some magical way.

I already know, and just from recent experience, when I had the last need and I just made a few comments and sent out a few emails and text messages, the response was overwhelming. So I was capable of making all those payments, which was miraculous. and that was paid. And I know that there's some money in the accounts now, so I don't need $725 in new money. I know there's some money there. I have to do all the math. You know, maybe half, maybe I got half of that,

maybe a third. I don't think anything more than a half. It's probably between a third and a half is what I can scrape up out of the accounts. So I'll probably need, you know, two thirds of the $7.25 or half of the $7.25. and new money. But it'll all work out.

That's the whole point. I know it will. And you can see, you can sense the energy, it's all going to be just fine. I don't know how, because it looks a little bit like an impossible, monumental Herculian task.

But that's not a problem. Because the universe knows that nothing is impossible. That's a scriptural task. Test. Text. and a scriptural principle in all the religious texts in the Christian and Bible. It says nothing is impossible for God.

So I'm not asking any particular person to help. I'm telling, reminding, because scripturally it says to God when he's talking to the people, he said, when you're dealing with an issue, bring me in remembrance. In other words, another translation says, remind me of my promises that I made to you previously. And I will fulfill those promises. So he says, hey, it's your job to remind me of what I promised. And if you do, and it says, with faith, believing, then I will fulfill those promises.

So God says, look, I'll fulfill the promise. You have to remind me, and you can't doubt. You have to have total faith. So I remind God of his promises, and I have no doubt. That's the source. And people say, well, why are you asking us for money? Because God or the universe or the Atman or the universal consciousness or universal intelligence, it works through people.

God doesn't manifest cash out of thin air and have it just rain in front of you. God works through people first. He works through nature and he works through animals because they're all an expression and an extension of him or her or the universal intelligence, the static, the oneness, pure love and compassion, pure knowingness. Everything is an extension and expression of that. People, though, are at the highest vibration. So when you ask something into the universe, God will deliver it through a person. And that's what people don't get. I have heard that still inner voice saying, do this for that person,

do this for that person, call that person, do this. I've had that. I felt it. I've been in the positions where it's like reaching my pocket, whatever money I have, cash, I'd hand it to someone to go, for some reason I'm being told to give this to you. Why? Don't ask any questions.

Have a good thing. And then I'd get in a car and I wonder, oh, I don't have any gas. How am I going to get home? this is back in the day before credit cards and I remember that particular time and I thought what am I going to do now I was thinking should I go back and ask the guy for five you know a fin we called it five dollars so I could put some petrol in some gasoline and drive home I said I don't know what to do I don't forget this I was in Massachusetts at the time so as I'm sitting near my car scratching my head, my buddy drives up out of nowhere, pulls up next to me, he goes,

hey Trudeau! We used to call each other by our last days. Trudeau, what are you doing? I go, Maine, you are a lifesaver. He goes, what do you mean? I go, I'm out of, I just got enough gas to get to a gas station and I don't have any cash on me. Oh yeah, follow me. Because there's one right around the corner here. So I followed him, how much you need. And just to fend. He goes, okay, here you go. I mean, what were you doing driving around here? He goes, I got off work. I was going to go home and I don't know. Something told me just to drive around for a while. And then I saw you a car. Can you understand that? That is miracles happen right before your eyes. So when you go through adversity, when you have things happen in your life that you don't want to have happen,

release attachment to the outcome, believe, have faith. Everything is always going to work up fine. I can tell you this, my friends. Next year, we're going to be cleaning things up between now and the end of the year. There's a lot of little loose ends. But based on the fact that this is done, I will be announcing a little travel next year. I will be coming to Canada.

I will be coming to Europe. and we'll be coming either to Central and or South America, not sure, to visit some people and allow you to come so you're not to travel into the U.S. and thank you personally. And who am I going to invite? I'm going to invite partners and people who gave one-time contributions. People that supported us, supported me. a little higher up there in terms of because it's, I can't have thousands of people showing up. I want to give personal attention to those people who really stood up. And it's very similar to Donald Trump was just elected president. And every president does this, whether it was Obama or Clinton or Trump or Biden. He was elected. And who did he invite to a celebration party? Do you invite everybody who, you know, voted for Trump? Who did Kamala invite to her potentials?

celebration punny. Everybody who said, yeah, I love the Democratic ticket. I love Kamala? No, they invited the top donors, the people that supported the organization the most, either with money or that were on staff that were working for pennies. That was the reward.
