Most people aren't living their own life.
They're living the lives of others.
They're susceptible and suggestible to the thoughts, words, and beliefs of other people,
and other people virtually control your life.
When you are manipulated and controlled by other people,
because you're so susceptible to their influence,
it keeps you stuck.
It keeps you suppressed.
And it constantly makes you feel like you have no power of control over your life.
The moment you stop worrying about what other people think is the moment your life actually begins.
What if I told you that people control you?
What if I told you that people control how you think, what you say, and what you do?
What if I told you that other people control how you spend your money?
Well, it's true.
Most people, and that means you, are a sniop.
This came from Zig Ziglar, the great motivational speaker,
and we used to be a good friend of mine.
Zig Ziglar said that most people are held back from achieving success
because they're sniops,
which means they are susceptible to the negative influence of other people.
Now, some of you think, oh, no, no, no, no, no.
Kevin, I'm my own man.
I'm my own woman.
I make my own decisions.
I mean, sure, I listen to other people's opinions, but I'm the person who makes the decision.
No, you think that you're making a decision, but you're being completely controlled by other people's words and thoughts.
And today, you're being completely controlled by the algorithms that are on social media and the videos that you're watching and the headlines that you're seeing and the news media that's out.
Look, it's real simple.
News media produces stories about a particular subject, let's say the economy.
90% of the news stories across all social media platforms and across all the mainstream media in a week, let's say, say that the economy's doing really bad.
When people are surveyed, they're asked, how do you think the economy's doing?
90% of the people say, it's doing really bad.
How do they know?
Do you still have a job?
Yeah.
Still have your same income?
Actually, you got to raise.
Well, how do you know the economy's bad?
Well, it's bad.
It's only because they've been programmed.
So whatever you're being programmed with is how you believe things are.
Let me back up.
let's take successful people, and many of you want to become successful, people that have
$100 million or more in the bank, and that's really the definition of financial success today.
If you don't have $100 million in the bank, liquid, you're not a success.
You're doing okay, but you don't really qualify.
You know, back in 1900, 1910, 1920, 1930, if you were a millionaire, you were somebody.
You had to be a millionaire in order to be in the classification as somebody who really was successful.
Well, that means in today's dollars, that means you have $100 million.
So a millionaire back in 1930 is somebody who has $100 million today.
So if you take those people and you look, these people are not susceptible to the influence of other people.
If you take people that don't have $100 million in the average guy, let's say the average gal or a guy is making $100,000 a year or $80,000 a year, $150,000 a year, maybe you're making $200,000 or $300,000 a year.
You are so easily manipulated and controlled.
You don't even know it.
How do I know this?
Number one, this is what we did in the Brotherhood.
We knew exactly how to manipulate people, how to control people with words or with images.
There was a secret science of images.
so we could influence people real easy.
But I had a very close friend of mine for decades.
A guy, some of you probably never heard of.
The Amazing Creskin.
Now, the Amazing Creskin was a mentalist.
He would be on the Johnny Carson show.
Some of you don't know that.
That was a precursor to Leno and whoever's on today.
It was a Tonight Show.
Johnny was the biggest guy on TV after Red Sullivan.
But Johnny Carson had Creskin on more times than anybody else in history.
Creskin performed thousands, tens of thousands of performances around the world.
I mean, the guy was virtually on the road doing two performances a day, like 300 days a year.
It was crazy.
He was on TV shows.
This guy would take people on stage.
He'd go into the audience and pick people, put him on stage.
And he would mass hypnotize people in record.
time. He was in the Guinness Book of World Records. He had like three or four or five hundred people
that he had and he had him all to sleep in record time. He was actually, they did a movie with
called The Amazing Buck Howard. It was a movie kind of about him with John Malcovage. And I knew
Kreskin very, very well. And Kreskkin, by the way, was an amazing fellow. I remember one time
I had a brand new cell phone. Nobody had the phone number. I'm sitting outside smoking a cigar.
My cell phone rings. And I just got the phone. Like two days, two days or two days.
earlier. Nobody had the number. The phone rings. And I look at it. It's a 9-17 number from New York.
And I'm thinking, who's calling me from New York? So I pick up the phone. And I hear, Kevin,
it's the amazing Kreskin. And I said, Kreskin, how did you get this number? And he says,
Kevin, remember, I'm the amazing Kreskin. The guy was fantastic. But here's the point. The point is,
If you talk to any hypnotist who does stage hypnosis and you ask them, how susceptible or suggestible are people?
And they laugh.
They go 90% of people are so suggestible.
It's a joke.
You can put them to sleep in virtually 60 seconds.
You can have them act like a chicken on stage.
You can have them do anything because they are.
susceptible to the influence of somebody else so easily. You are suggestible. You are susceptible to the
negative influence of other people. Think about it. You're going to go to a restaurant. And you hear
somebody says, oh, yeah, it's a good restaurant. I'm going to go to the restaurant. But you check
Yelp. You go online. You check some social media thing, you know, where there's comments. And you read,
there's one comment. Oh, it's five stars. Another one. Oh, it's excellent. Five stars.
another one X and a five star, then one guy gives it one star.
And you read that.
That's the one you read, one star.
Oh, and you read it.
I'm not going there.
It's got bad reviews.
It's got bad reviews.
There's one idiot who said something bad about it.
What about all the other good reviews?
You actually tap into negative comments, infinitely, more intensely than positive ones.
How do we know this?
Do you ever hear of a gawkers traffic jam?
You're driving down the road, and all of a sudden, there's a massive traffic jam,
and you're going, what's going on?
What's going on?
And you realize that there's a car crash on the other side of the highway coming this way.
It's not on your side.
There's no traffic over here, but everyone's slowing down so they can look or gawk at the car crash.
because we are interested in train wrecks.
We love disasters.
We love negativity.
We're actually drawn to negative comments.
If somebody's being critical, you're in your office.
You have a bunch of people around,
and all of you start being critical.
Any suggestions on how to make something better?
And somebody says, well, you know what's a problem?
I think blah, blah, blah is a problem.
Then the next person chimes in.
Yeah, you know, and in addition to that,
there's something else that's a big problem.
And then the next person jumps and let me tell you what else I don't like about this place.
And then somebody else, it's like this feeding frenzy on negativity, right?
We love it.
That means all of you who did that are susceptible to the negative influence of other people.
You're all suggestible.
That means you're all controlled by the media and by social media algorithms.
You are not your own man.
You're not your own woman.
You don't have control over your life.
And here's the point.
When you look at people that are incredibly successful,
whether they make a lot of money, and listen,
you know, when I'm hanging around the people that I hang around with,
they talk about their private jets.
We're on private jets together.
We're talking about the Rolls Royces and the Ferraris and the Bugatti's
and how many condos we have.
Oh, we got a penthouse in Dubai.
We got a big apartment in Paris.
And we got a big mansion here.
And how many acres?
And I got a lake house.
And got a brand new yacht.
And, you know, the jewelry.
I have a couple friends of mine that love fashion like me.
And we talk about our alligator shoes.
Oh, where did you get your alligator shoes?
Oh, I have it made by Latanzi.
Oh, he's the best in the world.
He hand makes everything.
He used to make brioini stuff.
Now he has his own shop.
They mold your foot.
They make a custom shoe to your design.
It's all custom made.
Yeah.
And where do you go for your jewelry?
Oh, I go to Michael Bodry in Beverly Hills.
He's the celebrity jeweler of the stars.
You know, he makes all the rifted.
rings and everything and all custom designed and spectacular. Oh, and where do you get your suits
made? Oh, I go to Milan and I go to this guy and this guy and they hand make the, that's what we're
talking about, right? So when you start talking to these people, they are not influenced or
controlled by anyone. They are at cause over their environment. They're not at effect. They make
decisions and the universe yields to their will. That could be you. If you want to make more money,
if you want to have a better relationship, if you want to achieve more in your life, if you want to be
able to start attaining your goals and objectives, if you want to start getting more stuff,
then you cannot be suggestible. You have to stop
being susceptible to the negative influence of other people.
So how do you do that?
Number one, you have to be aware and acknowledge that you are susceptible currently and are suggestible.
You have to acknowledge it.
You cannot deny it.
And think about it.
How many times have you just repeated what somebody else said?
How many times have you fed into a negative comment?
Have you ever done this, by the way?
Social media nuts that you are?
You go on whatever the social, what are the social media accounts?
X, Facebook, Instagram, I don't know, LinkedIn, whatever.
And you get a comment or you read somebody's comment.
And you are compelled.
You can't help yourself.
You're compelled.
You have to respond back.
And what do you do?
Do you respond positively and uplifting?
Or do you respond negative?
He's a jerk.
you start responding negative.
If you look at all the posts, by the way,
on social media, Facebook, X, Instagram, Twitter,
whatever they are, Twitter is now X.
And you look at the post,
researchers have shown that it's something like 82%
of every post on every social media platform is negative.
Doesn't that tell you something?
Doesn't it tell you feed into negativity?
You love it.
You feed into it.
And that's going to keep you broke.
And that's going to keep you from attaining your goals and dreams.
You have to stop being susceptible to the negative influence of other people.
Stop being a stiop.
Number one, you have to acknowledge, don't deny,
that you have been in the past susceptible to the negative influence of other people.
And start doing a little analysis that when does that actually happen?
I remember when so-and-so said that and I started feeding it.
into that. I didn't do that because somebody said, don't do it. I remember back in the old days when
Amway Corporation and Herbal Life and Mary Kaye Cosmetics were big, the multi-level marketing
companies. And I remember people would present an opportunity to somebody and they'd say,
here's a business opportunity you can get in. The guy would say, that looks great. I'm really
excited about it. Then he'd go home and talk to his family. Hey, I just saw this great business
opportunity and they thought laughing at him. Oh, you got suckered into that. Ha, ha, ha.
Those things never work.
Ha, ha, ha, ha.
And what do you do?
Yeah, I'm not getting in that.
I'm not going to get suckered into that.
I'm not into that Amway stuff and that multi-level stuff.
No good, no, I'm not doing that.
No, not going to do that.
And there was a story, real good story, of a guy that I knew very well named Don Storms.
Don Storms became a crown ambassador in the Enway business, which is their top level.
Had his own private island, his own private jet, his own big,
huge $2 million motor coach that he traveled around in, big huge mansion.
It was 25,000 square feet down in North Carolina.
I mean, this guy was super wealthy.
He had all these started building apartment buildings and everything.
But he made all his money in the Amway business.
And he told me the story that when he was in the room, being offered the opportunity
for the very first time, there was another fellow there.
And they both got excited and wanted to join.
Don went home and told his wife, I'm going to get in this Amway business.
And his wife said, I heard that's Mickey Mouse.
I heard that's door to door.
That's no good.
And Don Storms was a man.
And he said, honey, this is what we're doing.
And she said, okay, I'm supporting you.
And as a couple, they built that business and became multi, multi, multi, multi,
millionaires.
And that other guy, Dawn always tells us a story.
He went home to his wife and said, hey, I got this great business opportunity.
And she says, I heard that's Mickey Mouse.
That's door to door.
And the guy says, yeah, you know, I wasn't too sure.
And I don't think I can get to get in.
And she says, good.
He was susceptible to the negative influence of other people.
And Dawn always tells the story.
He says, that guy's still my friend.
Because that guy washes my cars.
He works for me full time.
He washes and cleans and maintains my cars.
That's what he does.
And I pay him a decent wage.
And we're still friends.
But imagine two guys.
Imagine two guys in the same room on the same day being offered the exact same opportunity.
One is a snye op susceptible to the negative influence of other people and the other one is a man.
And that man becomes a multibillionaire and that snob is just washing his car 25 years later.
Who are you?
And by the way, what if you're a woman?
That's fine.
Take charge.
there are plenty of leaders and winners that are women more so many times than men doesn't make a difference
the race you are the gender you are the religion you are or where country you live in you got what it
takes stop being a snuyahe susceptible to the negative influence of other people admit that you were
in the past that's number one don't deny it and then going forward pay it
attention and you will see and you will feel that subconscious move to being susceptible
or accepting a suggestion. And when you see it, say, cancel, cancel. Don't let people put rats
in your head. And that's what they're doing. Treat it like this. Imagine if somebody knocked
on your door one day and you open the door, hello, and then
They had a bag of rats.
And they go, hi, I got a bag of rats.
I'm going to put these rats in your house.
You'd say, no, you're not.
Oh, yes, I am.
No, you're not.
You would stand up to that person
and you'd kick that person out.
You wouldn't let that person empty a bag of rats in your house.
You'd fight that person.
But why do you let people put rats in your head?
Think about it.
Don't let people put rats in your head.
Don't be a stye up.
Start taking charge of your life.
Start making your own decisions
and start realizing that your thoughts
and your beliefs aren't even yours.
When you realize that, then you can say,
what do I think?
I don't care what anybody else says.
I don't care what anybody else thinks.
What do I think?
Yes, I'll collect data,
but I'm making the conclusion
and I'm making decisions
regardless of what anybody says
or thinks about me or anything else.
And let me tell you what actually happens
to people when they stop worrying about what other people think.
It's almost as if they come out of a trance.
People tell me all the time, I feel like I'm awake.
Where before I was in this half sleep mode or kind of trance mode,
and now I can actually see and I'm awake and I can actually see this other person
and I could care less of what they think because it's my life not theirs.
My name is Peter Saez.
So I've been 35 years in personal growth and read just about every book on the subject.
And if I was to put one book ahead of everything else in terms of what it's done for me,
the information on how it's changed my life, it would have to be your wishes, your command.
And there's not just one area.
It's not just finances or relationships or inner peace.
It's everything in one amazing book.
I can't say anymore.
You read what's in this book and you make the kind of gains that I've made.
You are going to wish that your command happens sooner.
