Starting point is 00:00:33 So what? I changed the start of time. But I'll tell you what. It looks like with James Gunn saying that Aja Arjona might be a great Wonder Woman, that pretty much signs the deal, right? If not, it's mean. I'll explain why. We have that.
Starting point is 00:00:52 We have a new trailer for Running Man that came out. It's Bella Ramsey going to play Kitty Pride? F1. already was a new sequel. Very put it in development. Of course they did. Why wouldn't they? I almost hit end stream.
Starting point is 00:01:08 And that would have been the end of this, but I didn't. Instead, I'm going to hit the opening so me and Roxy Stryor can have a show. Here we go. Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen, to the show. It is Tuesday. Could she be a two-in-a-week champion? Roxy Stryor is in the house. Hello, Roxy.
Starting point is 00:01:35 How are you? Would that be? I'm there I hear you you did that I did well it was muted no it's not but yeah I'd that would be exciting it'd be exciting to get back on a little streak it'll be tough roca hit 130 just to give you a heads up no good job broca but you know you never know if crystal comes in here that's the end of it I want it for roca too though he's working so hard really is trying to tough yeah for this show we have a lot to talk about today so much to discuss we have a shorter show here today, but nonetheless, we are going to discuss whatever we can in the short
Starting point is 00:02:13 amount of time that we have. We got a lot of great TV picks. We have, oh my God. Tons of TV. And it just came out, like it didn't have any warning sign to it. No, there's tons of, tons of it. So we're going to get into all that. But you and I have been talking about it for a bit with Wonder Woman. And now, AJ Arjona would make a great Wonder Woman says James Gunn. That's what James Gunn said. not just me and Roxy. Wonder Woman's back in the spotlight as cast rumors heat up with James Gunn praising, Andrea Arjuna. Fans are now speculating whether she's the top choice to lead the DCUs next chapter.
Starting point is 00:02:49 Mark Julian writing after Wonder Woman was largely absent from James Gunn's January, 2023 on bailing of the Chapter 1 Gods and Monster Slate. Paradise Loss is set long before Wonder Woman is born. Things are now picking up rapidly for the whatever she's forever she's from. Over two years, the things are picking up. David Zazlov, named Wonder Woman as one of the DC's Four Pillars, along with Batman, Superman, and Supergirl. Then in June, James Gunn announced that a Wonder Woman movie was officially in development.
Starting point is 00:03:21 Around this time frame, many actresses all suddenly expressed interest in the role, including Moon Nights, May Kalamai. She was good. Screams Melissa Barrera and Andor's Adria Arjona. It's the latter who James Gunn are. addressed in a recent interview with Extra TV as the DC Studios co-CEO addressed the prevailing online theory that Gunn wants Arjona for the role because he's following the actress on Instagram. He said, you know, I follow Andrea on Instagram and everyone's come out. He'd just follow her. That means she's Wonder Woman. She'd be a great Wonder Woman, by the way.
Starting point is 00:03:52 But she was in a movie I made seven years ago. We've been friends and have known each other since then. So I followed her then. I didn't just follow her recently. James and Andrea Arjona first teamed up in the Belko experiment. Given their past collaboration and Gunn's recent praise is fair to wonder if Arjona has become the leading favorite among fans. Even before the latest interview, her name was already showing up in comment sections and social media threads, making one of the most talked about choices for the role. All right, that's enough. So if it wasn't a lot before, it's a lock, right? I don't know. Really?
Starting point is 00:04:28 Yeah. Not, I don't know how she would be. Like, Jim's Gunn, I think anybody who sees her perform. or anybody who, frankly, sees her on paper, would think, yeah, this girl would crush Wonder Woman. She's Wonder Woman. So I think he's stating the obvious here that we've all stated. I don't know one person who's like,
Starting point is 00:04:48 I know some people who don't think that Adirajana is their number one choice, but I don't know one person who thinks she'd be bad. I've never heard somebody's take be like she would be the worst Wonder Woman. So the silliest thing I see with her, she's too short. She's 5'7. You put platform shoes on her. She's 5'9 or 510 within seconds. He's kind of speaking facts on this one.
Starting point is 00:05:09 Does this mean she's Wonder Woman? I really don't know. The way that he seems to be casting so far is that he really has been casting TV actors like Rachel Brosnahan. People who are not household names like David Corn Sweat. Does Adior Hona fit in that category? No, she fits more in a Nicholas Holt category. No, no way. No way. No way.
Starting point is 00:05:38 You think she has the same star power with Nicholas Holt had? No, that's not what I understand. What do you mean? It's more in that category where she's more known. If there's two categories, unknowns and more knowns, she's on one of the biggest shows right now. She's been in huge blockbusters.
Starting point is 00:05:53 Do you think AJ Arjona is more well known than Rachel Brosnaham? In this moment, I do. Sorry, not now that Rachel's lowest lane. No, I don't you mean. That moment. I mean, yeah, I think. Only because people really only know Rachel Brosnahan for one thing. Nobody knows Rachel Brosan for anything other than Marvelous.
Starting point is 00:06:21 What do they know besides Andrew and what do they know Adrire Jonah from? Well, wasn't she in that whole other comic book movie? Morbius. Who the hell saw that? It's a big blockbuster movie. I obviously loved her. And you know, the peanut butter falcon guys did Los Freakies. She was unbelievable in that.
Starting point is 00:06:37 which I'm not saying is a huge, huge hit. She was in that Glenn Powell movie. The hitman movie on Netflix is probably the bigger one that I think is mainstream, but that's what I think. I just think she's been in way more stuff than Rachel Brosnahan, who only did Maisel. Yeah, I don't, I just, I think in our circle, she's definitely more more well known,
Starting point is 00:07:00 our name's being tossed around more, but I think the casual fan has no idea who she is. And you think the casual fan knew who Rachel Brosnahan was? Maybe more so if you had Amazon, you were watching the show. I'd say they're probably on the same par. Maybe her more so because she was all these award shows all the time. And she was, you know. I think it's fair argument.
Starting point is 00:07:17 I don't know the answer. To me, I'm a dire TV person. So both of them are, I know both of them by name. Right. But I wonder, I don't know that this sentence was him saying, I'm going to cast her. I think he was saying she would be great, but I don't follow her because of that. Right. And it makes me wonder, what are they going to go for?
Starting point is 00:07:37 for a Wonder Woman. They name their big four, right? You and I both are under the impression that they are going to go with Brendan Sclanar for Batman. Well, we want them to. I don't know if they're going to. Manifest it. We're manifesting that. Okay, another TV star. If that happens, then we know who our supergirl is, a TV star. David Corn Sweat, nobody knew before this, although he was in Twisters as well. And so who's our Wonder Woman? Do we go with somebody who's super famous? Do we go with somebody who like, like, I would say Anna De Armis is more famous than Adira Hona at this point. Do we go
Starting point is 00:08:13 with somebody like that? Or do we go with somebody like Adir Hona or even somebody less famous than her? So, yeah, I think everything you're saying as far as who he's looking for is, is accurate and I think she fits into that 100%. I think in our circle people know who she is. I don't think anybody knows who she is. I think she's
Starting point is 00:08:29 absolutely going, I think, and I think that this doesn't necessarily mean, yes, she's being cast. But I also think it's mean for him to go, yeah, she'd be a great Wonder Woman. Well, then she was okay, well, and cast me then, motherfucker. And, you know, so it's like, it does. Or she already knows that she hasn't been cast and he's throwing her a bone on this saying, maybe, maybe.
Starting point is 00:08:47 I know that you would have been great. It's just not the direction that we're going in. I think it's more likely than not that she is. Yes. I just think it's possible that she's not. I'm looking right now. Mamoa. Mamoa is also another big factor here, by the way.
Starting point is 00:09:00 You think so? Not in a, not in a way where he's going to say, hey, you have to cast my girlfriend. But I think that it doesn't hurt that your lobo is also, hey, listen, you've worked with my girlfriend before. You like her. Hey, we're going to go out and we have a couple of drinks. She's coming with us.
Starting point is 00:09:23 And we're having some talks about the super movie or whatever we just did. And then he started shooting the shit about Wonder Woman and everything else too. You know how it goes in this town, too. There's nothing to do with it. She's talented. You know, so she's talented. So it's going to be one of these things. I'm like, yeah, you know, she's cool.
Starting point is 00:09:38 It works out. I know I can work with her. She's great. People want her. I have a relationship in general. And she has everything kind of working for her. I'm looking right now in her IMDB. Just curious.
Starting point is 00:09:52 She did six episodes of True Detective, big show. She was in Pacific Rim Uprising. Right. She was in, you know, that's a big movie. She's in Morbius, which I know we crapped on, but again, Father of the Bride, hit man, blinked twice, which people loved. I'm going to see something. I'm going to do an experiment.
Starting point is 00:10:14 Called James Pallia. He might not know either one. Who you call? He's just a random, he's my friend of mine, who was just... Gratty would know Rachel Brosnahan if I said Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Yeah, right. So let me see.
Starting point is 00:10:28 Let me see if... Just say their names. I'm just going to say their names. And then if I'll give examples afterwards. Look. I'm not many friends ever pick up, but I call him cold call. How dare they have lies. It's unbelievable. And he's calling back.
Starting point is 00:10:43 This guy heard his Achilles. What's he doing? He should be arresting. I'm not, I don't feel, I don't, I mean, it's also hard to tell because you're asking after Rachel Brosnahan has been, is now Lois Lane. Well, yeah, that's true. That's, well. But even then though, even then you'd be surprised because it's like that. Even though Superman, I will say, Superman is definitely one of those movies that has crossed over that everybody kind of knows it's coming out, whether you follow movies or not, because I had that conversation.
Starting point is 00:11:15 Yeah. Before they were cast, before she was cast as Lois Lane, curious from the people in the chat, let us know your thoughts. Who do you think was more of a household name? Yeah, but it's not, but I think that they're not, for me, it's not, I can't, I can't take that. They follow shows like this. I'm just curious. I can't ask my friends. Because they're in, they're in the no.
Starting point is 00:11:37 they're going to say Adrian Arjona and they should. Why are they going to? What's making you think they're going to say that? Because I'm just telling, I think that I'm talking about the regular person in general that will not know. Yeah. You're not going to face today. Why was that shit? You made a shit yourself face. Why did you? Why did you do that? Because you're intense like camping.
Starting point is 00:11:58 No, you made a shit for you made a shit my pants face. No. No, that's that's a what? You made to shit your pants face. I don't even know what that's. that means. I don't know what that means. Neither do I. But either way, it doesn't matter. I think that they're not going to cast
Starting point is 00:12:16 someone like a, like you mentioned before, Anna de Armas. I think that that's, she's definitely on that upper echelon, for sure, you know? Would you say she's on the same level as Nicholas Holt? Arjona, no. No, no, no.
Starting point is 00:12:31 On it to Armas. I think, yeah, I mean, even maybe a little, I mean, she's yet maybe even more so because she's just started her own movie in hitman I mean a hitman and um ballerina where what is I mean I guess I guess he had that that vampire movie but no but nobody nobody saw that and nobody knows what that Rempart or whatever I did right right you and I saw that but I mean like in general the audience no one great it was a huge success it was what was it was a friendfield Redenfield is the movie
Starting point is 00:13:04 The Great is the TV show Great is the movie Right, right, right, the TV show So I don't know I mean he's everywhere, right? So I don't know I don't know That one's a tougher for me to say
Starting point is 00:13:16 I think she's maybe have more of a Movie star quality about her But if more people knew him I wouldn't be surprised You know what I mean? Because he's just in so much He's in so much and he's so good And he's so good in everything he does
Starting point is 00:13:31 And he was And that's actually not true what I just said as far as him not story. You just started in the juror, whatever that was, the juror number two or whatever. Yeah, so like, that's a tough one. I think she's got more of a movie star thing about her and Adder Amos, but I think he. Not to mention she dated Ben Affleck and that kind of raises your star power too and you're in the tabloids for like. And he and he dated Jennifer Lawrence. So, I mean, that could be a, that could be a, and he was also Beast.
Starting point is 00:13:58 I mean, who's beast? Nicholas Holt dated Jennifer Lawrence? Yeah. I missed that. Yeah, he was, he was beast. No, I know, I know he was, I know, I know, but I'm saying beast and mystique. Yeah, wow, is that how they met? I believe so.
Starting point is 00:14:13 I don't know, don't, don't, don't quote me on that, but so I don't know. So maybe I, that, that is a thing. Well, I know she's like married with kids now, but they were like four years or something. They did it for a while. Good for them. It's funny. I never know stuff like that. How I knew that.
Starting point is 00:14:30 I have no idea. but nonetheless I think that she's got a good shot here at getting this role, Adrian Arjona. I think I really do think she's got a good shot and I think that it's a bit mean if he says, yes, she'd be great
Starting point is 00:14:45 and then I don't know if she's have her in for a meeting. It doesn't mean if to cast her, but in for a meeting to read, you have to read her now for the role. I mean, you have to. You don't think that's a straight offer? I wouldn't be surprised if it was. I wouldn't be surprised if it was. I mean, if you're saying, oh, she'd be great.
Starting point is 00:15:00 It's like, look, hey, I just said that you'd be great. And it's yours. It's a matter if you wanted it or not. Yeah, so I don't know. I got to ask the audience, so what do you think? You think this is something that could happen, should happen? Will A. A.J. A. A.J. A.J. A.O.O.R.O.N.
Starting point is 00:15:18 Or is, not necessarily right. She said it could be her A.J. A.J. A.J.A.J.O. also. On the right path that it could be someone even maybe more less known than A. A.J.R. A. J.R. J. Which we can agree, there are people less known. made gerarjone put your thoughts in there let me know whether it's on the live stream the replay or on the clips channel do that roxy yesterday i sent you the link i we posted the uh the pilot on the channel 5 000 views on that buddy so far so far i mean that's what i'm telling people this is on the channel right now and so the full 30 minute episode which was it was intended the way
Starting point is 00:15:58 We had little web episodes up that were in bad quality and wasn't even, it was edited poorly in the way that it wasn't supposed to be. And at the time, it was only way you could release it because you couldn't put the whole thing up there. But the whole thing is up there now and people can check it out. You watched a little of it, right? Yeah, I did. I got through half of it. And when I said I got through, I just mean I started it when we were. Right.
Starting point is 00:16:19 Yeah. Yeah. It's funny because everybody looks so young, right? So young. You sound exactly the same, though. which is so crazy. It's cool to see. It's like I know everybody.
Starting point is 00:16:34 Some people since then have like blown up, a la Eliza, wild to watch that. She's so good in it too. She really is great. It also feels like very much like a product of its time. I feel like this is exactly what the it's always sunny guys did before they got their pilot where it was like,
Starting point is 00:16:51 this is our idea and this is what it could be. It's cool to read the comments too, people being like, I'm really invest in your characters. I want to see more. which unfortunately unfortunately is not the next step for this is not them seeing more of that but no no but it is but i'm glad you brought that up because we're doing um we have the pilot that we're writing the new one we're going to do a kickstarter for it and people and it was the audience that kind of put this
Starting point is 00:17:15 idea at my head in my guess also i guess Shane gillis did the same thing for tires it's very much in vain of tires christian but maybe potentially do six like episodes like fund six episodes and then do a season, you know, so that way if it runs into a problem like this where it's like, hey, nothing, it didn't get picked up, but at least we have the season. We have a season that we can watch this thing. I wrote a lot of your scenes and you and I have a funny scene together, which I'm hell. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:41 So you want to write six episodes and kickstart them? Yeah, I think so. I think that we're going to, I think we're going to start with our episodes. Yeah. I think they're going to start with the pilot, though. We're going to get the, we're going to go with the pilot first. People want to, if you really want to see the pilot and then it's like, okay, look, because I keep mentioning this, that it's a Chris Stuckman really inspired me to do a lot of this too.
Starting point is 00:18:03 Because he did, he raised, he was looking to do like 250 or 260, where he raised like 1.2 to get his film made and then he got an additional whatever it was to make it. And then, you know, if I can, if I can do that with the script. And I also want to show people that's what this is, what the thing that we put up brass man straws we did in 2007 with no audience. We were barely even 30 years old or whatever we were and had to like raise it through friends and family and didn't. have a place to put it didn't have really the internet YouTube was like two years old and you couldn't
Starting point is 00:18:31 you couldn't put that on on YouTube back then um so we have a lot of different tools today than we did back then you know what I mean yeah I mean you also have a built-in audience it's like it's crazy that you put that up 24 hours ago something that you shot so long ago and over 5,000 people immediately watched it they just wanted to see it like that's very cool that you've It's great. And that's why I'm telling people, like, even, even today, for the people that are watching now and you haven't seen it and people who are going to be watching this on the replay, please go and check it out. And even people, there were a couple people there too. There's only like one or two A-holes. If you're an A-hole, like, but with no constructive criticism, then you just get banned from the channel. That's just, that's always a rule. If you, though, say something along is that, well, someone guy was like, I didn't like, I didn't like the music. I didn't do this because I thought this worked with this and this and that. I was like, that's a fair criticism. I don't agree with some of the assessments of what you made, but. Of course, your comments should live there because that's your opinion on what you think about. That would be hypocritical of me.
Starting point is 00:19:30 I don't disagree with you right now. Why? It's not that it can't live there, but like, I just really encourage people to think about how hard it is to create art and what comment is necessary versus not necessary to write on something. You're saying like if he was reviewing it on his channel and he did it fine, but if he did it on my channel, then what? Your channel on something that you've worked so hard on that you put out and you're so excited about, the kind of personality type to want to say something like any kind of criticism on it. It's like they didn't learn if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. Again, if you're reviewing something on your channel or whatever, I just, I'll never understand
Starting point is 00:20:14 why you feel the need to do that. Why? I appreciate that. I understand where you're coming from. but I also think, listen, and I said to the guys, look, I don't necessarily agree. There are, like, two or three people that said that one guy was like, I like your stuff when you're hosting and the way you do stuff,
Starting point is 00:20:31 but you're writing stuff. I didn't like Schmo down and I don't really like this. And I'm like, okay. I'm like, but Christian, why okay? Why okay? Because he wasn't, you know what he could do? Yeah. You know what he could do.
Starting point is 00:20:41 Not comment. I know. Or, or not watch. I know. You don't like it. No worry. You put a review on it and it's fine. And I understand where you're coming from us.
Starting point is 00:20:52 so understanding coming from the protective little sister point of view, too, which I appreciate it. Like this is so hard and you're really being vulnerable and putting your work out there in a different kind of way. And that's why you've created a platform so that you can, you don't have to call up execs and be like, can I please work for you, please? Like you're releasing this on your own. You're doing all this work. So can people just be nice or say nothing? I again, I appreciate that. I didn't mind that guy as much as much as it was just like there was like one like somebody, There was no criticism whatsoever. It was just calling names.
Starting point is 00:21:24 So I was like, not only do I get rid of you, I'm believing. Right. I mean, that's way worse. I'm not saying that's not. Right.
Starting point is 00:21:29 But as I've told the audience over the last couple days, and I've told everyone to say, I want to focus on the positivity. And the positivity of it is, 99% of the comments were wonderful and supportive and telling me their favorite characters and all those things too. And my, and my favorite comment actually was,
Starting point is 00:21:50 I wasn't really expecting. much and I love this. Okay, that's fine. I like that. I like that. And I know you don't, that's not for you, but for me, I like it. No, I'm just, I'm giggling. I know, I'm not, you know, going to address anybody personally in the comments, but like, it's just such loser mentality that it's hard for me to explain why, go create your own art or review something on your own. Go do something positive with the world. How about you don't shred something or even say, I don't like when you do this on somebody else's thing. You lose her. I also think that you're coming. That's how I feel. I get it. And you're also, you are a great actress, by the way, but you're also, you're an artist who
Starting point is 00:22:36 you want to make sure. And you've also gone through, gone through even with your criticisms. You've said it many times over with movies. If you don't like a movie, it's not that you're going to pretend that you like it. You just don't talk about it, right? Yeah, and I'm not saying that there's not validity to be a critic. Of course, I feel badly respect. It's on my channel. I know, I know. On your channel.
Starting point is 00:22:57 Like, what do you need to say? Yeah. Just be chill. Like, unless you feel, you can comment if you feel somebody's being overtly homophobic, like if somebody says something that upsets you to the point where you're like, I can't stand for this.
Starting point is 00:23:13 Okay. It's funny. Like, but even the comments now, it just shows you how different it was. Like there's people here still don't understand the way YouTube works now in the way that I didn't. And another reason why I wouldn't have put it on the channel is someone just said, now you had to be careful because those most songs that you used, you got a copyright strike.
Starting point is 00:23:31 No, it won't. It won't get the channel won't be. I can't monetize that episode, but that wasn't the goal of it. I don't want to monetize the episode. You won't get a strike on it. What happens now, what you used to do, like again, that's why I couldn't put the full pilot out back then. It's also why you couldn't even film in the crowd. when I had the old Shmoh's No channel, I filmed in the crowd when I went to a UFC event,
Starting point is 00:23:52 and the channel got a strike from filming in the crowd because it was so new and fresh of what... Yeah, that's crazy, how different it was. Crazy. So now it's like, no, you can't monetize it. It's like it's blocked in Russia and it's blocked in like one other country because of the copyright. But like every other, it just doesn't work like that anymore. So you can't, you can put anything up there that you want. You just can't.
Starting point is 00:24:16 But, you know, they choose. to like hey we don't want this song in there then they can do they can do that but it's but right now no it's it's not going to get locked i i've turned so hard i've turned on everyone so hard today i know you're being protective and i think it's well now you know what i'm not being sensitive about my this is literally not about me like no don't look at don't i hate no we said what we say i know i and that's not too a specific person it's just i i i stand by everything i've said today I think it's so unnecessary to go to somebody's page where their art is and tell them you do not like this. Fair.
Starting point is 00:24:53 Well, nonetheless, you did say, though, that resonated with me, and it has been what I've been saying is I really got inspired to say, I don't want to put this in anyone else's hands. I also don't want to do a thing where it's like, okay, you know what, let's shoot this thing. And then they tell me and Martini and, oh, we don't want, we like this role. We don't want Roxy in it. We like the lead role. We don't want you in it. It's like, well, what if I just? do if the audience wants to actually watch it and they like it and we can we can record our own
Starting point is 00:25:22 series and then they can be the distributors like that would be a great goal for me um so true christian that would be so awesome and like i'm really really i'm proud of you but even more so impressed by you because it's so hard to do and there i think that like you have really done this i was looking today i think your channel almost at 200 000 subscribers Um, that's, that's decades in the making of where you started and where you are. And like, not everybody can just put out their own show and do their own thing. Um, and, and you can. I'm hoping so.
Starting point is 00:26:03 I mean, look, it's also, this is why I wanted to show the audience by putting, grasping a straws up. My goal was to say, look, this is what I did what I was 29 years old or it was, 28, 29 years old. I said, look, look at. look at that. And that's what I did back then. And that was without all the people that I know now, that's without all the experience that I had to have now. And now I want to try to do something with the tools that are out there. And I can have you guys help me make this happen. If they want to, they're going to do it. If they don't, you're asking for. Not yet. So my goal, I'm actually,
Starting point is 00:26:37 when we get off, so I have to end the show a little early today because I started late, you have to go your normal time anyway. But at 4.30 my time, I'm hopping on. a call with martini to get on to do to finish up um we we have a draft of the script i want to finish the script itself you have a full draft of the first of the pilot yeah i just need but it needs but it just needs to be we have to facelift a couple things like there's a few there's a few there's a few scenes that really need to be tweet right and there's like the end scene which is like the climax of the whole thing we have to really go over and do then she there's a couple character things that she's made suggestions to that i agree with that we were going to do
Starting point is 00:27:16 we're going to discuss but anyway when it's notes from or are you guys not doing that right now not no one yet no one yet you're waiting until you guys feel like it's in good shape and then you're sending it off to somebody for notes no no my first goal what i'm going to do is i already have someone i want to direct it and produce it do i know them yes and the audience know them um and i'm going to send it to that person and then And if that person is on board, then I'm going to help, you know, then I'm going to start to set the Kickstarter campaign. Then I'll start to do the notes and everything, too, if there's anything that, you know, we want to clean it up with the jokes. The story itself, right, unless there's something like, so if somebody reads, five or ten people read it and go, we don't like that particular thing, get a test screening.
Starting point is 00:28:07 And they're like, oh, maybe we have to get rid of that scene. Are you close enough of the director that you don't need notes before sending it to him? Yeah. Okay. So we'll figure it out either way. So I just want to give everybody updates. We'll be giving updates on this all, every show. I'm so excited.
Starting point is 00:28:24 Me too. What do you know about it yet? What have you told? They kind of, well, it's funny because on the live stream last week on the actual live stream, I give a full plot breakdown of what it is, but then I deleted it after it's only if, only if you watched it live. I did a replay of the live stream, but I cut the last hour out. So only a select few that were in for that live.
Starting point is 00:28:46 stream really know what the show's about right now that's so cool yeah yeah so um all right sorry we got off course uh apologize i know i know it's your channel christian i know i know we can do some let's let's do some other stories because we got some we got some good ones there's good stories here too um let's talk did you watch the running man trailer today no didn't even know what happened oh okay well then never mind did you watch yeah it was in the notes but that's fine all right i don't I had them beforehand because I worked beforehand. Oh, well, that makes sense. Okay, let's see.
Starting point is 00:29:17 Let's go to Luke's kicking himself. Why don't I even send these things? Well, I don't know. While I'm on my, I have boat horse of people. Oh, what Luke? What Luke do? You feel like I'm on a high horse? I feel like I'm on a low horse.
Starting point is 00:29:34 Oh, okay. What? A pony. Every week. I send, I'm able to send Luke TV shows morning of that's when I make my rundown and every week the day before he's like getting it did you know why he does that he has to make the graphics I'm not I it's not my job to set I I don't get I'm not on his timeline I can't figure it out until then so it takes a long time for me to do it
Starting point is 00:30:05 all right let's let's move on all right so let's talk about this because Roxanne I both love this movie and it's pretty great that F1 sequel is already heading into development talking about this last couple of days. That's right. Hell yeah. The theatrical release of Brad Pitt's F1 has been a smash hit for Apple Studio, title taking an opening weekend worldwide. Someone's on the show yesterday said that it was a bust.
Starting point is 00:30:32 I said, what the hell are you talking about? Worldwide gross of $146 million against a reported budget around $200,300 million, combined with a very positive reception from critics and audiences, led to talk of a potential sequel already in an analysis piece. variety breaking down the film's success the trade says gears are turning on a potential sequel according to knowledgeable sources the report follows comments made by the film's director joseph gzinski who recently talked with gq about the film's mid credit scenes damn and i missed a mid credit scene is a mid credit scene or is it just when when he shows up on the beach
Starting point is 00:31:06 is there another one roxy i'm trying to think of it right now i saw this a while ago um i can only think of what you just said mid-credit scene. I think that's when he's on the beach. I think we leave it on a really open-in moment for Sunny for Kate and for Joshua. So, yeah, I think there's certainly more to tell of that team and where Sunny Hayes goes from here, but that's not my decision. More immediate will be how this will impact Apple strategy for the cinema releases moving forward, where the title scene is a much needed win for the company following a series of underperforming Artur-driven Fear,
Starting point is 00:31:40 like Killers of Fire Moon, Napoleon, Argyll, and Flymeet. Apparently there was a mid-credit scene. I don't know. I don't know. I can't tell. Somebody says, yes, it's the beach. Someone says, no, it's a mid-crime. I don't understand. Nobody knows.
Starting point is 00:31:55 Either way, I really hope, and they've been talking about this, if they don't combine F-1 and Days of Thunder together in a crossover, it'll be a massive mistake. They both, because Zinsky mentioned it, he's got a relationship with both of them. both want to do it. It would be amazing. I don't think it would be a massive mistake, but I do think that would be cool. I like this world.
Starting point is 00:32:23 It makes perfect sense that we would have a sequel to this. I've ended in a way where we could very clearly have a sequel to this. I'm really curious about Javier Bardem's character. And like, you know, there was even a point, are we, spoilers on the movie? I wouldn't go. No, I wouldn't go spoilers. week too um i just had thoughts about like what's in the future for his career um not the actor the character so there was a lot that i was interested in there's romance that i'm interested in and i like the way
Starting point is 00:32:57 they did this so for sure i am really excited to see what they do with this because i'm i saw your thing too uh and i agree i can't i don't know if it's sinners or this i think it's this i can't tell right now my number one i don't know but it's up there um but i'll tell you you haven't seen superman yet no you know what it is and we're we're we're running into the we're it's like we're on reverse uh platforms here i can't get a response i'm i'm from the from the one person that is doing the one person that is doing the one person that is handling it isn't handling it right now and there's someone else and i've been doing everything i can to get a response from this person i can't get a response you're so not the only one and christian neither could i i just i happen to get um uh asked as a plus one
Starting point is 00:33:41 I mean, I'm assuming the person's also very busy right now, which I understand to do with this movie. But I'm like, I'm crossing my fingers and hoping because Roker's on the show yesterday. I got my screening. And I'm like, where the hell is it? We'll see. Anyway, when it comes to this, though, I really, really hope that it happened sooner than later. And I also think what they said at the end here, which is the major thing, Apple, where they can take these shots of these different movies. but I do think that they should do more like this.
Starting point is 00:34:13 I think they should start to lean into the old school big blockbuster type of movies. Put it out theatrical, see if it does well, and then just air it on your platform. I don't know because this isn't my job to know exactly what will make them more money about what's the best way to do it. It seems what they're doing is working really well right now, no. Yeah. Well, well, yes and no. Quality-wise, sure. But as far as, I mean, Killers of the Flower Moon.
Starting point is 00:34:42 financially, is it not? No, Killers of the Flower Moon lost a lot of money. That movie lost a lot. I mean, all those movies that they mentioned there. No, I mean F1 on track. Well, that's what I'm saying. That's why I'm saying maybe you change your strategy and do more movies like this. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:57 You look at, even when they said, the title was a much needed win because you have underperforming titles like Killers of the Flower Moon, Napoleon, Argyll, and Fly Me into the Moon. Flying Me in the Moon is probably the one. well, our guy was, and flying them, both movies that, well, they both just weren't very good. Are you, are you, are you, do you think that you would have gone to Killers of the Flower Moon
Starting point is 00:35:22 if you're not Christian reviewing things in theaters? Maybe because I'm a Scorsese guy, you know, in general, because I like Scorsese and I like Leonardo Caprio and De Niro, so maybe, maybe, but I don't know if it would have the same, like, you know, I went there, it was, I went to the director's guild, to see that movie. You know, it was,
Starting point is 00:35:41 I don't know if I'm driving, um, out of my way, if I'm not doing this for a living to see a three hour movie, you know? Not the same way that you would go to see F1. No, no.
Starting point is 00:35:51 Okay. Like F1 to me is like, it, F1 had, I think Top Gun Maverick is the better movie, but I had the same feeling of, oh, this is like old school blockbuster filmmaking that Kaczynski
Starting point is 00:36:05 really has a feel for right now. So, I am excited for a sequel, but how about you? Are you guys excited for a sequel? What say you? Put your thoughts in there. Let me know. Let me know if it gets you're revved up.
Starting point is 00:36:19 Speaking of revved up. All right. I know that you guys know Viagra. I know you know Seales, and you probably even tried them. Starting point is 00:38:25 I hope Roka does really well this week. No, I am so grateful for anybody who shows me support on the show. it's so nice. Did I feel like today? Why do you feel like Christopher Wagon? That's so nice. It's so nice. That's Borat.
Starting point is 00:38:46 You know I can't do that. I know. I am. What did I see? I saw, I guess I can give my, I guess if we're going to clip this out, they can do this. This is my immediate thoughts or close to immediate thoughts after watching.
Starting point is 00:39:00 Just social thoughts. No unspoiler of Ironheart. four through six. Okay. Not great. Oh, isn't that so different than what we would heard? Yes. Six was good.
Starting point is 00:39:17 Well, parts of six were good, and there's a particular character that stands out in six. Let's say that. And makes me excited for certain things, but there's, it really just drags. And again, she's very good in it, in general, the whole series. But it just drags. Even Sam who liked her. I didn't like in the first. And I thought she was rushed in.
Starting point is 00:39:38 I liked her as an actress. I thought she was, I thought she was rushed in, um, Black Panther, Wakanda forever. I thought she was kind of shoehorned in there and I still feel that way. No,
Starting point is 00:39:46 I more mean last time. I think you said you thought she was miscast. No, no, no, no, no, clown. But you saw the first three through the, the one,
Starting point is 00:39:54 the, the, the, I mean, the entire crew that they, the one who they, they try to give jokes to in, in,
Starting point is 00:40:02 in the crew. I thought the whole crew is the whole crew is not good. But anyway, she's, she's fine in, in the show. I think she's, her story, but it just gets kind of,
Starting point is 00:40:15 Sam, who really like, who'd like the first three, she was like, where is this going? It's like, they spend, there's one episode,
Starting point is 00:40:22 they spend in this location, and they're there for so long. And they're like, wrap it up. Let's go. And it's just, you could feel it. You could feel it.
Starting point is 00:40:30 So, yeah, I disagree with, the majority of people. I thought the first three were better than the second three. And because I think because of some of the reveals and things that happen in the end of it, maybe that's why they were like, oh, and like there are a couple of those moments, but it doesn't mean that the shows. When does it drop Christian tonight? Tonight. Yeah. So Sam and I won't have a reaction. I'll be watching. And it's part of my TV picks this week. So we'll talk more about it. Doing a second because you've got to,
Starting point is 00:40:59 you have to be out here by four. I can I can push till four 10. 4.10 or another hour. So I think what we should do is we'll do, let's do one or two, one, maybe one more story than TV, and then we'll get to the questions. So let's do this one. Greta Gerwig's Narnia is, the delay, the filming is going to be delayed until the fall, question mark. Barbie filmmaker Greta Gerwig's upcoming lavish adaptation of C.S.
Starting point is 00:41:28 Lewis's famed fantasy novels or chronicles on Narnia has reportedly delayed starting. Previously, producer Amy Pascal indicated in a video interview earlier this year that shooting would commence in July, another documentation for the film seems to back that up. However, a piece at Screen Daily has gone into production, has gone into production, shoots in the U.S.K. over this summer, including Spider-Man, brand new day, practical magic two, and the new Thomas Crown Affair and sense and sensibility of movies. Dropped towards the end of the piece, it cites that Greta Gerwig's film and says it's also in pre-production, though filming looks unlikely to begin until autumn. production is expected to take place at Sheperton Studios. Long-running fan site, Narnie Webb, added to the fire, saying that they picked them on a number of potential indicators suggesting possible delay in filming before the screenpiece hit.
Starting point is 00:42:15 They had that said, it's possible filming could begin as early as August. Emma Mackey, Carrie Mulligan, Merrill Streep, Daniel Craig, are slated to star with Ceresia Ronan, also rumored to join the group. Okay, it's eyeing a Thanksgiving 26 theatrical debut in partnership with IMAX ahead of a Christmas 2026 debut on Netflix. So, Roxy, do you read it? Anything into this?
Starting point is 00:42:39 Do you think that this is going to happen? In 2006 debut, haven't started shooting for something like Narnia. We've kind of heard a little bit of an issue on this. We know that, you know, like, was it going to be released theatrically? And Greta Gerwig was fighting with them about the theatrical versus digital. And I totally understand
Starting point is 00:43:01 where she's coming from. She's also coming off of one of the hottest movies of the decade. You read that cast. I mean, that is a stacked Daniel Craig,
Starting point is 00:43:14 Merrill Streep, Sersher Ronan, like, holy crap. So I don't really know what to make of this. I wonder what the delays. Are we having script issues?
Starting point is 00:43:24 Are we having budget issues? Are we having scheduling issues because of this cast? Are we, what exactly are the delays because of? And I would go and guess that there's absolutely zero way. We'll see this in 2026. I guess if they start shooting in August,
Starting point is 00:43:41 maybe end of 2026, but still something like Narnia, the post production on this has to be massive. Yeah, I mean, if they start at the end of the year, they still got a shot. It takes about a year to do, if you really rush it, but, you know. To post or to film?
Starting point is 00:43:58 If you stop, no, if you, if you stop filming, by the end of the year and you have about you have you have about 10 months to get it ready to November that's I mean yeah for a big IMAX movie it's an epic movie like that it's not like doing like a small little Netflix film this is like a big epic movie so you're not wrong but it's it's possible it is possible I'm not saying impossible sure who I know and if you're heard you want to do that considering this is your first big follow up off of Barbie you know yeah yeah um I shouldn't be as worried about this movie as I am at this point.
Starting point is 00:44:36 I understand what you're saying. Just kind of like the vibes are off, Christian, right now with this film, the vibes are off. And I hope I'll get back on. Yeah. They've been up from just the IMAX fight that maybe not getting a theatrical release in general, like all that. But I don't know. I don't know. I don't know if it's going to happen.
Starting point is 00:44:56 Tell me where you at. Like, is this a movie that's excited for you? I am one of the few people that really like the Narnia movies. The first two. I like the first two. What's that? How about your kiddos? My oldest watched the first one.
Starting point is 00:45:15 I don't know if she ever watched the second one. And I don't think she definitely went into it now. The little one, no, they went and saw Lilo and Stitch yesterday, though, in the theater. What do they think? They loved it. Well, my oldest didn't. She said they changed too much. but the little one really liked it a lot.
Starting point is 00:45:31 And she was the one that wanted to see it. And my wife liked it. My wife would cry like 87 times apparently. So, um, sweet. Yeah. So it was, um, that's what they were watching. They didn't,
Starting point is 00:45:42 they haven't seen Narnia. They, I don't think they've gone back and revisited it, but I don't know. Maybe it could get their interest. And I, it's just the thing with Narnia in general, you'd have,
Starting point is 00:45:53 if, they're not going to change it up. The problem with Narnia, I always felt was that, their their protagonist change you know because the kids get older and some of them are allowed to go back and someone takes place in such a time jump in some of them that it's it's tough you get because that was the thing you get invested to peter or whatever and the and the sister the lead sister and then they get then they're too old and they can't come back and then it's edwin and the other one like oh edwin was a jerk off in the other one like oh edwin was a jerk off um but you're already here first kids edwin is a jerk off yeah but it was all right everyone was fine i think it was his name edwin right was it the Turkish delight. Either way, I'm with you. I think that there's just a lot of things going.
Starting point is 00:46:33 There's a lot of head scratching going. Yeah, yeah. What's see. I'd be excited for this to be awesome. Fingers crossed. Me too. What do you think? Are we going to see this movie in 2026?
Starting point is 00:46:42 Are we going to see it at all? Put your thoughts in there. Let us know. All right, Roxinator. Yeah. Let's do this. Let's get to the Roxy. That's not me.
Starting point is 00:46:52 That's you. That's better. Okay. So let's see. So, I think you have a bunch of pick. I don't know if you're going to have to do that today. We're going to find out.
Starting point is 00:47:00 We're going to find out. I only have a few because I don't have any repeats. Oh, you're already going to have to do that. I thought, I don't know. Yeah, there you go. Let's try it. Okay. So you talked about this a little bit, but you've seen more of this than I have.
Starting point is 00:47:17 Ironheart is what I'm talking about right now. Hi, Christian. Hi, Her, Roxy. I changed it. What did you say? I did I he he labeled this Roxy TV picks I and I did it but it's like it's this is what it does it just take your whole I'm not dealing with this name I gave Luke my one comment today I love him go ahead that was my one comment I used it up go ahead um I think the graphics are perfect Luke I don't mind standing at the corner of the let's just talk about it rocks iron heart I watch the first three episodes and I thought it was um okay like I enjoyed myself when I was watching it my mind was wandering a little bit right it wasn't grabbing my attention in the way that I was hoping for
Starting point is 00:48:08 but I do like some of the characters I like you predicted like the gang the group a lot better than you do oh you do yeah and you said that you thought that I would okay I thought they were kind of funny and I like that they they're young and um am I too loud when I this close to my question. Okay. They're young, they're fun, they've got distinct personalities,
Starting point is 00:48:31 and I just kind of thought they work together. I like the performances in this. The story just kind of like has a lot of repeat beats that weren't interesting to me, but I do like the way that decided to show off her AI and the friendship element to this. I'm always like enjoy a female friendship storyline, which is what we've got going on here, even though one of them is AI. So I wish they didn't bury this as much.
Starting point is 00:48:59 I feel like I already went in with the attitude that I wasn't going to love this. And maybe if there had been a little more hype around this, I could have gone in with a clear head. Yeah. So it was good. Enough. Squid game, I'm only halfway through because of another show that dropped the day before all the episodes
Starting point is 00:49:18 that I was binging. But I have read that people are furious about the end of Squid game. I'm not there yet. I have watched three of the six episodes. And I have to say I'm thoroughly invested in this season. The character on the left, the far, this woman right here, has a baby in this season or like it's pregnant in this season and her storyline and arc I am so heavily invested in. Our main character in the middle, I just think that he is one of the most interesting
Starting point is 00:49:51 protagonists and you kind of know that he's always going to do the right thing, but watching him come to terms with that. I just love the characters they've created. I love watching the games. I think the season is better paced than the last season. So I have not, I've not finished it, but three episodes in and I think they're doing an excellent job and I'm really excited to binge the rest. All right. Next one after that. The ultimate I'm queer love. I'm so excited because right now I am housing my six-month niece, my brother, my sister-in-law, and my sister, they all flew out here for my grandfather's funeral. And they are staying the week afterwards, which I'm really excited about because we love to watch TV. And so after we put the baby down at night, we have been binging the ultimate queer love.
Starting point is 00:50:37 And it's just like so different than any of our lives when we're watching a reality competition show. I won't think only competitions win each other's love. And they're like all dating each other. And it's just this specifically the ultimatum has made really well to be a dating show for queer people because they all can kind of date. It's kind of like what people say the issue with The Bachelor would be where then they would start dating each other. That's exactly what they're hoping that happens on this show. And so it's been really fun every night. We kind of put on an episode and watched together.
Starting point is 00:51:08 If you were looking for like mindless dating, very obscure moments, and this is a show for you. I recommend watching it with people. Okay, the bear. This was the one that I binged every episode of. There was 10 episodes of the season four of the bear. This dropped out of the blue. There was not much of a heads up on this. There was no billboards on in Los Angeles.
Starting point is 00:51:35 You did not see a bunch of commercials for this. They did not advertise that this was dropping. A couple days before it dropped, I was looking up when the bear was going to drop. And I think I might have even mentioned it on this show. It is, being really poorly reviewed. Yeah, why?
Starting point is 00:51:51 It's being reviewed as the worst on rotten tomatoes of all four seasons. Do you agree? No, I loved this season. Okay, good. I think why is very clear, though, and I think that people have spoken. This show started as a show about Jeremy Allen White's character, who, um, Karmie, who is an excellent chef and it's like a fine dining. And if you've ever worked at a restaurant, you watch this and we are in the
Starting point is 00:52:15 kitchen a lot and you are relating to people drinking out of Tupperware and points and how they're talking to each other and the tension that grows in a kitchen. This season, we are very little in the kitchen. We are dealing with a lot outside of the restaurant and their personal lives. And I love the relationships we have that sometimes I understand if you don't like shows where there's a lot of talking, talking about your feelings, talking things through, there's a lot less action in this season and a lot more dialogue. Even like in the 10th episode, Karmie reveals something.
Starting point is 00:52:50 I won't tell people what yet, because I don't know if you guys have binged it, but he reveals something. And so he reveals it to one character, and then that character has an issue with it. And then we reveal it to a second character, and that character has an issue with it. And then we reveal it to a third character.
Starting point is 00:53:05 And that's like 30 minutes, but we're not getting any new news. Right. We've heard it now three times. So I understand why, if you are looking for a little more action-packed or like intensity like we have seen other seasons in the kitchen, why this would be such a bummer for you.
Starting point is 00:53:19 But as somebody who is dialogue heavy, and I love talking things through and hearing people's thoughts on things, to me this season was excellent, but I get people who didn't like it. All right. Well, there you go. There's your picks. Make sure you check out all those picks from Roxy.
Starting point is 00:53:34 Have you seen some of them? Have you not seen them? Put your thoughts in there. My perfect day has sand, salt, water, and friends. But my moderate to severe plaques psoriasis can take me out of, the moment. Now I'm all in with clearer skin thanks to Sky Rizzi. Rizan Kizum at Riza, a prescription only 150 milligram injection for adults who are candidates for systemic or phototherapy. With Sky Rizzi, most people saw 90% clearer skin and many were even 100% plaque-free at four months.
Starting point is 00:54:02 Sky Rizzi is just four doses a year after two starter doses. Don't use if allergic to Sky Rizzi. Serious allergic reactions, increased infections or lower ability to fight that may occur. Before treatment get checked for infections and tuberculosis. Tell your doctor about any flu-like symptoms or vaccines. Thanks to Skyrizzi, there's nothing on my skin. And that means everything. Ask your doctor about Skyrizzi, the number one dermatologist prescribed biologic in psoriasis. Visit Skyrizzi.com or call 1-866 Skyrizzi to learn more.
Starting point is 00:54:37 Let's see. All right, Roxy, we got about 40 minutes to see if we can get everybody's questions. The people love me today. We are rolling in the question. You got 18 so far. Now, Roka might have you beat here today. We don't know. You never know what can happen.
Starting point is 00:54:55 And then can Chris Carr come in tomorrow and do a big performance? We shall see. But right now, Roka looks like he's like riding high. But I'm not going to kind of rock's you out just yet. All right. We're going to start with the first question of the day. And again, thank you guys for any, as much as we kid. Thank you for putting in anything here today just to get us on the board.
Starting point is 00:55:16 forward have a conversation and we're going to start with this john morgan hey christian and roxy christian shave your head and go to sleep it's my favorite response to yours to a stupid comment when i use phil today it was from the collider days um i can't remember what happened somebody says something i said that you know someone says something like you tell them to shave their head and go to sleep and then it stuck for some reason i don't know why love that um so let's say there's a few that that streamer didn't capture so i will read them off tim roxy i'm not as not as not knowledgeable in DC as I am in MCU. I didn't like Guardians of the Galaxy because of gun style of humor.
Starting point is 00:55:51 Since you saw soups, do you think I would enjoy it? I'm not allowed to say a word about it yet. Yeah. Can't say anything. When does that drop? The seventh, the embargo? Yeah, seven.
Starting point is 00:56:04 Matt Krugman. Saw Phoenician scheme last night. My cheekbones were getting sore. So many laughs and smiles. Not Wes's best, but definitely it might be his funniest. I want to see that. It's one of the movies I really want to check out.
Starting point is 00:56:15 Have you seen that one? Well, you know, I've seen none of his movies other than I just, I saw All the Dogs when I was in theaters and I saw Grand Budapest for real region like a couple weeks ago. Okay. That was truly one of the greatest movies of all time. So now I think they're probably going to have me do a lot of West movies. If it was up to me, I would binge them all right now. I'm like desperate to watch his stuff. He's such an artist.
Starting point is 00:56:37 Royal Tamaums is my favorite. Oh, my God. I can't wait, Christian. He's such a true artist. Oh, love. Okay. that one. I'll know and double check. Mike Schmurf.
Starting point is 00:56:51 Who do you each think was the most naturally talented Schmodeon player? The person that just knew the most without studying. And have to say Ethan Irwin. I'd say Ethan Irwin. That's a really good one. Yeah. It's very difficult to know because they all studied so much. Ethan didn't
Starting point is 00:57:11 for a while though. Yeah. Ethan was beating people like that with just his knowledge. Yeah. Him and Sam both like just had so much knowledge but then sam started studying that's what sam could really dangerous but um yeah but yeah but Ethan Ethan was beating people like that without but just just going in and not studying anything yeah i think that's a great call yeah um okay joe raider who says i watched the little pilot reminded me of the apatown netflix show love loved it and all the familiar faces can't wait for what's next good luck thank you joe yeah we're we're we're you know oh so sorry
Starting point is 00:57:47 That's like a huge compliment he just gave you. Okay, good. That's it is nice. I saw a lot of those in there. People say I was channeling John Favro from Swingers, what I thought was nice. That's really cool. I did a reaction to it with Sam, by the way.
Starting point is 00:58:01 I'm going to put it up on the channel. That's so fun. Or members, too. But when the thing happens with my, did you see Rick, you know Rick Ingram from the comedy store, right? Yeah. You saw him in the show, right?
Starting point is 00:58:16 Yeah, I think, but only in a flash right now. I don't think I've seen what at what point does he have? Where are you in the in the show? 15 minutes. What's what? Oh, um, you saw when. Eliza just put you. Oh, yeah, he was, he was, when I walked into the room and I saw what I saw, he was, he was, he was, he was the, he was, he was the right.
Starting point is 00:58:37 Oh, oh. He's the Star Trek writer. Star Trek. Right, exactly. Trap! That's my favorites. There's some, there's some, that's funny. I didn't even recognize him then.
Starting point is 00:58:50 I thought he was one of the people that in the flash on stages. No, no, no. And Kay Mulligan was in, was in the beginning. Did you hear any credits? I got to go back. You got to watch from the beginning all the way through because I want to see, especially your TV mind. I want to get your,
Starting point is 00:59:03 your thoughts on who your characters were. I feel like more. I'm asking you who you're getting your notes from Christian because. I know. I would love it. TV's for real different. But you're also going to be in it. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:59:16 Yeah, yeah, I don't mean for me to give notes. Oh, yeah, I know. I know. I'm going to make sure that we have, we have. Who will give really solid notes probably? Oh. Snyder. I don't like his taste and stuff.
Starting point is 00:59:30 Yeah, that's tough then. I have people, but I have people that I, there's one person in particular that is going to be in the show that I want to read for the jokes because I respect their humor. Ellis. Well, definitely. He's definitely going to read it regardless, but he's not the one on person. Is he in it?
Starting point is 00:59:46 Yes, but I got to figure out if he, if it's, the full season, he's definitely in it. If we do a full season, if we do, if we do a pilot, I have to be, I want to, I have to figure out what I'm going to do. Because your character, your character, I know. Like, I know what to do with your character. I know where your character goes from. Did you tell the people who I am?
Starting point is 01:00:03 You're, you're, she's essentially, she's, all I say is that she's the social media manager for, for this particular show. That's, that's, that's kind of the focus of this, uh, pilot. Yeah. And, um, Ooh. Steph has a role for sure, which is pretty good. We're changing her up just a little bit, but it's for the good.
Starting point is 01:00:26 Oh, I don't know about the change. Yeah, and Brett and Brett's going to be in it. Did you get a picture she posted this morning? Yeah, ridiculous. It's ridiculous. Yeah. That's ridiculous. I literally was like, is this an AI image?
Starting point is 01:00:40 Which I know it's not. She came to on Papa's funeral this weekend. And so cute. She brought Grammy flowers and everything. And my uncles, my family, everybody was like, oh my God. Because they've seen her on World Girls and stuff. They were like in person.
Starting point is 01:00:56 She's literally the prettiest person I've ever seen. I was like, yeah, that's facts. Yeah, so she's going to have a pretty, she'll have a good role. Brett's going to, Brett's role's going to be good. Hell yeah. So, because I, and I, because last night I told Brett that we put grasping straws on
Starting point is 01:01:12 because I told you my story with Brett. with grasswing and straws. He's not in it because he wanted to be and you didn't want to. No, no. He was, the short of it is that we were shooting there for three days at that comedy club and we were all wrapped and were all coming. It was right next to the Acme comedy club where Brett was a member of.
Starting point is 01:01:28 And I hadn't, I mean, it was very close to Brett, but I hadn't seen him in a couple of years, right? And we were walking out and I saw him going in to the Acme comedy. He was, what are you guys doing? I'm like,
Starting point is 01:01:39 oh, we just shot a pilot. And I looked like I didn't, I gave all my kids food except one of them. It's sad. It was, and I was like, oh, and I felt so bad. And so last night he's like, oh, is that the show that I wasn't in? I'm like, yeah, don't worry. You have a big part in this one.
Starting point is 01:01:56 It's like, all right, good. So anyway, all right, next one. Let's see. And now we go with John Morgan. Thank you, John. And Roxy, coming up on your birthday, your 33 to 33 last year helped me at a rough point to my life. Thank you. That's very nice.
Starting point is 01:02:12 That's really, really kind. I appreciate that. Thank you. Yes, my birthday month. Here we are. Yeah, I know. It's nuts. July.
Starting point is 01:02:22 Can you believe that? I know. It's that we're here already. July. All right, let's see. Next one is Andrew Thomas. I really want Roxy or Steph to be the new Wonder Woman Christian. Yeah, I'll find.
Starting point is 01:02:33 I'll cast them. They both look like Amazonians. Well, nobody's going to say that about, Roxie, what are you, you're 5-6? 5-5? 5-4, no, 5-3? Like 5, 2 and a half. If J.rerejoin is too tiny. And then I think Steph's only like 5-5.
Starting point is 01:02:53 Yeah. Yeah. So there you go. Yes. I mean, Steph's like average height. I'm short, short. But I don't think that Amazonians, like, yeah, I would cast myself as a lot of different characters before I would cast myself as Wonder Woman. Mike Joyce, Christian, who is your character in the pilot based on?
Starting point is 01:03:15 It reminded me of someone from Entourage also would TV expert Roxy review the pilot. Well, she would, she would, I want to get her thoughts because you just heard Roxy, she's going to say, you know, you should, you know what? Will you put Grasping Estrauss in your TV picks next week? That'll be fun. I have to make sure I have time to watch, watch it. I have people here. It's been.
Starting point is 01:03:38 By next week. Okay. Maybe next week or the week after. Okay. That would be fun. That would be fun to have you do it as one of your TV. V picks. So no, it was there was a lot of stuff that was kind of based off of stuff in my life in general, but there was, but, you know, obviously Mike, I had, I didn't do stand up the way
Starting point is 01:03:56 that he did. It was very different. But no, I think it was just kind of based off of, I don't remember because Ethan actually, Ethan Irwin, I was working at Silver when I started writing that. Ethan helped me punch some of that stuff up too, because he's a very good, very good writer. And Navine Macalogy helped me produce it. It's so funny. We were all like, we're all supposed to be working. I had actually just quit Silver at that point, but, but they were supposed to work and they came in. They came in, they came in late to work because they were on set with us.
Starting point is 01:04:28 It was pretty great. So. Yeah. Entourage. No, it wasn't entourage. I think, was it before entourage? No, it was after entourage. It was after entourage.
Starting point is 01:04:38 Or around the same time, I guess. Dropy cat. I know, I know. No, the one that, the one that I will say, someone said there was some show on HBO. It's called leaving or something. Is that what it was called? Is it, it was a comedy show or something, or about a stand-up comic or something, but like came out way after my show. Kidding. Kidding. Is that what it is? I don't know what you're talking about.
Starting point is 01:05:01 No, isn't kidding with Jim Carrey? Mm-hmm. No, no, wasn't it? Go pal. I had to do it was with a comic. No, no, I think it was about a stand-up comic. I don't remember. Go, pal.
Starting point is 01:05:13 I'd love Ager for Wonder Woman, but I'm guessing the role doesn't get cast for a while unless as a script director. I think it'll get cast within the next year, because especially after Superman comes out, I think they're going to start pushing all the big ones. Yeah. RQMDSMD, Christian, I enjoyed your pilot. Support for Roxy. Roxy, your niece is beautiful.
Starting point is 01:05:30 Do you post the picture of your niece? I'm not even sure. I think I insta-storied, but I'm going to be posting so many pictures of her. Christian. Horrible, huh? I literally she's like attached to my hip for the whole week. I am so, so sad to not be with her at the second.
Starting point is 01:05:46 I don't even care when she wakes me up in the middle of the night. I love her. I love that. That's so great. She's so great. How old is she now? Six months. Go pal.
Starting point is 01:05:54 I think Moa is a lot less of a factor when she's worked with gun. Oh, of course. Of course. I'm just saying it's a connection. Of course. She was saying a woman can only get a job if her boyfriend and friends. No, no, no, no, no. But I actually agree with you.
Starting point is 01:06:10 It's connection. Just like when you vibe with a group of people, you want to work with that group of people. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. No, no, no, no. Yeah, absolutely. The fact that they work together is the more crucial thing. But the fact that Mamoa's girlfriend is Adrajona and the fact that he's going to be playing Lobo and the fact that he's talking a gun constantly is what I meant by that.
Starting point is 01:06:31 No idea if this is true. But while this comment is up, I saw that somebody had commented that Anna de Armis is now dating Tom Cruise is that true really I don't know if that was true or they were messing with us but I was like oh my god it's interesting day I don't know all right not sure all right let's see next one after that is Marcus M AJ is a good action not ideal Wonder Woman size of 5 5 5 well that's good for you then she's not 5 5 she's 5 she's 5 7 um and I think if I 5 5 would be still totally fine I mean I think of a platform she's on her but she's no she's not 5 5 she's 5
Starting point is 01:07:07 seven and with five seven you can put two to uh put heels on her get it a five nine and it's not a big deal at all um i'm not yeah it was it was look again i think if you're five feet five two five three even five four it's gonna be tough but i think five six five seven you can make it happen yeah uh let's see okay after that again thank you 26 so far roxy 26 and we will get to the next question here again as we 560 people in here right now 26 is one more than 25 still alive still alive
Starting point is 01:07:49 we just start the show 30 minutes late we did start late today it's true but you know there's nothing I can do about that you know that no I know and the people don't know that no so let's get to the next one this is this is a big break in between questions there we go all right I am two fly cam Roxy seeing Superman, would Melissa or Asia and Arjona fit better?
Starting point is 01:08:13 Melissa? Melissa. Melissa Barrera, I saw the chat talking about earlier. No, I think they're saying who would be a better Wonder Woman after seeing Superman. But, oh, okay. That wouldn't really...
Starting point is 01:08:28 Unrelated to seeing Superman has nothing to do with seeing Superman. I don't see Melissa Barrera as Wonder Woman at all. Neither. Not the way she's, she looks, she looks like she could be Wonder Woman. Yeah. But just her energy doesn't give Wonder Woman to me. I could see her as casts a ton of other roles though.
Starting point is 01:08:46 Yeah. And Adri Arona, I do see is more like a Wonder Woman. Mike Joyce, I'm on vacation with a family. So the debate we have. Is listening to an audio book the same as reading a book? Is it the same? I mean, I think you can say, I read that if you listened to the audio book. I think you can.
Starting point is 01:09:04 Like if somebody's like, have you ever read, blah, blah, and you're like, oh, yeah, I read it. Like, I know the story. It's not the same, though, no. I don't think it's the same because I think mentally it's a different experience. I listen to audio books in the car. You get the story and you get anything, but it's not the same. You wouldn't say if I said, if you listened to Great Gatsby audio book,
Starting point is 01:09:23 if I said, have you ever read Great Gatsby? You wouldn't say, yeah. You would say, no, I listened to it, though. I would say I'd listen to it. Wow. I wouldn't say I read it because you didn't read it. You listen to it. You listen to somebody reading.
Starting point is 01:09:34 I don't think reading and listening are the exact. same thing scientifically and how they help your brain. And we know with Alzheimer's reading is extremely important and listening to something doesn't do the same thing for you again, scientifically. However, I would certainly say if I listened to something and somebody said, oh, did you ever read this book? I'd say, oh, yeah. I mean, okay, that's, I'm not going to, I'm not going to follow my sword for that
Starting point is 01:09:56 argument of it. I'm just going to say, I'm going to fall more sort about the intellectual side of it, where it's like you are not getting the same out of a book. No, it's really not, like brain wise. it's really not at all. Clay Titus. Roxy, since you can't fart, do you think that once you actually do it will cause the next big earthquake in Los Angeles? That's amazing. It's not that I've never done it in my life. It's just that I can't do it often. You mean cheese. You think that's the problem? Yeah. Interesting. I think it's going to eat cheese. Mr. Spazworld. Love Roxy putting a
Starting point is 01:10:31 voice to an internal irritation I've had for years. Also, Christian, I think it's absolutely awesome. that you've been brave enough to expose your creative side more. Thank you. Life is hard, be kind, enough love. Thank you. That last part is absolutely, truly the point. I love this comment. Yeah, it was really nice.
Starting point is 01:10:48 Thank you so much. So it was really, really sweet. And I also agree, I am protective over Christian, and all of my friends and artists in general, it's so hard. Anybody who has something constructive or helpful to say, go on with your bad self, Just to say you don't just to throw stones to throw stones
Starting point is 01:11:07 Ridiculous. That's fair. But again, thank you to everybody. And if you have not checked it out, please do after this show or even it's on right now. If you want to put it in the, put pause and then once this is over and check it out. Be great. It would be great to get it to 10,000. What did you say?
Starting point is 01:11:28 Mr. Spasworld, what's the picture? Looks like a Renfair suit. Yeah, he's playing something. I don't know what it was. Armato. What was that? Winkleman fart story again. That should have me dying. Winglin is the best stuff ever.
Starting point is 01:11:40 The two my two favorite Winkleman stories. The first is always the one, I can't. I'm not going to go to the full detail, but I've told you this one rocks, right? To tell you both of these, haven't I? I don't know. Start it. The one is where he, so he was kind of the outs. He was with this long-time girlfriend, and they were, they were fighting.
Starting point is 01:11:56 And me and I went over his place where, I mean, we've got to be in our early 20s. And we're smoking, drinking, playing video games, whatever was, passed out on the floor. raining outside. His then girlfriend walks in and goes, Adam, you know that I am, it's raining outside. It's cold out there. I'm going out. I'm going to this party. I'm going to be there. And you're not going to be there. There's going to be people there. There's going to be guys that are
Starting point is 01:12:23 hitting on me. And you're not going to be there. What are you going to do? You have anything to say to me? He lifts his head off out of this stupor on the floor and goes, wear a jacket, right back into the floor. She goes, oh my God, she slams the door. I lifted my head and went, nice, put my head back in the floor. It was like something out of a movie. It was amazing. Where's the fart? That was one story. Second, when he was dating, she wouldn't mind me saying. He was dating Bonnie Somerville. And they, they got to a fight. It was a big, big fight, the two of them. And yelling at each other and whatever it times. Just get in the car, get in the car, get in the car, and get in, and they finally, it, it calms down. It's done.
Starting point is 01:13:11 They're finally, it's, they ride back to the house, everything's cool. They look like they're going to be happy again. It's amazing. So back at the house when watched something, he just rips the loudest fart you're ever going to hear. She goes, you know, mother what the person? He yells so mad, runs out of house. Sadie runs after her. And then we're just sitting there in silence and he goes, all because of a fart. Oh my God. It was the best.
Starting point is 01:13:41 Yeah, that's good. That's the best. That's good. It was the best. He was great. He was absolutely. He was a legend, the dirty gentleman. George Lucas, what up, George?
Starting point is 01:13:52 You say you would like to see Star Wars sold to Apple. Aren't you, aren't you uncomfortable with a love franchise being controlled by a tech company? No, they're making good stuff. Could you imagine a future which could only watch a new hope on Apple? advice you that's not you that that's not going to happen because you can watch their platform on any one of your tvs you really think that they're they're going to pull star wars out of theaters no i don't know i think i think it's just george bian george no but thank you george a nice donation space trips and ufo whispers what can disney star wars learn from june one and two
Starting point is 01:14:31 i think the same thing that they can learn from and or like develop your story more develop your characters more don't just go for the big spectacle like actually develop and don't repeat the same beats because you don't think people can can handle a little more of an intellectual story like so both dune one dune two and and or all did that what you think wrong you know i really like star wars like i haven't been bothered by i think they're so different at this point um but doesn't happen yeah but you don't think and or significant definitely different than say like, you know, the Ackleit in how different.
Starting point is 01:15:14 Yeah, I do think it's different. Okay, but not just in like story. Obviously, because the story clearly is different, but it doesn't it seem like and or could be on like HBO max and actually would be nowhere near that. Yes, absolutely, but I don't think all of their stuff should be. Oh, I agree. I agree.
Starting point is 01:15:32 I just feel like they should be a little more layered. Hmm. Simon section. part one. I'm waiting to see F1 on Apple TV. Love to see the interview with a vampire reunion on wheels, but call it F2, Days of Glory and Drag. I think F2 is another league, though, is what someone was telling me. I dragged John Bon Jovi to cut his blaze of glory halfway through the pilot app.
Starting point is 01:15:54 I think it's really fine to wait to see it on Apple TV, but I would encourage people who can, and if it's convenient, and if you can afford it and all that to go see F1 in theaters, because it is such a grand experience. I think it plays better. theater. Yeah. Um, let's think that Christian.
Starting point is 01:16:12 Yeah, it does. Absolutely. It plays way better in a theater. I agree with you. Um, Simon section, Part two, enjoying grasping in straws. My only concern is why this 2007 looks like Adam Baldwin, a full metal jacket. Really? I don't, I don't think that's true.
Starting point is 01:16:25 Is that task? Is that an acceptable concern? Let's see. That's an acceptable concern. Yeah. I don't think I looked like like him at all, actually. Uh, not, not that. that yeah no i'm gonna disagree with you on that one but an acceptable concern you think is you
Starting point is 01:16:47 think it is i'm just saying if you have criticism like that is your criticism i'll okay you're like okay you're like i understand and that is tas that was tassie tassie was if people heard me talk about tas over the years that's uh that's him he's he's in there for sure and he has he's got a great scene with eliza Let's see. Eliza can say she acted against, you know, opposite Mark Wahlberg, but she also acted against Tass. Let's see, 29 so far. Paul Hitchcock.
Starting point is 01:17:23 Hey, Christian, did you know that Christian vastly prefers major league to you? You better stop this. Over major leagues said he can't get behind Snipes is what he made. You better stop this. You're going so fast, I literally can't understand you. Hey, Roxy, do you know that Christian vastly prefers major league two over major league said he can't get behind snipes is Willie May's. He's weird, right? He's being a...
Starting point is 01:17:43 Because he just... Yes, I do not like number... I do not like that movie at all. The second movie is... Gobbage. Oh, yeah, yeah, I want to wait. I'm going to wait to bring that up to you before you. I want you to watch the whole pilot because I thought about you when I was watching it. Matt Krugman. Roxy, do you still miss Friday Night Lights?
Starting point is 01:18:02 I really do. I love that show. The good thing about shows, you can just always go back and rewatch them, And a lot of that cast has gone on to do a lot of other things. Even last week, I was talking about Scott Porter being in Ginny and Georgia. So, yeah, and obviously Connie Britton works all the time. A lot of the cast does, not to mention Michael B. Jordan, became one of the biggest stars ever. But I loved that show. So, so, good.
Starting point is 01:18:31 Okay, Jake, Yacavetta, just trying to help Roxy beat the train conductor, the Wizarding World. So there is. He didn't do that. He stopped doing that a long time ago, but that was pretty funny. I think I was there with Vivian when he was doing that. Pretty great. What was he doing? He was the train.
Starting point is 01:18:47 Yeah, he worked in Harry Potterland. I didn't know that. Yeah, he was good. He worked at Universal? When Mike worked out? Yeah. Yeah, yeah. And I think he.
Starting point is 01:18:59 And Fife. Yeah, I think he quit when he started Collider full time. Neeks 2890. Christian, Happy Tuesday, Rocky and Christian. Hitting lunch and some beers before F1 and IMAX. What a great, what a great day. I was going to go-to drink. I mean, as I get older, it's been, when I went to the wedding that I was at recently,
Starting point is 01:19:18 I keep seeing weddings, my friend's birthday. I was drinking kettle and soda, which used to be rum and Coke, but I don't really drink that much. If I do, I like a glass of wine these days, but that's just me getting older. Clear usually gives you less of a hangover. I love James on the Rocks and I love a burn your mouth off spicy tequila drink. I think that getting lunch and beers before F1 is the perfect way to do it, have an amazing day. Yeah, that sounds a lot of fun.
Starting point is 01:19:52 Mike Joyce, Roxy and Steph have great hair. Do you have the same stylist? No. We don't. However, Steph, for this new thing, because she trusts my hair journey, she sent me multiple stylists and was like, which one of these should I go to? I like that. I like that. Clearly, she made the right decision at the end of the day.
Starting point is 01:20:13 That's right. Simon section. Comic book movie says that The Odyssey has leaked online and includes Tom Holland and John Bernthel. Well, it makes sense. They're both in the movie. After news broke, this is from Asel. After news broke, the teaser of The Odyssey is being showed as a preview before Dressy World next week. The teaser was quickly leaked online already.
Starting point is 01:20:35 Yeah, apparently it was like, I'm not watching the least. leaked one it's going to be it's going to be online like really soon i still haven't seen jurasic world the new one yeah yeah wait you react to it when it comes out okay probably better you don't need to see it i mean unless you're like clatt you need to see it would you like really excited to see it in the theater no no then you just wait um yes all l smithy is the show your thing of crashing with pete holmes yes produced by drummer i watched that show yeah so that that show came out after my show i love peat homes Okay, so I don't really know him that well, but I just remember, so I remember when it came out.
Starting point is 01:21:11 So I was like, is this similar to straws? I'm like, I don't know. I said, I don't know. I haven't seen it. Also, hi, Christian and Roxy. Great Rejects interview with James Gunn. Well, there you go. That was, Greg did such an awesome job interviewing James Gunn.
Starting point is 01:21:23 I'm so happy for him. He was so nervous and he loves him so much. And he just did, he got three full questions with him. James was so generous and gave great answers. It was awesome. You got three interviews? Three questions? Three full questions, but like they were exactly what he wanted to ask.
Starting point is 01:21:39 It just went perfect. Good. Jake Yacaveta, I was having fun until PLD showed up. I mean, that could be a T-shirt. That could be a T-shirt. 30 so far, 30 with around. You don't even have my age. 20 minutes left.
Starting point is 01:21:55 We don't have your age either. Michael the Aguard, will you give us your thoughts when you see the Odyssey teaser in theaters? He heard they're not releasing the trailer online? That'd be stupid. By the way, I love the pilot made. Thank you, Michael. That would be- What a nice, kind thing to say.
Starting point is 01:22:10 By the way, I've just noticed even, there's been like a ton of comments that have come in on the pilot since we've been doing this. So again, so anybody who's, if afterwards you haven't seen it, we're bringing it up until we freaking make this pile. I want to at least get grasping and trust. My goal is to get it to 10,000 views. That's my goal, is to get it to 10,000 years. When you do see the Odyssey teaser, will you talk about it no matter when that is?
Starting point is 01:22:34 Yeah. But the Odyssey, the Odyssey for me is, it would be stupid for I'm not, but it would be stupid not to put that online. I mean, just for the people who are going to see it in the theater, I mean, that's, is that a Nolan thing? That's, that's dumb. Michael, your hair is elite. That's really good. Armada, shrinking season two is so good. Also, shout out to Tiny Chef.
Starting point is 01:22:57 I don't know, what's Tiny Chef? What is that? It was so good. What is it? No, no, shrinking season two. Shut. That's a tiny chef. I feel like that sounds familiar, but I can't, I'm not picking up what you're putting down Armada.
Starting point is 01:23:10 Let us know. Give me more hints. All right. So last one for now, unless they keep you going, Rox. Cisco, Cisco. That's not it. Cisco frisco with the success of video game live actions. I would love to see TV shows of Ghost is Shima.
Starting point is 01:23:26 Yep. Horizon Zero Dawn and God of War. I think they're working on God of War. I think that they're already doing that with Ron Moore. I'm not well-versed enough in this world to be able to say whether these are good or bad ideas, but I have always said that video games do lend themselves to television shows much better than they do for movies. Way better. You're more time to expand on it.
Starting point is 01:23:46 You're way more time. It's the whole point. Yeah. And they said apparently ghost is getting a movie too. So, all right, Roxy, that's it for today. Whoa, Christian. 31, I know. Hey.
Starting point is 01:23:56 Whoa. Doesn't look like, doesn't look like two in a row was going to happen this way. Hold on. Anything else you have to tell me? Mr. Spazworld. my photo was prop time at a wedding the feds wasn't mine but it suits me have an awesome day you pair of beutes love and peace thank you mr spethwell great photo but did i have something else i needed to tell you you you have anything you need to tell me um i'd be so scared if i was your boyfriend if you
Starting point is 01:24:19 if you if i walked in and saw and heard that i'd be like oh my god i'm sorry what did they even if they did do anything that's so funny because i ate an edible the other day with my And my siblings are here. And I guess I did the exact same thing. Did I walk around my sister, anything you guys need to tell me? And they were like, and I was like, oh, no, okay. I don't know. Is there anything?
Starting point is 01:24:43 I was like, no. I'm saying. I don't know. I don't think I need to tell you anything. I'm just saying, is there anything? Just an open door. Have they adapted stranger in a strange land? I don't think so.
Starting point is 01:24:54 Not sure. I don't know what that is. Me either. Is that a video game? I don't know. Sorry, Gropel. Kenya King, I think Roxie answered this already, but when does the embargo live for the Superman? I believe it's July 7th.
Starting point is 01:25:07 What's weird is when you're invited to something as a plus one. I don't actually have any of the information, but I've heard through the grapevine. It's the seventh. I'll keep you guys close. Apparently, I think that's when the press screening is. And that's when that's when it would probably be released. Those Amex screenings that are on Tuesday. I don't know what's happening, but this is, I've never had an issue with Warner Bros.
Starting point is 01:25:27 Matt Krugman, Ghost of the Shima movie is from the John. Wick director. Oh, interesting. Chat Selestky's doing that one. That's cool. That's cool. It's going to be a lot of fun. Huh. Okay. Go pal. Who says it popped into my head this morning that it's odd. They haven't made it into a TV show. Uh, in the novel. Yeah. What was the name of the novel? I forget what he said. Uh, he said, I'll tell you right now. He said, stranger in a strange land. Yeah. Stranger in a strange land. I was like, I don't play video games. I don't know it. He said, Like, it's a novel. Mike said that you missed my very important Love Island question. Let me go try to find it, Mike. Let's see it.
Starting point is 01:26:07 Okay, I found it. Thoughts on Love Island. There's a big discussion about each episode in Doreena's Discord. Sounds like a good show I'm missing out on. I'm shocked Dorena's watching that show. It goes against everything she's ever stood for. Surprised that Dorena has a discord. No, she's like full-blown, started her own, like she's doing a whole thing, Christian, online.
Starting point is 01:26:29 She's like substack, a Discord. She's like full blown an online person. Yeah, no joke. She does like article releases and stuff. People are loving her, her online presence. But yeah, I was shocked. Video? Is it?
Starting point is 01:26:46 No, I think she does video and audio stuff and written stuff. I was shocked because I love Dee. Every conversation we ever had was like, she was like, I will never do more online. stuff and then she was full blown gone into it. I think it's doing really well for her which is awesome to see. Yeah. What was the
Starting point is 01:27:07 oh so I'm being told in the chat she actually doesn't watch it though they're just probably talking about it in her discord. I was going to say I can't have changed that much that she's watching that show. What was the actual question to me? It was on Love Island. Okay so I didn't bring it up this week but obviously I'm still watching it.
Starting point is 01:27:23 I still don't understand them doing a dating show where the challenges don't mean anything and I'm so mad at Taylor, I'm seeing red. Those are my brief thoughts on the show. That's what I heard. All right. Go, pal.
Starting point is 01:27:42 About a guy who was born on Mars to astronauts and he has powers. Oh, that sounds pretty fun. Kind of like. That's what the novel's about? I assume so. That sounds fun. What kind of powers? Bobby!
Starting point is 01:27:54 I like Anna to Armis, but I see more in the Catwoman type than Wonder Woman. I agree. Did I not? tweet that out when I saw the movie. I said, Caster's Catwoman. Everybody said, no, Tali-A-A-Goole. And I said, that's cool too, but I see her as Catwoman.
Starting point is 01:28:09 Interesting. She would be the greatest catwoman. Well, there you go, everybody. That's it for now, unless it's not. Roxy, where can they find you? You guys can find me everywhere at Roxy Stryer. My schedule has been a little different this week because baby living with me in my studio. Everybody who's wondering if I changed my studio, no, I'm just in my kitchen. So I'm glad my
Starting point is 01:28:35 kitchen looks so much better than my multiple thousand dollar studio that I built. I literally just let everybody know. I literally said the same thing to her when we started shooting. I was like, please stay with this set up. I'm so uncomfortable right now. I'm like sitting on my heel. There's like no spot space. I'm like jammed in a corner. It looks so good. It looks so good. I like you do 360 of what I'm going to send us to Brett. I want to set a screenshot of this right now. Brett. Look, look how good,
Starting point is 01:29:02 Oxy looks today. Luke's going to say the same thing. It's the best that you've looked on the show so far. Anyway, thank you guys for being here today. Thanks for Roxy for being with us. I know we've got a shorter show here today, obviously, a couple things that were going on.
Starting point is 01:29:17 So thank you for everything, for whether you're putting in a comment, whatever it is. For anybody, again, please go on over and check out the pilot that we put up there. It's like one of the reasons as I was saying before that I wanted to get to at least 10,000 is that the people in it besides just myself, like my friend Tom and, and Ken and everybody who were in Ken was the reason. Ken sent me the digital file, which I didn't have. I want people to see there were. It worked really hard.
Starting point is 01:29:44 Everybody worked really hard in that show. And we never really had an opportunity to show it to people. So the fact that people can check it out now and then it'll lead into what we're about to do. So if you can go over there, you can click like, you can comment over there and give your thoughts. Tell us your favorite character. Tell us your favorite. I thought it was so bad. It was awful.
Starting point is 01:30:02 Good. Can you write that in there too? And then this is legend. Your studio rocks. Thank you, legend. Yeah, this studio here. It rocks. All right.
Starting point is 01:30:12 Thank you guys. Appreciate you. We'll see you guys on the flip side. And that's it. Be nice to everybody, everybody. I like that. I like that. I'm going to stick with that.
Starting point is 01:30:21 All right.
