Perfect. Just perfect. We're back.
It's so good. Right as I say, okay, we're going a big old wet cough right into the microphone.
Glad we're back. It's good stuff. Welcome back, everybody, to the big thing.
So we have the strike. It's over. It is over. I'm back, baby. Time to get back to not working.
Or get inside.
It's over.
Strike is over.
The crew is back.
We can talk about things besides neighbors doing the nasty, but we will talk about that as well.
Oh, brother.
Look, so it's over.
What does that mean?
What will that mean for the summer season?
What will that mean for news already?
There are productions that are scrambling to get ready to hit the dates.
Will they do it?
Will there be some other pushbacks and into the,
2024 season. So we'll talk about that, obviously. And then Roxy, what the hell's going on with TV?
She hasn't been able to talk about it for a long time. This would be the first show. Roxy can
actually talk about stuff. We got a first. Sorry, DJ. I love DJ. But, but yes, so we'll talk
about that. Speaking of Roxy, she is not scared at all. She is ready to host the Big Thing comedy
show on December 2nd. So come on over and check us.
out. Brett will be there, and I can guarantee
you that Brett has not promoted this show yet.
But it'll be all on me, like it normally.
But hopefully we'll get
people in there to see it. I'm just kidding. So come check
us out where the link is in the description.
Patreon, make sure you do that. Look at this, guys.
Damn. We've already hit
100,000. And now we're
going to 200. So
see, look at that. Graphics.
You like that.
Really went out of that.
Stick a two over the one
Bothered to blend the blues, baby.
Nonetheless, hey, it was...
He's up for hire,
if you need him for your channel.
If you need a graphics guy,
I'm the guy.
So, kickback,
pop your bubblies,
and let's get to fucking...
Let's get to fucking...
Let's get to...
to fucking talking about this stuff.
It's the big thing.
Let's do it.
Applesauce and hand grenades, everybody.
Welcome back to the big thing.
Happy Thursday.
Shooting this on a Thursday, if you will.
And it is myself.
Roxy Stryer in his house.
I love Barbie.
I love Barbie. I fucking love Barbie.
It was so good.
I told nobody.
I've been able to tell one fucking person.
I loved it.
It's going to be a three-hour show of just talking about all the stuff that you couldn't talk about.
I started writing a poem last night about all the things I had to see that I love.
You're going to have just a TV kind of explosion soon.
I've never, it never happened to me in my life.
I just was watching things and then people were like, what do you recommend?
I'm like, I can't tell you.
Not yet.
Not for you.
Today you can.
I'll tell you in six months.
Yeah, well, today you can.
And the most knowledgeable man in the business.
Oh, yeah.
baby.
Brett Sharon and Brett.
Of course this gal like the Barbie movie is Manhattan.
Look at this guy.
Look at this shot.
I did this shot.
I did this camera for Winston and Coy.
And I was so excited that we did this shot.
I put it over, but not that angle.
We put it over on the other side.
Oh, people hated it.
Why?
Because it was like too close.
How are you linking that?
Bluetooth.
I found that out on accident.
downloaded OBS. I did it.
What the? No, you didn't do it?
I showed that to you.
Did you really think? Let me have this one thing.
One thing. Yeah, it's true.
Yeah, I was messing with the OBS and I figured I, it just, when I was going to select
camera, it popped up linked to your phone.
So it was kind of make you mad, though.
Why?
Well, okay, go to my, go to the iPhone for a second.
How good it looks?
Yeah, that's fuck shit, you know?
Yeah, well, and this, and it's not even the best phone.
I'm going to get the new phone.
They're looking better.
Yeah, you have to.
You don't even have a third.
No.
Whoa.
You're trash.
You don't even have a third camera.
It's the truth.
I know.
I need a new one.
And that will do that.
So look at that.
I might as well even,
I might even replace my camera with that one or probably look better.
I watched Loki.
Oh, you watched Loki also.
They shot that on an iPhone too.
They did.
Well, listen, we're going to talk about TV.
I know.
I just wanted you to know.
You watched everything.
I've watched a lot of things.
TV, all that.
The morning show finale?
What?
Yeah, see?
Okay, so we'll get into that.
We'll talk about everything you're allowed to talk about.
I know you're busting at the seams to talk about this.
I think that SAG should promote me.
Just you.
Just the Roxy.
Just you.
When you heard this news, by the way, we'll get into it.
Did you just, did you cry?
Well, okay.
It was a one-two punch.
So last night was the night for months that we had on the calendar that for the World
Girls, we were announcing that Doreena's leaving the show.
Oh.
I didn't know that.
Listen, I'm going to let you finish.
But we adjusted your camera for 15 minutes, and now you're sitting lower.
She's like, no, no, I don't have enough head room.
And then we now.
How is that possible?
I can't.
I'm up as high as I can be.
Wait.
Let's go.
Oh, you want to know the why?
I know what happened.
You did the old flipperooski?
Yeah, because my legs got fat.
All right.
Promoting.
Yeah.
Before Brett Coneyed you.
It is now if you talk about Jorina, what did you?
called Drina?
Don't conge it.
It's already hard enough
for me right now.
I said I'm going to let you finish.
Yeah.
Okay.
So what happened was we knew that
last night we were announcing
that Dorena's leaving the World Girls.
Why is she leaving?
And she has a lot of good music stuff going on
right now and hopefully it's temporary leave
but we like it's been on the calendar
we had a big whatever.
In two minutes before we go live
the session I guess and I was like
what? We were with our patrons
before doing our pre-show and I was like
shit. So like last day was
super effing sad for me because it's like
we've been together four years and it's really
really it's a big bummer the world girls are
obviously continuing but we're sad you're finding a new
one is like the spice girls are you finding a new
you're joining
that's the rumor
oh the rumors is you yeah yeah
I was my new year's resolution last year was to become
a world girl yeah so
I mean would I guess I would say
this day and age you probably would be allowed to
yeah right I think so
what would you give a world I'd give anything
a whirl. Well, yes, he's going to give skydiving
a world 10,000 patrons.
Oh, brother. I want to do that too. I want to hear you start.
So, no, I don't think that we
right now it's not on the dock to try
to find, you can't replace Dorena. She's like, I've never
met anybody like her in my entire life. So
but I do they're going to be bringing in more guests
and stuff. They replaced David Lee Roth, I'm just
saying. Yeah, I think it's
harder to replace Dorena. Fair enough.
Don't tell Ellis that.
Derrida is one of the guy. I know, I know.
But anyway, so it was like bizarre
because I was crying about Dorena.
And then we heard the SAG news.
So I don't know whether the tears were that happy turned to happy tears or what.
You fell everything.
But yeah.
I mean, number one, I hate not working.
You know me.
I'm like a psychopath with this.
I don't have a lover or a partner or kids.
All I do is work.
It's literally all I do.
And like, while everybody kept me in the loop and trying to use me, I was like, I cannot do this.
This is who the F knows.
But I was like, this is my line that I believe that Sag doesn't want me to cross.
me specifically.
I saw her at Marvel.
She was worried that she was going to lose a spot on this show.
I'm like, you kidding me?
Well, yeah, because he told...
Whatever, anyway.
So anyway, it's been like an absolute shit a few months
because first of all, I'm fucking broke as a joke,
but second of all, like, this is what I do with my whole life.
It's not like a part of my life.
My whole life and my movie, always Lolo,
which I can now finally fucking mention again,
was supposed to come out in August.
Yeah, are they going to...
So they're going to push it now?
So I have news on that, but I can't say the news on that yet.
And that's nothing to the strike.
That's just because of the project itself, right?
No, because of the strike.
It didn't come out in August.
No, no, no, no.
I'm saying you can't talk about it.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly.
I can't.
I couldn't even say always Lola on air for months.
So I'm really stoked and people will be able to see that soon, which is awesome.
And I will, and I'll tell you guys as soon as I can when exactly and where exactly that is.
But like, everything got, everything in my life got fucked.
Like, and it's not about me.
It's a 160,000 people were out of work.
But oh my God, this was brutal.
Yeah.
I mean, well, we're glad you're back.
Yeah.
Good to have you back and everybody can talk about stuff.
Brett and I did a lot of stuff while you were gone.
What did you do?
Chaos.
Like, even what we did, I'm excited to talk about it.
Yesterday, he and I watched Elemental for the first time, the two of us.
And we did an actual first time watching video.
It should be on the channel within the next two weeks, hopefully.
But it's, it is not for anyone.
one under 16 years.
It is.
The movie is.
The watch long is.
That is bizarre.
Two people.
It's just inappropriate.
We're just cracking jokes about.
I can't picture about what.
Oh, come on.
The two of us.
No,
but what?
Inappropriate jokes is one time
there's something.
Sex jokes about them.
Sex jokes about what?
They're blobs.
Yeah, but fire and water banging.
It's like, you'll see.
A little smoke up your ass.
Yeah.
You know, we got a little funky.
I'm bummed because I think that you, if you hadn't been doing it live, Brett, you would have loved the movie.
Well, my initial, my review.
Yeah, but you were able to do both.
Well, when I did, listen, I, I, I, toy story makes me ball my eyes out.
That's a wonderful original story.
Did you watch it first and watch a long?
No, but what I'm saying.
Elemental would make you ball your eye out.
I got, I'm viral because.
Yes.
I'm kind of a big thing.
I remember.
You know, but I thought it was, I was like, oh, this is going to be a bunch of cheesy jokes and it was.
And I realized that.
It wasn't.
That movie is perfect.
I saw every joke coming my own way, but I have that thing.
Right.
What thing?
Yeah.
It's called, I'm a brilliant comedian.
Yes.
I'm like irrationally annoyed with him right now.
But look, let's talk about some of this stuff as a sack.
Okay.
Because it's big news, huge news.
It's going to start to make.
our business thriving again because there's going to be tons of news and stuff to talk about for sure
people are asking like oh now i guess you're not doing that show on tuesday anymore you got in your mind
of course i'm doing it's show on tuesday um probably scrapping all the other ones yeah it's in the
it's in the hole it's in the whole it's in the whole right i sat with grammy for 30 minutes about it
about that do you every other so let me tell you something real quick so people don't know on
tuesday last not this past tuesday by the week before roxy was on the uap show
And she said, and we were listening to Jeremy Corbell, who's talking about the hull of the ship.
Oh, you have an easy time of that.
Think, say Hulk, but leave the K off.
Hole.
Oh.
Oh.
Oh.
Yeah.
Whole.
Isn't that what I've been saying the whole time?
No.
You said, it sounds like it does sound like hole.
But say water.
Water.
Yeah.
It's the, it's the Boston.
But just say Hulk.
Hulk.
Hulk.
Close.
It's, it's no, it's your Boston.
Oh.
Yeah.
Yeah, but people, but so listen, so people were, people.
What was the one that somebody told me that?
Water.
People are going bananas about this.
The whole, but the good news, the good news is that so many people commented on it.
The Incredible Hulk.
It threw us, it threw us into the algorithm.
Perfect.
That episode has like a hundred and two thousand.
Of course.
But anyway.
So we're, we're, we're.
There's a place in Massachusetts called H-U-L-L-L-L.
Yeah, it doesn't matter anymore.
So we're going to go now to the SAG News.
Here it is.
Ooh.
All right.
Now we're at Dark Horizons.
After 118 mother effing days, the actor's strike is coming to an end and SAG After
after has officially reached a tentative agreement on a new three-year contract with the Alliance of Motion Pictures and Television Producers.
The Actors' Union's deal comes in the wake of the latest round of renewed
of our nude negotiations that began on October 24th and have effectively continued almost daily for the past fortnight.
If everything goes as planned, eligible members of the 160,000 members Actors Guild will soon vote to ratify.
the new agreement. Like with the WGA in late September, SAG after will end its strike before
the ratification vote is completed to get people back to work sooner and production restarted
quickly with scripted series and films potentially able to be back in production in a matter
of weeks. The SAG, and after a TV theatrical committee reportedly approved the agreement in a
unanimous vote on Wednesday, and the strike is expected to be over in a few hours, which it is
today. The details of the agreement are under wraps for now, but expected to come in light in the next
few days prior to the union's ratification vote.
If the deal is ratified, the contract would quickly go into effect.
Overall, the six months of the Hollywood strikes are estimated to have cost the Southern
California economy more than $6.5 billion.
And that is three hours for Elon Musk.
And 45,000 entertainment industry jobs.
The impact, however, has gone well beyond the state and into numerous countries with many
affected.
Even with the strike over, the film and TV release scheduled for most.
of the year remains somewhat of a mess.
It will take months to get back to full steam.
Update is that SAG AFRA has issued a statement calling it the biggest contract on contract
gains in the history of the union and representing a new paradigm.
And they say, in a contract valued at over $1 billion, we have achieved a deal of
extraordinary scope that includes above pattern minimum compensation increases, unprecedented
provisions for consent and compensation that will protect members from the threat of AI.
and for the first time establishes a streaming participation bonus.
Our pension and health caps have been substantially raised,
which will bring much needed value to our plans.
In addition, the deal includes numerous improvements
for multiple categories, including outsized compensation,
increasing for background performers,
and critical contract provisions protecting diverse communities.
The last part, I hope what that means for me anyway,
because I'm in the union.
What I always thought that they should do is I hate the limit.
I hate the thing of the like, you need to make $40,000.
If you're in the union and you're paying you dues,
you should get it.
And it's like, because I've talked to some people who make money every year's actors,
and they're like, ah, I don't know.
I'm like, I do.
I pay, I've been paying my dues since 2007 for SAG.
Exactly.
And you have to pay, I have to pay the, to get in significantly less than what it is today.
If you're paying that, you should be getting health insurance.
So I don't think that's going to change, right?
That's what I was wondering.
I might have been confused by it.
Does it say the caps now are higher to get?
or lower.
I know that works.
Maybe I read it wrong.
Do you know, Rox?
They haven't announced the deal.
Anything yet.
Point yet.
The way it was phrased, I totally get what you're saying, but there's no way that now instead of 27,000, it's higher.
That wouldn't be something that they're going for.
Because that's something they can change without a strike.
Yeah.
They can just make it.
They can make it so you have to make less money.
That doesn't take any.
I think this was talking about for the people who have insurance.
What the actual insurance is.
Oh, what it gets you.
It's great.
in insurance, man. I had it two years
out of the 20 plus years I've been in SAG
and it's great. I paid 500
bucks for my kid to be born.
That's awesome. Out of pocket.
That was it. I wish I
could get it back. But like Christian mentioned, it is
$3,000 to join SAG
now, which is why a lot of people don't
and stay SAG eligible as long
as they can because it's crazy and
to not have health insurance. Anyway, it's a big
W, so it's a huge... Right, right.
So that's one part of it. The
news itself is that
They seem like, you know, they stuck to their guns.
It looks like they got a lot of stuff.
The AI and the residuals, as you just said, though, Roxy, we don't know the details yet of the deal.
But that seemed to be the big two sticking points that they kept going back to the table for.
Yeah, and they did mention something in their email.
And I don't know if it said it just there, but the thing about the SAG residuals, something about streamers, like an unprecedented whatever it is.
And we know that they were fighting at some point to get a certain percentage of residuals.
based on the streaming numbers.
There must have been something there
that made them feel really confident
in whatever the residual format is now,
that it's up to date with the 2023 modern streaming.
Yeah.
And then the AI stuff, yeah, I mean, I know that that was,
they were not going to budge on that.
I think it's because they couldn't.
It was described right.
Yeah, the streaming thing is huge
because I remember getting commercials that, you know,
I'd get a grand for it to run a million times on YouTube or something like that.
It was pre like, you know,
and Netflix and stuff.
stuff like that and I knew I was getting screwed.
So I hope the numbers on that have increased a lot because a lot of people do those kind
of gigs and get screwed.
Yeah, I'm not sure how that's going to work right now with YouTube.
And we saw like Mean Girls went up on TikTok.
Do you see that Paramount put that there?
Things like that.
I'm not sure if that was like kind of not in this deal or is.
Obviously YouTube's a whole different game than like the actual big wig streamers, although
YouTube has a streaming service as well.
So I'm excited to read what it is.
But just in general, the AI thing is really, really cool.
Because what we know they didn't settle for was actors going in shooting one day and then the studio is owning that forever without having to pay for that.
Yeah.
And when you say actors too, but it's like background actors.
Yeah.
The fact that like background actors could be like I was talking to because my wife was every day kind of asked me when is this.
She knew it was impacting us, you know, like when is this going to end?
Like what are they asking for?
And I was like, well, one of the main things is this AI thing.
And she's like, well, what is it?
I was like, we're at, we were at breakfast and we were at breakfast and we're at breakfast and we're signing something and we signed something over for.
to be background pairs.
And then they use us for 50, 60 years after we're done.
And our kids, nobody's seeing anything from it.
They're using our likeness in any movie they want,
in any TV show forever.
And they paid us 70 bucks to do it one time.
And then they own it.
It's like, no, you don't get to do that.
And that's just one particular, like, small scenario.
And backing, backdating to anybody who's already died.
Right.
That they would have access to because they're like,
we already paid you for one day.
Yeah.
That's crazy.
want to use James Dean, you can just do that for free forever
and nobody has to make a single dollar off that.
That's like there's something wrong.
The fact that they really believe that they could get away with that,
like you guys are making money though.
So, yeah, right.
Well, it's the same way that, and I don't know if it's going to,
I would like to see it inside of this deal,
but one of the things I hope that they stop,
although it's a tricky thing to how they're going to get on to stop.
What they've been doing, I think, like, is it Nickelodeon or Disney?
I think it's Disney.
Somebody does this all the time or Netflix might do it too.
I'm not sure.
But they'll do these shows and they'll pay these people for like,
they'll sign them to like,
let's say three or four seasons.
And then once they get to the fourth season,
they changed the name of the show.
Oh, shit.
And it's the same show, basically.
But they changed the name of it.
So they don't have to,
so they're basically paying on the same thing.
Right.
And it's like they've been doing that.
There's so many different shows
that have done that.
It's like a thing on, like, you see like these,
this is a made up show, but like,
Louis and Mallory.
Yeah.
And Louis and Mallory goes for three seasons,
and they sign the two actors on Louis and Mallory.
And then the fourth scene is,
is Louis and Mallory's camp adventure.
And now it's a new show.
But it's the same thing.
There's so many jacked up things with how residuals work and how that like, I mean, I remember my hands, I had to negotiate for a commercial to buy my hands.
I was in a commercial where I'm setting a dog down.
They just wanted to use my hands for setting the dog down.
But they didn't want to pay me for, you know, it running all the time.
They just wanted to buy out my hands.
And I had to settle for a price to sell my hands.
That's wild.
The thing that I care most about, not most about, but one of the things that, like, people aren't thinking about is the little things like sides and turnaround times.
Like, how many pages somebody is allowed to ask you to learn?
Like, as an auditioning person who is now, I'm fucking auditioning a lot.
And it's really, really difficult.
And that's a beautiful thing.
But, like, they'll be like, here's 14 pages and you have to get this in tomorrow.
That's ridiculous.
Like, it makes your job impossible.
And stressful.
It's stressful.
And so I know that they were really negotiated.
about sides and turn around times for auditions and that's I'm really curious to see what that
should I be nervous though that someone's going to take the louis mallory idea what's the louis mallory
just louis mallowly mallowly someone's going to cast louis someone's going to cast mallory and they're
going to go to camp and i guarantee you already that's a prussian harlough shot i can guarantee you
within us talking about this someone has already written in the comics in the comments louis and mallory
do this. Louis and Mallory go there. So the whole time I was talking, you were thinking about Louis and Mallory. Yes. The comment section is going to be full of Louis and Mallory's stuff and I'm not going to see a penny from it, Roxie. Maybe with this new deal I will. So the whole premise is they go to camp. That's it. That's the second. That's the fourth season. Louis and Mallory boy girl? Sure. It doesn't have to be. Yeah. It could be. Depends. We're in a different age, Roxy.
There's some kooky characters. Is it Louis Armstrong and are you going to pay him for his time? Well, no, that's why. I think Louis and Mallory, I think, I think Louis and Mallory,
They're, you know, they're quirky kids, you know, coming up in an age where they just, they're just not understood.
But, you know, Louis's been, like, robbing banks.
I'm a child.
You got to get those stacks, man.
He's a 12-year-old bank robber.
Maybe in his own mind.
So he goes to camp to get away.
See, we're giving him too much.
He's evading the law.
Louis and Mallory is going to be in every single comment.
I want Louis and Mallory to be even more so than the hall was.
Probably impossible.
But anyway, so we got, so this deal in general is happening.
And listen, so the deal itself is massive.
And what it also means, as I said, the summer season of movies is already pushed.
But this could potentially save it from getting too backed up because they still, Deadpool is an example, right?
Deadpool's supposed to hit in May.
Now, they had filmed a bunch of it.
Now, they're probably going to rush back to filming Deadpool.
Does Deadpool still make May or do we get an announcement that they're going to push it?
like July. It's very different. I mean, we saw Bob Eiger's statement that was like,
you guys have until five o'clock or else summer movies are not going to happen.
Before Sagr responded. I just think he's like, comes out like such a villain in this, but
and now everybody is to work with him. It's very uncomfortable. But he was the one, you know,
they believe he's the one who thinks that you guys have to all lose your houses and then
we'll be happy. And then he's the one, that's allegedly, but he's the one who was like,
until five o'clock, otherwise summer movies are not going to happen. It's the last best
and final. And I think that the problem with now is that they're going to do exactly what you just said.
They're going to rush because they need to. But we are going into Thanksgiving and then we are going
into Christmas. And that means that in the next, even though we have almost two months left in the
year, a month of that is scrapped. And it's on off time. And I think that they are going to have
a really difficult time keeping those dates while keeping the quality of their products.
But all that being said, it's not impossible. It's not like this is March that we're talking about.
Yeah.
I think the only benefit this has right now is promotion.
Right.
That's, you know, I mean, when things are coming out, that's going to be all over the place,
people scrambling.
And like you said, the holiday's coming up.
But promotion, that's the huge thing, like you said, with Marvel.
For Christmas movies.
Well, yeah, the Marvels, I think, is pretty much, I mean, maybe you get a couple interviews
out of them, but they'd have to really scrap to do it.
Marvel's is, I think, is, I mean, it comes out tonight.
There are 170 Christmas movies.
Right.
That are coming out.
I mean, you mean, through, through, like,
streaming.
Yes.
As 170 movies that need promotion in December,
I really think that was a huge reason why the AMPTP is like,
okay,
we've got to get this done before them because otherwise they might have waited
until the top of the year because like you're saying,
productions,
it's not as big of a deal right,
but promotion-wise,
they've got to get the press on these Christmas movies.
Well, Warner Brothers,
you've got two big ones that they need to promote,
and that's going to be Wanka and Aquaman.
Those are massive.
Those will now be promoted,
and you're going to have Shalemi out there now
being able to promote that movie,
and especially if it's good.
And you love Paddington, right?
Yeah.
I loved the padding.
Did you see it, Pat?
Is it?
No, I didn't.
Oh, I was a first time watch right there.
All right.
You don't like that one?
You know, any first time watches you can get out of me?
I know.
That's why I want to hit you in a head with a bag of nuts if you don't like the other.
Every time somebody says, you loved it for the last few months, I've been like.
You're right.
Did you get scared just now?
You said, you love Patton here.
I was like.
You know, yesterday it was funny because I was on.
I was talking to Mike before.
It was before the deal and we were talking.
I was so confident that eventually this thing was going to be over.
Because Mike had just said it as casual conversation.
he's like, well, what a Roxy think of it?
And I was like, yeah, she didn't think it was that good.
And I'm like, you know what?
I'm not going to say what Roxy thought.
Because I don't know if I'm, because I'm just so used to it.
But I don't know.
The good news is that it doesn't matter whether there's a strike or not.

Speaking of Bob Iger, Roxy, this was another thing that came out. Hold on. Okay, so this is from CNBC, though. Before the actors union reached a labor deal with studios on Wednesday night, Bob Iger told CNBC's Julia Borseseen that the strikes impact on the business had so far been negligible. He also said that a resolution sooner than later would help prevent next year's summer box office calendar. So the tentative agreement, it does just that. But media and entertainment companies are feeling different impacts. Because of the actor strike, so
Sony cut its movies units fiscal year operating profit forecast to 150 billion yen from 120 billion yen.
Due to delays in production and constraints in promotion activities,
we are seeing negative impacts such as a delay in the release of certain motion pictures
and a delay in the delivery of television productions.
Sony executive said on Thursday morning's earnings call,
we have incorporated the impact that can be assumed at the present time in our forecast for the fiscal year.
In July, while Hollywood actors and writers were both on strike,
Sony postponed the release of Marvel Studios collaboration Craven the Hunter
to next year and delayed its next Spider-verse movie,
both potential blockbusters.
Sony executives also cautioned about potential ripple effects from the labor stoppages.
Even after the strike ends, it will take time for business activities
to normalize due to the concentration of production and theatrical releases,
so we expect this to have a negative impact on next year's fiscal results.
However, we plan to engage in cost control,
and other measures to try to reduce impact.
Before the deal was announced on Wednesday night,
AMC Entertainment earlier in the day
implored the two sides to make a deal.
This is what they say.
There has been and will be much collateral damage
from these lengthy work stoppages, said the company,
which reported earnings after the bell,
and AMC shares fell more than 10% Thursday morning
after earnings and after the company announced
its plan to sell more shares through a secondary offering.
The short-term impacts of the writers and actor strikes
will cause additional and needless challenges
for AMC in 2024.
CEO Adam Aaron said by the fourth quarter the savings races for AMC though could be Taylor Swift and Beyonce
for the fourth quarter the savings graces for AMC though could be Taylor Swift and Beyonce
Swift's concert film has delivered big roses while Beyonce's is due in December.
But about anything else.
Warner Brothers they had shares that tanked Wednesday after the media giant reporter earnings.
So yeah, of course look here's the thing.
This particular report is, oh, these poor studios, oh, they're losing all this money.
Tough shit.
Because here's the thing.
This deal could have been done four months ago.
That's the thing.
It's so frustrating.
I think that SAG has lost public perception a little bit, like, or public support.
Yeah.
Because of things like for Halloween do not wear this costume or whatever.
That was stupid.
That was stupid.
And that's the things that, like, my friends from home.
And then getting mad at Megan.
Fox afterwards. That was stupid. But also, why did she tag them in it? That was just like,
na, nana, no, no, boo, boo. And it's like, are you guys all dumb? But it bizarre. But that's the
kind of thing my friends from home texting about. They know nothing about what's going on. And they're
just like, is your union really saying that you can't wear? Whatever is. Saturni Live added to that.
Yeah. And that's what they hear. So they think that they, that what they're doing is ridiculous.
But it's really like these, the fact that the AMPTPPTP did give SAG what they ultimately
needed. Could we
have just done it? Yeah, it does seem like that. Yeah. Could we have done that
116 days ago? Did we all, and I understand the studios are going to
suffer and that, it does suck because when the students suffer, the audiences suffer
and the audience suffer, I suffer, I'm a big fan. But also, I can't
pay my rent. Right. Like, it's not like I'm Bob Iger or Sarandos or Zazlov
who lost a yacht. I have to live in a home and I can't because I am a, like,
minimum wage actress.
And it's very effing difficult.
So when people are all like, oh, this sucks for the studios, it's going to be like articles
like that where it's like, oh, they're just their earnings report and all of their
investors.
And it's like, how about the 160,000 people who have been out of work unnecessarily for
115 days?
Yeah.
I mean, because it comes with the territory.
It's like, yeah, of course, with the longest strike in the entertainment business ever,
of course there's a lot of loss.
But it's one of these things that it should have been in that article, too.
It's like with this deal, again, if we see what it looks like,
it looks like the sag negotiating team got the majority of what they wanted, a lot of it, right?
That could have been done because I think the strategy behind the studios at first was,
okay, here's what we're going to do.
And they did this to the writers.
They saved money at first.
They saved money because they cut a lot of budgets and they caught a bunch of stuff.
And once they got past that part, they cut a ton of shows.
They cut a ton of stuff and they wanted to do that.
And then once they did that, then they started again that negotiation.
with the writers and they had they fixed that up with them right then took a little bit of the loss from the writer's strike sucks what they did to them but they could have been okay with sag they're just like look this is what i said when i said to you when we talked about it i go it it would be very stupid for them to prolong the sag one because you could tell how badly they they need this one they got the writers done they need this to be over and it kept going and it's like dude you're you're just making your own it just they had you by the
balls. There was nothing you could do. The negotiation, when you know you're in a middle of something,
they had you by the balls. You got to say, nope, it's over. And they finally just deny right,
fine, just give them what they want. It's also the right thing to do. Like, you're talking about
the economy. No, I know that they don't care about that, but I'm saying it because it's like,
what right now, I think it also the trickle effect of like, if you do not, if you say, okay, AI
gets these actors jobs, if you, if they film for one day, that's all we have to pay them for.
You know who else loses their jobs?
Every other person.
Because then you don't need crafty and you don't need lighting and you do not need sound
and you do not need hair and makeup.
Because if you're only paying the actor for the one day, then nobody else is coming in ever again.
So it's like it's not a huge battle.
It's not just about that.
That's who I feel worse for, to be honest with you.
Because they get to go back to work for the same wages they were doing.
160,000 actors weren't out of work.
Half the 80% of them weren't working.
I mean, it's the highest unemployment.
rate up any union.
No, you're 100% right.
The people that lots their money were the costumes and all those people.
That was the...
When Ayatzi is up and they are going to have to negotiate because they're going to have to and
they're going to need the unions to stand behind them.
SAG is going to stand behind them.
WGA is going to stand behind them.
Hopefully DGA stands behind them as well.
I don't think the studios are going to do to IOTC what they did to Sagan WGA because
they literally can't afford to do this again.
Not again.
Well, the question goes into...
Because you're hitting, you know, the below, is that below the line?
You're hitting people that are like the what people can, the general public would say is the real workers of it.
And you can't do that.
No.
What are they going to do, though, as they mentioned, though, in three years from now?
This can't happen again.
So I think what Sag had said what they were attempting to do with this negotiation was not to have to do anything like this for a decade.
Yeah.
Because there is a ramp up part of whatever they're asking for.
So I believe that we'll see it when we hear the deal points.
but like it's it already factors in the next several years.
Good.
I mean, so they get to a place like, okay, we're on course of what we're going to do.
We're happy with everything that's been provided.
You're happy.
Let's just re-up now.
The unfortunate thing is that directors, writers, actors, you know, what, what I actually,
like all of them didn't just pile on them because that would have been done in a day.
You know, like if everybody just would have went on strike, you know.
Oh, you mean with the directors.
Yeah, yeah.
Because the director can't go up on strike until your contracts are.
Well, directors, but the directors were.
Did, and they settled, right?
But the director, yeah.
The director said, good enough.
I just said, we're good.
Yeah, we're good.
We like that deal.
We always make a lot of money already.
A lot of them are producers and they were like, all right, we're getting paid in other ways too.
I know.
It's a true.
Just tough, man.
Like, I just can't believe that now it's over and everybody's like, okay, now it's great.
You're back to work.
And it's like, people are going to be in a hole.
I mean, I.
Whole.
That's right.
You said that right.
They're going to be in a hole.
Yeah, not the hole.
God.
The Hulk.
Close.
They're going to be in a Hulk for...
Yeah, forever.
Like, my friends that are working actors, and you guys know, I'm at the beginning of my journey.
Like, I just started to book recently, but also the hosting stuff, I only talk about movies and TV, so it's been difficult.
But my friends who are in positions that I am, this is going to take me three years to dig myself out of.
Yeah, I know.
It's going to be a very long period.
And it's like, I think people are like, okay, now everything's good.
It's good.
And it's like, holy crap.
Well, that is a good question.
And Roxie and I should be on set right now.
I mean, you know, right?
Because it's over.
We're ready to get back to work.
I'm here.
This is me getting back to work.
Thank goodness.
It's true.
And like even that side of it, right?
There's a lot of people that I saw that or we're in different positions that myself were and other people too.
Because like I said, I've been doing this now as part of the BFCA and part of the, you know, certified on Rotten Tomatoes and all this.
I've been doing this in a professional manner for a while that it was okay for me to talk.
about this thing. You run an entire company and you're a critic. Right. So it's like,
even though I don't like to necessarily call myself a critic, I fall under, I fall under
that category of you're reviewing movies as media, right? So I could do that. Now,
I still feel. And you reached out to Saga and they cleared you. Yeah. And I still,
and I still. And I still. I still feel that and I, I stand strong on this too, that I think
that if you're on this show, reviewing movies and you're being paid to do so,
or reviewing television shows,
you're being paid as a critic
through a business that does that.
But nonetheless,
I hear you.
I don't think you're wrong.
But there are a lot of people
who are nervous about it,
yourself included.
And Steph's coming back too,
by the way, I talked to her last night.
She's coming back next week.
Awesome.
So there were tons of, like,
the word influencers is kind of an icky thing.
People don't like to use them.
But those people are going to start to be more deals
as far as that.
You can see those will start going up
to those types of deals
of people because the promotion in general of the next two months,
you're going to see a lot of people getting these studio deals and stuff too.
Like, oh, now we can get so-and-so on TikTok to do it.
And you can get, we really need this movie to come out.
So we have this marketing budget that we really haven't been able to touch.
Do this.
Spend this. Do that.
Holy crap.
The amount of people that reached out during this time hoping that people would do things.
Yeah.
I mean, $10,000 for a post.
Well, so here's the difference, by the way.
Here's the difference.
I didn't get any of those offers.
So I did, I did two weeks ago.
Someone was like, you know, hey, we have this show, we need you do a post.
And I'm in my head.
I'm going, okay, so they're obviously saying if they feel the strikes in the course.
So I was coordinating with the guy who helps me do my deals.
And then I was like, we're talking about after the strike here, right?
They're like, no, they want you to post it now.
I'm like, no.
Like that's the difference.
Yeah.
That's the difference.
The difference is what I'm clearly scabbing versus not.
That's promoting a show that's on, that there.
They're striking for it.
And I was like, I'm like, dude, I've been, I'm going.
And the guy who's doing my deal is like, yeah, I figured I wanted to confirm with it.
And he was like, yeah, you should absolutely, we're not doing it.
But I was like, yeah, that's the whole point of it.
That's, that to me was the difference behind it.
The difference is when you're saying like, well, there's a rumor that so-and-so is going to be cast and you're going to do that.
You're talking about a thing in a news capacity.
That's not the same as going, oh, by the way, check out this brand new show that people are picketing against.
It's like, you can't do that.
I think that there were different things for you and me in general and Brett and everybody because also like this is like at the end of the day you have this company and this is your world and your life and you're going to continue to grow.
But like you own your own business.
I my dream is to be an actress, a working actress.
And like I also was wanting to do everything I could to support the union to get the best deal at the end of the day whether they're going to slap me on the wrist or not.
I straight up have emails and I sent them to you where they said, no, you cannot do that.
No, you cannot talk about this.
No, you can't.
And so I don't get it fully, but I was like, okay, I have to trust that you guys.
And now you can.
Yeah, and now you can.
So look, all that, I mean, there's still more to talk about.
You know, it's so funny, they're not even on the show today, but I'll tell you that.
They still still still.
A little nut.
When you were earlier and you said some of them balls, I thought you were going to do it, not to read.
Oh, nice.
I've had some good transitions for when they were on the show.
Yeah, you were transitioning to manscape by the show.
I thought you were going to nuts.
I said this whole strike has been nuts.
Speaking of nuts.
Yeah.
Oh, that's good.
But you think you could do a balls transition to it?
Yeah.
Yeah.
But not right now.
Okay.
Not right now.
Sticking with Iger over here, guys.
This one, again, the G-Man over at Dark Horizons.
CEO, Bob Iger, over at Disney, says the company will continue licensing some of its content to third parties,
but it's not going to give away its core brands.
Speaking to investors as party of the company's quarterly earnings call today, he says,
they have been licensing content to Netflix and they plan to continue doing so.
In fact, he adds that we're actually in discussion with them right now about some opportunities.
One thing he does make clear, though, is that he does not expect to license the core brands to them or anyone else.
Those brands are differentiators and offer a competitive advantage for Disney.
Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, for instance.
They're all doing very well on our platform, and I don't see why just to basically chase bucks, we should do that when they are really important building blocks to the current and
of our streaming business. Numerous other streamers have been licensing content to Netflix
and other rivals resulting in success stories like NBC Universal's recent suit success on Netflix.
Iger commented on the company's losing streak with films in the past year saying,
At the time the pandemic hit, we were leaning into a huge increase in how much we were making,
and I've always felt that quantity can be actually a negative when it comes to quality.
And I think that's what happened. We lost some focus.
I feel really optimistic about the slate going forward, which is going to be a balance between
some really strong sequels to some very, very popular titles as well as some original content.
The comments come as Disney expects to cut billions of dollars from its content budget in fiscal
2024, reducing its $25 billion down from $27 billion in fiscal 20203.
The strikes have impacted the spend for fiscal 2024.
Of that spend, $10 billion is on sports and $15 is on entertainment.
That's from sourcing the Hollywood Reporter.
So while you're doing that, I started trying to look.
So they said no Marvel, no Pixar, no Star Wars.
So what properties does Disney have?
I've got a ton of stuff.
I mean, whether it's like, you know, the stuff from some of those Disney junior shows, some of those Disney.
But isn't that all Disney Plus stuff?
Like, what could they be giving to?
I mean, those are other shows that are made directly for Disney that they could put over there.
Plus there's other Disney movies that have made over there.
Plus, it's all the Fox stuff.
So it's less about the actual company.
It's not like Lucas films.
You're talking about legit, like the networks.
So look at, so here's an example.
The other day I wanted, I was going through,
I don't know why I started talking about like some of the X-Men movies,
but I was like, I'm going to go and I want to watch some of them.
So I started to watch Logan on Disney Plus.
And I was like, you know, before I watched Logan,
I think I'm going to get into X-Men Days of Future Past.
I haven't seen that in a while.
So I started looking at Disney Plus, and it's not on Disney Plus.
It's on Max.
So they like licensed that one to Max.
But they just said that they're not going to license any Marvel stuff.
MCU stuff, maybe.
Maybe Fox stuff that they will.
Okay.
Because that particular thing, it is on Max.
So there are some that maybe they're just on Marvel Studios.
Yeah.
I don't know.
Yeah, or different TV shows.
Because it sounded like they're not just licensing content from them to play.
From their library, they're actually licensing the rights to create.
Right.
And I'd be curious what characters they have the rights to that they are willing to give away.
Yeah.
If that's what they're saying.
Well, I think that it's a necessity for the studios because the amount of money that they have spent in general.
It's a necessity from the license out to other places.
Absolutely.
And if they're not doing anything with this person.
If you want to do it, yeah, we'll just make some money.
And it's also like I see, you know, because there was another article, I guess,
that Iger kind of took a shot at Warner Brothers or something.
I don't know, maybe that was the article kind of referencing that they have licensed some of the big stuff.
Wonder Brothers isn't in the same position that Disney is.
I mean, Disney's been losing a lot of money lately, but, but Warner Brothers was in a,
was in a worse spot.
So they kind of needed to do that in the same way that you look at it like back in the day,
when Marvel had to license out their characters because they were in trouble, right?
They licensed out Spider-Man to Sony.
They license out the Hulk to Universal.
They license out the X-Men to Fox.
They had to do all that stuff.
And now that they had this major money-making thing, they started to buy back their characters.
And that's kind of the same thing that's happening with like the streaming.
If you look at it that way.
Yeah, I just want to know which ones.
Who are you giving to Netflix?
This is very reminiscent of when I was a child and people were like, hey, what's MASH on?
And I'm like, I don't know.
Is that, no, it's not PBS.
Right.
Could it be NBC, ABC, ABC or CBS?
I had to scroll through four channels.
Four fucking channels.
To find, Roxy, there was ridiculous.
My head was spinning.
I actually was alive for these days.
It wasn't.
It was a nightmare.
It was true.
Why didn't you buy a TV guide?
Well, my TV guide was the jam, bro.
In all seriousness, it's not, a seriousness now,
Roxy, the question is, where are they going to put Louis and Mallory?
Yeah.
Well, I feel like that is a little bit more of an FX product, you know.
That's on the fifth season when they start showing each other their genitals.
Well, it's mostly after the bank robbery stuff.
Right.
Showing its genitals at the bank robbery?
Yeah.
I mean, as the distracted.
This is a stick-up.
Louis.
That was written by the elemental.
Elemental is gold.
I like it.
And you're soulless.
That's exactly what I said to it.
100% there's nobody that cries at films more than I do.
And I have the biggest heart in the world.
I just, the trailer ruined it for me.
And I just, let me tell you.
It was beautiful.
We're watching it on, this is a 720p, like, it's a cheap flat screen.
And you can see the hairs.
But I'll tell you this, Roxanne.
This is the thing.
He told some of the funniest jokes I have heard in a long time that we'll probably not be able to make air.
That's how funny they were there.
I understand. I watched that movie. What's the inappropriate stuff?
Have you never done a show with us?
No.
You know that we can make anything inappropriate.
I mean, I literally think I started this show out by saying, let's get to fucking.
Make it inappropriate. Glasses.
You want to rub your...
Roxy, you...
Oh, don't even.
Don't even.
There's not.
The shit we say about you and you're not.
It's burn.
Mark.
Make it inappropriate.
It looks like you're...
Slit.
Roxy, that was horrible, but that was calm.
You did, don't, don't.
I mean, I did set the shots.
My slit.
My slit.
Don't, yeah, no, don't kidding.
I'm almost 50.
I got them all.
Oh, my God.
All right.
Anyway, so we're going to be.
She had, um, if you want to...
I'm not sorry, I am.
No, if you want to
come to December 2nd,
Roxie's going to be hosting the full show.
I can't fucking believe that.
That's awesome.
Well, Steph bailed on you, so...
Yeah, and you put it out before I knew she bailed on me.
Well, that's her fault, though.
She was going to a wedding.
That's your fault.
It was my fault she was going to her wedding?
It was your fault that you didn't follow up with me.
You're cool to do this without Steph?
I would have said, no.
Tough.
You already said yes, though.
Rocks, you got this.
She got it.
She's her host.
You're going to be so awesome at this.
You're going to do it more and more.
I guarantee it.
What am I going to set?
It's me.
December 2nd.
No, come on.
But you could talk about the next person.
You could bag on me.
Say some jokes about it.
How many minutes between people?
So we'll work on that.
But I think this is what I think you'll be good at to no offense to Coy.
He was not.
Like not talking about.
Actually introducing the next person.
Yes.
But what Coy was really good at in the beginning is opening up, getting people excited and ready.
And you'll be able to do that easily.
You'll be able to do like five to six minutes.
It's up top just to welcome people in.
You wear that same outfit.
They'll be warm as fuck.
Yeah, it's true.
I couldn't stand in it.
Yeah, but then you get, you know, the next, you'll introduce the person that comes up.
And then they'll come out.
You say a couple things.
It's going to be like a minute or two in between each one.
And you're so smart with the, like, you can, you're going to see what somebody did in their act.
And you're going to pull something out of that and go, speaking of which.
And then you'll touch on something from your own.
I think I'm going to do ventriloquism.
Okay.
That would be great.
Okay.
with your slit?
Yeah, with my slit.
I actually think I could do it.
So, that's just what it is.
You've unleashed the cricket!
If you're going to keep talking about my slit, I'm going to do it like that.
So if there's no slit in my out, then there's just a slit in the tail.
It's actually pretty calm.
Now, listen.
Pretty calm.
We have a lot of new people who had joined this show while Rockett wasn't on.
No, no, no.
They don't know me?
Some people, I would say this.
You don't know.
I would say to some people that probably don't know you.
They were new.
And we've, we hit when you guys, when you left, you know, we had.
When I left.
Yeah, when you left.
You kicked me out.
I didn't kick me out.
You kicked me out.
No, there was only so much we could talk about your neighbor.
Yeah, and you didn't even ask me for updates on that.
And you know I need to go soon and you didn't ask me for TV.
Well, when I'm not done you.
You said 10, 10, 10.
10.
15.
15.
Okay.
So we do it.
Oh, shit.
Let's do it.
Let's talk about this then.
You know, we should do.
Because we couldn't.
And a lot of the stuff that the Jake Jllenhaal, the Fantastic Four, the Deadpool stuff, we'll cover all that tomorrow with, with Koi and Winston.
I want to get where Roxy's here.
Roxy, I'm going to get you a chance to vent on or and just unleash television shows.
I'm pulling out some things right now.
Oh, before you do that, before you do that, I'm sorry.
And you think about you pull some things up.
I got some of it.
Say any, you can make about anything.
What is I've got something to pull?
What do you go out?
What?
Pull out.
Pull out?
Pull you.
I got something to pull out.
I got something to pull out.
I don't pull out.
My pull-out game is on point.
You know me?
Yeah, it's true.
Yeah.
You wonder when I sit here like and listen.
That's all you've been thinking about.
People were wondering if you're going to be silent.
It's always thinking about it.
An opportunity like this.
You gave him an opportunity.
He's been waiting.
This is, he can die now.
He's been waiting for months.
All right, listen.
Yeah.
So before we get into anything else, too, I also, I've been telling Roxy about him.
It's not everybody else about it.
Rocket Money.
And Qjabi.
for both if you for creators out there and for keeping up on your finances here's both of them right now
I keep telling you guys about rocket money I love rocket money and if you're not familiar with what it is
I started using them a long time ago you're under a different name at the time but now they're rocket money
and basically what it is is everybody signs up to those things like hey I try this for 30 days
and then it's free and then you'll be paying for the rest of your life and not even realize that you're paying
for it and that happens to us we get subscriptions we forget about them and then you pay twice
sometimes you don't even realize it rocket
money for me, it canceled subscriptions for me. It said, hey, listen, these are all the things
that you signed up for, dopey. It didn't call me dopey. I call myself dopey. But they said, hey, listen,
you signed up for this and you shouldn't if you don't want to. So let us cancel for you. And that's
exactly what they did. And it lets me know about subscription prices of all the streaming stuff.
And now with all the strikes as they're coming to an end and there's new deals that are being
made. The streaming prices are going up. And they say, hey, there's an increase to all these things.
Be wary of it. It tells you how much you're spending per month. It tells you,
All these different things.
It tells you your credit score.
It tells you everything.
And it's been so helpful to me.
It's a personal finance app.
It helps, it finds.
It cancels unwanted subscriptions.
It monitors your spending and it helps you lower your bills in one place.
That has over 5 million users and it keeps going up.
Rocket Money has helped save its customers an average of $720 a year and $1 billion in total savings so far.
Stop wasting money on things that you don't use.
Cancel your unwanted subscriptions.

Really appreciate them so much.
And like I said before, links in the description.
You want to help out the show.
You can do it by getting one of our wonderful sponsors today.
All right, Roxy, hit me with some TV, girl.
Okay.
Sex Education had its finale, which is devastating.
You watched it, Brett?
Yeah, I fucking love that show.
You watch the finale.
Every last, yeah.
It's just the greatest show.
Yeah.
It's so effing good, and now you can binge the entire thing.
The actors are amazing.
The subject matter.
Like, they just knock it out of the park.
It's one.
Yeah, I totally agree.
I'm glad you brought that one up because we just, yeah, we wrap that one up.
And it was, yeah, heart wrenching and, yeah, wonderful, wonderful show.
Who's in that one?
Julian Anderson.
That's about the only, like, person.
Who's the girl that plays me if that's going to be a star?
Oh, yeah.
I don't know her name, but she's, yeah, she's wonderful.
Okay.
But she's been in some other things, too.
But no, yeah.
What else?
It's a, they're all British.
Okay, and what's that on?
No.
Flicks?
Yeah.
Okay.
Is ABC, NBC, CBS?
Start scrolling to tell me.
The morning show had its finale, and a lot of people found this past season to be more lackluster,
but I just think that this is one of the best written dramas on TV.
And also, it is unbelievable to watch the star power on this show.
It has more star power than any other show currently on,
and, like, these performances, especially by Jennifer Aniston and Reese Withers,
through every single week are just like unbelievable.
And I really like the finale.
And also I think it's setting up for a great season four, which is like, what do you do
when you have to suffer the consequences of your own actions?
And I'm really, really curious about that.
I watched Loki and I think that it is good.
Season two.
I think it's good.
But I feel like it could have been 15 minutes.
And I'm a little confused on where all this love for it is coming.
Oh, man.
I love it.
Did you watch the last episode?
It was episode five, the last episode.
episode, then yes.
Oh my gosh.
Is there another episode coming?
Tonight.
Yeah.
It's a season.
I'm too behind.
Everybody's raving about it.
I'm just like, okay, I think it's fine.
I love it.
I've been enjoying American horror story.
Okay.
How's Kim Kardashian?
I think that she is not great.
Okay.
Sure.
I think she...
Oh, great.
Now she's going to go broke.
Yeah.
They wrote the role for her, and I actually happen to not be a Kim Kardashian
hater.
It's just, it's kind of hard to...
I really mean this with all the love in the world,
and you know me, Christian.
I really don't like to comment on people's faces,
but when you have, when you cannot express,
it is challenging sometimes.
Is it really,
is it just a lot of work?
When you,
you know,
they talk about the Botox that they get and stuff.
And one of the problems with getting Botox as an actor is that I actually can't tell how you're emoting.
And I think she's gorgeous.
She looks like an absolute painting.
She's gorgeous.
But I don't know how she's feeling.
And that's a problem.
Do they,
do they exploit the hinder?
What?
The Tushka.
Oh, her hinder.
No, not really.
That's stupid. Go ahead.
Not really exploiting the hinder.
Her interview on Letterman's
and my next guest.
Turn me around on her completely.
Because I used to just think, oh, this came for, I mean, yes.
You can make a lot of money if you come from money.
But, I mean, the fact that she became a lawyer.
Was that a sexual joke or for real?
Yeah, no, no, that was for real.
Her prison reform stuff is
That is amazing
I love that
She's done a lot of bad things too
But really like to me
If you're doing good
You're doing good
And she is doing good
The show that
I wasn't able to talk about
The other two
Did you guys are you going on?
Oh shit we didn't start that one
Because we realized we hadn't seen
The HBO show that is so underrated
That people don't even know what it is
The Molly Shannon's the one person new
Oh and um
What the fuck is his name
You would know him
He was in Party Down and Dan, uh, oh yeah, um, what the hell is his name?
He's very famous, but the main three people.
Dan Levy?
No, no, it's not Dan.
I'm going to party down with brown hair.
Um, he doesn't matter.
Yeah, anyway.
He was in the state, right?
Uh, what's the state?
It was a sketch show.
Okay, anyway.
Anyway.
Anyway, yeah.
So good.
And anybody who wants to be in the industry is in the industry.
I can't recommend the show enough.
It is a little insider baseball, but it is really, really effing good.
and I
She actually
I apologize for not watching that
because that was I said
Hey Rocks
wife and I need Rex
It is so good
It is so effing good
Winning time I thought they did a great job
With it
It's closed up
I'm stunned
I thought they did a great job
With it was really happy about it
And yeah those are main ones
That are oh hi jack
Which I hadn't watched
I told you about that one
And so finally I did watch it
And I wasn't able to talk about it
But Christian
What kind of an asshole am I
I watch on an airplane
I didn't know what it was
So I was on an airplane
I downloaded all the episodes
And you watched it on the whole thing in the airplane
Holy shit
But didn't you stop after the first like episode?
No
Because I downloaded
It's the only thing I had downloaded
What was I gonna do?
Oh you downloaded before you go
Who would have known?
I don't know the show but I'm assuming
Has something to do it
And then I'm on this plane the whole time
Looking left and right like what
My wife didn't want to get on the plane
Wow
I almost I know you have to leave
I want to call my wife and tell her that
You just did that
Yeah, I had no idea.
And it was absolutely ridiculous.
And then I saw this other show.
Okay, so the premise is it's these two childhood.
You don't know it's like a will, they won't they situation.
And they are just like completely obsessed with each other.
And they like kind of fall in love, but one of them has to get the other one out of trouble.
And so what they end up doing is they go to this bank.
And they have to rob the bank, break into the vault.
And one of them has to distract.
with their sexual wiles.
Oh, wow.
And it's like really, really intense
and you don't know what's going to happen.
What's the name of that show?
It's called Louis and Mallory.
It's on hoopla.
And it is on hoopla.
Yeah, so.
Okay, so check it out.
That was really good.
You have to go to hoopla.
If you don't already have hoopla,
it's worth buying,
and you will get a month for free.
All right.
So guys, make sure you check out
Louis Mallory.
It's really good.
On hoopla.

You just finally crushing bush.
Crushing bush?
You said crushing bush.
You didn't deliver it off.
I couldn't get it out.
You can't laugh for your own joke.
Because then I didn't even know.
When you introduce him, you can find this next guy laughing at his own jokes and not getting the punchlines out on the big thing.
See?
There you go, just like that.
That happens when you go like, I shouldn't be saying this.
That looks good.
Bubboard TV on YouTube.
I don't think I've got some stuff I'm shooting today or tomorrow that's going to be coming out soon.
That's going to be pretty funny.
A New York trip I took.
