Starting point is 00:00:16 Oh, I guess we're on. I can't hear any music. So I guess we're back here on the SCN live show. Happy Friday. I can't hear any music. I'm sorry about that. Yeah. I'll fix everyone now, guys. But we are on. I can't start the show without the music, Ryan. What are you doing for God's sakes? Where's my green M&Ms and my white lilies? For God, those were supposed to be in the green room. Welcome everybody to another Friday episode of SCN live here. Other Spowdown Entertainment now. work. I am sitting in for a brother Christian Harloff who is getting ready for draft day. Smowdown draft day. I don't even know what I'm doing here to be honest with you. I should be in the war room with my people figuring out who we're going to be picking. I'm excited for it. I hope you all are excited for it as well. We got a great crew of people joining us here in the meantime on SCL Live. The great and awesome and very funny Brett Sheridan's here. How are you, Brett Sheridan? As you're muted, how are you, my man? I was going to unmute myself. I was ready for that, John.
Starting point is 00:01:18 I'm getting very large clouds coming in, and I have this little bright light, and I have a feeling I'm going to be in the dark soon. So it's great seeing you guys. I may not be visible soon. We can see you fine for now for sure. Huge. Yeah, it's rain clouds in L.A.
Starting point is 00:01:38 I had hail on my car the other day coming out and say, head snow in San Diego. Craziness. Somebody you can see really well is Dorena. Sorry, is Sabrina Ramirez there. Sabrina, sorry, I was talking to Dorena before the show started. You know what? I'm flattered because I love Dorena so much.
Starting point is 00:01:57 That's right. So do I. You know, make me up with anyone. I'd love it to be her. Yeah, super gloomy day, really excited. A lot of crazy stuff going on. I feel like the weather is matching a lot of our moods today. So get that draft. Let's get the show going.
Starting point is 00:02:11 See, I love the rain, man. I'm excited. The rain makes me happy. Over there, somebody who can't see the bright neon lights. Mark Riley, what's up, dude? Oh, well, hello, everyone. How are you? Good to be here.
Starting point is 00:02:22 I haven't been, hey, a little twin G music. I like it. Happy to be here. Guys, haven't been here in a while. Yeah, nothing major going on for me. Just, you know, chilling. Okay. Shilling, you know.
Starting point is 00:02:37 I don't know if you're being sarcastic or being serious. I don't know. I mean, you've always got something going on. I mean, you can go to the GPA. fun and check it out. But I mean, you know, anyways, there it is. There it is. Plugging already. Plugging already.
Starting point is 00:02:48 Got to give what we do here. Also, Mark Riley in the draft. Where is Mark Riley going to go today at 5 p.m. PT? Everyone is asking that question. Where's Brett Sheridan going to go? Where is Sabrina Ramirez going to go? And Alex Marzonia is here. Alex, are you in the draft?
Starting point is 00:03:06 I am. I am in the draft. We'll see where I go. But today, it's a Friday. It's good day. I'm going to do my best not to promote anything. Oh, Jesus Christ. You know what?
Starting point is 00:03:18 Kill, shill, shill. I respect it. Speaking of a show, there you go. All right. And Ryan Nelson is here. Speaking of a show, Ryan Nilsson's here. One and all, couldn't hear the music we can now. I'm psyched on this Friday.
Starting point is 00:03:31 I got unemployment from six months ago today. So I'm in a good mood. What does that mean? Like you got to all. It's just been on hold. No, I just got a little. little bit of it, but it's like, it's a win. So I'm in a good mood. Also, the news we're talking about today put me in a good mood. Yeah, yeah. Are you moving out of your parents' house finally or no,
Starting point is 00:03:50 is that not? We are talking movie news today on SCN live and, uh, oh, that we are. Definitely. We'll get into it just a second. Just a reminder, ladies gentlemen, hey, it's Friday. Let's start the week. Let's end the week, right? Let's start the weekend, right? And let's show some loved Christian Harlop and the S-E-N network here. You know we live off your stream-lap, supertentz, and smobots to beat all these people coming in every day to hang out with you and entertain you from the different walks of life, different perspectives, different points of views, but all kinds of humor going on. We've got a lot of stuff to cover today, but we want to answer your stream-life, Superdense, Smobots.
Starting point is 00:04:27 Anything you want to ask us about the world of entertainment or sports or the draft or whatever's going down, feel free to send in your comments. Let's get to a thousand today. I know 500s are like what we need to cross. But let's get to 1,000 and say start the weekend off right and show some love for the S-E-N network. All right. What's our first news item here, Alex Marzonia? Let's go straight to the main topic. Let's do that.
Starting point is 00:04:51 What did you think of Wanda Vision? $20. Thank you, Tim. The road to war continues tonight. War. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, we're all, I don't know why we have to be that part of the female anatomy. You know, it's, that's not,
Starting point is 00:05:10 because it's the best part. Yeah, but I mean, he's saying it in a derogatory way. I'm just saying it's not. It's a very positive thing, for God's sakes. Yeah, yeah. It's changed the thing around. Have you watched the history of swear words yet? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:24 It's a very interesting. That one was a good episode. No. Okay. Fair enough. Check it out. That word's a swear word? All right.
Starting point is 00:05:31 All right. Well, it's about how it started out as a cute thing for a CAD. And I don't want to run the show for you. Really. Act at the whole show right now. Fair enough. All right, Alex, what do we got here? Yeah, so episode four of Wanda Vision came out last night,
Starting point is 00:05:47 or this morning, last night, whatever. Yeah. Let's do a non-spoiler review of it. Roka, what did you think of the episode? I don't know how you do a non-spoiler review this episode. Here's what I'll say. Everybody who's been bitching for three episodes that, oh, I don't understand what's happening.
Starting point is 00:06:03 They're confusing me. What is this man? Are you happy now? Are you happy now? Patience. Young Padawan. Cossio Connell donated $20. Well, thank you.
Starting point is 00:06:12 Hello, cunts, I didn't get this yesterday, but we're going to try it again. Roger, for a goal, can we do Alex doing Wonderwall by Oasis? Roca, can you help with this one for a goal? Also, can I get Wotto and Connery trying to shoot their shot on J-A-Lo. Thanks, Pussies. I got to be finished. I got to be real with you. You get one request for 20.
Starting point is 00:06:33 You don't get two requests for 20. So if you want to send in the second $20, then you get the second request. So the Alex Marzonia thing absolutely Wonderwall. Let's do it. What do you want, Alex? You choose. $500,000. $5,000.
Starting point is 00:06:44 What do you want to do it? $1,500. I'll do the whole Hamilton soundtrack front to back in double speed. Wow. In double speed. $1,500. All right. And we'll all leave the Zoom.
Starting point is 00:06:57 Just keep it going. Yeah. Keep going for another hour. Someone's got to shoot him, right? I'm going to shoot him. I'll stick around to shoot him. Got it. Someone's got to shoot him.
Starting point is 00:07:05 I'm the one who shot him. All right. Yeah, so anyway, it was the question. Oh, three donated $20. Not a spoiler, but anyone think there will be a Jersey devil tie in in Wanda Vison. They are stressing it is in NJ and the devil is in the details. Jersey, okay, I don't. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:07:25 I don't know. Is Jersey, is that a mutant? I don't know. There was some puns in there. Riley, did you watch this thing? Did you watch episode for you? I did. Yeah, I watched it last night when it.
Starting point is 00:07:40 dropped. I've been doing that as a drop. I love it. Yeah, I love Wanda Vision. Yeah, I like the slow build. And this is, this is the payoff. This episode was the payoff. Yeah. And for me, that like, pulling the veil back finally, literally, and that's big enough for all you spoilers out there. I just think it's, uh, it's really amazing. And I'll just say this. The end of the episode, I got serious house of M vibes. Yep. I just went, oh, okay. Yep. Yep. And it has to do with Wanda herself, the character, not necessarily plot points. And so really, really interesting. Sheridan?
Starting point is 00:08:18 Suspense, intrigue, maybe laugh and maybe cry. I haven't seen it. I haven't seen it. Four stars. Four stars. Yeah, yeah. A trium. I went, oh, I've got to watch that.
Starting point is 00:08:34 And my wife was in her office, which is our living room where the television is. So sorry Charlie. All right. Sabrina, what did you think? Sabrina, did you see it? Yeah, I loved it. I think it genuinely cements Wanda is one of the most interesting characters
Starting point is 00:08:50 of the MCU that we've had just overall. No spoilers or anything, but obviously, like, we're aware of everything she's gone through up until this point, losing her brother, losing vision. I just think that the way they're handling her character, it's something really cool because we're allowing to see somebody be,
Starting point is 00:09:08 like vulnerable and strong at the same time and we have that mixture so yeah I'm really looking forward to every which direction that they go with this going forward a lot of stuff to talk about hard to do it without spoilers yeah yeah it's really tough Alex Mario donated $20
Starting point is 00:09:23 no Christian it's safe to donate again that episode of Wonder Vision was awesome as hell finally it's starting to come together what's everyone's thoughts for the draft tonight and by the way Roku him not in my fucking garage
Starting point is 00:09:39 well I'm glad you moved up into the living room I'm glad you're out of the doghouse 13-0 yeah James we'll get to our
Starting point is 00:09:49 draft thoughts tonight later on in the show oh but for what I thought about good when I thought about Wanda Vision
Starting point is 00:09:58 yeah I was one of those that was starting to get disinterested last week just because it was because it's like a symptom of nothing else being released And it's like this is the thing we're solely focused on and having to wait was just a little bit too much for me.
Starting point is 00:10:14 And I know, Roka, you're going to, I know you hate that comment. I do. I agree with it, though. These young people. Yeah, you're young people. You want everything handed to you. There you go. Wait a little bit.
Starting point is 00:10:23 Be patient for fuck's sake. Right. No, no, sorry. Go ahead. Alex, finish your points. Yeah. We're just like super focused on this. And it's like similar to what happened with Wonder Woman.
Starting point is 00:10:34 And like, but now I'm back on board. There's a bunch of things. that happen. There's an image that will live, rent free in my mind. Shout out to Mark Ellis. Ryan, what do you think? Do you get a chance to watch this? Oh my gosh. No, I didn't get a chance to watch it. I was going to say, yeah, Alex, you know, keep talking because I
Starting point is 00:10:54 wasn't able to see it. But I, too, was one of these people that's like, I'm kind of, I wish they had all three the first week because I had lost a little bit of interest, though. What's so refreshing about this show is it's so different from everything we've gotten thus far. And I was always going to finish it. I was always going to keep watching it. It just wasn't that urgent for me.
Starting point is 00:11:13 Like I was prioritizing Mandalorian. First thing, woke up in the morning. And today I was like, you know what? Maybe I'll watch it tomorrow. Like, I'm not too, it's not like an urgent show. I feel like I need to watch. However, the reactions to this one, maybe I need to think differently.
Starting point is 00:11:28 Riley, what's wrong with the youth of today? I don't know. What's the situation? Thank you for all the youth. Yeah. I was just, I'm with Ryan though. I just, and maybe this was the one that's going to grab me, but it was, I, I, I, I like it so far. I like, I like, Eric Johnson donated $35 through super chat.
Starting point is 00:11:48 Okay. Thank you, Eric. Oh. They said, they said not a spoiler, but I'll put $100 that Evan Peters might play her son's speed, perfect age for young Avengers. Not a spoiler, but let me bring that up. What's wrong with you? Of course that's a spoiler. It could be a spoiler.
Starting point is 00:12:02 You never know. You never know. It's just a theory. Send in the $100, though, anyway. All right. I mean, we mentioned your spoiler. I think that's worth $100. Yeah, I mean, I think so too.
Starting point is 00:12:14 Riley, we're both fans of the slow build. We know we kind of enjoy the exploration of it. I know on my side, the geek buddies, we've been doing our reviews with Emma Fife every Saturday going bone deep into each of the episodes. Our last one was like an hour and 15 minutes on the 30 minute episode because there's so much that's being revealed here. There's so much speculation.
Starting point is 00:12:33 So maybe it's because. We have read the comics. We know so much of the knowledge of the extension of the Wanda vision and what happened, House of M, and all the connective tissues involved here that it gives us maybe more to speculate on. Do you think that's what it is? I mean, I am so into the character building of this. And just the point, you know, just getting so deep into what Wanda is doing.
Starting point is 00:12:54 And last night, again, was just a huge reveal of where she is. Yeah, yeah. And that, I've been tracking that throughout the whole thing. So it's not slow for me. It's just that kind of thing I love, that sweet spot that maybe all you youngsters don't know how to get, dig deep in there and get that, you know, and just enjoy it. Hold it, dear. You know, story, story.
Starting point is 00:13:20 I don't know what I'm saying. I like it. I mean, it's like, you know, if you don't like it, what can I do? What can I tell you? I get it. Yeah. I don't know what accent this is either. It's apparently coming out.
Starting point is 00:13:34 I don't know. We can try this now. I have no idea. Mark Riley-Sopran over there. You fucking like, you don't fucking like. I don't know. Leave the spoilers. Take the canoly. Boom. Yeah. So, you know, we'll see. What did you all think? Let us know throughout the show. No effing spoilers. I don't care how much you donate it. No effing spoilers. But send in your thoughts about it. Your non-spoiler thoughts. Did you enjoy it?
Starting point is 00:13:59 Did you think finally the payoff is here? and it's come to fruition. And now are you excited even more for the next few episodes? I guarantee you all the people who are like, oh, I don't, I don't. And now they love this episode are going to be the ones that when it goes
Starting point is 00:14:16 away going, oh, I can't believe it's ending. I can't. Also, Roka, listen, in all of you,
Starting point is 00:14:22 all of you sitting around waiting for something to happen, get ready. I don't know what's going to happen. Yeah, yeah, it's going to be some next level shit. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:31 That happens in this that's going to be setting up. the Marvel Cinematic Universe as well. We got Spider-Man 3. We got Doctor Strange, you know, multiverse stuff. That's coming. There's going to be just this epic thing like Mando did season finale season two. You know,
Starting point is 00:14:46 there's going to be something that we're all going to lose our mind over. Oh, yeah. Or I can't. Or multiple things. Or multiple things. Yeah. Yeah. Back on SCN 257.
Starting point is 00:14:57 Look it up. I looked it up earlier. Jason Inman put in a theory, told us a theory about what he's, thought would happen and it looks to be going that way. So check that out. Sien 2 57. There you go. Nice plug for the own show. All right. Is that it? Locas Bukaki party donated $20. Hello. Hello. Everyone always watching the show. You're are great. Can I get Roland trying to cut the line and take the spot of Connery and drunk Brett for the J-Lo concert? Den J. Lowe settles it by letting
Starting point is 00:15:29 them in but Wotto offers them fake tickets to Tatowine. That's a way too extensive. Let's do the first one. Let's do the first half of that. Write it down. Write it down. We're not going to do it right now. Again, everyone, improv, person-place thing.
Starting point is 00:15:42 That's usually what you get. And you don't write the ending for it. That's on us to come up with me, the ending. But I appreciate the money. But it probably won't go the way you expect because we're not going to remember what you told us. Give us a word. Here's a plot twist, the sentence, and a conclusion. Here's a word.
Starting point is 00:16:06 Call me Ishmael. The ship is said, no, no, no. No, what? Oh, my gosh. Perfect. All right. Let's move on to our next thing. John, if people want to talk about WandaVision or, you know, start up their own little podcast,
Starting point is 00:16:22 they should check out Stereo.com. It's this new app we've been doing. I've been doing shows with Christian for a couple of days. I know Alex and Ryan have done. on son. Roka has multiple followers and he hasn't even tried it yet. I don't know if Riley's checked it out yet, but it is. First, I heard of it today. Perfect. Perfect. Don't check it out. Go sign up and make yourself an avatar. It's anybody can do it. You just need two people to start and you just have, it's basically people having conversations. It's a way for, you know, the regular Joe's to have their
Starting point is 00:16:56 own little podcasts and then also us to kind of give you some follow-up shows. So today at noon, I will be doing a Q&A with Christian. And when I say Q&A, it's you're going to ask a question and we might answer it or we might tell you to go to hell. It's really fun. There's lots of NTS questions. I may answer the questions
Starting point is 00:17:16 and not give you the right answer. This is what kind of show we're doing right now. Somebody else can start a Wanda Vision one. I know there's going to be a ton, a ton of draft live shows on stereo. Everybody's got to get signed up. We're getting in on the ground floor of this and we're going to, S.E.N. is going to take over stereo.com.
Starting point is 00:17:36 So for Christian specifically, www.com slash Christian Harloff. So that's for that show. That's 12 p.m. P.T. today with myself and Christian. And then all of our names. I think we all. Ryan, you got your name. Yes. Alex got his. But, you know, so get in there before somebody steals your name. Don't, don't be Mr. Wigley on Twitter for the rest of your life, okay? Go check it out. We'll see you later today. And you'll hear more later in the show
Starting point is 00:18:07 about stereo.com. You know, I love Brett coming after me when he says, you know, there's place for the, for the, you regular Joe's. Oh, and then me as well as it's coming after me. Oh, yeah. But that was totally unintention.
Starting point is 00:18:23 I do have more followers than you, though, John. Oh, I'm sure you do. Add, add mystery. No, I'm legit surprised by this. I thought I'd have 10 people. I know we follow each other. I did, you know, the shows with Christian. But yeah, no, it's, it's, yeah, it's a conversation.
Starting point is 00:18:41 There's a lot of people, you know, on it. And yeah, it's, I think it's pretty fun. This is what it looks like, ladies, Jim. This is what it looks like stereo app. And you can randomly just listen to people talk. And you can join the show. I was talking to Finstock last night, my manager. And he was on this thing and apparently got like diverted and wandered into another room.
Starting point is 00:19:01 and that became part of that podcast and was on there for 30 minutes. It's almost like a party where you're wandering from room to room having conversation with whoever you were into. So it's a fun all the time. The first day, I panicked because it did that. I finished up with Christian and I was like, what is going on?
Starting point is 00:19:17 But this is like this thing where I'm like, I want to try this. I don't. How strange is this going to be? But I didn't know that they paired you up. If you just let it go and you don't end your brunt, you'll just be paired up with somebody random. Hi.
Starting point is 00:19:29 And yeah. Amazing Alexander donated $20. I loved the new EP of Wonder Vision. It was much better than Cats. I'm going to watch it again and again. Nice. Very, you know, solid? For your young people, that's a Saturday Night Live reference.
Starting point is 00:19:46 Rick and for donated $20. Let us go back to episode three for just a moment and remember Tony Store. Oh, we muted. Yes. What did I effing say? No effing. We have muted. I will find you.
Starting point is 00:20:03 I will kick your nuts in. All right. What's the next thing? Figuratively. Figuratively. Yes, yes. Some people take me seriously when I say things like that.
Starting point is 00:20:12 All right. What's the next thing? All right. HBO Max announced that Zach, that Zach Snyder's four-hour version of Justice League will drop on Thursday, March 18th. Happy birthday, Ryan.
Starting point is 00:20:23 Yes. These black and white posters were also released touting the date. Roka, are you counting down the days until Ryan's birthday. Always. Now that I know when it is, absolutely. Good little bitch boy donated $20. My imaginary girlfriend
Starting point is 00:20:39 cheated on me with the dead corpse of Hitler. What a sea word. Can we have Riley sing if we reach any goal to lift my spirits? I suggest around the world by daft punk. Riley can transition to normal singing then to angry midsong.
Starting point is 00:20:56 This sounds like something more for the GPA. We're kind of James Slavario donated $20. Did you all hear there making a Game of Thrones cartoon? How about the app stereo? No. Oh, well, so sorry, Rowena. Thank you, Pousy.
Starting point is 00:21:14 Oh, Vervina. Our show yesterday was about... Rowena? The Game of Thrones. Oh, yeah. Yeah, kind of. It's going to be some... Some sex going on in the animated Game of Thrones,
Starting point is 00:21:27 just letting you know, just so we're aware of it. I mean, one would assume. Yeah. I mean, you could talk about it, John, because we really didn't talk about it yesterday. Somebody made jokes about this morning on my mornings with the outlaw show that you guys were talking about it. What happened yesterday? Was there some incident when you guys were talking to? I think it was an experiment of Christian showing that if everybody's like, why can't this just be all laid back?
Starting point is 00:21:51 And why are you always asking us for, you know, schmobots and things like that? And, you know, just has to have fun. And so basically had fun. didn't touch on the topics hardly and I think it was the worst day money-wise we've had. I think it's the least we've ever raised since I've been here. Since, yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:09 I mean, I think I've been on most of them. This was the worst one. You know, nothing not fun about it. But I think it was kind of, and we talked about it on the stereo thing is it's interesting how people say, how dare you ask us for money?
Starting point is 00:22:25 You don't have to give the money. We're going to ask for it. And, you know, oh, sponsors again? Wow. Jeez, these guys must want to pay their bills. People. Am I right, John, kids these days? They want everything for free.
Starting point is 00:22:40 Yeah. Yeah. I want it all handed to them. Can I share my screen? You absolutely can now. Oh, wait, now you can't. Yes, now you can. Yes.
Starting point is 00:22:49 Yeah. All right. Let me take down here. Riley, I want to get your thoughts on this. Check your tabs. Check your tabs. Riley. Yes.
Starting point is 00:22:57 Riley. Oh, yeah, look at that. Death of Superman here, ladies and gentlemen. Oh, my God, look at that. Hell of a reference. What was your feeling about this? Thank God we're getting this. I mean, I'm really, I know we went through
Starting point is 00:23:12 freaking a mile of shit with, you know, with some of the reactions that were thrown at, maybe some of the collider peeps and, you know, and the release of Snyder cut, all that stuff. But now we're all together on this. This is awesome. Yeah. And I can't wait to see it.
Starting point is 00:23:28 because it's, I like Zach Snyder's, you know, I in his, and especially the story that started with Man of Steel. It started with Man of Steel, and I need this image because the cut that came out just brushed right by Superman. Yep. And the return and his death, I mean, the death, obviously in the previous movie, but that, you know, you have people digging them up, which I don't get. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:23:50 And it's like, okay. It's, this, we're getting some good stuff. I cannot wait for this thing. And give me four hours. I wish it was six. Yeah, that's another part of story. You're right, Riley. H.O. Max confirmed it is going to be a four-hour movie.
Starting point is 00:24:04 A four-hour movie. What do you think about this, Sabrina? Is this a bit of a hubris? This idea of putting his name on the canister, the film canis. It's just a little bit of hubris in red, don't you think? I feel like, honestly, at this point, it's cool. Let him do it. It's been years of him trying to get this off the ground.
Starting point is 00:24:26 And like with the four hour thing, I really don't like that idea at all. Oh, okay. I'm down for the four hours of content, but like maybe splitting it up like in two parts or in that four part mini series that they were talking about. So then there's a definitive end. If somebody wants to start it but doesn't want to finish the whole thing in one day, then there's a place that they could stop it. And then there's a place that they could pick it back up.
Starting point is 00:24:48 Now people will just be pausing it at any time. What if what if this isn't the right place? And now you're going to be missing out on something that would have hit harder if you're watching it all the way through or if it was set up in that way. So I just don't think like a general audience, these are the people that you want to hit. Obviously, we have all of these people like us who are super passionate about it, but you also want to get people who are casual fans. If they sit down and they're like, well, one, we've already gotten this movie. We're not super familiar with the backstory. And now this is four hours. Why would I want to sit down and watch a four hour movie?
Starting point is 00:25:20 It's just, I don't know. I just didn't, I don't know if that was the right move. I'm down for four hours of this. I just don't know all at once. Yeah, ladies gentlemen, as we go along with this conversation, let us know what you think. Do you like the idea of a four-hour movie? Would you prefer the installments? Are you excited that it's coming out on March 18th? And then it's in the sweet spot of middle March, because coming to America to coming out March 5th, Godzilla coming out March 31st. So they kind of own, they kind of own this middle of the March area. Let us know if you like the date as well, sending in your streamlap, super chats and Schmovots about this and about
Starting point is 00:25:54 Zach Steiner's Justice League. Are you just finally it's coming? Are you excited that we'll be able to move past this conversation as well, once and for all? Brett, are you, do you like the idea of a four-hour movie? Do you like that it's coming? Do you have any interest in this at all? I have interest in it. I would have definitely not seen this in the theater because, as you know, my bladder
Starting point is 00:26:12 couldn't have handled a four-hour movie. And I want to get something straight. Sabrina, what is it? Do you want them all at one time? I mean, I want Wada vision all at once, so I can, He'll take Alex singing Wonderwall over impressions. Rauchel, let's get this. Jamal, are you happy that Six are beat Lakers L.O.L?
Starting point is 00:26:36 You got all Lakers fans here in the panel. Why don't you flex on them? Dot Roker free up Bradley Beale. God bless you all. Thank you, pussy. Thank you, pussy. We are not giving you Bradley Beale. I swear.
Starting point is 00:26:51 Right now. I swear, Mark, if you still are, catchphrase on GPA, I am coming down to that studio. Okay, come on, listen, this is ours. Let us, this is our legacy. Keep eating peas. Pull down those lower thirds, guys. My daughter the other day said, to me, it's like,
Starting point is 00:27:12 so daddy, basically you get paid to scream the F word. I'm like, yeah, that's pretty much, you're here in the other room. Sorry, real quick, Steph, I wasn't coming at you. I get what you're saying. Steph? Steph? Steph?
Starting point is 00:27:26 She's on our show today. She's on our show today. What's going on here? Leave Sabrina. I mean I have no life, so I frequently watch return of the King extended edition, so give me the four-hour justice league now. Who's going to say Kate? That's all wondering. You all haven't seen women in so long.
Starting point is 00:27:46 You see a bunch of them and it's like you guys all blend into one. I live with a woman. I see a woman every goddamn day. Sabrina, I have to admit, I'm multitasking and sending out the Brent and Kate playdate with Steph Sabra right now. That's the slip-up. I know your name is Kate. Listen. All right, Roxy, this is the deal.
Starting point is 00:28:11 I know what you're saying, that you want it broken up more in this. That jab was not intentional, but I bet if it was broken up, you would binge it four in a row. Would you not? Yeah, that's exactly. Personally, I'm, no matter what, I'm going to sit down and watch it all the way through. I just think, thinking about people who aren't me, people who, like, aren't us in this, like, film bubble. Yeah. They're not going to sit down and watch it all the way through.
Starting point is 00:28:36 They are going to stop it. And I guess if they're cool with people stopping it wherever, a third of the way through, half of the way through, and picking it back up wherever they left off, then that's fine. I just think it would have been a better move to break it up. I think it'd be easier to digest for a lot of people. Thank you, Lonnie. There's an argument to be made here. Because Sabrina, you do say, well, us in the film bubble, we look at it a certain way, but also the people outside the film bubble don't care.
Starting point is 00:29:04 Right. They'll pause and just fine and move on and go to the bathroom and make dinner, come back and keep watching it. So they're not as, uh, as we are about this kind of stuff. So it goes both ways in that argument. But I hear your point. Absolutely. And I also hear Brett's point. Do you want it all at once or not?
Starting point is 00:29:19 So I guess it just depends on the project, I imagine. Because like Mandalorian people were cool waiting on, but Wanda Vision, I think, not so much. So it just always depends on the project. No, I want everything at once, but I want it broken up. Like when I say I want the Mandalorian all I want to binge, I still want it broken up by the episodes. And that's the same thing with this. And I feel like obviously an audience, like general audiences aren't going to think about that. They're not going to think like, oh, I could be missing something.
Starting point is 00:29:44 Something might, something might not like pay off the same way right now. But I think from the filmmaking standpoint, like they should have thought. thought about that. But, you know, I'm excited for it. I don't want to sound like I'm being pessimistic at all. I'm really excited. That's good. No, you just have issues of how it's being released. Nothing wrong with that. Right? Thoughts on this one? I mean, it's on your birthday. That's the main thought is it's on my birthday. I'm psyched. You tweeted me at 7 a.m. this morning. Don't forget. It's all my birthday. I mean, just March. What's your feeling? Well, okay, so I I ranted about this few weeks ago where I was like, four hours, are you crazy? This isn't like
Starting point is 00:30:20 Fannie and Alexander. But at the same time, I think my thought on that has changed, where we live in such a film bubble, and that's the main point of this. This has been a story that has just been going on. Adam did his fall and donated $20. So exited for the Snyder cut, we finally going to get to Zach's vision come true. Inject that shit in my veins. Also, Ryan, you got a good voice, bro. You should go into the V-O game. Come on, Roger, show the kid the way. I will gladly be your Padua, John Roca. The kid the way? I don't know what that means. Oh, show the kid the way. Yeah, sure. Why not? Absolutely. Uh, there's a new show that you were starting Roca. I was like, no, not another one.
Starting point is 00:31:03 Throw the kid away. Why are we doing? Anyway, no, but what? What is what? You know, all right, go ahead, Ryan. We'll address. Oh, my God. At least I, I, at least I study before I host a show. First of all, I absolutely accidentally just deleted Mark Riley's comment in the comments. So I just want to apologize for that. off. But secondly, that was a complete accident. No, but the other thing is, I've been such a fan of movie news and you guys for so long. This is a story that has been constant for four years.
Starting point is 00:31:33 So I think for the movie news and talk community, like, this is a huge deal. I'm just happy we finally have the release date. We have the posters. It's coming. Here we go. Like, what Mark was saying, like, everyone's coming together. We're just going to finally see this thing that we never thought would come to fruition until quite
Starting point is 00:31:49 recently. I think the four-hour cut is probably the best version of it. Yeah, having it split up in every hour is something I would prefer, but this is for people who, you know, have been paying attention for this. And I think the reason they even gave it the green light is because there is a sizable number of people who have been paying attention to this. And they will watch that four-hour version. And I'm all for it. I can't wait. I just remember at 2019, November 17th, the whole cast tweeting out released a Snyder cut. Like, this thing is happening. It's so, so crazy that this is legitimately happening like a huge studio their biggest blockbuster movie they are redoing it they are re-releasing it
Starting point is 00:32:26 on hbomax i can't wait yeah i like it i like it i like it Alex uh i mean cool like i will finally have a firm date i'm glad it's happening i'm ready to see it i'm also like i'm also excited for other things too so it's like i just give me just give me all the movies so i don't like that that's not a ringing endorsement that's not a ringing endorsement that's you're saying if it was in branch would you like it? Yeah, okay, okay, give it to me now. Yeah, yeah. There was a musical.
Starting point is 00:32:56 Yo, I'm Superman. Doing his thing. Can't see. A Titter, flat, okay, doing the thing. Batman, down with the ears. Yeah, I don't want to see that. That's not, I don't want to see that. That's Hamilton.
Starting point is 00:33:07 Hamilton Batman. Oh, no. Robin, you look good. Nice. They're nipples on the suit. That's a thing. I would be okay with watching it for, if it was like four hours straight,
Starting point is 00:33:16 if it was directed by Jean-Luc Godard. Like, I think me and Alex, we share that sentiment. That would be something interesting, but you know, this one sounds cool too. This one sounds cool too. This is the woman that didn't watch any Kurosawa films before she had me on her show. You know what? Yeah, I'm a ouch you. You're going to talk your shit.
Starting point is 00:33:36 I'm going to out. Two seconds. I was at home and I wasn't supposed to be on the episode that day. And then Andre's pulled out early. So then R.B. I was like, can you come on? I was like, sure. I have literally seen one movie.
Starting point is 00:33:47 And so you guys just talked and I sat there. Everybody could run that tape back, watch it yourself. I was just like, I'm going to just listen to them. So I was educating myself through you guys. Smart. Smart. Smart. Sean Gaddald.
Starting point is 00:34:01 400 blows me to, it bores me to pieces, but Jules and Jim is good. All right. Let's move on to the next. What's our, so anyway, it's coming March 18th. Get ready. Riley, any final words on this year? You know, we've had conversations on Riley Roundtable. Many times about this.
Starting point is 00:34:16 So are you, what's your level of excitement at the point? now that we're finally getting it. This is up there with like a Star Wars movie for me. Like seriously. Like, yeah, I'm a, I mean, the death of Superman storyline is one of my all-time favorites. I mean, you know, Batman, Wonder Woman, all these things. But, you know, I'm a sucker for DC movies. And I just, God, this is unheard of, too, that we're getting this.
Starting point is 00:34:41 And I think for people that are afraid to sit down for four hours or they don't know the Zach Snyder situation, I think that if a movie drops and you see the S symbol or Wonder Woman or Batman, everybody knows what that is. And they're going to go, ooh, what's this? Like my mother, there's a superhero movie, you know, so it's probably what will happen. I think what woke me up this morning was Kalanowski screaming from his apartment all the way in the valley. Yes, most likely. So yeah, it's coming.
Starting point is 00:35:11 So here we go. And just a little shout out to my friend Sean O'Connell over there at Cinema Blend. He wrote a book about release to sign. about the whole journey of this. It's there for pre-order on Amazon's coming out in March. So just letting you guys know to coincide with the release of the movie as well. So go and get that book and read about the journey of how this all happened. He interviews fans, interviews, people behind the scenes.
Starting point is 00:35:32 I think you've got to sit down with Zach Snyder as well to talk about it all. So if you want to hear about the journey, definitely get that book. So yeah, March 18th, that's happening. Let's get ready. It's happening. I hope I can find a way to get it early. I can't wait to March 18 to give it to me now. All right.
Starting point is 00:35:46 What's our next thing, Ryan? Or do we have a... No, we're good. What's our next thing, Ryan? Alex, I'll throw it to you for this one. Okay. Well, I just had a question for Roka. What are the...
Starting point is 00:35:58 What's the... I host the show. And then I don't host the show for four days, you know? Riley, what's the next question? Um... I don't know. You want to talk about... You want to talk about Justice League more?
Starting point is 00:36:15 I'm not... I'm all in. Alex, what do we have? I do have a question for Roka. How is your cereal being right now? Is it still crunchy? Are we getting a little soggy? A little soggy boy right now?
Starting point is 00:36:28 Yeah. What kind of cereal you have? It's a big bowl. It is heritage flakes. That's what you have to eat when you get old. Yeah, that's good stuff. Delicious. They're good.
Starting point is 00:36:38 With a little oat milk. I love oat milk. I hate almond milk. I'm loving oat milk. How do you feel about the grape nut shortage? Did you hear about that? No, don't care. I don't like grape nuts.
Starting point is 00:36:47 Grambling to get grape nuts. Too sugary, man. Just like eating rocks, I think. Yeah, right. Pevels. It's like Captain Crunch, right? Captain Crunch was great to eat till it tore the skin off the roof of your mouth.
Starting point is 00:37:00 Yeah. And it was great, but for two, three days, you had to pay for it, tasting that's, that's like my least favorite feeling. I hate that. Yeah. Right. Burning that part.
Starting point is 00:37:09 Oh. Yeah. What's your favorite breakfast cereal? Do they even had them for your age, Sabrina? What, do you even have cereal of you guys? Well, I go to, Trader Joe. So I get like the like off brand stuff. I get like the honey nut owes. Those are fire. Oh yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:21 They have like a cocoa puffs. I don't really eat cereal too much, but Brandon does. So that's been something that I have reintroduced back into my life over the last few months. Raisin brand. That's a really nice bowl. Thank you. Yeah, I got these at IKEA seven bucks. I couldn't very nice ball. I like that. Huge. I know. Well, those are salad bowls. Well, you don't get fat eating small portions. Let me just let you know about that. So, um, um, just let you know about that. So, um, By the way, I got a water rower, so I'll be trying to lose weight over the next two months. Keep tracking me on Instagram. All right, what's the next thing, Alex?
Starting point is 00:37:52 All right, that was our segment called Serial, Serial Talk. Thank you for joining us. Oh, you want to be a dick on a Friday. You know what? We weren't going to select you. Not anymore. Go ahead, Alex. What's the next thing?
Starting point is 00:38:03 What if this is what blew Alex's chances of getting trapped at it? Bad right there. Hey, uh, Roka, what about Marzonia? Fuck, no. You may joke about cereal. Oph! Listen, if everybody sends in $100 telling us what your favorite cereal is,
Starting point is 00:38:20 we can hit our goal. Come on. That's true. We're at $300 right now, so if seven of you send $100 each again, Alex Marzodia not only tell you what his favorite cereal is, but singing Wonderwall for God's six. All right.
Starting point is 00:38:32 Does anybody eat cereal for dessert? Yeah. Like the sugary stuff? Yes. Like fruity pebbles or cocoa pebbles? I've got to say that. Fruty pebbles. Yeah, fruity pebbles, man.
Starting point is 00:38:44 I can just destroy a, Boy, a box. I mean, like, the serving size is a box, right? Of fruity pebbles? Yes. Yeah, yeah. When you have broken bowl, yeah.
Starting point is 00:38:54 Yes, it's pretty much. Oh, it's what I thought about. I saw the size of that bowl, and I'm like, I bet fruity pebbles would look good. One box. Yeah, one box. I eat it until I'm like short of breath. I'm like, what am I doing? Like, this is not.
Starting point is 00:39:09 This guy. Oh, one more ball. Oh, it's ridiculous. Yeah. Late night, too. out you're like oh god it's so good dr. James I'd like to schedule a session I'm having a really tough day today please think so much lucky charms what the fuck it's lucky charms oh that's the best when I can't have those anymore but when I
Starting point is 00:39:31 walk by him in Costco I'm like who two boxes for five bucks but then they did like a nothing but marshmallows yeah that fuck that oh my God everyone was like of course not We don't just pick them out anyway. Let me just blacken your teeth with a marker. It's the same thing that's going to happen. Just the berries. Come on, people here. Brought of your teeth.
Starting point is 00:40:00 See what you did, Alex. You're a smart ass. See what you did? We're going to keep going for like an hour on cereal. You think I'm joking. Yeah, yeah. I already beat Christian's goal yesterday. Anybody try the cocoa frosted flakes?
Starting point is 00:40:14 Yeah. I've been wondering about those. Those are good. Yeah, they've been calling my name when I've been going down the aisle there. All right. Is that the Count Chocular ones? Which was the Count Chocular ones?
Starting point is 00:40:24 Oh, those are the Rice Krispy. Chikovular ones are the Count Chocular ones, I think. Yeah. There's shapes like Count Chalkla. There's boo-berry. And there's... Chalk down to me. Cookie Crisp, they really jump the shark on that one.
Starting point is 00:40:43 That's like, oh, we're just going to eat a shark. Bullet cookies. Or when the commercials are like, it's like cocaine. Like every single commercial, he's like, wired. Good God.
Starting point is 00:40:58 Who would buy that? What's Frankenberry? You know what I don't want? Bracket Barry. Raisin brand. Who the hell eat? Old people. It's my favorite.
Starting point is 00:41:08 Old people. Oh. You poop your nuts. You poop your nuts. That, That was my grandmother's, that was her way. She would eat it and she'd also force it on us. Oh, God.
Starting point is 00:41:22 No. I just remember every morning and it's like, ah. I mean, it's weird. Filled with sugar. It's still. It is. You're right. It is.
Starting point is 00:41:31 For what we had back. The worst was when my mom would get musely. Oh, yeah. I'm like, what is this? That's just grass and dirt and weeds thrown in. Yeah. Fuck that. It's just weird salemps.
Starting point is 00:41:44 Linder cool. Like, what is this? What am I eating? It's like a little end of a pencil or something. It was like eating a bowl of staples. They literally were. I've eaten those too, man. I know exactly what we're talking about. It's like shredding paper and throwing it on top. Oh, Jesus, don't get me start about shredded wheat.
Starting point is 00:42:09 Just some big block of grass that you hay that you crunch up in your bowl. This, Alex. You did this. Your teeth bleed like after you leave the dead office. They're like, you have been flossing. It's like that's what happens if you eat shredded weeds. That's true. It's very true.
Starting point is 00:42:27 It stays in your mouth out of it. It stays in your mouth for like days. It shouldn't, is it all the way back? Yeah, it shouldn't take that long to eat a bowl of cereal. It takes longer to cook an omelet or something. I got stuff to do. You're making me work.
Starting point is 00:42:44 You're making me work to put my cereal together. It's put poor out of a, I'm gonna break it up some hay bale. The storylines on all the commercials are my... I love the Applejacks, like that friendship. I was invested. Apple jacks, yes. Yes, yes.
Starting point is 00:43:00 All right, Alex. You have Apple Jacks, George Clooney. Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope. That's the way to go. The best part of having kids, buying the family size cinnamon, toast crunch, and not feeling bad about it at all. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:18 Cinnamon toast crunch. Oh, that's a big time. Cinnamon life. I was a gold. I loved golden grams. I enjoyed the golden grams. That was big time. Right?
Starting point is 00:43:30 Golden grams. You'd have to eat it quick, though, because eventually this combo of the golden grams are chemical and the milk, the milk would end up starting to taste sour after five minutes. You'd be like, ah, I don't like it anymore. So you had to eat it fast. You had to eat it fast. That's the best part. right yeah yeah
Starting point is 00:43:47 Tricks Jonathan what about tricks anybody for tricks John Forrest here says that tricks rabbit is a dick Who are your favorite mask who your favorite serial mascots that's a good question what about you guys let us know in the stream lab super chat What are your favorite serial mascots? I mean Catholic Crunch is a pretty good mascot I'm not I mean he was sure you as that serial may be Yeah, yeah actually I heard I heard rumblings that they're making you know like an entire cinematic universe of all of the different serial mascots. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:44:18 Yeah. Okay. Wow. DCU. The mascot. Are you saying the, the, the, the, the serial verse? The mascot.
Starting point is 00:44:28 Yeah. Oh, okay. I mean, the Rice Krispy bros are, oh yeah. They're, they're little assholes, though. They aren't they? They're little, those three little assholes. I'm sure they're alligators.
Starting point is 00:44:42 I'm just gonna say snapcrackle pop. I'm sure there were some fucking allegations or Tony the tiger. Those little guys you gotta watch out for those little guys snap crackle pop. Oh, it's so cute, so cute. Next thing you know, they're, you know, the salting you. I think they'll stab you in the back. Yeah, or something else. Yeah, I don't trust them. Snapcrackle pop motherfuckers. Yeah. Pet boys too. I don't trust them either. Anyway, go yeah, go ahead. Manny Moe and Jack?
Starting point is 00:45:12 Yeah, Mani Moe and Jack, not. No, not on my watch. You're not touching my car. No way. You get the fuck away from me, Mani Mo and Jack. Fucking three stooges of car repair.
Starting point is 00:45:25 Get out of here. I like him snack, crackle pop, like 30 years later. They're doing the tours, doing sightings at the fucking conventions. What's your name, sweetheart? Yeah, yeah. De Glenda, with the big boobs. What? No, no.
Starting point is 00:45:37 Why can't you say something sweet? Say something. Little kid comes up, goes, I used to be my hero. Every morning. Shut up, kid. Bring me your mother's hotel key. Dude. Ridiculous.
Starting point is 00:45:54 Snapcrack. Those assholes. You know the one. Dig them. What's the next question, Roxie? So how do we get off this topic? Any other movies? news for today.
Starting point is 00:46:12 All right. Fine, fine. Let's move on. Send in your stream last robot super chats. We're still at like 303. So come on, people. We're still in the first hour. Let's get to 500 by the end of the first hour in seven minutes.
Starting point is 00:46:25 Yeah, I got goals in life. Let's meet them. Come on. Clooney. All right. So George Clooney could be our next Buck Rogers and a reboot written by Brian K. Vaughn. And through the 19-
Starting point is 00:46:39 Donated $20. Thank you. Really loving the stimulating serial discussion. This definitely makes me appreciate my donations. I know it's going to a good and educational cause. It is. It is. We can go back to fart jokes if you want.
Starting point is 00:46:54 Anyway, all right, go ahead, Alex. What's the next? All right. Yeah, so talking about Buck Rogers. See the end guy over there donated $20. All right, send crew. Just for fun which serial mascot would win in a fight? Tony the Tiger Larky, the Leprocon, Count Chocolat.
Starting point is 00:47:08 tricks, rabbit, snap, crackle, pop captain, crunch, too, and Sam Golden, Graham's, bear, smacks, frog, cookie crisp, wolf. Someone else? I just think cookie crisp is a loose cannon. I just think, like, he, I think, I literally, like, Tony the Tiger could probably win because he's a tiger, but like, the Cookie Crisp guy, after he eats that, anything could happen. Anything. Like, I just, you don't know what's going to happen. You broke Alex. Now the wolf, you're not wrong, the wolf is out of control.
Starting point is 00:47:43 Wait, wait, who's the one with the want? Who's the one with the wand? Oh, uh, Harry? No, that's... No, not hair. I'm sorry. I'm the mask. We can do magic and fuck shit up, so let's just go with that.
Starting point is 00:47:56 Lucky the leprechaun the magic is... That's the leprone. I think he does. He's very nimble on his feet, too. So I think that also brings him off from him. Yeah, but he's shit at hiding his lucky charms. Everybody was fun. It's not right upstairs.
Starting point is 00:48:12 He found him right in the middle of this field. Help me open. Oh, brother. Don't count out Frankenberry. I mean, he's got freakish strength. I feel like you can rip the head off Boo bear or whatever it is. The Honey Smacks Bear. I feel like he's just member people.
Starting point is 00:48:32 They got to the wolf and the tiger. Probably those three at the end, Frankenberry do. And the wolf and the bear, I think that's the funny. Final three. Done deal. Yeah. But then, of course, an enabled battle.
Starting point is 00:48:41 Tony the Tiger. Tony the Tiger. He has his little bat and everything. I still think he's going to be at the top of this. Where's the life of pie with Tony the Tiger? I want that movie. Well, Captain Crunch will sink that boat. He will win that battle.
Starting point is 00:48:55 That's true. Good point. Fire away. Yeah. I would be stuck on a ship with that guy. Send the missiles. How did I get on this? berries. Christ.
Starting point is 00:49:10 All right. Just tone of the tiger's like with his bat, this fucking blood spread, his wife, right. And the Flintstones coming. All right. Jesus, Wilma. All right, let's move on.
Starting point is 00:49:27 Thank you. Dino, Dino kill him. motherfucker. Dino, eat him. All right. Riley, what you got there? We're having a Hawaiian breakfast. Thanks to Ekaka, our engineer. What is this called again?
Starting point is 00:49:40 And it's in honor of Josh McCougu's birthday today. Oh, there you go. He just came in, uh, happy birthday. Happy birthday, MacCube's. Happy birthday, Josh. Happy birthday, everybody. I wish to you. He's over here.
Starting point is 00:49:53 There you go. Happy birthday. Do you get a movie released on your birthday? Not like Ryan Nelson. He's got a four-hour movie. I'm ever. Compensating. He's compensating. All right.
Starting point is 00:50:05 Anyway, Buck Rogers. George Clooney is Buck Rogers. I mean, look, Jill Gerard was a pretty damn good Buck Rogers for those of us who remember. Aaron Gray, beautiful. Oh, beautiful on that show. Buck Rogers was a fun, fun show. And of course, based on the actual,
Starting point is 00:50:24 was it serialized comic that came out, and they did more of a funnier kind of tongue-and-cheek bent to it. So I imagine, I wonder if he'll go that same route because Clooney can play comedy like nobody's business or if they'll go more serious. But either way, I don't know who is clamoring for a Buck Rogers remake, but it makes sense with Cluity because he's so dapper and charming. Makes sense.
Starting point is 00:50:44 What do you guys think? Anybody? People that eat musli are clamoring for the... I mean, this kind of almost feels like it's going to be ironic. I could see... Yeah, even looking at the old photos, I pictured like a Hail Caesar. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:03 Almost a performance akin to that was. Spartacus that he might do. I think a lot of this is going to depend on the tone. Oh, brother, that kind of humor. Yeah, yeah, I hear you. I hear you. What do you think, Ross? I mean, he's riding it, too, isn't he?
Starting point is 00:51:17 Brian K. Vaughn is writing it. Oh, Brian K. Vaughn. I'm sorry, sorry, directing some of it. Oh, Clooney might be directing it. Yeah. Yeah, so I think we're going to get a pretty serious take, if you ask me. And it feels pretty epic, too, to have him involved like this. So I'm kind of excited thinking about it and just thinking of his sensibilities that,
Starting point is 00:51:35 he's done as a director and then transferring that into the Buck Rogers universe is kind of that that gets me in the in the fields a little bit so I'm excited yeah all right uh to the younger people Sabrina or Alex do you guys remember Buck Rogers do you know who Buck Rogers is like is this the thing that strikes you in any way shape or form I've only known him from like like oh um what's the oh my god the uh Buck Oh, I'm blanking right now. The 70s... A guy that was a lot of him.
Starting point is 00:52:12 What was that? Anyways, I've only heard him reference... Flash Gordon, thank you, thank you, thank you. I've only heard that, like, he was a reference to him. And so I don't really know Buck Rogers, but I'm interested in seeing whatever take they have, but I'm really wondering what kind of serial will he be eating 500 years in the future.
Starting point is 00:52:29 Don't start this shit. We just put it to bed. You're going to bring it back up? I don't want to hear complaints. It's, Sabrina, what are your thoughts of Buck Rogers, George Clooney? Yeah, so I really think he's probably going to be complaining the same way we did about shredded weeds.
Starting point is 00:52:41 He's probably, they're going to be eating some like nails or something at that point. Like it's a little bit more malleable. It's just something metal. That's what we're going to see on screen. No, I've never heard of this. This is even like basically too young for my parents. My parents were like two and three when this came out.
Starting point is 00:52:58 So this is never something that, yeah, or that's what I'm saying 79 my yeah my mom was born 77 my dad was born 75 so yeah so yeah this is way past my time um I mean I'll check this out for sure especially if it gets that's the thing I just want to be quality uh you know when you reboot something like this obviously there's other people who really care about something like this they have great memories attached to it yeah you're a good job i like george Clooney yeah did you like midnight sky yeah I don't I don't know opinion I liked it a lot. Oh yeah?
Starting point is 00:53:33 See, it's split. I feel like it's split. I liked it a lot. I really enjoyed. Other people were like, I didn't not like it. It was just kind of. Okay.
Starting point is 00:53:41 And I knew what was going on with one part that is, you know, I was like, I know what this is. When Wanda showed up and were you surprised? Yeah. And vision.
Starting point is 00:53:53 I was like, nope. I thought it was weird that they rebranded it to like galactic crunch in that movie. I don't know. I mean, he always brings a certain level of quality, though, with any kind of a movie.
Starting point is 00:54:07 Like, Clooney, even in a bad movie, it's very, it's more watchable than a typical bad movie, which I don't think Menace Guy was necessarily like a bad movie. I just didn't think, it was a little bit middle of the road for me. I think this is an exciting team up. I mean, Brian Kavon did a lot of lost. I'm a big lost fan, so it seems like a really good team up. He also wrote Saga, which is one of the best comic books. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:54:30 I believe. I miss heroes. Collider, heirs. Coy would bring that book up at least 15 times a show. He loves saga. He loves saga, ladies of gentlemen, loved it. He's, he's, he's going to be drafting tonight, Coy, Jandrew. 5 p.m. P.T. Schm. out draft. The mighty marks. Bibiani apparently has called every rookie and actually lived with them for one day,
Starting point is 00:54:52 every rookie one day for the last three months. So Bibbs has done his research. In the middle of a pandemic, the risk. Yeah. risk and the reward that he's going to get from doing something like that. Incredible. That's the commitment Bibbs has to his team to the mighty marks or the quirky marks, whatever they're going to call this year.
Starting point is 00:55:09 He's got a lot of commitment to them. And so, you know, he's ready to go. And, you know, everyone's been doing their thing. Riley, I'm sure people have reached out to you. I'm sure, you know, they want to explore a two-time singles champion of the world. A man who's had many shots at number one contender shots, shots at belts. You're a great, a great player, a legend in the game. Thank you. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:55:30 I'm sure people are lining up to take Mark Riley in that first round, man. That'll be interesting to see what happens, you know? Josh McCughey, what do you think? Hey. Yep. Happy birthday, Josh. Happy birthday. Happy birthday.
Starting point is 00:55:44 Yeah, it's interesting though, Roka, with the draft coming up, like the strategy, I'll say. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. That some of the manager, I know what they're kind of, you know, looking into and what they need and, you know, what you know there's there's not just you know singles and teams you know there's IG and there's Star Wars and there's gonna be it's gonna be interesting time I'm wondering I'm I kind of like the fact that I'm just going in blind and being like yeah what happens certainly this is I would say this is way more hardcore than last year I think everything that exploded out of spectacular for on all I'm donated 20
Starting point is 00:56:27 Thank you. Happy draft day crew. Who do you all think goes first in the draft Mara de Malanta or Laura Kelly? Much love to you all except you outlaw. Just kidding, still love you, John, but Dungeon is going to take down the exchange this year. Well, I don't understand Dungeon is going to take down the exchange. Like, where we, we, all we have is me and Craig and Tom and JT. We're the underdogs. Dungeon has all the expectation.
Starting point is 00:56:57 had all the splashing moves. Now the pressure's on dungeon like the pressure was on us. We can relax in the exchange, just focus on winning matches and building and building and getting towards belts. You all have the pressure. God help you if Ben and Dan lose their first match together. What are you going to do then? God help you.
Starting point is 00:57:14 If Parker flames out again in another tournament, what are you going to do then? You know, so there's a lot of things that are the dungeon. And if you who knows who your number one pick is going to be. I have my theories. I'm sure a lot of people can speculate. on the many ways that they can go. But the pressure is all on Kaiser to step up to the plate, you know. Now, I know Smets is kind of assistant managing from the sidelines.
Starting point is 00:57:36 Much love to my brother who was fighting through this cancer thing. He's going to be there as a great resource for them as well. So, but it's the pressure and expectations are all on the dungeon. Have that. Very, very true. Feels kind of good, right? Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:57:52 Yeah. Yep. Have fun with that. Enjoy it. Enjoy it. Yeah. Enjoy it. Enjoy it. And by the way, they didn't leave the exchange. We kicked them out of the exchange. So they've had to go find some place to be and they landed on the dungeon. I guess in Ben, in Van's case, I couldn't beat Dan. So I might as well join him. He pulled the Kevin Durant there and joined the Warriors. So, you know, after the, after the Warriors beat them in game seven years ago. So, you know, some people are built that way. Other people want to build their own thing. Some people want to hide behind other people's accomplishments to cover up their choking jobs. Anyway, what about anybody else? What do you guys think?
Starting point is 00:58:27 number one. Who do you guys? I think number one, uh, definitely going to be either me or Brett. Yeah. Oh, fair, fair, fair, fair. A lot of managers have been talking to us about this. So I, I really do think it's going to be one of us. But if not, uh, I think Mara is probably the easiest choice for sure for number one overall. Her Laura Kelly, I'm just like kind of in between them. And then also obviously someone like Demilanta. Yeah. So besides that, if they don't do the like intelligent route and go me or Brett, I could see everybody going going that way. went through me that's a good choice you don't get us on your team and team us up yeah and so we can defeat oh my god and dan merle yeah i think that's possible why not dan lost andrew guy
Starting point is 00:59:10 anything's possible break the internet yeah yeah um i love it i think it's great you guys should team up i'm looking forward to see where riley lands man i want to see where riley lands i'm excited i mean you guys don't understand what riley's motivated and pissed off and people come after him he is so ready to get back in a ring and slice and dice man i've seen it so yeah i'm pissed off i'm taking out bateman this year oh of course of course that clown yeah as we stay in spanish the piazza uh i think serena knows what i'm saying um so does dorina uh what i think whoever i'm just going to throw this out there i think whoever takes griffin newman is going to have a major player on their hands yeah um this is actually i'm wearing his hat uh blan
Starting point is 00:59:55 track podcast. If you listen to that podcast, he's extremely knowledgeable. He doesn't, he may not know the game, but as long as he has a good manager, he'll do amazing. So I, uh, if I'm drafted, I hope I'm on the same faction as him because, uh, I'd love to, I'm one of his biggest fans. So oh nice. Talk to him. And also he will do amazing. So you, you're, you think you, you want to star fuck on a faction is what you're saying. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. All right. Yeah. Fair point. Fair point, Alex. All right, just get your hands on the documents. That'd be the way to go.
Starting point is 01:00:28 All right, Ryan, what about you? Who do you think is going to go first? Nelson! Alex stole my pick, but I don't think he'll go first. I do think he's going to, like, so Alex introduced me to this podcast. I'm a huge fan of this guy now. He's just got like a vast, vast knowledge with a lot of, I think the movie's covered in the Shmodeon, which is pretty all-encompassing.
Starting point is 01:00:49 And I think, yeah, you know, I, I really do think a lot of this comes down to the first two picks. Like we were hearing the past couple of days, a lot of the managers are just like, man, my whole strategy is determined after the first two picks go. And I know that that's like a lot of the struggle with like Roxy was saying, a lot of what Kate was saying. So I'm definitely going to be tuning in. I'm going to be watching it live. That's where I actually met a majority of you guys was like a year ago today at that first draft.
Starting point is 01:01:19 So it's a pretty momentous occasion. It's a draft I stormed out. I don't believe anything the managers are saying, to be honest. I think they're all playing like, I don't know. I don't know. All of them have been doing work. There's a lot of money on the line. You don't approach this and be taken seriously.
Starting point is 01:01:38 Expect anyone taking seriously if you haven't done your research and your homework and looking through all the different people that are possible. So I don't buy anything the managers are saying when they're like, I don't know who to chase. I think they actually have a very good solid day. But you're right, right? I mean, it's a draft. So someone may take the person you really. really want and you have to adapt and improvise what that's where the real kind of preparation comes
Starting point is 01:01:57 into play okay we lost the person we wanted all right what's what can what can we do because I think from what I understand you're only going to have 90 seconds yeah that's right select your person now in the NFL you have 15 fucking minutes here have 90 seconds so you have to be thinking quickly because if someone takes your person right before you're about to pick you've got it's it's like a fan a real life fantasy draft when you play like fantasy basketball and you only have a minute and a half to select someone. And if you don't pick, or from what I understand, if there's internet issues,
Starting point is 01:02:31 Coy, I'm talking to you, if there's internet, you'll lose your pick, which is crazy. So anything can happen tonight. The drama is out there. So I'm wondering how it's all going to go down. And there are a lot of people, a lot of hidden gems throughout, I'm sure. And it'll be exciting to see who goes first.
Starting point is 01:02:48 And then how the dominoes start to fall. I do find it ironic that it was, Shannon Barney who is like working so hard behind the scenes to get all her girls back. It was like, you really had no problem breaking up the wildberries last year. A little taste of your own medicine maybe is good here in this situation for you to lose some of your faction mates. You did get Marisol back, but Laura Kelly could possibly go early before she ever gets a chance to pick.
Starting point is 01:03:13 So there's all kinds of things that could happen here for sure. Laura Kelly has a match coming up against Molly Damon. And if she wins, she's in a triple threat match for the title. So, I mean, there's all kinds of things that can happen. And DiMilanta, you know, he was crying on his show beyond the Schmodeown about how he doesn't want to be on the exchange anymore. We made it clear we didn't want Dima. But of course, he's just one of those guys. He's like, I didn't, you didn't break up with me.
Starting point is 01:03:37 I'm breaking up with you. And it's like, you're already in the car leaving. And he's yelling that as you're leaving now. So anyway, all right. Wait, when and where can we watch this, Roka? 5 p.m. Today on the SCEN network, it's all going to go down, ladies gentlemen, And all of it is going to go down.
Starting point is 01:03:53 But I will say this, Dimalanta's wife, that's a hidden gem, ladies gentleman. She helps him prepare for the matches. And maybe she won't blow a five-point question when there's a title shot on the line. So look at her. Look at her. I'm curious for getting anything with Guy. Oh, I don't know. I don't know, right?
Starting point is 01:04:12 Shmoh-Mahadi or whatever. On the stereo show I did with Christian yesterday, every time anybody I asked about Guy. He said, who's that? Oh. Every time. Every time. Mark underscore Jason underscore Alley donated $20. Thank you, Mark.
Starting point is 01:04:30 Happy draft day. Riley, what happens if get drafted by dungeon following the bad blood with Bateman? Alex, are you hoping for swag? Sabrina are wanting to be paired with Hannah? Rocha are you manager in all but name? Brett, do you want to reunite with Kate? Hmm. Riley?
Starting point is 01:04:49 All right. They're not going to take me. Oh. Not taking me. Good point, Ralph. They should take it. What are they going to do? You're a two-time champion.
Starting point is 01:05:00 They should. They should. What are they going to do? They got, you know, Aitman and Merle over there. And who else is there? I stopped caring for after those two names. You know, it's just how are they going to take me?
Starting point is 01:05:14 It's a good point. Good point. Yeah, Robert Parker as well. Yeah. And Robert Parker. Correct. How's that second round? It's a good stack team.
Starting point is 01:05:21 Yeah, yeah, pressure's on them. Better perform, guys. What's, what about you, Sabrina? Do you want to be teamed up with Branda or do you want to kind of have one space where you don't have to constantly be seeing that guy around you? I mean, we're going to see how everything goes down today. I think that's, I think that's the most important thing. Would I love to see it? Do I think our strengths definitely align with each other's and our weaknesses, our blind spots for sure? But yeah, we just have to see today. Could be legendary. You'd be the first, actual couple to win the tag team titles.
Starting point is 01:05:54 That could be legendary, I think, in the Shmodan annals. I think we can do it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Y'all don't know what we got cooking up. No, you don't. A lot of Jean-Look-Gaard questions in the Shmodown.
Starting point is 01:06:04 All right, Alex, what do you think, Alex? Do you want to go swag? I would go anywhere that wants me. And sure, swag. Why not? Okay. I love all marriages. Anywhere.
Starting point is 01:06:17 Okay. What do you do if you get in the ring with Griffin, Newman? Are you just going to walk out of the ring? Are you going to quick? liver under pressure out? Yeah, you're going to quit? Who knows? We'll find out if I get drafted.
Starting point is 01:06:27 Griffin the strokes your cheek a little bit. Is that game over? Is that game over? Ryan, what about you, Ryan? Where do you want to go? Oh, I'm not in the draft because I work for me. But I'm, again, I'm hoping I'm a Vince Papali where one team is just so bad. They have open tryouts.
Starting point is 01:06:44 I'll be playing backyard football until then. Fair enough. Brett, Kate, you and Kate reunited? Well, she was very candid on the Brent and Kate play date today at 1.30 with Sabrina Ramirez. Nope, Steph Sabra. Steph Sabra is joining us today. Yeah, Kate was just, you know, she said, you know, yeah, you're not, you probably, it might be. Wow.
Starting point is 01:07:09 Yeah, you know, not. She goes, you know, you know your strengths, right? Yeah, I know, I get it. I get it. I will probably compete in some capacity, but I doubt I'm at the, I mean, definitely Frank Janish thinks highly of me and put me like number 78 on the list of Haiti. Somebody pointed out, these are ranked in order of ability that frankly, I'm like, oh, good, God, I'm glad you pointed that out because I thought it was random, but now I can take that and stuff that down and let that fuel my anger. I noticed how to use a calculator and everybody listens to him.
Starting point is 01:07:51 Give me a break. I'm going to get so much trouble for this. I know. But yeah, as far as manager and name, ladies gentlemen, don't underestimate Tom, man. I'm just going to tell you that. Tom has been fantastic this all season.
Starting point is 01:08:05 So that's all I'm going to say. All right, where are we at? Okay. Let's talk about sad news. We say goodbye. $391, let me, come all.
Starting point is 01:08:16 What's going on? We're talking. draft, give us your thoughts. Who do you think's going first? Who do you think he's going second? What faction do you want to see? What about all the shit talk we're doing here on the show? Come on, ladies gentlemen. Let's get to that thousand dollars. Alex is going to sing Wonderwall. Come on. If five of you donate $100 will be real close and need another 100. So please six of you donate $100 who can get to that thousand. All right. Let's go, Alex. All right. So on to some sad news, we say goodbye to another legend as Emmy winning an Oscar nominated actress Cicely Tyson passed
Starting point is 01:08:45 the way yesterday at the age of 96. Her notable work included roles in Roots, the autobiography of Miss Jane Pittman, Diary of a Mad Black Woman, The Help, and her memoir just, and her memoir just as I am, was released this past week. Roker, what was
Starting point is 01:09:01 Cicely's most memorable role to you? My first experience with her is an autobiography of Ms. Jane Pittman. As a kid, watching a rerun of that TV movie, that was like Benjamin Munt and before Benjamin Button. You're just, you're seeing her, a young actress age for years. I know it's backwards in Benjamin, but you can see the makeup there, how they do for her. It is so well done, so believable. She was incredible in that film. And then
Starting point is 01:09:24 I saw her in another TV movie playing credit Scott King to Paul Winfield's Martin Luther King. So that was my exposure to her. And then throughout the years, all the different movies that she's been in TV shows, the woman is class personified and very revered in the black acting community and very revered as well outside of that. But, you know, very very, very. very much beloved in that community and paved the way for so many black actresses paved the way for so many black actors, period, coming into the business. So yeah, it's a true legend that we have lost again, you know, on the heels of Cloris Leachman losing her as well. So 2021, I know, I know we're supposed to be a new year, but, you know, kind of kiss my ass a little bit in January. So I don't know,
Starting point is 01:10:08 what do you guys think, Riley, any experiences with Cicely Tyson seeing her work and experiencing I mean, you know, she's just somebody that's a legend, somebody that has popped up in so many things over the years that I'm, you know, in awe of. And I saw it was Whoopi Goldberg's tweet yesterday. Oh, yeah. That got me, you know, and just the honoring of it and the, and what you said, Roka, too, you know, the, all the, all the, all the, the, all the, the, the mountains she moved out of the way and help. Yeah. Bring up other black actors and actresses. It's, it's just, it's sad when you see a legend like this go, but, you know, how old, 92? Yeah,
Starting point is 01:10:49 it's a, 96. Yeah. 96. A beautiful, beautiful life. Yeah. And that's what I celebrate.
Starting point is 01:10:58 Because it's, you know, she got, she got to do what she was here to do. Yep. And it's beautiful. Great point. And still be working.
Starting point is 01:11:08 That's what I would say. Still be working. Yeah. That's amazing. to continue a career and the longevity of that because it that's not an easy thing to do and like you said just revered as an actress and you know um like cloris leachman you know it's they they both had wonderful careers great lives and you know like riley said just a celebration of like man that's i'd love i'd love that kind of a span that's that's that's how you do it yeah i mean
Starting point is 01:11:40 a pretty incredible career Sabrina if we're going back How to Get Away with Murder, House of Cards, the Alex Cross movie, The Help, Why Did I Get Married to, Law and Order's SVU, Diary of a Mad Black Woman, Medea's Family Reunion, Idle Wild, because of when Dixie, a very great independent film that came out in 2005. That's just in the 2000s. I mean, this is a woman who I always said 96 years old, but here she was still working up until her passing. So pretty incredible. Yeah, absolute trailblazer. I echo everything Riley said where she's leaving behind this legacy of just, first of all, being hardworking in terms of her craft, hardworking in terms of life, helping out others. I just think she lived in absolutely beautiful and full life. And it's so sad to see, but she left behind so many different pieces of herself and her work. And it's just incredible to reflect on. Alex? Yeah, I've actually, I'm looking at her fromography. I've never actually seen a single thing. single movie she was in. Wow. I've always heard her name, like, you know, spoken about in the industry. So I was always aware of her.
Starting point is 01:12:48 And, like, I've never seen the help. I've never seen I'd have. You've seen the help, et cetera. Really? I haven't, you know, not yet. And so I'm looking forward to seeing her work just because of how she's talked about in the industry. Fannie Alexander, you've seen, but not the help.
Starting point is 01:13:04 Okay. I got it. I got it, I got Alex. Ryan, any thoughts on, uh, Sisley Tyson. I echoing a lot, everything everyone said so far. Just a Titan. I think even to highlight the creators, even the black filmmakers that she's worked with,
Starting point is 01:13:17 like everyone from like Shonda Rimes to Tyler Perry and being just cunning if the character called for it. Like her three episodes in House of Cards are... Oh, yeah. Like she's just this actor that you can call in you like, know she's going to be beyond solid and just own the room. And even her role in How to Get Away with Murder,
Starting point is 01:13:39 a show I watched all of, consistently a force of nature. And like the idea that you could just coast with your career, like, never really wavering. And she got an honorary Oscar, I'm pretty sure, a year or two ago, which that in of itself, its own award, they don't give many people. Nope. So deserving. And a huge, it feels like this big loss because it's just someone who was so dedicated to
Starting point is 01:14:04 the craft of acting and just a true, an artist through and through. Yeah, fair point, fair point. Brett, any final words? I know you chime did it a little bit earlier too. Oh, no, that's it. I mean, I just, again, it's an envious, you know, to thing, and it's nice to have that kind of longevity. And I mean, it's, it's, you know,
Starting point is 01:14:25 I wish we could all live a rich life like that. That would be, that would be great. And, yeah, just a name that you immediately hear it, and, you know, you just legendary. Yeah, agreed. You know, as we say goodbye, manned way and donated $20. Thank you.
Starting point is 01:14:41 Cicely Tyson was more than an actress for my community. She stood for rights for black people in life I use to watch interviews and like listen to your grandma tell you stories about she was someone I look up to. I'm going truly miss you. Yeah, yeah, well said. Absolutely well said. Certainly pioneer in many ways. So rest in peace, Sicily Tyson, you leave quite a legacy as well.
Starting point is 01:15:05 All right, well, what's our next thing, Alex? All right. Last Cinema's Sailor donated $25. Happy Draft Day. Since I missed the last two days my birth year film stars, Emil Hirshadryana Uy, Garty Tatiana Maslani and Dave Franco, music by Lana Del Rey.
Starting point is 01:15:24 It's called Blue Jacket and is based on my experiences in the Navy. Hashtag that loser Bateman. Were you on for that, John? I was not, no. So we made a movie with all actors and creators, that were from our same birth year. So that's what they just shared. Oh, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:15:42 1980. I don't know who was born in 1990. Yeah. Yeah. My birth year. Yeah. 30 years prior. All right.
Starting point is 01:15:52 Let's, uh... I think you're thinking of Sabrina's parents. I think you're thinking of shut up. Yeah. There was that like, hello darkness, my old friend moment when she said that. I was just kind of staring off. And her parents are younger than me? Uh, my mom's still having kids too.
Starting point is 01:16:13 So what? Yeah, my mom just had a baby like literally like two or three months ago. Are you still? Oh, wow. Seriously, she had me when she was 19 or 18, my sister when she was like 20. And then she waited 20 years till we went to college. And she's like, you know what? I'm going to start again.
Starting point is 01:16:30 I'm going to need me a baby. Wow. Beasiness. Bring your mom on the show. I'd like to meet her one time. how she is. Oh, wow. There's some questions.
Starting point is 01:16:40 No, no. Broca. I like that. All right. I'm not going to be like that. Okay. I can ask her stories about Sabrina growing up as though like that with some fun, embarrassing stories.
Starting point is 01:16:52 So. What's your favorite cereal? I don't know. My mom would be like there's too much artificial sugar in cereal. So I just gave me that. Riley's like, ex-nay on the obnay, man. All right.
Starting point is 01:17:05 Let's move on. the next thing. And we're still at what, 400, Alex? 438, for God's sakes, people. Do you not want to hear Alex sing? Do you not want to hear Alex sing Wonderwall at the end of the show? Come on, people. We're 35 minutes away. So, 550 bucks away. Come on. Two of you donate, one, 300, the other one, 250. Come on. All right, Alex. Yeah, this is the only place where you can hear me sing. So nowhere else you can do that. Nope. So don't it. You want to cheap in the pod now? What's wrong with you? All right. Let's get to some streamlines. Yes, do it.
Starting point is 01:17:40 Pussy O'Connell. It says, Hi, people. Just saw a bunch of films during the week. I saw Sound of Metal, which I liked very, very much. Sound design was great. Also, saw One Night in Miami, Malcolm X and Ali. Sorry, also saw One Night in Miami.
Starting point is 01:17:55 Malcolm X and Ali actor deserve Oscar Noms. Saw Nomadland, great visuals. Thoughts on these? Thanks. Thank you, Pussies. Wow, there's cool line there. I mean, they're great. Yeah, go ahead, Sabrina.
Starting point is 01:18:10 Leslie Odom Jr. as well as Sam Cook, that's a performance. He just absolutely blended into that role. There's so many great ones. Even Aldous Hodge as Jim Brown, all four of these roles were absolutely commanding. Their presence was incredible to see on screen the way they worked together so well. That's why it's hard to pick one person as a standout because you're like, oh, wait, but in this scene, this person did so well. And like the way they blocked that entire film and the way they kept it so engaging,
Starting point is 01:18:37 even though we're only in like one situation, basically, by using flashbacks, using all these different ways that, like the physicality of it, walking around the room, grabbing a beer. I just thought Regina King killed it. It was so incredible. Yeah. Yeah. Echo you all you said.
Starting point is 01:18:53 I just saw it over the weekend as well. Totally echo all your sentiments. Incredible performances by everybody involved. Aldous Hodges is someone who I've been enjoying for quite a few, quite a little bit here now. And I thought he was great as Jim Brown. We had his moments. Certainly Lousie Odom, as you said. But the gentleman who played Ali, you can erase that Will Smith movie and put him in a new movie for Ali because he was incredible.
Starting point is 01:19:17 I thought he captured Ali better than Will did. No offense to Will. I just felt this guy really captured the essence of Ali better. So I'd love to see something. Don't you think, Ross? Yeah, he was my favorite part of the movie. Oh, he was, yeah, Muhammad Ali. What's his actor, the actor's name?
Starting point is 01:19:32 I can look it up real quick. Yeah. Kingsley Benadier for most of him. Kingsley, Ben, okay, because it, like, he, I couldn't take my eyes off him, seriously. I was just like, this guy's good, and just inhabited the role and I love the dynamic
Starting point is 01:19:47 between all of them. What a wonderful movie. Kingsley Bandier was Malcolm, Max. Yeah, I was like, Eli Gorey was, uh, Eli Gorey. Yeah. Okay. He was Cassius. He was Cassius Clay. Yeah. Cassius Clay. Yeah. It was good. My mama call it.
Starting point is 01:20:02 It's Mama call it cash. I'm not call it cash. Uh, yeah, absolutely. Kingsley Benadier, who was a British actor. Some of you may remember him. 50 years. Roker wasn't lying. He birth year really is 1990. B.C. that is.
Starting point is 01:20:17 Sabrina, if your mom is really tall, keep her away from Roker at all costs. He might try to climb her like a mountain. She is not tall. She is like five foot tall. She is tiny, but she was mighty, clearly. All right. Okay. What's next?
Starting point is 01:20:37 Next time, evil John Madden says, White Jamal, your 76ers got the best of my Celtics. But my Bruins kicked the shit out of both the Flyers and Penguins, ha. No, no, no. He cannot move the goalpost, Ryan. He was bursting that you guys couldn't beat the Celtics while What's his face was on there. Jalen was on there.
Starting point is 01:20:57 But now he's saying, oh, but we, no, no, take your lump. Take your beat. I'm taking that W. Alex and I, again, we did a whole thing on stereo afterwards. I'm playing the theme song, the victory dance. A little bitch boy donated $20. I can't believe I donated $500 to this show during this month. And yes, I've used different names.
Starting point is 01:21:18 I have a spending problem. But it feels exhilarating. That's what she said. Honestly, though, thanks, yeah cunts for the laughs. No, Riley daft punk small goal. No, it doesn't look like. I mean, $750, how about that? If we get to $7.50, you'll get it.
Starting point is 01:21:35 Riley doing that daft punk song around the world for sure. Is that better when our word was schlong? Yes. In today's climate. Yes. If we ever have a day without a female on the show, I think we are done. I think this one. I'm here, so you guys are just skating by.
Starting point is 01:21:56 It's like our... Yes, yes, yes. It wasn't hard decision. Yeah. Take it up with management. I'm just hanging out. The fact people are like, I feel exhorated. Okay, well, that's great.
Starting point is 01:22:12 But see what should be cereal. Let's just keep it on that. All right. Okay, next one from Marvel Man Mike. Sabrina, sit down because I'm going to blow your mind. If you want the four-hour Justice League split into four parts, you can do it yourself. Every hour, press the stop button on your remote end. Walla. You can then resume at the next hour like a new episode.
Starting point is 01:22:39 What? You can pause things? I feel like my last message... I feel like my last message was a bit mean, but I adore you. Really, Sabrina. You're perfect. I don't understand the strong cinematic bias with DC fans. Crisis on Infinite Earth was a three and a half hour movie and better than 90% of the DCEU, in my opinion. Watch it. The animated one? Or he's talking about...
Starting point is 01:23:06 I think the animated... CW. Oh, the CW and the crossover one. Yeah. Respect. Respect. Also, don't mansplain Sabrina forgot six. All right.
Starting point is 01:23:15 What's the next thing? Mr. Anas says, how has Roga not done a show on stereo yet? He should have at least five by now. But my question was going to be, will SD players use it to get test questions? Could be a different way of studying if people ask good questions. Well, yeah. I mean, Riley, I'm sure you can speak to this too. I mean, and I know Dan does this, like, all of us who have patrons or have a community in the Discord, we have study sessions with our patrons.
Starting point is 01:23:43 So that's maybe an extension of that is the stereo, right? Every week, man, yeah. You got to do it. Yeah, for sure. There you go. Evil John Madden says, Sabrina, what is the difference if a show was one, eight-hour show or eight-one-hour shows? Nothing. Why does it need to be broken up or not?
Starting point is 01:23:58 Can't you make the call where to pause or stop the show until you want to continue? Young people. Very interested in the first. That's for you, Sabrina. Wow. Yeah. I say an opinion and everyone's like, whoa. Hot take.
Starting point is 01:24:14 Hot take. Yeah. I mean, guys, like I said, I just like if they had like a stop and starting point for everybody and they knew they had a good place for it. I would just like that. Regardless, I'm going to watch it all. Yeah. Well, and not to tell people what you said and add to the mansplating,
Starting point is 01:24:31 but you, I agree with you that if it were to be broken up, having it broken up the way episodes break up where they leave you on a maybe a cliffhangery moment or something like that. Because, yeah, just pausing it yourself, you know, you could pause at a bad time and start it and forget. You know, I mean, it's, yeah, that's a, that's a dumb take. And one more person sends in the question like that, I'm going to reach through that and do something. Yeah. Right, Roca? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:25:00 You rub your balls on it? Bone deep. That's be nice And also like we can talk about moments that were in episodes You know Yeah Yeah I love that episode I love that moment in episode too Yeah
Starting point is 01:25:15 Instead of oh I love that episode at one hour and 37 minutes 12 seconds Has there been any films Four hours long in theaters I mean Yeah of course But I mean is that you know I mean Lawrence of Arabia
Starting point is 01:25:29 Lawrence of Arabia Oh Irishman was what, three and a half? Three Irishman was probably the closest. Yeah, but that had like a limited release. Yeah, I saw it. True. Irishman had a limited release.
Starting point is 01:25:40 There was only in certain areas. I think if you had a wide release on it, I don't think as many people would want to see it. And people complained about Blade Runner for its runtime. And it wasn't even near, what was it, like three hours? Like 240. Something like that. 2.40?
Starting point is 01:25:52 So it wasn't even near four hours. And that was like the number one complaint that I saw coming out of Blade Runner. Right. Revenant was two and a half. Wolf of Wall Street was three. Titanic was three Gettysburg New York was two hours of 40 minutes Oh yeah Gettysburg right
Starting point is 01:26:08 DeAngo and Jane was two hours and 45 minutes So was Avatar Les Miz Avengers Endgame Was what almost three hours right So four hours is their end game You know this is Like I think it's look you're at home You can pause
Starting point is 01:26:23 But I'm with you The four parts makes like more business savvy sense If that's four weeks That you could have people paying for your subscription. That's the argument that makes sense. I saw that Zach Snyder was saying he was planning on making it a part one in part two.
Starting point is 01:26:39 Mr. Reynus donated $20. Oh, I'm sorry. I forgot Roku is probably on a different app called Mono. Also, hi Steph, Sabrina, and thank you, Pusey. Wow. Wow.
Starting point is 01:26:54 Hamlet was four hours, the Brana one. Oh, okay. Oh, boy. Yeah, I just don't think, I think, yeah, like Sabrina just said, like two parts, I would take that. One four-hour film. There's a big difference between three hours and four hours. I'm going to break this down for Sabrina. You got my name right.
Starting point is 01:27:18 Or maybe somebody in the chat will break it down for you and explain to you that it's 60 minutes more. Legit, it's a big difference than a three-hour move. That's that's I mean three hours I could maybe hold it Wow, that's the shit Gettysburg was four and a half Holy shit yeah yeah yeah I remember seeing that in the things like I don't think the I don't think the ward it up No Brett no all right all right all right all right uh
Starting point is 01:27:58 Roka, I saw Irishmen in theaters. Marble Man Mike says, you got any raisin brand? Oh, I know you did. Yes, I see you have total and some raisins. Yes, I know I could mix them together and it'd be like Raisin Brand, but it wouldn't be Raisin Brand. It'd be total with raisins in it. Tyler Gosha says, Ryan, can you play the last five sound bites you have?
Starting point is 01:28:20 Curious what they are, the latest ones. Gosh, okay. While you cue that up, Joe O.K. says, what does a dyslexic agnostic? and somniac due at night. He stays up wondering if there really is a dog. That's one of them.
Starting point is 01:28:35 Okay. I like that. That's one of them. I like that one. It's a hawk screaming. Ethan Hawk. Don't let Ben Goddard hear that.
Starting point is 01:28:45 Yeah. The office. And, uh, okay, this one. Thank you, pussy. Oh! From yesterday.
Starting point is 01:29:00 Alex. It's the perfect level that it sounds like Alex is doing it right now Yeah it's just it's you pussy Brian what's your favorite what's your favorite rocksy sound by that I sent you? Do you have any of those? Yes. Oh yeah Yeah Class A vagina all right okay oh that's not one okay so I have one for Christmas that was and I never used it Oh You gotta wait another 11 months.
Starting point is 01:29:36 All right. Marvel Man Mike says, surely by now, it should be Admiral Crunch and Archduke Chocula. Do you guys think Snap and Pop are ever resentful about Crackle's breakout success with a streaming service?
Starting point is 01:29:46 Do you guys have the Honey Monster over in the U.S.? Bloody terrifying? No. What is the Honey Monster? Like honeycombs? Is that a... The honey monster?
Starting point is 01:29:58 Haskell 420 says, In the serial mascot wars, we got a vampire, a leprechaun, a tiger, and others, but that Rice Krispies trio, Snap has no patience, Major Temper, Pop will fight and shoot you while Crackle is basically the Joker
Starting point is 01:30:11 who's a genius and loves the carnage. See? I told you. Those three motherfuckers. You can't chase. Yeah, Honey Monster. Oh, God. I think we have the Honey Nut Chirio B that has gone downhill. Like, he's disappeared. Where is he? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:30:29 You have questions about where he is? I think he's gone. I think now is where you would play the Law & Order. Oh, my God. Look up the Honey Monster? Yeah. Oh, I'll pull photo up. So that's their sugar puffs.
Starting point is 01:30:45 Hold on. Let me, let me share the screen. Yeah, go for it. Yeah, let me share the screen here. This is the Honey Monster. Where am I? Ladies and gentlemen, we're about to get the Honey Monster here. Thank you.
Starting point is 01:30:55 Can I do this? I don't know how to do this. I feel like we're about to see Jason Bourne. Like we're, there is. There it is. Look at that. That's the honey monster. Wow. This is a scary looking dude.
Starting point is 01:31:10 Look at this guy. What the, what the fuck? What is this guy? Who's homie with the ears? Wait, we can't see it, Roca. What? I thought I should. We see the Justice League poster.
Starting point is 01:31:22 I thought you were doing a bit. I thought you were doing a bit. Oh, yeah. I was like, uh, we can't see. It's a bit. It's a bit. It's a bit. He was like, home me with the ears.
Starting point is 01:31:30 I'm like, it's getting odd. specific now. Here we go. There, can you see it now? Who's this dude? Who's this dude with the ears? Who's this guy? Oh, hello.
Starting point is 01:31:41 A little sexy pose. Oh, wow. Thank you, pussy. There. I think that's a sweet-looking monster. I don't think that's terrified. This guy. Come on.
Starting point is 01:31:51 He's coaching the team. Yeah. He's not that terrifying until he stands over you watching you sleep. He's even more. terrifying when he lost weight. Like, it's more terrifying. Oh,
Starting point is 01:32:04 oh, this is unfortunate. I remember these days. Oh, that's him as a baby, I think. This is a baby. And here's him
Starting point is 01:32:14 assaulting somebody, which is very, that's a found. They never found her again. Never found her again. Here he goes again. Jesus, calm down,
Starting point is 01:32:23 guy. Come on, calm down. Oh, I got, I've got my cosplay character for ComicCon. I've got,
Starting point is 01:32:30 Would you like some cereal? Oh, this is a shame. Oh, at least, I don't know. 50% extra. Oh, not the kids. Oh, wow, this has been gone for a long time. Oh, I remember his stint in professional wrestling. I remember his time in the ring.
Starting point is 01:32:52 Honey Monster was a beast. He was a beast. Wow. All right. 50 shades of geek says, Well, on a tweet, Riley, did Christian get a chance to talk to you about stereo yet? Seriously, you have to try it out. Maybe do some GPA shows on there.
Starting point is 01:33:07 Anyways, have fun taking down that backstab and piece of trash, Bateman. I'll be cheering for you. Right on. Thank you for that. He also says, Gucci, I hope you're listening. Roka and Riley should team up as the Mandatlaurean and take out whatever second-rate team, you know, Kaiser is going to put together with Bateman and Emerald together. There you go.
Starting point is 01:33:28 You know. We've talked about it in the past. You never know what can happen in the world. It's a crazy little world. It's a crazy draft, my friend. You never know. You never know. You never know.
Starting point is 01:33:39 Team real champs. Let's see. We're at $600, let's come on. 400 bucks for Alex Marzonia to sing $400. Please, Wonderball for you. Donate $100 each.

Starting point is 01:34:58 That schmobot that interrupted was too funny. Also, things went nowhere with the girl. Thank you for all you do, hashtag sexy Cubana. I don't like such a sad story. Yeah, sorry to hear that. He wrote that beautiful poem. All right. I can't. I'm done.
Starting point is 01:35:17 Please. Okay, Rick Anther says, Sorry, Roka and anyone I upset. I really didn't think a non-plot-related joke with no context about an animal that appeared in a previous week's episode was a spoiler. just wanted to try to make people laugh, but noted. Sorry, best to you all. Yeah, yeah. No worries. You never know, bro. You never, because some people I may not be caught up with you to episode two or three. So some people are still catching up. Remember, it's still a new show. So we just don't want to ruin things for anybody. It's kind of the responsibility we have. And certainly I'm the last one to be saying this, but I know it's important for other people not to have things ruined for them. So yeah. All right. Let's keep going. 612. Come on people. Come on 600. Come on. Let's get to a thousand. Let's go.
Starting point is 01:36:00 Alex. Zombie cubed says the Flintstones would win that serial mascots fight. They enslave dinosaurs on the regular. Okay. Oh, so that just, yeah, okay. The Shades of Geek says, around the world by daft punk sounds like a song sung by a vibrator. Change my mind. Hot tags today.
Starting point is 01:36:23 Yikes. Eggs. Hey. Ho. Who. It makes you feel good. Yeah, keep going now. So,
Starting point is 01:36:32 right. Youth of today asks, what's your problem with us, old man? We pay the bills, make with the fart jokes and take an aspirin. No, no,
Starting point is 01:36:41 we pay the bills for you all. What are you talking about? The older generation pays more of its share than the younger generation. You guys are still, you guys are just learning
Starting point is 01:36:51 how to make money. You guys are still working. It costs like 25 cents when you were my age. Like, what are you talking about? Going to the grocery stores like literally $300 and I don't even get anything good. Yeah, but the cost of living was, we weren't getting paid what you guys are getting paid now
Starting point is 01:37:10 when the rent was lower. It's all cost of living. Donated $20. Point and match good little bach boy. I've donated close to nine grams to this show. Him the second top donator of this show in less than half a year. Wow. Only behind Anthony Nugent.
Starting point is 01:37:26 And I've also used other names including Joan Rocha. been to any buffets or geez. James, we would be, thank you. Is that Lavario? That was LaVario. Thank you, Tito. Oh, I thought he was saying I'm neck and neck with LaVario. No, he's saying like and neck.
Starting point is 01:37:44 He said second to Nugent. Oh, Nugent, Nugent, okay. So James has used other names before. Well, come on, James. Get us to 1,000, James, for God's sakes. I mean, we'd love you if you did it. We'd love you if you did it, James. Alex will sing the song and say your name
Starting point is 01:38:00 throughout the singing. Wow. Wonderwald two James. Today's going to be the day. Wonder James. Cobalt Swordsman says Don't sleep on French toast crunch. Oh, okay. Brad Panda says Sunny from Cocoa Pups is a cereal killer.
Starting point is 01:38:20 Jonathan Lolly says, I wonder what happened to the other two chefs from Cinnamon Toast Crunch. There used to be three, now just one. Makes you wonder what he did to his brothers. Killed them. That's what you're eating. Okay. Look him out. Look at them out.
Starting point is 01:38:34 Cratches, people! Hamstract says, I'm sure Justice League will be brilliant, but I haven't seen one Snyder movie where I thought to myself, wow, I need four hours of that. What? I would have taken four hours of 300 in a heartbeat. Are you fucking kidding? That film is incredible. Man, Steve.
Starting point is 01:38:52 Watchman. I'd have done four hours. Yeah, Watchman. Watchman, the director's cut is almost three hours. It's great. Yeah. Eric Rahm says, perfect example. Hateful Eight had an intermission in the theater.
Starting point is 01:39:02 Now on Netflix it's in four installments. Wow. That is a good point. Is it? Yeah, definitely. If this were to come out in a theater, there's no way they could do like four hours straight and expect people to not want to stretch out their legs.
Starting point is 01:39:15 True. I think that is the element that got the screen on it in the first place, though, was that this wasn't going to be in the theater. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Sort of the first time he said it, they were like, four hours!
Starting point is 01:39:28 I have to give everyone. Everybody can't hit us. All right. Riley has to balance in a bit. So let's get to just a few, our two impressions that involve him. All right. Our only impressions that involve him.
Starting point is 01:39:42 Okay, so we got Waddo and Connery trying to shoot their shot at J-Lo. Okay. Who's Connery? Oh, Brent. Conry is Mr. Mark, right? Oh, Riley. Great. Perfect. I love it.
Starting point is 01:39:54 Looking forward to it. Oh, holy shit. Oh, we got the Mr. Short Connery over here, listen, you pick me, because I have the money I'm good at racing, and, uh, I can fly.
Starting point is 01:40:10 Don't talk about money. You know my love don't cost a thing. You're both talking. Your lips are moving, but I have no idea what you're fucking shame. Oh, I'm just talking about how I can, uh, little jailor, I can, uh, persuade her.
Starting point is 01:40:26 We can get on a part of this. And, uh, and go across Tatouine. Look at the twin sons together. I know your love doesn't have a price, but let's sing together. Well, I'll give you an option here, J-Lo. If you're listening,
Starting point is 01:40:44 you got a flying, fat, wavy kind of blue creature here. Oh! You have me. You have Scotch, maybe a martini. Maybe this accent is finally going away, and I can't pull it anymore, because it feels weird. I'm sticking with A-Rod, baby. I'm sticking with A-Rod!
Starting point is 01:41:03 Oh, Little A-Rah! Who's A-Raw? Is that a rod? There's an actual rod. You're dating a rod? He's a guy uses drugs to be good. All right, what's the...
Starting point is 01:41:17 Fuck that clown. Wow. Our... Take those stripes off you. The impression is... Oh, Roland, trying to cut Connery and drunk... Connery and drunk Brett in line for the J-Lo concert. Oh, Lord.
Starting point is 01:41:32 Oh, okay. Oh, my God. Wait, say this again. Trying to what? Roland trying to cut Connery and drunk Brett in line for the J-Lo concert. How dare you? Hey, hey, dude. What's this concert?
Starting point is 01:41:46 What's this line? Why are we in this line? I was just waiting for a hot dog in this line. That's all I'm here for. I'm just getting lines when I see lines because I think something good's going on. We're all standing. backwards now. I think this is the exit. Please, I need to get ahead of you both. I have to
Starting point is 01:42:02 see J-Lo. She's so beautiful with those thick brown legs. I love her so much. Her soft way behind her big hoop earrings. I want to put my legs through both of those earrings. She's so incredible. You know she's Jenny from the block.
Starting point is 01:42:21 I just want to get ahead. Mr. Connery, can you move to the side, please? Oh, sure. Why don't you go ahead and just step right in front of me, you last? Who are you? Thank you very much. I loved you and never say never again. You're the best part of that move. Oh, what's wrong with your breath? Oh my God. Oh, that's a lot of... What are you been drinking? That's the smell of success.
Starting point is 01:42:41 It's making me feel very uncomfortable. Oh, is she going to wear the dress tonight? Oh, she was a dress night. I love that dress. Mr. A new realm of weird. Mr. Goddry, what did you name the hot dog? What the hell is that thing? Well, I named that lunch, don't you know? Those wings?
Starting point is 01:43:00 What are those things on your back? My lord. Oh, my goodness. You already know where that can rest tonight. Arod hits a home run. All right. Thank you. Those are all the impressions for today. And we're Riley.
Starting point is 01:43:18 So, Riley, if you need to jump off. I got to jump, guys. Good to see you, good to see all of you. Roke, I'll talk to you soon, man. Yep. See you tonight. I'll see you tonight and everybody enjoy. Happy birthday to job for us as well. Meeting starting.
Starting point is 01:43:33 Yeah, I'm, oh, I'm meeting starting. Very important things here. Very, very, very important. Very, very important. Enjoy yourself, man. Enjoy everybody. Thanks. See you, Rose.
Starting point is 01:43:43 Bye. So, John, Mark's not the only one that has to jump. I got to jump in five minutes because I'm going to be on the stereo app, www.w.w.com slash Christian Harlough is where you. can find it or slash Brett Sheridan. We're going to be doing a little post-show giggle fest, basically. I'm sure there will be a lot of comments about today. I'm sure that we'll get a lot of comments about getting Sabrina's name wrong.
Starting point is 01:44:10 That will probably come up several, several times, and I will just apologize profusely. So check it out. Get yourself signed up for this. It's free. It works for Android and Apple. You can create an avatar. My avatar had really beautiful eyelashes for a while. I might bring them back.
Starting point is 01:44:27 I don't know. It was, it's fun creating, and it's a fun little group. And I'm, I think everybody should take that, that jump to just jump into a show with somebody. That sounds fun to me. Like, I, that's something that I think, especially now that we're all cooped up, we can get some, like, maybe you'll meet a new friend. Yeah. Maybe you'll meet a new best friend. So it's Q&A with Harloff and Sheridan, 12 p.m. PT, right after this.
Starting point is 01:44:53 on stereo, the stereo app. Get it. Brett Sharon and has 694 followers, ladies and gentlemen. So get him to 700. Get him to 700 followers. Let's do it. Six away. Yeah, that's right.
Starting point is 01:45:06 Come follow me too. I'm there. The Roka says I'm on there as well. I'm sure I'll be dropped. I'm just trying to figure out what the first episode is going to be. Like I just don't know what, you know, so many things I can talk about. I was like, well, what do you want to start off with? You want to start off on the right foot.
Starting point is 01:45:18 So maybe it'll be inspired. Yeah. The first episode, like everyone's episode. episode will be like, who I push, oh, how do I get? They're all like that. It's everybody, is this, I'm at live? Oh, no. And if you take a call, like somebody else guys to call in, like Alex, didn't you push Roxy out?
Starting point is 01:45:37 I pushed Jake out. Jake out. Oh, if someone calls me out. Yeah, yeah. Wow. Wait, Jay. It's a learning process, but it's fun. Yeah, last night I went live with PJ Campbell, old roommate in front of the show.
Starting point is 01:45:53 And like I told them, okay, we have to keep this at 30 minutes or else we're going to keep going for eight hours. How do you call? How do you get someone on the show with you? You just friends with them. Oh, really? You follow each other. And then like Christian scheduled a show and then I accept the scheduling of the show. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:46:14 Well, maybe my girlfriend. She got on there. So maybe we're going to do one. We do our first show together, the outlaws. Because she's the lady outlaw. If you guys want to follow her on stereo. I'll follow her, the lady out long. Yeah, I just made one, Sabrina Ramirez.
Starting point is 01:46:26 There you go. She is. You got your name. Good. All right, perfect. All right. What's our next thing, Alex? Let's keep going with stream.
Starting point is 01:46:34 And if you've got to jump off, Brett, just let us know. I will, I will. All right, evil John Madden says the reason I complained about the length of Blade Runner was because it was boring as fuck. Hmm. I disagree. I disagree. Gary. Sorry, Gary as well.
Starting point is 01:46:50 Raising brands. Tell me your grades in high school, Gary. All right. Sunny the Raisin brand mascot will win the mascot fight because he's a yellow dwarf star, so Count Chocula and the rest of the mascots will get incinerated. Oh, that's a fair point. Whoa. Oh, if you're going to science the shit out of this, all right.
Starting point is 01:47:05 That's fair. That's fair. 50 Shades of Geek says, with the stream lab, I have officially donated $770 this month, which is more than I've ever donated to the show. I love supporting you guys, but maybe I should scale down my donations for a while. No more Shmobots from me for now. Maybe. Not.
Starting point is 01:47:22 That's wonderful. Don't be like that. Don't do what you got to do. Don't be like that. Donate some more. Don't be like. Hit those like buttons. Get those. Go on the Apple podcast.
Starting point is 01:47:34 What do you need? There's ways to support us without money too, people. We like the money better. That's okay. That should be the character. All right. All right. Pussy O'Connell says, in addition,
Starting point is 01:47:51 let's do some more NBA talk. Brett and Brea, y'all can go keep now. Roka, would you take Duncan Robinson, Kendrick Nunn, and Achnoka, and a couple of picks for Bradley Beale. Jamal, hope Ben, improves on shooting. Alex, are you a bit worried about Lakers? Thanks. And I will jump off to go get ready for my 12 years. See you, Brett. Sharon.
Starting point is 01:48:11 Always a pleasure. Thank you, pussy. Bye-bye. See, Brett. It's a good question. No, I don't, it's not that I wouldn't take it, is that like we need a star if we're going to replace Bradley. We need something like Houston got Oladipo for all the wheel and deal.
Starting point is 01:48:27 They replaced James Hardin with Oladipo. They brought on John Wall to Marcus Cousins playing for them. And then they won last night. Like they're playing well. And the Lakers have lost two in a row. The underscore K underscore Wolf donated $20. I may be on this island alone, but so be it. I'll stand by my boy, Bateman, till the very end win or lose hashtag team Bateman
Starting point is 01:48:46 for life. Hey. I respect that. Yeah, I'm just happy because I think the Sixers are for real. I just think that I'm feeling really good about them. And it's, now the football is winding now. And it's like, wow, I actually have a Philly sports team to be passionate about. Also, the temple, I went to Temple.
Starting point is 01:49:05 Our great Temple legend coach, John Cheney just died like a few minutes ago. Yeah. What? John Cheney just died. Jesus. So sad. Ever. Past 89.
Starting point is 01:49:16 Yeah, man. I'm going to die on this show. Fuck. 89. Respect John Cheney. All right. I remember him confronting Caliperi. That's one of my favorite sports memories growing up.
Starting point is 01:49:28 If you guys want to watch a video, fun video, back when coaches could confront each other for real, watch that video of Coach John Cheney crashing John Caliperi's press conference after the game to yell at him for some bullshit he was pulling on the court. It is hilarious. They have to restrain him. He wants to kill him. It's so fun. Wow.
Starting point is 01:49:47 Go ahead. As far as Lakers go, I'm not concerned. They usually have this midseason kind of chill mode. So we'll find out in five months. We're 20 games in the midseason. What midseason is this? It's a flagrant on the Bede. Quiet.
Starting point is 01:50:05 Marvel Man Mike says the Honey Monster traumatized me as a child because the TV ad was a kid who'd scream, I want my, then their skin would rip American werewolf style, and they transform into that thing you showed who in a deep voice would grow honey oh wow oh wow well that's what it feels like sometimes that's what it feels like though when you want that sugar it feels like that yeah right that's why rogan has that big ass bowl of cereal no sugar no sugar it's all that healthy bullshit this is wheat grass in this thing 50 he sticks Broga, stop stalking the honey monster. He's not another mountain for you to climb.
Starting point is 01:50:50 He's pretty tall, though. He's pretty tall. It looks like the old, what was the old, the Bugs Bunny cartoon with the orange, the big tall orange thing with the eyes? I think that was its name, yeah. Big tall orange thing with the eyes. Oh, oh, was it Alex? Whoa.
Starting point is 01:51:05 All right, Alex. I'm only two hours away. What we got next, though? I know. It's getting so dark in here. It will be. Oh, it'll be dark all right. What's it?
Starting point is 01:51:13 Uh, go ahead. Frankenberry says, why does Aaron Rogers eat cereal street from the box? Because he chokes when he gets near a bowl. Ooh. Oh. Last week. I even understood it. Sabrina got that one.
Starting point is 01:51:33 That's evil. I apologize. You're right. All right. Next one. Michael Reddingis says, Stinky Pussy. That is all. Okay.
Starting point is 01:51:43 50 Shades of Geek says, Sabrina, don't be mad at Roka. when he was your age they were using rocks for money. How do you think he got his name? He was looking for some spare change until he found some and exclaimed, hmm, brook, ha. Rock, huh? Rocks for money.
Starting point is 01:52:02 Any refresh. Pebbles for a house. You just had a handful of pebbles. I grew up in the 80s. I grew up in the 80s. 1880s. You all own the movies I grew up with. Yeah, wait.
Starting point is 01:52:13 You didn't even say the century. Oh, you're right. Nineties. Come on. 19. Come on. All right. There we go.
Starting point is 01:52:17 That's a fair, fair challenge, by the way. I'll defend it to my dying day. Go ahead, Alex. All right. Last super chat we got is king dingling. Boomers destroy the American dream then call millennial lazy entitled, coming from the group who could buy a house on one salary and got a degree for 3K. It's true.
Starting point is 01:52:36 It's true. Yeah. Yeah. How do you feel now you're all alone. No more. I wasn't. Look. I'm not that generation.
Starting point is 01:52:43 Now we've taken over. We're like trying to one up each. other with how bad we have it. First of all, my parents were immigrants to this country, so I didn't do any, we didn't buy any house on fucking one salary. Yeah, my parents were very, they worked very hard. Suck it, hard.
Starting point is 01:53:02 All right, and don't bring philosophy and little ballbusting, come on. What's, uh, yeah, what do we got? Um, that's all we got tonight, but, um, oh, I have a lyric video out today, so check that. Oh, you do? Great. Yeah, we didn't get to a thousand clearly.
Starting point is 01:53:17 Only got to 6.57. So you guys broke my heart today, unfortunately. We didn't get there. Christian texting me was hoping we'd get to a thousand, but sadly we weren't able to get there. I try my best. I feel like I tried my best. And I think everybody here tried their best, too, with the humor and fun. Maybe the serial thing derailed us.
Starting point is 01:53:33 I don't know. I thought it was fun. I thought it was a fun conversation. Anyway, all right. Let's get on out of here, everybody. Thank you all so much for joining us. Thank you to Mark Rihanna. Thank you to Sabrina Ramirez.
