Starting point is 00:00:00 It starts with a simple question and ends in objective reality. Reality. Through our journey from there to hear, we find one another and ourselves. And as the next 24 hours breaks free from our last, we gaze onward in reflection of the day. Welcome to the daily wrap up. Sunday, August 30th, 2026. Thank you for joining me today. And we've talked about this general topic a lot. And I think for obvious reason today, or not today, but in general, but today for obvious reason as well.
Starting point is 00:00:53 But it's not something that is, I guess, we'll just, the main thing that always comes to mind when this conversation has had is there's a lot of people out there today, even though it's becoming near and possible to me. miss how important this is around the world, we try to make it about some type of an overfocus on one group, one country, one ethnicity. And every time the point is when these conversations come up, now let's just say, for example, today starting with a specific article from state craft, a responsible state craft, excuse me, and discussing yet another technological company that's tied into the U.S. government that's directly tied to very alarming Israeli spyware companies. Now, frankly, if that was a Chinese spyware company, it would be just, just as alarming with the, you know, ongoing genocide, for example, but it would be equally
Starting point is 00:01:38 alarming that a foreign entity was infiltrating this country. So what's important to realize is this is not selecting out things that relate to this one country, but to realize this country is completely across the board involved with infiltrating, controlling, dictating all of these conversations to varying degrees of the words I use, you know, influencing in some cases, in other cases, outright controlling. And this is not a debatable conversation. And it's not just because of things like National Defense Authorization Act 219 or Section 219. That's just the continuation of what I believe has been going on quite a long time. And it has nothing to do with, you know, in the conversation today, anything other than the Israeli
Starting point is 00:02:15 government and its invasive tech and its agenda infiltrating or at the very least overtaking the current direction in this country. Now, I'm of the mind that this has gone much further than just subtly influencing policy for their own country's interest. And I think this is a conversation that I shouldn't even need to preface this today with where we are and I think what Americans are aware of. But just in case there are those that have been, you know, incorrectly guarded against this conversation for wrong reasons, it's important to state that to start. And in case you haven't read the title yet today, the conversation is, again,
Starting point is 00:02:46 about Israeli spyware. But in particular around, I mean, and really the way I titled it for a reason, for those that really need to hear it this way. And it's not just about Donald Trump, but he has, to an unprecedented degree, open this door. And or you could, I would, that's a true statement, but also made it revealed. That's really the more the part that's more prevalent than ever is for whatever reason it's just becoming very obvious and even shown to you that could be incompetence, I guess, but it's everywhere. And with what's going on in the world, I believe it literally is in a global conversation. And there's vying agendas, I think, and people, groups rather, that are trying to create their circumstances for their benefit, but you can see the alignment with what this all
Starting point is 00:03:30 amounts to. And I'm not just talking about the larger kind of technocratic global change we're watching. You know, when you get into sort of the more ideological parts of this, the prophecy that they believe is carrying out that Hegseth literally told the U.S. military they're fighting. I don't know why I feel it necessary to really stress that every time because it blows my mind that that was a blip in the conversation. The fact that the Secretary of War told the military they were fighting for Armageddon is a side story, there's a reason that that's the case, guys. And I think that's not to belabor that to start, but clearly relevant to all of this. There's something driving what's happening in this country.
Starting point is 00:04:10 And the reason I'm really belaboring that point is because it's not just about the technological, I guess, manipulation, which is a huge part of it. You know, there's a thousand directions to go in, but the fact that it's being allowed by our government, that a foreign government is surveilling Americans in real time. And now you maybe ask why that matters. Are we always being surveilled? And that shouldn't ever be the way you regard that because we could always do something to stop it, even if it's universal.
Starting point is 00:04:37 But what we're dealing with are things like we see in protests. Our government attacking, if not attempting to deport or shooting in the street, people who hold opinions that Israel doesn't like. Now, it may not be as simple as that, that it's a direct order and it ends up being a certain thing. But this is what's driving a lot of this. We're talking about the protests, the Columbia conversation, post-October 7th conversation. post-October 7th conversations,
Starting point is 00:04:59 all of the Western government's blind support for an ongoing genocide that the entire world can see. And now you have the U.S. government being used as sort of, I mean, Iran's the same conversation as sort of a tool against the people who are calling out what Israel is doing. And that could very well be a fraction of this conversation, maybe 5% of the rest of what's going on, or it could be 95%. You can decide that for yourself, but that 5% or 95% matters what percentage it is. it matters regardless. And I think that's what I really want to flesh out people today with new
Starting point is 00:05:30 information and some supplementary, how clear this is happening and not just that it's happening or being surveilled that our constitutional rights are being violated, but our governments are at the very least complicit. But I argue allowing this. And that could be some kind of a blackmail dynamic, Epstein cover up, or it could be that they're in line with a larger agenda. Again, you can decide that for yourself. So I want to start with something right out of the gate into an older, excuse me, an older article, not 2023, but not from today. It kind of sets this table. Now, I debated about where to put this today because this was something I came across
Starting point is 00:06:03 after diving into this and flushing a lot of this out, pulling up a lot of old stuff. I have saved in files. And I came across this and I said, okay, I mean, I know exactly what this even talking about, but I hadn't seen this article. And I debated on whether I wanted this to be sort of the endpoint to be like, you know, and this is, but I think we'll start with this for obvious reasons. So this is from Horace. for the podcast. Herat's being a leading Israeli newspaper, and the simple title is revealed,
Starting point is 00:06:27 Israeli cyber firms, and that includes all the ones we're talking about, all the ones working with ICE, cyber firms. Just in a general sense, that term applies to the groups that Israel, the Israeli cyber firms like NSAG group, ones working with ICE, one's working with the U.S. government, one's working with other groups around the world, working with despotic regimes all over the world. To just understand, that's what that includes. And including ones that you think do things that are benign, but Israel. really cyber firms have developed an insane, direct quote, new spyware tool. No defense exists.
Starting point is 00:07:00 Now, think of the timing. This is 2023. If you've been following this at 2023 before, you already knew about this general conversation. What's important to understand is spyware is not defense. Obviously, it can be used like that in the sense of, of, of course, the way they operate today that offense is, you know, either way, that's not my point. It's not about, spyware is not something that is usually done or discussed in the context of defending or legal action from governments,
Starting point is 00:07:24 even though it's always been something they've utilized, usually against the bad guy that they want you to think they're allowed to use the evil things against because they're evil, but whatever, different conversation. What I want to highlight is the fact that they're allowing, just to, you know, quickly, oh, I included this in the beginning. I forgot for a reason. Spyware maker NSO group is paving away back in Trump's America.
Starting point is 00:07:45 I've shown you this article more than once, April 2025, still while on U.S. Commerce Blacklist. Right. So it's still on the blacklist and Trump's folding them back in. Now, for those, I don't, I don't want to go all the way back through it. If you really don't understand the history of NSO group, Pegasus, which they pretend isn't provably connected to Israel, but the new ones like Toka and others are literally direct extensions of the intelligence and intelligence that they state that. But I understand that this is the same thing. It is funded and run by people directly out of and currently working in the Israeli intelligence and military. And now the point, this is the kind of the backseat now with what's currently happening, but these things still exist. I mean, in the sense of the way the conversation is framed. These are very important groups.
Starting point is 00:08:25 The point is that this is something that Trump folded back in, even when it was seen world globally as a villain, a problem, an invasive, malicious tool that, you know, that you would say that China or, you know, despotic countries are trying to do to the good guys. No, no, this has been the ally of the U.S. doing it to everybody else. And now Trump folded back in. Now, that alone should make you go, why would you do that? You know, it's like saying we're going to make a deal with ISIS in a sense to understand the point I'm making that I do agree. It's actually far closer than you realize, but understanding that it's something that wouldn't, that shouldn't make sense to anybody.
Starting point is 00:09:00 But it kind of went under the radar for a lot of people. Now, this was talking about a previous entity in this conversation. And I shouldn't even say previous. It's happening kind of at the same time frame. But what I'm highlighting is this is public mainstream coverage in 2023. of Heretz telling you that they've developed something on the surface, not the secret behind the scenes group being hired by governments that we don't see in working with the CIA,
Starting point is 00:09:22 but on the surface of the conversation, there's a pivot here, you understand. And Israel clearly pivoted the direction of what they were doing from behind the scenes, quiet, you know, intelligence, sabotage dynamic to the same things,
Starting point is 00:09:36 but sold publicly to governments under a veneer of working with the good guys. And they didn't do anything different. In fact, they're still working with all the same people and doing all the same things. It was a marketing campaign. So what's interesting is it says a Heretz investigation revealed that Israeli cyber companies develop technology that exploits the advertising system at the heart of the online economy to monitor surveillance, excuse me, to monitor civilians hack into their phones and
Starting point is 00:10:00 computers and spy on them. And at this point, we're not talking about, you know, the government doing this to you for their purposes, but rather an outside entity doing this than kind of selling that ability and information. And it says this is a terrifying capability against which no defense currently exists, so we're told, has already been sold to a non-democratic country. You realize at this very moment, they're working with all sorts of Western countries behind the scenes with all sorts of weird stuff.
Starting point is 00:10:25 This was the moment where it became, I shouldn't say the moment, but one of the examples where it was becoming very public and in your face and telling you that you can't do anything about it. Talking about the no-click dynamic from the NSO group. That's the group we're talking about in the no-click conversation where they would send you something, a text, and email, and it didn't matter whether you engage with it.
Starting point is 00:10:43 You were already vulnerable at that point. That's what they've done. Now, this is something that we're dealing with right now. I'm sure you know the overlap or one of the many I could pull up right now. ICE obtains access to Israeli-made spyware that can hack phones and encrypt app. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Okay, wait a minute. So this terrifying thing, the world was going, wait, we can't allow this.
Starting point is 00:11:03 The groups that were literally doing it that the world turned on and said, you're a bad guy. Is the exact same group that is not, yep, exactly. It is now working with ICE, working with the U.S. government, just in case I know my audience out there knew most of this. For those that are new, you haven't watched the shows recently, this is what's happening. It's not even very subtle. So keeping all that in mind, there's something others are highlighted in there. The simple point is to understand that they were publicly putting out the idea that they're doing something that would otherwise be illegal if it was the bad guy doing it.
Starting point is 00:11:33 And now they're doing it to you. And really, the story is they've always been doing it to you. But for whatever reason, Trump and people around him are okay with just blood. monthly doing it. Of course, they pretend it's only the one side they're aiming it at, but guess what, guys, it's all of us. That's the main point. So let's go through this today in a real obvious arc to show you a couple of important things to stand out using some new and and some other information I've shown before, but most of this is new. Going into another part about biometrics, which is going to be the latter part of the conversation, but realizing
Starting point is 00:12:01 this is being done to children, elementary school out there being being forced to facial scans, iris scans, fingerprint scans. And this goes back a long way, but the facial recognition is going across the board right now. It's happening rapidly in this country. And they're being trained to be normalized into this idea of, you know, we'll get into it, not just the scans, but knowing, like living differently, knowing you're being surveilled. They're doing this to the kids to make sure this is the state they grew up into. Now, it's not just the government doing that, but what I'm going to add to it,
Starting point is 00:12:33 realizing we have invasive, nefarious groups that are watching your children, watching this information, cataloging the data. And I just shouldn't even get into the weird things about the pedophile havens and stuff that these places have turned into because it shouldn't necessarily make a difference about the fact that it violates your rights and it's illegal and that we shouldn't allow our government to do this. But there are overlaps to this when you realize the government left and right have completely continued to cover up the ongoing blackmail network around pedophilia.
Starting point is 00:13:01 Epstein files. That's weird that these statements somehow shock people. Oh, this is this confiercy talk, but these are verifiable facts. I just find that interesting. We're in the realm of conspiracy real today, right? And so realizing that that does connect to this same group. Now, I digress. Now, starting with this.
Starting point is 00:13:18 This is just interesting. We just recently talked about the data Republicans weird thing that happened, not to get into all that again because it's honestly, I think was kind of a blip because these people just kind of miswrite each other or that the people they're working with are so willing to see, you know, like jump in every shadow that they accused the people that were leaking them information, supposedly secretly of being the ones trying to set them up. And it was this, it was pretty embarrassing.
Starting point is 00:13:41 I still don't know which way it really went, whether they were really trying to set her up, or she freaked out and then deleted it and said it was, you know, who knows? The point was she got outed data Republicans as a direct pipeline leak conversation. Actually, I should have grabbed that. This is the show we covered it on. I might even have it up in other reasons, but the controlled political leak pipeline.
Starting point is 00:14:06 And it's, I mean, and that's not just one of many examples, but it was really clear in case you didn't see it, where I fully, it was the Undersecretary of State literally commented underneath going, hey, I'm the one that sent that to you. I'm not trying to set you up. But if we hadn't seen any of that, it would have looked like that Republicans broke a story
Starting point is 00:14:23 without any other thing. And guys, that's how this fake new media dynamic works today. And really, how it's always worked. The CIA manipulating journalism, I mean, Alex knows. Alex Jones knows well, trust me. The point, though, is that this is a new thing where I think a lot of them are most willfully ignorant about it,
Starting point is 00:14:38 don't want to see it or don't see it the same way, feel like they're working with the good guys fighting the deep state. Who knows? But this is a new post by this, this entity, which, remember, is a government employee at this point. There's no way to miss that. It's just important to see the dynamic. Pedro says this account is run by Jessica Pounce, a person who is posing as an independent journalist and then got outed as a Department of War employee when she moronically, he writes, fumbled a scoop that the State Department official tried to give her. Now, he has a bias here. I believe he's cloned partisan. The point, For me, though, is that's how he sees it, but one of the two sides are obviously clear.
Starting point is 00:15:13 It got out in regardless, whether you see it as them being set up or not. This is a special government employee creating tools that will be used. This is the point of the post to intimidate the public and go after dissenters under the pretext of fighting a domestic terror threat. That's what this, they're built. She's building a website. Dataropublicans.com lives again. DSA Explorer map the far left networks and their foreign supports. So the reason I'm starting with this, guys, is because this is a database they're building,
Starting point is 00:15:41 which, by the way, already exists in many other forms to monitor Americans based on their political views. Sure, pretend it's only going to be the one side they pointed at to begin with. Historically, that's always how that's gone, right, guys? That's the bad guy. Nope, it ends up being used against literally everybody because this is always how it goes. They play you against each other and the government doesn't really have a side other than its own, guys. So this is you being played into creating the thing that will create your own cage. Either way, guys. Why is it okay for any American to be, to be, to accept that the government's tracking Americans based on their opinions? Haven't we been here before? But you see,
Starting point is 00:16:19 there's so many people and I don't believe it's the majority of Republicans and conservatives, despite what the media wants you to believe, but still a too many of them believe that they're doing this to fight the evil Democrats are because they're fighting a deep state while they're literally helping whatever that is build their cage. But he goes on to say, and we use intimidate the public and go after dissenters on the pretext of fighting domestic terror threat, which is what Whitney and I've talking about a long time now, the building dynamic of the domestic terror threat from Biden to Trump. And she's promoting it while also shilling her forthcoming book. There has got to be accountability for these people at some point. Democrats are simply not
Starting point is 00:16:56 serious if people like pounds can just skate after everything is said and done. Everyone in her orbit should at some point be placed in her microscope. Now this is the point. Maybe Pedro still, I mean, it sounds like he still has faith. in the system. What do you mean Democrats are simply not serious if they don't need to fill and finish the sentence, but the whole point I shouldn't be diminished. The point is simply the reason people like this never get held accountable is because the system uses it left and right. It's a small, I mean, someone like this is likely to eventually get thrown to the bus should that be needed. But at the end of the day, it's like the Fauci thing. It's like the rest of them. They'll dunk on
Starting point is 00:17:34 each other and there's never accountability unless they have to give you a scapegoat. So when you're realize that. It's not about Democrats are simply not, none of them care because it's not really about accountability. The whole hashtag arrest someone shows you that people see it, guys, even people on their side. But all I'm highlighted is another government-directed database of funding Americans based on their opinions. Now, who right now is mostly highlighting Palestinian support or anti-genocide support or sentiment as far-left terrorist support? Israel, more than anybody and then through that with the U.S. U.S. government. It's not hard to see.
Starting point is 00:18:12 They're doing it in the UK too, guys. People are getting arrested for waving Palestinian flags. Of course, Elon Musk, you don't get the whole concerning. And, you know, it's always one-sided and completely on a very clear, bigoted, divisive tactic. Either way, that's what they all support. And they're letting it happen. Now, these two articles all include, because I've mentioned them more than once, and I do believe this carries over in the same way.
Starting point is 00:18:37 I think I've got, oh, yeah, right here. Trump makes it easier for foreign governments to secretly operate. U.S. companies. They just talked about this on 16th of August. These things combined show you a very clear picture of my mind. He's created a very clear carve out for what, I mean, it could be Russia, China, anybody, and those are just as concerning, but for a foreign government to come in and create a company and then manipulate inside this country as if they're a U.S. company. Why does that is that America first? Is that American at all? It's important to realize what this shows you. And Israel is a huge part of this, but it applies to any of them.
Starting point is 00:19:11 Or the last conversation we had on the 27, digital backdoors. Trump's emergency order targets foreign remote access threats. And as we all should know, as I'll read you directly from these next few articles, the number one threat in this conversation, well, it is Israel. There's no way around it. China is a very clear culprit, at least as we're told from our discussions. And I don't mean that's not true. It's just that it's hard to take it face value what the U.S. media and U.S. intelligence
Starting point is 00:19:36 tells you about literally anything, you know, the Iran experts seem to be wrong about damn near everything or they're choosing to lie to you. But either way, I'm pretty sure all of them have that trying to. China is what tends to come up if you ask, you know, any number of online app, you know, any number of things you want to get some kind of mainstream response from. And ultimately, the point is if you look into the data, you look into the reality, not just framed as who's on the good guy, bad guy's side, but just as a, but what's the right word? not benign, but, you know, just an equal standing. What group is most involved with spyware, most involved with creating, you know, backdoors,
Starting point is 00:20:15 spy device, it's Israel, hands down across the board. So when you, when you make create an executive order that basically outlines how you are going to stop foreign remote access, but then very clearly allow Israel to be on the inside of that, which you will, if you watch the show, read the actual executive order. It's not considered an entity of concern. And so they're not in the, they're not being targeted, even though they're the ones literally doing it. It's not hard to see, guys. This is what they tend to do every single time.
Starting point is 00:20:42 Create the legislation to make you think they care and they actually make sure it's not going to be what you think. So all that considered, let's start with responsible state craft. This one's from 28th. That was two days ago. And really, you know, this is something, this platform is doing a great job on this topic. I feel like we've been covering this very idea for a long time. So have a lot of us. But now it's time to really understand that this is a tipping point, guys.
Starting point is 00:21:04 this creepy is rarely spy tech is likely operating in a city near you yeah you take your pick ladies and gentlemen because that's what's crazy this one is specifically about cognite solutions or cognite previously virant which you've heard of from us but realize this could literally be about ns o group site uh leonardo even a flock connection by the way but it technically is not spyware but technically i guess you could call it that the point is there's tons of examples even an NSO group currently working with ICE and Trump. Now, going forward, since the 2013, Edward Snowden leaks, surveillance and debate surrounding it have become part of the American experience.
Starting point is 00:21:43 In recent years, ring video doorbell users have successfully pushed back against the company's policy of sharing data with police departments. Well, there's a recent video that kind of puts that on its head. We'll watch that in a second. A nationwide movement is demanding the discontinuation of flock cameras. but that's not happening though right and that's an important moment to think about that is nationwide we see that which is why they tried to get ahead of that try to water the movement down try to act like we were falling for a sciop remember we didn't really work even care
Starting point is 00:22:16 even to deflect axon still which is still a part of this but you know one percent of the market whereas currently still 83 is flock they all matter was the point and all of them we should stop but a nationwide movement and they're not even slowing down a widely adopted automatic license plate reader that gathers data on anyone drives past, and it's way more than that. It takes a small adaptation, for example, like the Leonardo signal or signal, I'm blanking on it now. Leonardo was the company, Signal Trace.
Starting point is 00:22:49 The Signal Trace adaptation was one version we covered, very tied to Israeli intelligence, but just adapting to the current existing flock dynamic and now suddenly you have something that can absorb like we're going to talk about today. which is really what this comes down to, just disparate data, your Wi-Fi signals, your text messages, and just yank them out of the air and, you know, using a sting rate of, I mean, we'll go through it today. This is a setup that's being used right now
Starting point is 00:23:14 by people on the streets claiming to stop immigration to go after people, you know, really that's largely the guys, but just resting people that disagree with. And nationwide movement. However, another concerning surveillance trend has flown under the radar since 2023, local and state police departments across the country have purchased technology for real time monitoring
Starting point is 00:23:35 of smart devices from the Israeli firm Cognite Solutions LP. Otherwise, it's called just Cognite. Now, let's just go ahead and play that video because this is the kind of terrifying reality of what this country is, I mean, I don't want to see turning into. I mean, it's been creeping this way for a long time. The technology you think is just making this easier to see.
Starting point is 00:23:59 But it is worse. The scale is clear. And this is something that recently happened. And it's Greenville. And I have an article actually where you can read about it as well. And showing the police going to this person's door. And the reason this is relevant is not just the idea that they feel they have access to your personal device, which they do. That's why I kind of balked the idea that they've successfully pushed back on police feeling they can use this stuff.
Starting point is 00:24:20 At least in this, at least in Greenville, that's not the case right now. But also because, as it says, real time monitoring from smart devices. So does that mean, you know, so let's just take, for example, Cognite. That means both the elements of using that, so hypothetically the local police department, but also the Israeli government has access to look through your personal device. And is there one in your home? Is there one elsewhere? I mean, these things should matter to you guys.
Starting point is 00:24:44 This is not a joke. This is not some, you know, 19, you know, whatever, 2005, you know, conspiracy theory about the government looking through your cameras, guys. By the way, bombshell, they were and they still are. I mean, this is what, I mean, you know, you didn't need Zuckerberg to put tape on its computer for you to know that. You should have known it long before that. That was just the moment when people were undeniably aware of it. So let's watch this clip. And you might have seen this. I think we shared it with Steve and, oh, actually played it on one of the upcoming on Hangout podcast. They'll be coming out next week. But this police officer walks up after a shooting. Greenville woman speaks out after ring doorbell video shows officers entering her home. Now, I haven't seen, this is the first time I've seen this report.
Starting point is 00:25:28 So for those that might have thought it was somehow manipulative, which question everything, here's the actual report. I mean, even just look at her face. It's just crazy. So this cop comes up to there. There's apparently a shooting outside the house, which that's too bad. That's sad. That matters.
Starting point is 00:25:41 But it's not this woman's responsibility. That's the collectivist mindset they have. Left and right, by the way, is ultimately they come to the door and say, well, you've got a ring camera. We need to see the footage. Now, right there, guys, the reality of your constitutional rights, I don't care. by now you can call it you mean you can say that's cold it's it's not the point though you don't have to you by the way what everyone says we talk why does this woman even answer the door at three in the
Starting point is 00:26:05 morning they're going to kick your front door in for that that's not going to happen if they did well it certainly shows you where we are in this country but do why will you answer the door i just find it insane that's it's like answering your phone when you're not expecting a call i don't know why people are such bound to these things that's how that works for the system but they go to the door and they say we need to see that now the woman I can't tell if she lies or is actually of the mind that it wasn't recording, but she's like, it's not even recording, it's dying, it's dead. And it was clearly recording.
Starting point is 00:26:32 But so the whole point becomes like it's somehow irresponsible of her to not give it up. That's even how this media report kind of frames it. And they push into her home. No warrant, no probable cause, no legal justification at all, other than we need to look at and find out whether or not. And guess what, guys, there was no footage because it can't see. You can tell for yourself. then they push in the door or after they're in there and they take her phone from her,
Starting point is 00:26:58 use her faced, which is why you shouldn't use biometrics on your phone of the thousandth reason, and make her unlock the phone, only to find out that it wasn't, I mean, this is terrifying, but this is so common. It's happening on people pulling over on the side of the road, saying, I need to step out to ask you questions, under what cause. Now I just want to make sure that I'm not going to get out. Well, you're obstructing my investigation. Well, suddenly, you're always guilty until proven.
Starting point is 00:27:23 guys, it's been that way a long time. So in this case, it's not about guilty to prove an innocent. It's just that they demand something. You don't want to comply. They don't care about your rights. Your rights don't matter to these people. And frankly, how we don't see it by now, they're being taught that, at least secondarily or rather subtly, you know, subconsciously even, that they don't matter because how else do you explain this? You pull it up and show me that it's not working and I'll leave you alone. Otherwise, I'm ripping it off the wall. I'm right and search for it. And I'm going to keep you up all night. See, that person should never be allowed to be in this position again.
Starting point is 00:28:03 Now, I believe that they were reprimanded, but as we know, this never, they'd get bumped to another place. They agree with this. You're going to rip my device off my wall because you want to just make sure that it doesn't show something that you think it might. How in the world did we allow us to get here, guys? This is a sure, this is, we allow this. You have to understand that. I mean, there are authoritarian governments and dictators that will just do what they will. But the point would be that at some level before that time frame,
Starting point is 00:28:29 There's been some level of, you know, what's the word I'm looking for? You know, like, like, blanking a words today. Apathy. Like we just, ah, it's not my responsibility. You know, because I argue right now, I mean, at the very least, if they just step out and say, we're going to do whatever we want, well, then we would at least know that we don't have any influence. I kind of think that's where we are, but then we could still stand up.
Starting point is 00:28:50 The point is right now, it's like there's this passive game going on where they're just hoping we just let it keep building. Oh, they'll work it out. Oh, Congress will figure it out. now that's the last thing in the world you should be thinking right now. Police then enter Unique What's Heels home. You're now being detained because you're not cooperating with an investigation. You're now being detained because you're not cooperating with an investigation about what?
Starting point is 00:29:15 What crime am I committing? See, that's the right aunt question because there is no crime being committed. She has no legal right to be detained. They kicked into your door. They knocked on your front door. I just, this, this is terrifying. The video you just saw stems from what Greenville police say was a shooting Tuesday morning around 3.20 a.m. at 3240 Mosley Drive just down from Teal's apartment. Teal has heard in another video from the same night telling an officer that her ring doorbell camera was dead.
Starting point is 00:29:44 That officer tells Teal it's still on. And it's same to my camera is. Okay, at this point, if you're the reporter, why in the world is that even necessary? Why is that even matter? Maybe she thought it was dead. You know what the implication is to me? the subtle point that she might have been lying. Why is the entire thing about whether she should or should not have?
Starting point is 00:30:02 These people, if you were a journalist here, you would be screaming about how these people violated her rights, how this shows you where we're going as a country, that this is a problem. But nope, it's this weird slant about how somehow she should have done what was right. Instead, they had to take it. It's insane. It's not working.
Starting point is 00:30:19 It's currently on 10%. It's dead. So it's not going to get any footage, any recording of what's going on. A third officer can be heard saying this when Teal continues to go back and forth with police. There's like a five-year-old girl that almost died right there. And you're going to act like this. I don't know what's going to.
Starting point is 00:30:36 It's making you feel like you're doing something wrong for simply not wanting to get involved with whatever's going on. And frankly, she's already said it's not there. So at this point, they don't know for sure. It very well. And guess what? It wasn't because they didn't actually have the footage they thought it did. But either way, it could have been dead for all they knew.
Starting point is 00:30:55 And they went through all of this just to make sure, in what point do you see your rights even on a blip in that conversation? Detained her and held her phone up to her face to unlock it and then searched through her phone for the footage. Yeah, so apparently like on the border, you know, where it just doesn't matter because border. Yeah, that's the whole country, guys. We've been telling you that for years. It's been encroaching the 100-mile zone game they play. There's rationale right now for anywhere.
Starting point is 00:31:21 That's why ICE is doing what they're doing. They're pretending they're doing immigration enforcement, which means you don't, your rights don't matter. It's immigration enforcement. And that basically pretends as well that they don't have constitutional rights, which they do.
Starting point is 00:31:33 It's just so much stupidity wrapped in corruption. People says they asked her if she deleted anything, and when she said no, police gave the phone back. Did you delete anything? What do you mean? Did I delete the murder that just took place? Why would that even be the mindset, guys?
Starting point is 00:31:48 It's just like now all of a sudden, it's like, Like this is just spun into something that they are doing based on nothing. Teal says both she and her daughter are traumatized by this situation. I don't even know what's going on. I was waking up out of my sleep today. So it's just like, why are y'all looking at me as if I'm part of whatever's going on? Right.
Starting point is 00:32:07 Teal says what happened Tuesday morning has destroyed her trust in Greenville police. I also spoke with her father, James. I asked him if he feels the same way about police now. Of course. I mean, of course I do. I mean, look at the way they treat people. It's unacceptable. All I got to say.
Starting point is 00:32:23 It's unacceptable. Right. I mean, you just can't do them out of the house like that. Obviously. Obviously. Now, of course, there's some today that would just argue that that would just, you know, just comply. And weirdly enough, it seems a lot of them are the ones telling you they're fighting the deep state.
Starting point is 00:32:37 Strange how that works out, right? Just disgusting. So back to the point. Cognite company that is the creepiest is really spy tech, operating in a city near you. So the point was simply that the ring camera is a, example of one of these live devices that these things can just use any of them. And this is how this is, it's not as, it's not as, it's not as, it's not hyperbolic.
Starting point is 00:33:05 That's the reality of this. And this is not, this is not new. That's the point of that's first article. This is what they're ultimately pointing to today. The new spyware with no defense exists. It's just been evolving in the background because Israel's been allowed to proliferate like this. That the, this, you know, both Israel as a, as a, as a paraphraseous. acidic government and entity, but also as just the tech spyware side of it as well.
Starting point is 00:33:28 And of course, if you still somehow ridiculously and brokenly think I meant anything about Jewish people, you're way behind the conversation. We're talking about the Israeli government. Plenty of Jews calling them out all over the world today. However, it says another concerning surveillance trend has flown under the radar. Since 2023, local and state police departments across the country have purchased technology for real-time monitoring of smart devices from the Israeli firm, cognite solutions.
Starting point is 00:33:56 Israel, as they write, is a hub of spyware technology or spy technology with more surveillance companies per capita than anywhere else in the world. That's one of many stats that will show you undeniably. And of course, then again, when you ask what country does this and it's China, then you'll begin to see that there's a slant there for very obvious reasons. And then find out what companies give you those answers. Do you find out what's going on? The end of the day, guys.
Starting point is 00:34:20 The most surveillance companies per capita than any of the case, the most surveillance companies per capita than any more than anywhere else in the world. This phenomenon is largely due to the elite Israeli military unit 8200, a signals intelligence unit that serves as a pipeline to private industry by design, by the way, and we've gone over this extensively, guys, with a reported 80%, 80% of founders in the domestic homeland security industry having served in that unit, 80%. However, Cognite had a slightly different founding story stretching back to 2018. The company was originally the Security and Defense Division of Virent. Technologies, another Israeli firm.
Starting point is 00:34:59 In October of that year, a Harat's investigation accused Veyrand of allowing this technology to be used by authoritarian governments to oppress their citizens. Surprise, surprise, used by Azerbaijan, to hunt down LBGTQ citizens, by South Sudan to spy on enemies of the regime, by Bahrain to imprison a famous human rights activist in the country by Bogota police to surveil political demonstrators. You know, the normal stuff. A year after the harass report broke in December of 2019, V-Rint announced they would spin off a new independent company from its security technologies division named Cognite.
Starting point is 00:35:34 Now, I want to be real clear about this, just like with Comframe and the rest, this is how this works. What you'll find is if you try to look into V-Rit right now, many of them, they largely don't exist anymore. What I'm going to get to in a second is V-Rint has now spun back into it. a U.S. company. Surprise, surprise. So now is cognize. It's the same dynamic. They create these is rarely things. They then somehow merge intertwine with other U.S. companies or just become U.S. companies, like the one we just discussed, which was, was it Jeff? No, it's Greg. Toka Deepens
Starting point is 00:36:07 engagement with U.S. and allied and government partners names Greg Smith, CEO, officially transitioning to a U.S.-based company with headquarters in Maryland. Right. So a very clear toka, a very clear Israeli company publicly tied directly to his intelligence and the military, just decides to randomly tag a CEO in the U.S. and say we're now a U.S. company. That's not a joke. That's what they keep doing. Transitioning to a U.S.-based entity, continuing to invest in growing teams, literally saying now that they're, what was it? I can't find.
Starting point is 00:36:43 I'm just trying to do it quickly. You know, basically saying now that their side company is in Israel now, even though that's the base. that's where it started. That's where it grew from. You know, it's just deliberate what they're doing. Now, this might not be a problem if our government had any concern to call it out. But same as how they're clearly, I argue, infiltrated and manipulated. They're not willing to call out what I argue is the plan. Anyway, back to the point. So Cognite is what became of Viren in the sense of, well, it says Viren announcement spin off a new independent company called Cognite. Now, in 2020, Cognite was found according to documents published by a Beringent.
Starting point is 00:37:23 Burmese human rights group to have sold its proprietary CSS software. That's what we're talking about, known as Falconet, to Myanmar's military just before its coup attempt. This is why I've talked about over the years how, I mean, almost embarrassingly obvious that is that Israel's been involved with literally every genocide we can talk about. And again, you may go, oh, you just hate Israel. Look for crying out loud, how obvious it is that they're behind funding the Rwanda genocide, giving machetes and oozes and stoking the flames. Look into it.
Starting point is 00:37:56 And so it's the same kind of idea here. And this is about whether it's Burmese or, you know, the other ones we've mentioned in this case, that's the common thread. But also the fact that what we're discussing is how these companies are involved with the illegalities around the world and spin off and become some U.S. company and they change their name. Sort of how, you know, ISIS becomes highate-teril-Sham.
Starting point is 00:38:13 And it's like, oh, we're just going to pretend like we don't know. It's the same thing you're dealing with. It was found according to published documents. to give this technology to Myanmar before they conducted a coup. According to a U.S. State Department report released after the sale, the regime was regularly monitoring cellular and electronic communications of its citizens. Sound familiar? Surveillance that helped enable extrajudicial killings,
Starting point is 00:38:44 arbitrary imprisonment, torture, and a host of other abuses. Was Israel ever held accountable for that? Well, you obviously know the answer. and largely not even the groups that conducted them because they were working with the use of the people we're talking about. I mean, I'm not going to get into my end more and overlap with the U.S. government, but we've talked about it and realized just like the rest of these dynamics, they're always allowing the despots of the world to do what they want
Starting point is 00:39:08 as long as they're willing to allow the U.S. to do what it wants and to someone how normalized with Israel or whatever. And then you're no longer a terrorist as long as you just do that for us. And then other people out there are working for good things in the world, and they're called terrorists because they support Palestine or whatever. just to make it simple in your mind. Now, before we go forward, talking about Verent, which I think is important here with the Sudem Part 2,
Starting point is 00:39:32 U.S. tech company Verent reportedly in talks to buy NSO group. Well, that was 2018, offering around a billion dollars. So what this shows me is what they have is like a collection of companies, like a deck of cards. And ultimately, it's just mixing it up and trade it around. It's one thing. That's all I see this.
Starting point is 00:39:50 Now, it's not as simple as that. There's people that have their own agendas, and, you know, whatever. They're still people that run the companies. There's still extensions of their military, but they may have their own agenda. At the end of the day, though, I think that there is a direct tie,
Starting point is 00:40:01 which they've said themselves. I can play on the clip again where they do, they extend out their agenda for the military. But my point would be that this group tried to buy it. It didn't happen. So it got shoveled up a different direction. But you're still have an Israeli company trying to buy over this one to hide at the NSO group.
Starting point is 00:40:16 But it ultimately didn't happen in 2018. You know why? Well, I shouldn't say plenty of reasons I could get into, but ultimately in 2025, well, the U.S. entity bought the NSO group. Weird how that all works. Then, of course, as you know, it molded itself right into Trump.
Starting point is 00:40:31 So just realize how clearly this happens. That's the end, that is a group that has been an open, basic cyber terror group for a long time that's now just folded itself into the U.S. government or U.S. entities anyway, spyware maker NSO group confirms acquisition by U.S. investors. And this was specifically, I'm going to, I'd go into this probably a different point, but realizing just a U.S. entity acquiring the NSO group. It doesn't change what it is.
Starting point is 00:40:58 And, of course, then Verent, which by, you know, so it spins off part of itself to cognite, right? Well, Verint's still in the background, still as a known Israeli entity that people are criticizing for crimes. Well, not after 2025, you know why? Because Tom A Bravo from Chicago completed their acquisition. Now it's not there anymore. A leader in AI-driven customer experience automation. So you have two U.S. companies that basically fold over an NSO group, V-R-int, all of it. The moment they become too hot, they get molded into something else.
Starting point is 00:41:30 And then later they pop back up with a different name. The Thomas Bravo, Toma-Brabbaugh is the world's largest software-focused investment firm with over $181 billion in assets under management as of September 30, 2025. No big deal. Just the world's largest software-focused investment firm getting folded over into an Israeli the tech cyber intelligence firm, which is what it is. And on the point of the genocide discussion, as you've seen plenty of times, Israeli cyber firm sold spy tech to South Sudan.
Starting point is 00:42:06 This is from 2021. Investigation fines. Not a secret. Oh, and guess what? And Vierant SpyTech played a role. We knew that because we read the other article. But clearly, they're just doling this stuff out to people. And I think it's about their agendas and getting control or influence and very
Starting point is 00:42:21 clearly, seeding this tech in people that need it, whether or not they know there's a back door because they want to take power. And so you then cede the area with your tech, which then gives you technological insight, surveillance. This is what they do. And right now, the point today, your country, the U.S., if you're from the United States, is overrun. Frankly, I think the same can be made for the U.K. and plenty of others. This is from 2025, how the R.S.F. is adopting Israel's template for genocide and Sudan. Nothing changes. Now I'll include the articles from Robert, 2024, how the Sudan's civil war was aided by the U.S.'s 's Israel normalization agenda, as well as the fact that the U.S. and Israel's hand in the Sudan's horrifying civil war.
Starting point is 00:43:02 Important to see that. Back to the article. In 2020, Coghnet was found, according to the documents, published by Burmese Human Rights Group to give their software to Myanmar before their coup attempt, torture, surveillance, extrajudicial killings, all the stuff that we know is being done by the very groups pretending to be the leaders of the first. free world. The offering technologies in all of these cases, CSS, what they call it, are radio frequency transmiters that retransmit a signal from an existing cell tower, amplify it, and dampen any background signals. Now, I argue really the tech is evolving with the new technology today, but this is the origin point of it. This tricks, and you know what this is, this basically stingrayed by discussion, the White House point, 2019,
Starting point is 00:43:51 or the police cars that are using it today in the middle of the street in America. This tricks a phone's innate connection. Oh, wait, where was it? Yeah, so it says the offending technologies in all these cases, CSS are radio frequency transmitters that retransmit a signal from an existing cell tower. Amplify it, excuse me, dampen any background signals. This tricks a phone's innate connection algorithm into connecting with the CSS software that they created.
Starting point is 00:44:20 allowing access to all unencrypted calls and messages. This means a CSS operator can then peak at the usage of all connected devices in real time, regardless of the device's intended target. Now, just because it describes it that way to realize there's multiple other elements, which means you could then, with other tech that they're using, access anything. Not just unencrypted calls, but there's plenty of ways. I mean, if they can break through the Apple security back in 2016, they can clearly break through encryption on these things today.
Starting point is 00:44:53 And that's not because of that, but I know that that's the case with the tech they're using. But the point being that either way, they're using this to get to manipulate their way into your personal devices, and then from there, anything interconnected. And it says the Electronic Frontier Foundation, a leading anti-surveillance legal and advocacy group,
Starting point is 00:45:14 has found that the software is used in over 80 U.S. police departments nationwide right now. 80 police stations, and I know it's more than that. are using these things and it's invasive and it violates your rights. According to the group, it has played a role in a wide array of covert warrantless searches. Worse, these simulators continue to advance. In recent years, we've learned that these devices now operate on 5G and Wi-Fi bans,
Starting point is 00:45:39 meaning app usage and internet searches can also be monitored. Now, remember, what we talked about, making a database to outline your political opinions and, you know, that's what this becomes. Uh-oh, you look at that website. You tag that thing, you like that, you shared this one, suddenly you're a problem. The government's been doing this a long time, and it's not about left and right if you're paying attention. This is just taking it to the technocratic degree. They can also be installed in false ceilings in police cruisers, which can be activated like a built-in GPS or even specially made backpacks, both of which cognite sells.
Starting point is 00:46:15 Of course, so Israeli intelligence. This makes them highly portable, easily deployable, and extremely difficult to track. They're all over. Florida, Albuquerque, Baltimore, police department has documented Cognite connection. That's right now. Last calendar year has been especially successful for Cognite in the American state and local law enforcement sector. Since 2025, it's won bids with three major law enforcement agencies in the U.S. The Metropolitan Police Department of Washington, D.C., go figure, spying all the politicians in November, the New York Police Department in December and the Texas State Police in March of 2026. Not new, guys. We've talked about this. Here's Forbes.
Starting point is 00:46:53 Israel's Palantir rival is selling $1 million spy vans to U.S. cops. Yep, that is cockedied. And we reported this back until this is July 2026. Six-year-old company, which was spun out of Israeli surveillance giant, Wyrant, in 2021. Old news, huh? Civil liberties expert Chip Gibbons of defending rights and dissent, an advocacy organization in Washington, D.C., said that these systems on their face,
Starting point is 00:47:26 which you already know, are violating Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable searches based on their tendency to collect more data than those of their specific target. Well, obviously, and this is not about the whole, you have no expectation of privacy in the public. This is a false argument, first of all. Your rights do not dictate where you're having. At the end of the day, it's clear that they are creating a circumstance where they're absorbing more information that they're not even aware of or even need. That is the point.
Starting point is 00:47:52 That's like saying, let me just look at your car to make sure there's nothing wrong going on. That's a violation of your, that's unnecessary search and seizure. That's the point. But you know, you could take things like, now blank on the term,
Starting point is 00:48:04 civil forfeiture, civil asset forfeiture. The term is so ridiculously orwellian, which means they just steal your money because they think you might be breaking the law, even if they can't prove it. That still goes on in this country. Cops abuse it all the time.
Starting point is 00:48:16 There's horror stories that I'm taking 10,000, from a group going to build a church, then buying themselves like an arcade machine in the office or a snow cone machine or something. Not a joke, by the way. So my point is that the idea of it's the same is they can just go in there and just grab it under the possibility of something and then you have to fight to get back what was yours. That's how all this goes today. The onus is on you with flock, everything else. You're guilty until you prove that's not you. Not how your rights work, not how this is supposed to work at all. Cognite. And it's present. assessor, Vierant, are not outliers in aiding human rights abuses.
Starting point is 00:48:56 Israeli defense and security firms are known to test their technologies on Palestinian civilians in the West Bank or Gaza, as we've told you many times, raising concerns even before their products are widely distributed. So this is the point as always is that whether or not they're doing what they're talking about, there should be an immediate, like a principled stance here from our government to say, we're not going to do this because of what you're doing. They don't care, which says everything. Not only not care, they're funding, guys. They're still funding and gaslighting you around the worst genocide we've ever seen in our lives. And it's spreading, by the way. And despite the Israeli government's role in approving and licensing arms exports, many Israeli firms
Starting point is 00:49:38 continue to face accusations of misconduct. Firms such as Sellbrite, which Derek's written about, we've talked about more than once, which sells hardware to hack locked phones. Okay, well, Why is that even something you know, only bad guys? Well, clearly not. And NSO group, a purveyor of zero-click malware that assumes control of a smartphone without any user interaction are facing international scrutiny in part because of sales to repressive governments. Now, look, let's be real and take a step back. Do you really believe that they have the ability to have zero-click malware,
Starting point is 00:50:11 but yet then they use ones that you need to click on? Just take a second and think about that. I argue. It could be, you know, maybe it's financial limitations. Maybe it's, I don't know, power. But it's kind of the same idea of talking about, like, you know, cameras and spy and listening devices. It's like, guys, this is like 1980 stuff. We are so far beyond the idea of physical cameras in spite of and listening devices.
Starting point is 00:50:37 You know, when you can 3D map an entire room with a Wi-Fi device, you don't need those. They still exist and still have uses, but realize that if they have zero-click malware, which they do, and which they're working UK, US, they're using this, guys, and it's probably ubiquitous right now. Just my thought. I mean, why wouldn't they, if they're using it so freely, why would they go back to you? Why would they, and they need to get your information,
Starting point is 00:50:59 and they're going to hope you click the ad? Seems kind of naive to me, but it goes on to say most of the contracts noted above displaced incumbent vendors. So why are agencies switching to cognate? Right? So they're making a conscious choice to all, almost collectively, switch away from current,
Starting point is 00:51:16 in long-standing partners. Well, guys, it speaks to my whole point. This is a takeover. This is them consolidating this market. It is hard to say at the moment, they write, excuse me, part of the trend may be due to a highly usable AI-enabled data dashboard, dubbed next site,
Starting point is 00:51:36 that according to the company's website, allows law enforcement to connect the dots faster. Now, this is what they're all doing. Public demonstrations featured on the site show how data fusion systems, just like it sounds like the fusion centers, like the sharing of data and information, that takes publicly available information
Starting point is 00:51:55 like your social media posts and combines it with police investigative files. Now that makes that sound very benign, we're also talking about stuff that's not publicly available, but stuff that's private, but they can just absorb because they have access to government databases. These are not used to create a, or excuse me,
Starting point is 00:52:12 these are used to create a threat score. a link and link a subject to known accomplices. This is your social credit score. And you're now guilty by association. This is what they've already built out and long since been using. But this is what they're all talking about it and realized, just like we saw during, you know, the AI early Trump, but the part of this, early part of this administration where they had all the different, you know, for your privacy, extensively because they cared about your rights.
Starting point is 00:52:40 Different locations had siloed information. It wasn't just freely shared across the government database, right? well what they do well they removed all of that pushed it all in one spot and had a joint collaborative effort with eight with israel to train their AI models on your personal information on top of that a thousand other things you could show where israel has access to personal u.s. information so that that's what they did i argue and the same thing we're talking about here is finding a way to just make it some you know you have all these scattered pieces of information but you jam it all together and use it as one actionable piece so if that may sound like it you know
Starting point is 00:53:14 if you believe they'll do it all for the most altruistic reasons, then great, they'll catch more bad guys. Of course, that's not how that tends to work. It also doesn't care about your rights. At some point, we've got to realize that's where this goes. So, an overlap to this, before we continue into the biometric side, is that ultimately with Trump's app in the White House, I thought that I really wanted to revisit this because of all the conversations, all the examples we've had, you know, walls and his telemessage app and all the different things that are just undeniable that they're either tricked into doing that or directly working for the foreign power.
Starting point is 00:53:50 This one stands out in a special way that I wanted to reiterate because of the conversation today. This was 2026 March. Trump releases White House app with dangerous spyware. And of course, Israel's spyware quiet comeback under Trump. I'm telling you guys, you watch this platform, you Derek Whitney, IMA, you will be shocked at how far ahead you are on some of these things that pop up late. and they're all screech about at the same time. The end of the day, this is exactly what we're talking about. Now, whether Trump is a dupe, a patsy, however you read this,
Starting point is 00:54:23 you need to see that this has been unprecedented in his administration, even more than his first one, whatever they're pushing, it's just full court press right now. And it's coming out left and right from, you have Eric Prince with his unplugged phone that was directly made by people from the NSO group. Are you kidding me? Now you have Trump, you have Trump, and then you have Trump putting out his own spyware app tied to the same Israeli entities.
Starting point is 00:54:48 I mean, all you have NSO group working with ICE. You have all the, I mean, it's just, it's one thing after the other. And this is just on this topic. So quickly going back through a couple of examples. What I think is funny about this, this, when we read this, there wasn't an update. We read this article. This is pretty like a, like a, it's from an atomic dot computer. Just kind of a breakdown of what they, their like tech perspective of the app.
Starting point is 00:55:12 And it was pretty damn bad. Now, the update is crazy because it says update March 30th, 2026. The core security concerns are unchanged. So they basically argue, we did it, we updated it, there's no problem anymore. And the guy in the interview even made that case. Oh, no, it was one small thing. We fixed it. No problem.
Starting point is 00:55:28 Now, the reason you're not hearing about the app is because that was a lie. The app doesn't exist. It's gone. Or rather, at least it's not being publicly pushed. I believe it's still on all of their personal devices at the DHS. I'll show you why. The core security concerns are simply unchecked. changed, even though they claimed they updated everything.
Starting point is 00:55:46 It says, we followed up with a network traffic analysis that confirmed the app. Trump's White House app sends your IP address, your time zone, your device model, your OS version, your session count, your session duration, and a persistent unique identifier to one signal on every launch, despite the permission string itself claiming the app does not use your location. literally blind to you, knowing they're lying to you, and the Privacy Manifest declaring zero data collection, blatantly a lie.
Starting point is 00:56:20 Only 23% of the apps requests go to the White House.gov. Guess what? The other 77% go to third parties. So first, you could simply argue they're just selling you out like they do with everything else they've done to profit themselves, but it's more than that. And I think you know that. I think this is not just about third parties.
Starting point is 00:56:37 It's about exactly the focus of today. on March 27th, 2026, the White House released its official iOS app, published the executive office, published the executive office of the president under the bundle ID, gov.whitehouse. Dot app. It promises citizens, quote, direct unfiltered access to the people's house. Now, this feels like the same thing I said with those companies,
Starting point is 00:56:59 where they pop up, they have this big push, the new phone, the new thing, the new app, and then they get exposed and they just vanish. which shows you something, doesn't it? If it was an app, they would keep fighting for what if us, you know, no, they just drop and run and start a new thing. Sort of like, you know, it's not the same thing, but now you have Eric Prince out there with his Vectis Air Defense doing the same thing. We'll absorb all the data information in one place and we'll use these things to surveil all of your special security data, you know, your data centers and you're doing now. But the point here is that you have this thing they create where you go, look, look, perfect access to the White House. This huge push and then they get exposed and they just,
Starting point is 00:57:36 move on? Isn't that a little bit uncomfortable? Direct access to the people's house? What happened? Is it gone? Did you not care anymore? Or did you just get caught for what it was and just hope we would stop talking about it? Pretty scary, I think. I think that was all I got. And please read through this. We went through this in depth in the first show we talked about this on this one right here. So here, by the way, is what the White House put out about this. I'm not going to play the video, but it says it's just like a little blip thing. Launched the White House app. Real live streams, real time updates,
Starting point is 00:58:14 straight from the source, no filter. The conversation everyone's watching is now at your fingertips. Oh, community note. The White House app saves the user's exact location to a remote server every 4.5 minutes with no way to disable the feature. That was a community note on, it's just still there.
Starting point is 00:58:35 that just that's insane i find absolutely insane now of course you got eight million views and for that much views pretty low engagement here is what the libertarian party put out showing you what the actual app showed them the new white house app is literally spyware guys now funny how that rings it right back around to what we're talking about doesn't it access now when you look into the actual app which we go through in the show it's some ohio based thing there's not many obvious connections to anything of no other couple small ones stand out like so some overlapping things, but it's not worth diving into because it's all subjective. But it doesn't mean just because you can't verify what it's connected to, it doesn't mean
Starting point is 00:59:11 it's not alarming. For all we know, Trump did it himself. It still is just alarming to me. It is a spyware app that I still argue is about the obvious over. I mean, I do find some connections in here. So you can look at yourself. But the bigger point is just that it's happening at all. And they dropped it.
Starting point is 00:59:26 But you can look. Version 47.0. Location. Access precise location only in the foreground. Access approximate location only in the foreground. don't want you to see it. Storage. Modify or delete the contents of your shared storage. That was one of my big points in discussion, guys. That's insane. That's not what you want from an app to be able to manipulate what's on your phone. Other run foreground service. The app can
Starting point is 00:59:51 appear on top of other apps run at the startup of your phone. This is insanely invasive. Google Play license check, read badge notifications, view network connections, prevent a phone from sleeping. What? View Wi-Fi connections. Use fingerprint hardware. Show notifications, receive data from the internet, control vibration, have full network access, use biometric hardware. My God. This is just somebody joking. The White House have all your photos, live streams, events, share with Israel. There is lives of TikTok.
Starting point is 01:00:22 Of course, doing what they always do and going, why is Apple hiding the app? Which the truth was, and I said at the time, it just hadn't shown up yet. It did eventually pop up, actually, because it takes what they said, 72 hours. for it to pop up on the news one. Just typical, lack of due diligence, screeching stupidity. At the end of the day, they're just pushing for you to take an app
Starting point is 01:00:43 that is real or rather, in this case, that somebody built that absorbs your personal information. If Biden did it, she'd be screeching about it for the rest of her life. You know, it's just, you know, how's the Epstein files going? Lives of TikTok. The end of the day, guys, these people just push what they want you to see. Now, wired on June 23rd, federal workers can't get the White House app off their phones.
Starting point is 01:01:04 literally spyware. And I mean, this is so wild to me that this is not a, sort of like any number of these topics we picked. Should this be enough? Shouldn't any one of these be enough? I deleted it as a test and it came back immediately.
Starting point is 01:01:18 Now it says, White House announced that its new app would be automatically downloaded on the work phones of millions of government employees. The problem, federal workers hate it, can't get rid of it. Now, think about this now.
Starting point is 01:01:30 Is it still, I was unable to find out, is it still on their phones? It's still something. how operating behind the scenes of their phones. And even if it's deleted, as they said, it's coming back. Is there some kind of spyware that's there no matter what? Now, this is what's important to understand, guys. I mean, I could play the clip of Wilkerson telling you that he was told that Israel ran the
Starting point is 01:01:47 Pentagon. I can play Karaku, John Karaku, telling you from former CIA that, you know, that's, that we know, he knows that they, you know, all the same statement. I can show you Douglas McGregor telling you he believes Israel currently controls the US military, at least he posted that months ago. My point is just to realize. how obvious it is that there's some level of this where we have this kind of influence
Starting point is 01:02:07 to a very, very public and seen degree. So when you have federal workers with Israeli spyware or just some kind of spyware with an element that's clearly beholden to Israel, there should be concerned there. In Apple's App Store, the app's privacy policy links out
Starting point is 01:02:25 to the official page describing the privacy policy at their own website, whitehouse.gov. At the bottom of the page, there's a section for the policies for the White House mobile app only an email address. No details on the privacy data policies for the app.
Starting point is 01:02:41 So they're tricking you. Click here for private and you look at it and go, I'm sure they got it handled. Oh, and you click on it, there is no privacy policy. Cool. It's almost like they hope you wouldn't click on that. Like they know what they're doing?
Starting point is 01:02:51 And you know what it is too? They're no, very few people would fall for this in any context, but it's because they know that you have faith in them so they take advantage of that. Because it's very simple if you see this. The White House app does not require anyone to create an account. or enter any data on the app, they say. And any information, the app is safe and secure,
Starting point is 01:03:11 the White House spokesperson lied to your face about. You know what? Think about how they said that you don't have to enter any data. You know why? Because they already have access to it all. Because they already absorb it all. Because what they're getting, they're already getting from you. Just so slimy.
Starting point is 01:03:24 And realized this, they dropped it. In April, shortly after the app launched, cybersecurity experts flagged several concerns, including the fact that the app initially shared your user's location and even your IEP address with 30. third parties. In investigation by Notas found that the app incorporated widgets created by a Russian-based company called ElfSight, which exposed the personal information of the White House officials.
Starting point is 01:03:48 Elfsite did not respond to a request for comment at the time of this reporting. The White House has said Elf site has been made aware of its vulnerability. Now, this was a company again that the Ohio-based person worked with. Now, does that mean that it was a Russia hack? Certainly could be. Or Russian spyware? Absolutely could mean that. that's why it matters one way or the other.
Starting point is 01:04:07 Is it just that they were too stupid to realize Russia got inside? Certainly possible. You know, either way you look at this, guys, it should be concerning to us that this is what our government is either through your own stupid stupidity and incompetence allowing or doing to you. It just needs to be seen that way. So another story that connects these dots, I think, is pretty alarming. This is from The Guardian. This came out yesterday. Now, considering all that we discussed, Trump's D.A.
Starting point is 01:04:39 is using an obscure law to secretly snoop on journalists, nonprofits, and unions. It's outrageous. Now, the reason I included this is because what we're talking about is them using a manipulative law that's very clearly that they're lying about in order to get access to personal information, which is interesting because what we're talking about are ways that they could basically get access to some of it via spyware. So it's, I guess, could show you that it's not all-encompassing, which I hope. But either way, the main point I'm showing you is to realize that no matter which way you spin this,
Starting point is 01:05:13 these people don't care about your rights, whether they use Israeli spyware or let Israel do whatever it wants, or just break the law to spy on journalists because they don't like your opinions. This is the group of the free speech party, the ones fighting the deep state. Guys, these are the bat. This is everything you were ever fighting with a mask on. And not even that anymore. Well, frankly, literally no pun intended, quite frankly. But it's clear this is what you were actually, whether Biden or Trump, they're the same thing doing the same thing.
Starting point is 01:05:42 They don't care about your rights. They love to sell you what they want you to hear so you think they care and then they go right back and doing what they do. The Trump administration has been deploying an obscure legal maneuver to try and obtain private information on journalists, non-profits and unions, raising alarm over a power the government has asserted without judicial oversight. Sound familiar, doesn't it? ICE, all the rest. They're finding loopholes and sidesteps. and most of them are blatantly illegal, but they're just overwhelming the system.
Starting point is 01:06:10 Congress won't hold them accountable. There's no impeachment. This is how they know that they can push this. They know they can push it because the system is either broken beyond repair or not capable of doing it or they never had intended to do it because it's all one thing.
Starting point is 01:06:24 I don't know how else you look at this because if there's been 15 unbelievably clear examples of something that Trump or anybody should have been impeached for. Unbelievably clear. And only one or two examples for impeachment conversations have even started. And I don't think they were genuine.
Starting point is 01:06:39 I think it was just to get political points. So in this case, left and right. Anybody that they disagree with, they're abusing their rights. In one instance, the government obtained six months of telephone records for Georgia Fort, a Minneapolis journalist. Fort was not notified of the request for her information, nor was she given a chance to contest the government's effort to obtain them. Her lawyers said in court papers, in February of this year, federal prosecutors
Starting point is 01:07:06 twice sought search warrants for the account information for the YouTube channel of Fort. And the journalist Don Lemon, both of which, both of whom have pleaded not guilty to criminal charges in connection to a protest at the Minneapolis Church. Now, we've talked about this. Now, this is always how this goes. Don Lemon, the low-level entity that could easily be thrown under the bus. But what's interesting is that I think the way they tend to do this is to get you thinking, okay, you violate Don Lemon's rights,
Starting point is 01:07:37 what are most Republicans going to do? I don't care. Even though you should care, even if it's being used against you, it's still being used for that reason. So you then go, oh, we'll allow the violation of his rights. It shouldn't matter whether he's lying or wrong
Starting point is 01:07:50 or involved with this whole thing. If what they're doing is violating his rights, then you should be against it if you have principle. So in this case, if I remember the story correctly, he pretends to be there filming as a journalist, but was actively taking part in some cases I saw myself. So you take it for what you will. I thought it was dumb for them to go and protest in a church in the first place. It seems unnecessary. The guy allegedly was a
Starting point is 01:08:13 an ice, he worked for ice, but was also a pastor, but turned out he wasn't even there. So that matters at the end part of this. But all that aside, I think Don Lemon's an idiot. I think what they were doing was clearly to make a point for political reasons. Either way, what they're doing, all that should be washed away from the conversation for to make the point. It's a person who did something online and they pushed to get access to their personal YouTube information. Why? What does anything that have to do with anything? And the more of this goes on, you'll find this to be very alarming.
Starting point is 01:08:47 It says a judge twice rejected their request to get access to this information, writing that the government had failed to establish probable cause of a crime and that he wanted Lemon and Fort to be informed of the request so they had a chance to challenge it. Again, whether you think the judge acted from political whatever, it doesn't change. change the point is that the reality of this is not about charging it with a crime for the church. It's about trying to access to personal information under the guise that it was about what you saw on a, you know, you don't need their access to their other personal information on YouTube to know that they did what they did while they were there. So it's all, it's always, it's all of this is about sidestepping the point and getting you to accept what you otherwise wouldn't accept. This is about a month after the judge's ruling saying they weren't allowed
Starting point is 01:09:28 to do this. The government said it was withdrawing the request. Now this, that's what you'll see as a common tactic. Because what they're using here is something that is a violation of the law. And if they push it, a judge will eventually rule that it is. And they'll, I mean, knowing them, they'll just do it anyway. But then that lease puts it on record that what they're doing is illegal. But it says officials hadn't given up on getting the data. Less than a month later, the DHS served Google with a different request for the YouTube information. Do you remember when this was totally like the Republicans calling out the Democrats for serving social media companies and Elon Musk was up in arms.
Starting point is 01:10:01 Funny, I doesn't care about this right now because they're all flaming ridiculous hypocrites because this is, they don't care. They only care about framing themselves as the adversary. Right. So in this case, Google is allowing the government access to a YouTube channel. That's not new. That's happened more far too many times now, but it's still a violation. It's still showing that YouTube will sell you out.
Starting point is 01:10:23 Same with Twitter with Garm and all the rest. It says this time, DHS utilized a different method. that's where the point comes in for what they're utilizing it, or for what they're using to sidestep what the judge is ruling right above, but a method that didn't require approval from a judge. So again, just like with ICE, suddenly you can't do the illegal thing you want to do, well, then you just write a memo that says we can.
Starting point is 01:10:47 All done, right? Finished. That's just what our government's always done. Smith Modernization Act. We're all good, right? No, you guys just bastardize what we're asking you for. That's what they always do. So with ICE, they're now arguing we can kick in your front door if we believe as an immigrant's
Starting point is 01:11:01 there because we signed our own warrant, not how that works, ruled over which way a thousand times. They still do it now and again. They don't care. And there's nobody doing anything about it. In this case, the same idea. We tell you you can't. It's against the law. So you create a different avenue and say you don't need a judge.
Starting point is 01:11:19 That is who we're dealing with. Left and right, our governments are slimy, manipulative people who want to get what they want. Your rights are a barrier to be avoided. only a sign off from a DHS official. It's all they need. Right. So the people doing the investigation get to decide whether they get the warrant. That sure works out.
Starting point is 01:11:34 That's not, that's the whole check and balance point. It shows you that that's not how they're supposed to work. Like, you know, when Trump says, article two, gives me the power, do what I want. Well, it's the dumbest argument in the conversation. Because the reality is if you understand the fundamental points of the way this was designed, it's about checking the power of everybody else. So if you believe that there's one article that gives you power of everything, then you're stupid.
Starting point is 01:11:56 You don't understand how these things operate. And it goes the same with all of this, right? If they can just give themselves their own warrants, then you fundamentally don't understand the way the system works, or at the least the way it was designed to work. It served Google and administrative summons citing an arcane provision of federal law, 19 U.S.C. 1509, dealing with customs imports.
Starting point is 01:12:19 You know why? Because the provision gives the DHS, which I argue in and of itself is a violation, because it gives you this broad loophole based on their convenience, broad power to inspect records in order to determine whether duties and taxes are being correctly levied and important. Oh, good.
Starting point is 01:12:36 So give me access to Don Lemon's YouTube channel because we want to make sure he's correctly levied taxes. They know damn well what they're doing. It's blatantly listening. They're arguing that, well, we don't know, right? We have broad authority to search just in case. They're laughing at you. And this is what's so crazy.
Starting point is 01:12:55 This is judges, lawyer, we all know what they're doing. It's very obvious. They're doing the smirk on their face. They're going, well, that applies, doesn't it? They're playing the law, which is, by the way, what they always do. They're just obvious about it. They shouldn't always add that point because it kind of undermines the point of making, but realize that is the truth.
Starting point is 01:13:13 Obama was just better at hiding it from you guys. But the point here is that clearly they literally don't care about what they tell you you're bound by. The DHS summons was issued, under a statute that does give the agency broad power to determine records, but only in the limited circumstance of there being a need to investigate a customs issue. Now, this is my point, though. So then if there's even a small overlap, they could just go, oh, customs related,
Starting point is 01:13:40 therefore we can search anything for as long as we want. Right there, same point. That's not how that works. So if the government's created their own loophole that gives them the broad authority to not care about X, Y, and Z, well, then we have to call them for it and pull it back. but we've lost that. We've become apathetic, fire in a theater, long since gone, right? But your, you know, I'm not going to go with it all again.
Starting point is 01:14:00 It's the same idea. Yes, somebody could be hurt. At the end of the day, though, your rights are paramount, period. That's all that needs to matter at this point is that we err on the side of your rights. So, they're just going to use this going forward. Well, we just want to make sure there's no levies to be taxes to be levied. So we're going to dive through your safe for your personal information. Like that's, that's as dumb as that sounds.
Starting point is 01:14:23 That's exactly what they're doing here. And this is Chris Duncan, a former lawyer for the Department of Homeland Security. He says, quote, these laws have absolutely nothing to do with a domestic situation at a church. A social media post, even an immigration matter. Quote, it's outrageous conduct on so many levels. It's hard to know where to begin, said John Roth, who served as Inspector General for the Department of Homeland Security from 2014-2017. this is i mean guys that's within trump's administration that's why they spoke to him so you have a guy who served as inspector general for the dhs under trump who is saying i don't even know where to begin this
Starting point is 01:15:03 is so outrageous this is an improper use of the subpoena under any circumstance it is not a customs case it is not a customs violation they are not investigating customs violation but as i said you're going to get far too many people that go screw down lemon stick it to them that's what they would do to you, the left breaks a law, you're already lost. Even if all that's correct. You're still, so you're okay doing the same thing. So you don't care about anybody's rights. When you do the same thing back because they started it, you're a third year old. You know, you're a three year old. You're in third grade. The reality is that if you care about it, you should try to stop it, not allow it because they did. They're making you stupid.
Starting point is 01:15:41 They're making us juvenile. Obviously what this is. The DHS also sought and obtained six months of phone records for Fort from T-Mobile. part of the story, which includes records for more than 10,000 calls and text messages. Fort was not notified the government was seeking the records until mid-July when government lawyers produced them to her lawyers. Then it's kind of the same point is this idea where it's like, well, when do I get to protest this? The way the system works today, they all is happening behind the scenes and you don't have any
Starting point is 01:16:10 get to stand up and go, well, that's a violation of my rights. I want to protest that. Not how this works anymore. You're guilty until proven innocent. Forrest's lawyers wrote in a filing this week, they were stunned to see. the government had unilaterally been able to obtain the log of the very communications that the judge had warned them about obtaining. They don't have any respect for any of this. Quote, it's very concerning because the information demanded can help the government uncover
Starting point is 01:16:37 a journalist confidential sources. Yeah, that's clearly one of the problems, but it's also a violation of our constitutional rights. Note how that tends to not be the focal point of anybody in the mainstream. Team Mobile did not address why it turned over. the information. Yeah, boycott T-Mobile. Is that even work anymore? The truth is, that's ridiculous, guys. Any company that's willing to hand over your information, especially when it comes to an unjust guy, you know, in general, but especially for something like this, run screaming. Quote, we take our responsibility to protect customers' privacy and personal information very seriously. Then they sold your data to the highest bidder. You know, it's just gross. That was T-Mold's
Starting point is 01:17:14 statement, by the way. We care about your privacy, but you clearly don't, so shut up. In addition to Fort and Lemon, the DHS also sought information on the YouTube accounts for the far-left-leaning outlet democracy now. Conservative podcaster Megan Kelly, see, and Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and independent journalist named Brendan Gutenshwager. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, an entire platform, independent journalists, right-wing podcaster, democracy. I mean, guys, this is always anybody who has been paying attention, been telling you, it doesn't go one way. It will be applied. Suddenly, Megan Kelly's going, Trump bad. Oh, suddenly now you're going to get spite on. And guess what, guys, is probably already happening. Just, and it's not because everything's bad all the time. It's because
Starting point is 01:18:00 this is where we've allowed it to get to. Fight, stand up, try to stop it. This is not okay. And this is just the using the illegal law, you know, not the surveillance is also happening around at all. It's unclear why exactly the DHS wanted the YouTube account information. That's the scary part, really. Why? What is, in what? In what? way does it in even the slightest way connect to the conversation? Maybe you have secret videos back there. They can't see. Well, they wouldn't need to access. They could ask YouTube to hand it over. They probably would. So this is weird. They want access to the backend. Are they going to put deep fake videos on there? Or they going to, you know, I don't, who knows where this could go?
Starting point is 01:18:35 I'm just kind of being facetious, but realize it's just, that's, this doesn't make sense to me. It goes, which includes things like your, your IP address, information about when you're logging on. quote, it's still concerning that the government sought a subscriber information for Lemon and Fort because there's no reason it would need this information for the criminal charges that it brought. I agree. Seems invasive. The episode was the most recent example of an alarming pattern in recent months in which the DHS
Starting point is 01:19:03 avoided judicial scrutiny and deployed a summons related to customs enforcement to pressure companies into turning over information on Americans. That should be pretty damn chilling if you understand where we are. The U.S. Constitution's Fourth Amendment protects against unreasonable searches and seizures. And law enforcement generally must show a judge or a grand jury. They have probable cause to believe the materials they want to search will produce evidence of a crime. One more thing I was going to say. scrutiny depends on someone's related customs.
Starting point is 01:19:41 Oh, well, that's all I was going to add that. You know, so right now we can stand strong by these statements. I believe in them at least if we're forced to live in a state of society, right? But right now, if you have civil acid forfeiture, I mean, there's nothing that better represents an unreasonable seizure than them stealing $10,000 from your car because you have it. And that's it. That's literal. I mean, I can't even believe that people, most people don't even know that. If you look this up, it still happens to this day.
Starting point is 01:20:09 And that's apparently the justification. Well, you have money. And we don't think that makes sense. Shouldn't use a credit card. And they steal it. And then you have to go through this wild process to get back. and you rarely do. So go in and tell me about unreasonable seizure.
Starting point is 01:20:24 All it shows you is they don't actually right now care about your rights. But then, of course, generally must show. I just hate the way they state that. Technically speaking, there are points in which there's an actionable point, you know, where you come in and you're suddenly there's, you know, in the midst of an act, there's somebody with a gun out, you know, like, arguably you don't need a warrant. That's why generally.
Starting point is 01:20:43 But the problem is this ends up being used in the idea of what we're talking about, as if there's some opening where you don't need a warrant to do something that requires a warrant. That's not the case. But over the last few months, the Department of Homeland Security has undertaken a brazen effort to get around that fundamental safeguard, in addition to efforts to obtain records on Minnesota journalists, which alone should be crazy to us. The DHS has used the 1509 law summons to pressure social media companies to unmask the identities. guess what of people who have criticized ICE officers oh no and to obtain financial information on a host of unions and left-leaning nonprofit organizations in Minneapolis for what clearly not breaking the law because oh their ideas are bad that's why data Republicans is making this database which will turn back around and used on them the moment it gets in the hands of the next party of course because that blind enough to see unable to see that apparently but i mean guys to get your pressuring to handover identities of people that
Starting point is 01:21:45 that said ice are bad? I mean, if you have a, you know, last hanging, I mean, I don't know what that frame it. Like, if you still believe in the smallest degree that we are in any way what we pretend we are, you're blind. That's not to say that it's lost, but clearly they do not care.
Starting point is 01:22:03 Wild. And Minnesota, the whole thing, you know, obviously there's a lot that happened there and it plays into all of this. In a separate case in which 15 activists face criminal conspiracy charges, DHS, successfully obtained the financial records of the Sunrise Movement,
Starting point is 01:22:19 the Service Employees International Union and the Communications Workers of America, as well as Venmo Records for a nonprofit organization called Voices for Racial Justice. None of these organizations is charged with the crimes, and the DHS did not offer any explanation for why it needed the records. PayPal, Venmo's parent company, declined to comment. They're all just, you know, all of these companies are cowards. They will just sell out to the highest bidder, and we know that. The idea that you're going to get the financial information of these companies that's not
Starting point is 01:22:50 your legal right to have under your government stands and then no crimes or charge, no accusations are leveled, nobody's arrested. I mean, it's just they're abusing their power, but that's not a big surprise, but it's all because of their opinions, guys, that's all that comes down to. They're trying to create some kind of a network picture. That's what it really means to me. Just so obvious where this goes. And of course, like I said before, some people out there are going to go, oh, just racial justice.
Starting point is 01:23:19 So where's the crime they're violating? If you don't care about that, then you're the problem. You're the one out there cheering on the end of everything you think you're fighting for, which is sad. People can't see that. There's a long history of DHS abusing the summons authority. And that is the same one we're talking about. It says, particularly to try to go after people whose speech DHS is somehow irked by. I mean, anyone even going to deny that with what Trump has been saying publicly?
Starting point is 01:23:50 It says, but whose speech is protected by the First Amendment, of course. The New York Times reported in February that the DHS had served hundreds, hundreds of administrative subpoenas on social media companies for information on users. Yeah, so just like the Biden administration. Oh, but wait a minute, I don't hear all those people screaming about it like Elon, all the people, all the Benny Johnson. Funny how they don't care about it now, right? and that's not all conservatives and Republicans, that's the fake new media, the fake everything. I'm telling you, I think most Americans are seeing varying parts of this, but more than ever right now. In the Minneapolis church case involving Lemon and Fort, the Trump administration has argued it has the power to use the customs-related summons to obtain information, even though the crimes the defendants were charged with have nothing to do with customs.
Starting point is 01:24:40 See, they're even willing to argue it further because they just don't care. The protesters enter the church because of a local ICE official was a pastor there, as we told you, and could have potentially assaulted him or interfered with his duties. That's what they're saying. Justice Department lawyers wrote in a filing could have is not did, even though the man did not appear to have even been there when this happened. And there were no DHS officials at the church or involved in the protest. lawyers said the DHS was entitled to issue the summons because it was investigating a potential assault and a law enforcement officer.
Starting point is 01:25:17 Wait, so square that circle for me. So wait, so you're saying it was okay that we used the customs direction. Why? Because an officer was involved? That they're not even trying, guys. Like I've got you, they have these lawyers in the background who are just pulling their hair out because they have to like make sense of whatever Trump just demands you jam in. Because my God, guys, customs, you know, the only reason they used it is because that, gives them the appearance of the legality to just peruse through any number of things because it might be a customs violation. But good luck selling that on a judge that your YouTube data is somehow a violation of customs. You know, it's just, it's all, this is my point.
Starting point is 01:25:53 They know that's not going to go anywhere where there's actually going to be accountability, or if that's even possible with YouTube data. They just want access to it. Why? What is it we're not seeing in there? Something. Maybe Don Lemon's got something weird if they want to see. It's something bigger than this, and that's what worries me.
Starting point is 01:26:09 in court filings the Trump administration has argued the Department of Homeland Security has the power to demand such records without judicial oversight because he says so article two i'm in true i mean i'm the president i could do what i want that might as well be his answer and stupidly some people not along if a user actually hired a lawyer quote it would cost tens of thousands of dollars to fight one of these so case being somebody they try to invasively look at your personal data and you can't catch wind of it. They're using some, you know, 1509 customs law and you push back. Well, as we talked about with my unjust copyright allegations, we spent over $50,000 to fight that. And I ostensibly won. I mean, I did in the sense that they ultimately, you know, spent tons of money to get about a thousand bucks for me in the end. And that was only because of covering costs. Like ultimately, they clearly lost in that exchange, but I lost because I spent so much money, which is the the whole, I think was the only point of that. And so in the same thing here, if a user actually hired a lawyer,
Starting point is 01:27:15 it would cost tens of thousands of dollars to fight, if way more than that, if they push it. And this is from the Electronic Frontier Foundation. They are not shouldering that burden, right? They're pushing that cost onto users and onto nonprofit groups when they could easily get their high-powered lawyers who are being paid $500 to $1,000 an hour to fight these. And then that's the point is then you have to pick up, you know,
Starting point is 01:27:39 it's designed so you, just give up. In one instance last year, the DHS served a 1509 summons on meta, Facebook, to unmask the user behind an Instagram and Facebook account. For what? That monitored ICE
Starting point is 01:27:54 activities. I don't know why that's not. I mean, that's you, you guys should be marching through the streets. They're literally using their government power to unmask you, your personal anonymity because you do what you're legally allowed to do. the user challenged the summons in court saying it was clearly not authorized under the law. Lawyers for the DHS defended the summons, saying it fell within the scope of laws.
Starting point is 01:28:20 The DHS enforced. Talk about politically motivated judges. An answer like that, that's what they're hoping for. A judge that goes, I like what you're doing and I agree with your agenda. That's a stupid answer. Both sides presented arguments before a judge on January 15th and DHS withdrew the summons. the next day. Obvious why, like we just talked about.
Starting point is 01:28:43 As it says, they don't want to judge to take away this scary tool because they're getting stuff out of it. The question is what? Once a court ruling says, thou shalt not use this statute. It does not apply. Then they'll get stuck. The office of the Inspector General Review found that officials and customs and border protections office of professional responsibility were regularly misusing this subpoena.
Starting point is 01:29:05 and 99.9% of Americans just don't have the money or the effort or the wherewithal to fight back. So they take advantage of you. Left, right, and those aware of all of it being a lie. So another clip, we already played the ring camera point. One clip on flock, and then we'll end with some biometric overlap. Because this is the same idea. Now, I mean, I can show you the same thing of just the Israel connection to this, which was. which was it? Oh, here, this guy. This at least came up on his LinkedIn account.
Starting point is 01:29:43 Algorithm and systems engineer flock safety. Of course, if you go to the very bottom beneath where it says show all, you'll find that he worked for the Israeli military intelligence for seven years, nine months. And multiple resources below recommend him coming directly from Israeli intelligence. So maybe that means nothing. Maybe he's a good guy working for whatever else now. Got Forrest in the IDF when he was a kid. I mean, who knows, guys? I find that it matters because of the obvious possible connections. But you can decide for yourself.
Starting point is 01:30:12 My point is, block, like all the rest of it, is at the very least potentially used this way or used like we're discussing, because it's being run by the government that's completely beholden to them anyway. But I think it's more than that. So all the surveillance and looking at the tech we talked about, these things that the idea could very well be that we're talking about something that is right now using real time information. right now absorbing your texts and your emails and altering video like toca i mean all of this stuff guys but as orwell day says the flock being used against a citizen in retaliation for exercising his rights so the same point to this guy was simply watching them and they ultimately manipulate the situation and then spy on him through flock and that's proven same thing that may have been what these cops
Starting point is 01:30:58 would have done anyway but i argue that by and large we're seeing more abuse like this grow because they're looking to the top and the top is doing it, broadcasting it to the world. Mike makes right. I can do what I want. Laws only apply to you. Look at what they're doing with the ICE people. Even when they murder somebody, they're just getting a slap on the wrist.
Starting point is 01:31:16 They're barely even being called out for it. So here's an example, one of an endless of examples we could show you of where Flock is part of that problem. And the police enforcing it are same thing. What's your name and badge number? Deputy Sheahorn. That's Deputy Brandon Sheahorn. with the Waukeshaw County Sheriff's Office.
Starting point is 01:31:35 The department is contracted to provide law enforcement services in Sussex and Lisbon. This is retaliatory. Jones refused to hand over his driver's license, insisting he couldn't be pulled over on private properties. Why are you opening my vehicle? Because you're not giving me ID. Okay, right there. I mean, I don't know how many times it's to go through this.
Starting point is 01:31:56 And they know this. Or worse, they don't. What I mean? You're opening my vehicle because I refuse to give you ID? At what point did we talk about charges? Am I being detained? What legal right do you have to look through my car before we even established that I'm even breaking the law? I mean, it's just people have such a lack of understanding of these things.
Starting point is 01:32:16 And it seems the police are the worst at this point right now. What are you pulling me out for? I want to know what you're pulling me out for. It just elevated from there and escalation happened and he pulled me out. And he had another deputy arrive and they, you know, placed me under arrest. Put me in the handcuffs and, you know, put me in the back of the squad car. We're not complying. No law is being broken.
Starting point is 01:32:40 After sitting in jail for five hours, Sheriff's Office records show Jones was a release without any citations or criminal charges. Just sticking it to him because they don't like that he is doing what he's legally allowed to do, which has observed them. Internal documents also say Deputy Sheahorn was advised that this was not a legal traffic stop. as the parking lot was for a private business. Jones immediately filed this citizen's complaint
Starting point is 01:33:08 with the sheriff's office, alleging he was arrested without probable cause. This page in the sheriff's response caught Jones's attorney Nate Cade's attention. And in the packet was a single photograph of Napoleon's white vehicle, white BMW. The incident occurred on May 4th. So that starts me thinking of what's going on,
Starting point is 01:33:31 Why do you have a photograph of his vehicle 25 days later? If you look closely, the bottom of the image shows it came from a flock license plate reading camera, captured three weeks after the traffic stop and two miles away from the parking lot where Jones was arrested. Do you believe this was a proper use of flock? No, in fact, it turns out that deputy was one of the ones doing the flock searching. So the very person who was being investigated was tasked with searching for the, the complaining person's vehicle on flock. Or he was doing it because he was a petty small person who wanted to hurt the person who stood up to him
Starting point is 01:34:11 because his authority. You know, he's the guy that got picked on his whole life and became a cop because he wants to push on people and assert his authority. I mean, or whatever. But at the end of the day, guys, he did something wrong. He was not allowed to arrest him. He knew that. He was advised of that.
Starting point is 01:34:27 They did it anyway because this guy is somebody who's already on their radar. somebody who declare is observing and they hate this. Oh, you're one of the sovereign citizens. And we know, whatever it is, they just hate people who think they know what they're talking about, especially when they actually do. So they surveil you illegally. So my argument is they could have been put to that.
Starting point is 01:34:45 And that wouldn't surprise me either. But he's probably just this cop doing it because he's angry. And that's the whole point of this. A review of those records show Jones's license plate was searched more than a hundred times by members of the show. Sheriff's Department. What went through your mind when you heard you were being flocked following this citizen complaint that you filed?
Starting point is 01:35:07 Shocked. To be honest, I was extremely shocked. I couldn't understand why. So just it starts, the point is that it ramped up a hundred times is what they said. Because he filed a citizen complaint calling out a cop for violating the law, which they proved he did. Pretty simple. Now, if you think this is one isolated example, one, you're simply not paying attention.
Starting point is 01:35:29 Two, you're shockingly naive because the reality is, guys, it's happening every day right now. It's not the system proving it works. It's the system showing you what human beings will always do when given this kind of power. And that's exactly why this shouldn't even exist. We shouldn't allow this to become a thing. But of course, they're going to find a way to rationalize why it has to. And then ultimately now we have to find a way to make it work for everybody. No, that's always how this goes.
Starting point is 01:35:52 We need to stop stuff like this. How that would even be a possibility. From my understanding is for criminal stuff. The sheriff's department's flock use policy states department personnel are prohibited from using flock provided data except for legitimate law enforcement purposes. Those flock searches now part of an amended federal lawsuit, alleging that Jones was being tracked in retaliation for exercising his First Amendment right. Now remember, you know, I mean, the main point that gets left out and all these kind of,
Starting point is 01:36:25 it's a violation of your constitutional rights. That's it, guys. That should be the core point. It's, you know, they argue that it's still being debated in law court. I don't care what a judge rules on the obviousness of whether they're violated. They're surveilling you invasively in many cases in private circumstances. When they're aimed at gyms or whatever, I mean, guys, it's just wildly obvious. And yes, there's been plenty of judges who have clearly denoted this as a violation of our rights who understand your rights. So it just needs, this is something that we need to stand up to.
Starting point is 01:36:59 I'm not advocating for violence. The reality is that we have plenty of ways to push back against this. And some people want to rationalize the violent action against something that's unjust. I understand where you're coming from. You can make your own choices. I argue that violence is not the answer. The truth is that this needs to be stopped. Whether it's flock, the surveillance, and direction of the whole technocratic invasive system.
Starting point is 01:37:23 So, truth out, article 2012. Why is the government collecting your biometric data? just a kind of quick point about also with the Frontier Foundation, speaking with Jennifer Lynch. Obviously, we kind of know, but I just felt like setting this precursor for where, you know, because the point here is about understanding that right now, as I said in the beginning,
Starting point is 01:37:48 in elementary schools, they're using this stuff under the guise of safety. And even in this, the data will show you that's not actually happening. Just like with flock, it's in fact in many cases the opposite. Work that out for yourself. And that's those are the numbers. But what's crazy is that it's not just surveillance,
Starting point is 01:38:07 which should be its own, the conversation, again, the violation of your rights. They're taking your biometric data. And I still argue that I don't think we fully understand what this means, even today. Like where this truly goes, guys, I don't think we fully grasp what it will mean to have a government or a power
Starting point is 01:38:27 or a private company have access to what makes you, in a biometric sense, a human being with the AI and the algorithmic, the digital twin point, all this stuff. I believe we don't even grasp that really at this point. And it's going to be something far more alarming with the way these things tend to go. But it's your choice, regardless of what you think it should be. It's your, it's your body, it's your information, it's your biometric data. Now, this is from 2012 again. The next time you get pulled over, watch for a blocky black gadget attached to the officer's iPhone. That's the Morris device, M-R-I-S. Now, we're way past that, but this is 2012. One of the many mobile fingerprint and biometric scanners proliferating in police departments
Starting point is 01:39:13 around the country. Morris is designed to ascertain identity and dig up an unsavory past, but that's not all. The device can also gather iris scans, fingerprints, photos searchable with facial recognition technology. 2012. Now realize even back at this point, guys, Israel was rampant in this field, but that's not the point on this necessarily. This one is just to show you that this, the biometric side of this, whatever, whoever it is, U.S., Israel, you know, it's a fire sale at this point. And this, again, we're talking 2026 today. This is going back when they were scooping this up. And we're talking the idea that you can have a design, a device, a design to ascertain and dig up an unsavory past. what does that have to do with anything when you're literally like if you're getting pulled over for a crime
Starting point is 01:40:00 like oh it looks like you did this 20 years ago that shouldn't make a difference on whether you broke the law right then that's like social credit stuff guys but that's what they've been doing for a long time mobile scanners like morris are just one of the many ways biometric data is collected and potentially fed into government and private biometric databases that have swelled in both size and sophistication of course since 9-11 if you know as a as i mentioned oh by the way um i'm gonna be in uh 9-11 special coming out on the 5th i think derrick and i were part of i think james corv's going to be on as well it's kind of a new 9-11 group um we talked about this whole point you know and like the the kickoff of this from 9-11 forward it's funny i just completely lost the secondary point that i brought it up for
Starting point is 01:40:46 but well that was enough anyway but you know just realizing so you know that i'm going to be on that but also just you know this was clearly kind of the kickoff point right from 9-11 was I mean, it was done. I hope we know that by now. For one of the many reasons being to initiate this new, like, kind of control grid surveillance grid, which is now becoming the technological control grid, the technocratic state.
Starting point is 01:41:07 Either way, they justified all of this based on that, something they were involved with allowing or creating. That's worth thinking about. It's not, you know, the justification for some people is that we have, it's all because of the bad guys we're fighting. Well, when you truly understand that that thing they're pointing to
Starting point is 01:41:22 was something that either they were jointly, involved with alongside Israel or literally allow, you know, or, you know, just were controlled enough at that point to where they weren't allowed to stop it or weren't able to see it for some reason. It's important to understand how clear we know this stuff. Documentaries about al-Qaeda, the reality of this goes back a long way. I'm not going to go into it more today. But truly, if you still don't understand the reality of this, this is not a debatable conversation. You could nail the information to the wall. It is obvious. It is undeniable. not only the fact that what we've told about 9-11 is an utter ridiculous lie,
Starting point is 01:41:54 but on top of the fact that you can literally show the nonstop involvement, you know, of, I mean, again, like I said, I'm not going to go into it. It's important, though. Just please, if you don't, I recommend James Corbett's Al-Qaeda documentary if you want to go further into the long-term connections to what this all was. The Department of Justice is expanding its fingerprint database to include iris scans, photos, searchable, with face recognition technology, scars, tattoos, measures of voice and gate, all the stuff we've heard about.
Starting point is 01:42:21 Just wasn't getting a lot of talk in 2012. The big agencies are also increasingly making their databases interoperable. All these years later, that's still the big push. So when immigrants print that lands in the DHS, I didn't at the time, just talked about it, can be accessed by the FBI. Information is also shared with foreign governments and private companies. A little less forthcoming with that point today, but yeah, that's still the case. What are they trying to collect and why?
Starting point is 01:42:49 So the simple point, they asked the person they were interviewing. So it's not just fingerprints. That's sort of a holdover from the 90s. They're also expanding what they collect. Facial recognition, photos, iris scans. And it says it's interesting because those of us in the civil liberties world have two main arguments. One is this is an infringement of our privacy rights. Obviously, they don't care.
Starting point is 01:43:09 And our rights have been, our rights to have certain things kept private from the government. But another argument is that this data isn't accurate. And this is especially true of immigration databases. The data is notoriously inaccurate, but also DNA collection. There have been lots of cases where DNA has been thrown out. So what the federal government is saying now is that because the data can be inaccurate, or let's say someone doesn't have fingerprints anymore because they're a laborer or something, the government can collect more data to make it accurate, just to be sure.
Starting point is 01:43:42 Right. So all of it is they want to be sure that they can control. their surveillance of you needs to be ubiquitous. They need to know what's going to be able to know and have a database of a dossier, a file on you. That never used to be the reality, at least what we're told, it used to be, you know, on the whatever. That they have databases on Americans is old news, guys.
Starting point is 01:44:03 But what they're saying is they, at this point, they needed to collect more of it because, well, we might not have an accurate database. That was the lie. That's true, but that wasn't their justification. But understand that the point of that being inaccurate. is very relevant. Even with the AI point today, guys, it is inaccurate.
Starting point is 01:44:20 So the entire argument of why they need all of this is not about making sure they can use it. It's about surveillance. It's as simple as that. And like with the 9-11 point, I think they mentioned in here, it's not about even stopping these things. It's about using it and utilizing it
Starting point is 01:44:32 against their adversaries when they wish to. The problem with that is just that it increases the ability of the federal government to track people, obviously. One facial recognition becomes more accurate or once it does, you know there are cameras everywhere in the world. Not just ones controlled by the government,
Starting point is 01:44:50 there are also private cameras and street corner cameras. 2012. Simply tracking you. That's the simple answer. The government wants to track you all the time. They're not even hiding it at this point. That used to be something we cared about. So biometrics just make this more invasive and obvious.
Starting point is 01:45:09 How have things involved since 9-11, they ask? Well, one of the things that came out of 9-11 commission report is just how siloed the government was when it came to data sharing. See? And how that contributed to several parts of the federal government having pieces of the puzzle before 9-11. Yeah, the thing that they were involved with, of course, and not talking to each other. This is the narrative we were sold. No, we can't have privacy because we weren't able to stop 9-11.
Starting point is 01:45:34 Literally what they drove, guys, even though that wasn't the point. But realize, even to this day with Trump and AI, with the removing of the silent information, It's the same linear agenda. Trump just did it all right in front of you without even slowing down. That feels like we've been trying to slowly do this, for whatever reason, with Israel's urging, they just pulled that rug out. But that's what they're pushing. You know, now that we have all the data, we can stop all the things, except that one, this one,
Starting point is 01:45:59 the one's going to happen. That's the truth. They keep doing that. And weirdly, they keep not doing what they say they'll be able to do because it's not about that. It says we had several executive orders and some changes in the law that required data sharing and required federal government databases to be interoperable. As Ian will tell you, that is a very important word today. Ian Davis, interoperable is what they're all.
Starting point is 01:46:19 It's if they can't have an interoperable system, well, then the system they're designing in their mind doesn't work the way they want it to. And interoperable isn't possible without collaboration, even across adversaries. But at the very least, when it comes to the U.S. government right now, guys, and that's what it comes down to. So speaking of your biometrics,
Starting point is 01:46:38 Slate, August 21st, 2026. We've replaced school security with the creepiest possible system. Now, please don't miss what we just talked about. The invasive, alarming, tracking lifetime surveillance dynamic that Israel spyware is seated through this country. And on top of that, they're shoving this stuff right in front of our children in the earliest state. A sophomore in Arizona typed an email he never sent, home with his mother before school,
Starting point is 01:47:08 He was drafting a note to a teacher. So he's at his house, guys. He's at his home, writing a note to a teacher about a bad grade. And in between, he tapped out a few jokes and deleted each one. Thinking out loud, he swallowed it back, basically. The company's name is Gaggle. We'll get into what it is more in a second. Gaggle's monitoring software caught the keystrokes.
Starting point is 01:47:35 He never hit send. he was suspended before the day was out. By the time the district agreed to shorten the punishment, he'd already served 11 days. Those keystrokes are the whole thing. Not the joke, which was dumb, the way 15-year-olds are dumb. That's what the article writes.
Starting point is 01:47:54 The fact that a few characters typed and deleted in his mother's kitchen became a document the school could act on, he walked into that disciplinary process already legible. Meaning they can see him. And already scored. They'll see why that reference is down below. And he already scored.
Starting point is 01:48:16 Whatever he said next was a rebuttal to a case somebody else had opened without telling him. Using words, he tried to erase. Now, like with the one we just talked about, right? The idea is that you're building this case without even no, the person's not even aware of it. So in this case, this goes wildly further because now you're, because he's in school, whether he's using their hardware or there's something worse going on, gaggle being on this, they're just absorbing his keystrokes. This is so insane.
Starting point is 01:48:48 This is alarming beyond comparison to me right now. We're talking about children who are being monitored in momentary keystroke real time. At his mom's house, types out something, you know, I hope they don't live to see tomorrow. Oh, delete, that's not funny. Whatever. and they immediately jump on him, suspended before the days out. The keystrokes are the whole thing. It says students are going back to the most surveilled campuses in American history,
Starting point is 01:49:20 facial recognition at the doors, AI weapons detection at the halls, bathroom sensors shaped like smoke detectors, listening for aggression, and literally everything else. Drones. See, this is the thing. Stopping bathroom bullying.
Starting point is 01:49:35 Well, that's probably a good. thing except it comes at the expense of an Israeli spy unit 8200 monster over there listening to what your children are doing watching them in the bathroom you know it's like that's that's where we're getting to funny how you have people that were you know I don't that's always make the overlap left and right of the same thing I think you guys know that by now I mean just beyond I mean the idea that the I that smoke glistening devices in the bathroom gosh darn it and it says plate readers logging the cars in the pickup line Beverly Hills high we're talking about about almost $5 million on what they built out on all this because the rich people, the parent,
Starting point is 01:50:12 they thought that's what probably many of them thought was what their safety for their school shooting conversation. The notion that this enhanced surveillance increases safety, in fact, doesn't hold up. Just like flock. A 2023 American Civil Liberties Union report found that the 10 deadliest school shootings in two decades, eight of them happened on campuses that already had surveillance camera set up. The equipment watched, recorded, and saved no one. What this technology is good at reliably is generating paperwork about children who have done nothing.
Starting point is 01:50:44 Now, clearly this person has an opinion about this, but I happen to agree. When gaggle quarantines a draft, when securely, which is another company, we've talked about, in fact, assigns a kid a rolling wellness level. They're like social credit scores. That's what we talked about it for. When a detection system decides the shape in a student. student's hand is a gun. The software is filling or filing a report about the young person's intentions. The students account about what actually happened, or at least their opinion of what happened,
Starting point is 01:51:16 comes second. Last fall in Baltimore County, Maryland, a detection AI system decided that a teenager named Taki Allen was holding a firearm. He was, in fact, holding a bag of Doritos. Around eight police cars came. They put him on the ground. They handcuffed him at gunpoint over a snack, which probably. never left his side for the rest of his life in high school, did it?
Starting point is 01:51:37 Even though they were wrong. People call him a criminal. The machine was wrong, cartoonishly wrong, and it didn't matter because the report had already summoned armed adults. Armed adults who believed the machine over the boy standing there with Doritos telling him the truth. The algorithm outranked him, of course.
Starting point is 01:51:58 Like the example of those police we laughed about who were trying to arrest this 80-year-old man with a picture of a 40-year-old. And they just couldn't wrap their minds around how the machine was wrong. And the guy's like, do I look like I'm forwarded to you? And they literally tackled to the ground, had him arrested in his home to like 30 minutes for them to even wrap their minds around that the picture that's a different guy who's clearly not 80 was not the guy they were arresting.
Starting point is 01:52:19 That's, if that's happening now, guys, just wait until it's like deliberately abused that way or it gets even worse. The Center for Democracy and Technology Survey found that once students, this is the part here. Once students know they're being monitored, which they all do, they'll pull back. Some of them want that, you realize. Some of the people, the adults, the enforcers, that's what they want. They want you to go, I'm going to type this.
Starting point is 01:52:45 Oh, wait, I don't want to be censored. I'll change it like this. Screw that. Say what you meant. Don't self-censor. Don't hide behind these things. Make them be the ones they really are. This is the point, though.
Starting point is 01:52:58 These are kids. Then they don't understand. They think this is what I'm supposed to do. And so they're holding back. But you realize how wild this is. Not just here or there, but it becomes a social thing. Out in life, you're being filmed and recorded. Now you've got this weird thing where you can't, it's like 1984.
Starting point is 01:53:17 You can't even express what you really think. It says about half say that they don't share their true thoughts even online. And roughly eight and ten say that they're more careful about what they even search for. Because they know that everyone's watching. Now, at least they know, at least they're a way. where older generations haven't even got there yet. But they're now beginning to suppress who they are because they're afraid of how it will be used against them.
Starting point is 01:53:41 Welcome to democracy and freedom, right? Sure sounds like that to me. The child, the algorithm reads as a threat is the child, the institution already distrusts. Now, of course, in this, they make an argument about specific ethnical points and say, and there's not incorrect. I mean, there is bigotry. I don't get into it because I feel like it's the same point regardless of whether use it about a race or use it about a political opinion. My point is about the constitutionality of
Starting point is 01:54:06 this, the reality that is illegal, that they're surveilling you. But they make a good point in the sense that, you know, even before the algorithm, we know how this used to work. Teachers have their favorites. And they got the one that they know is a problem, right? And so when there's something gone wrong, they tend to look to that kid first. And sometimes they're right. But you see, now you've got an algorithm doing the same thing. And now you got people, adults, who are listening to the algorithm, even when the evidence contradicts it right in front of their eyes. wait until that gets worse, wait until that becomes something you can't say no to, guys. That's the world we're afraid of.
Starting point is 01:54:38 This year, the last thin layer of recourse peeled off. In July, the Department of Education stripped the disparate impact standard from its Title VI enforcement, the doctrine that let you challenge a facially neutral policy, an algorithm included. Do you hear that? So now they said you can't even, we're not allowed. allowing you to engage with you, you're not allowed to push back. Final rule. Effective immediately.
Starting point is 01:55:10 No notice. No notice, no comment. Which tells you they write how much scrutiny they wanted. So you have an example where you already know this has gone wrong and you push to make it so where you can't even comment on what they're accusing you. I mean, this is a microcosm of exactly the world that we're worried about, guys. and it makes sense that it's in this rich upper elitist work because that's what this is what they're pushing you towards everyone's happy and safe when no one's got privacy right larry ellison that's what
Starting point is 01:55:44 they're pushing for guys and they're doing it right there with their kids they know the plain fact that they're being monitored by their school administrators which approximately a third of teenagers told the ACLU makes them quote always feel like i'm being watched because they are and they've adjusted to it sadly the way you adjust to it sadly the way you adjust to weather. A generation is learning before it can even vote. Different conversation. I hope you know my pants my thoughts on that. That its account of its own life is provisional. That the record comes before the person. That when you and the machine disagree about what just happened, you're the one who has to prove it. Really let that sink in, ladies and gentlemen,
Starting point is 01:56:32 because we're there already. We're seeing that with flock. We're seeing that with AI accusations. You know, like the woman that went through seven months of this, trying to prove that she wasn't the one in the camera. I mean, it's unparalleled. So this is talking about gaggle, right? Securely.
Starting point is 01:56:54 But gaggle's the main one. Monitoring keystrokes. Talk about pre-crime, or at least just, you know, invasive monitoring. I mean, that's like that video from the workplace. we showed you. The shock scarf, right? Well, guess what?
Starting point is 01:57:06 This is from 2019. Gaggle knows everything about teens and kids in school. 2019. Gaggle monitors the work and communications of almost 5 million students in the United States. Hundreds of company documents unveil a sprawling surveillance industrial complex that targets kids who can't opt out. So my point in showing you this is that we can be told directly to our faces in 2019, doesn't even slow down.
Starting point is 01:57:35 Now it's happening across the country. Now, I mean, now it's turbocharged with AI and algorithms. My God, I just don't get why we can't do anything about this. Well, here is an article from 2020. New surveillance AI can tell schools where students are and where they've been. Oh, good. All aggressively pushed into the guise of stopping school shootings. It says, not all AI being used in schools is facial recognition.
Starting point is 01:58:02 That doesn't mean the 10. tech doesn't come with privacy risk. But it is. In this case, we're talking about facial recognition. Understand, as we just showed you, eight of the 10 were school shootings in the last time frame they looked at, were involved with places that had the surveillance. They say, we'll stop it.
Starting point is 01:58:15 It's just like the flock or the gun arguments. These people are lying to you or they're too dumb to know they're wrong. AI bathroom monitors, 2025. Welcome to America's new surveillance high schools. This is Trump's administration. Not that that is necessarily representative of his actions, but it's just showing you it's not just some, Democrat, woke, vote, you know, it's going left and right, Democrat, Republican.
Starting point is 01:58:37 The same thing continues. Now, a lot of them are hiding behind the idea of catering, food. But there's two things here. One example is some of these schools are using facial recognition for kids under the guise of visitors, but yet they still scan everybody that walks by. And what do you think they're doing with this biometric information using technology that ties back to Israel? What do you think? Facial recognition for school catering. Why does that even possible to make sense?
Starting point is 01:59:06 Oh, it's more convenient. What if they forget their card? These are stupid arguments. That's what you're going to find. Harper Green School uses facial recognition. Also cashless conversation. Here, Drifield School and Sixth Form. Cashless catering, facial recognition software.
Starting point is 01:59:24 This is all right now. CBR Cunningham's. Northwest School offers facial recognition for school meal transactions. Okay, so maybe you think it's just about food. It doesn't change the fact that every single one of these companies are using or selling your data. We've proven this a thousand times over, or databasing this information for further use. Every one of these I've looked into are doing the same thing. This one, the castle school. And this one doesn't make it very clear, but I've looked in, it is the same thing, and I'll show you a couple points. BioVeture technology. What is bioenergy technology?
Starting point is 01:59:57 Down here it says, will they have access to the data, the school? Of course, obviously. That says only authorized members of the staff can access the data for support purposes once a support case has been raised. Sure, sure, until they just decide not to. Or the boss changes his mind or, you know, whatever, because that's their prerogative. How long will the face prints be kept? Why are you keeping face prints for any reason? Well, of course, they're going to argue because we have to verify that you who are you are.
Starting point is 02:00:23 Now it says no data is automatically deleted or anonymized. However, in our role, we will assist the data controller and removing redundant data. Oh, so the answer is never. We keep your face print data forever. My point is the same. You may think that's benign if you're talking about food lines. It's more than that, guys. I'm telling you, this is well beyond this.
Starting point is 02:00:45 And most of these companies are utilizing some tech group that ties right back to the worrisome things we're talking about. Because they corner the market. It's the vast majority of this market in the smallest ways tie back to these same companies. what cameras are used. It says any USB camera can be used with facial recognition at the point of sale, whereas any USB web camera will be able to perform facial recognition. Pro streaming style, which are able to provide higher quality images, auto-adjusting, you know, so real-time viewing cameras.
Starting point is 02:01:17 So they're also probably absorbing everything else as well. You get the point, guys, and this is just an abuse of this. This is, this is, you know, using a sledgehammer on a, well, you know, whatever. It's a, I'm trying to think of something smaller. It's using a wildly oversized hammer for a nail, you know, whatever. It just doesn't really make sense. And you really scare you? BBC, 2003.
Starting point is 02:01:41 Order your school dinner with your eye. See how long this has been pushed. You know, long they've been absorbing this data. This was real and this has never stopped. The UK has clearly got an earlier step in this direction, but it's everywhere, guys. Now, here's two examples of places that stopped them, but then ultimately now they've gone back to them. And I can prove that. This is from 2023.
Starting point is 02:02:03 New York bans facial recognition in schools after report finds risks outweigh potential benefits. Shocking. You mean like we all could have told you? Well, it's the same point. I think that's want to show you that you can read it. The same point, guys. Privacy violations, abuse of the system. Well, we all could have told you that.
Starting point is 02:02:22 Well, guess what? We're going right back to it because this was an anomaly. they're going to ignore. Here's the Telegraph, 2024. Essex Academy did not obtain explicit permission to collect and process your biometric information. School reprimanded for illegally using face. Guess what? They're probably still using it right now. The point is they weren't just using it for their process. They were holding it, collecting it, because that's the only way this makes money because they don't even think, they probably don't even pretend it's some kind of a problem. They're like, oh, well, this very altruistic company will buy that data from us and we'll fund the school
Starting point is 02:02:53 school books. It's just disgusting, the stupidity, the willful ignorance. And we have multiple examples of this kind of problematic use. Michigan schools, this is 2026, April 26th. Michigan schools adopt facial recognition for security. But critics worry. That's what you get. But we worry, but constitution, but safety. And guess what? And continuous. That's always the case. Doesn't matter. oh, well, we banned problems, abuse, violation. Oh, they lie, they cheated, they sold it. Well, we're worried. It just doesn't matter.
Starting point is 02:03:31 The government's going to do what it wants to do because it wants to do it. We just talked about this on June 28th. The U.S. government's new multimodal next generation automated biometric identification system. Funny how the timing of this comes around, right? We just talked about this. Here's the article from June 26. U.S. Army begins fielding next generation battlefield biometric system.
Starting point is 02:03:53 As I showed you, as we read through the article itself and other supplementary information, it will not be just about the Army. But it's rolling out. And it's everything we've talked about, turbocharged, what they're doing is absorbing this stuff for what weird. I argue what I'm worried about. But at the very least, guys, there's no world in which we should allow this to continue. It's just wrong as they continue to pretend to be U.S.
Starting point is 02:04:19 companies as the U.S. government continues to allow this violation of you and everything that we believe in. Obvious. So I'm going to leave it there for today so you guys can digest the information, share it around, how people can talk about this more. I mean, I don't know how anyone can deny this. Any one of these pieces should be enough to wake somebody up to the worry about this and what it could do, let alone that it seems to happen ubiquitously, but we'll do what we can. So I'll leave it there. Thank you for tuning in. I love you all. As always, question everything. come to your own conclusions stay vigilant
