The Gajosius.
It's used to monitor and track journalists, human rights activists and dissidents.
We immediately realized that this story would be huge.
NSO was established with the ambition to make the world a safer place.
It's a military weapon used against civilians.
This is extremely serious for democracies.
There is no control over how countries use it.
And they have been using it in the worst way you could imagine.
It starts with a simple question.
and ends an objective reality.
Through our journey from there to hear, we find one another and ourselves.
And as the next 24 hours breaks free from our last, we gaze onward in reflection of the day.
Welcome to the daily wrap up.
Sunday, August.
2016th, 2026, thank you for joining me today. Quite the important follow-up, actually,
from the previous show. We talked about specifically something that Trump had changed,
creating sort of a private state-backed cyber attack force using what I argue will be most
likely culprits, some of these Israeli spyware companies, but the point being,
whoever they choose, it's creating an opaque, private state-backed sort of attack force
that is, or rather will be conducting operations that were normally,
historically done under intelligence, state department kind of operations. And the idea of what that
works with and the field in which it operates opened a lot of alarming conversations. What I'm going to
talk about today is something that was reported on the 11th. And it's been widely reported.
Mainstream coverage. It's something that Trump has changed, stopping a certain sort of
transactional network financial tracking in regard to U.S. companies. Now, the way it's being covered
is important, the idea that people will be corrupt. And even,
on the point that I think is most important, or at least what I think it's most relevant for
today, about how foreign companies ultimately can now hide their foreign connection to,
or rather, you know, create U.S. companies and hide the fact that they're actually foreign run.
Weirdly, that seems very important to Trump's base, I mean, to literally everybody in this
conversation, but something that they have been talking about. Maybe you can argue framing China,
whatever it is, saying that there are foreign entities that are trying to manipulate from outside
into this country. So it's an odd thing for them to do.
in any sense, especially since we're watching probably, I mean, objectively speaking,
one of the most openly corrupt administrations I've ever seen.
That's not to say the most corrupt.
I do agree with that.
But the point is, they're just very open and transparent about what they do, which is,
I guess we'll find out why.
Maybe it's just stupidity.
It's hard to tell.
But what's important today is the larger picture.
Because what we're going to show is clearly that this opens the door for shell companies
to be abused by powerful people, to have.
U.S. entities or foreign entities flood money into elections using shell companies. I mean,
this is all very important, whether or not it's something that is, I mean, we'll get into the point
itself. But I find the most important part of this to be that we're talking about the potential
for foreign companies in specifically the way we've been discussing it with the tech connection,
where this country is going, the transition of governance, all those things of think important as
as I see it. This is important regardless. But as I frame it, the way I, you know, I'm going to frame it the way I think
this is likely to be, which is that we're talking about the, I mean, look, even considering the
NDAA, the infiltration of this country, kind of the transition, that type, that type of conversation
as well, that this might be just one more step in that direction. But at the very least,
just to leave it the opening, we're talking about the possibility of any kind of foreign
country manipulating this government, this country, the American people, without you even
being able to tell. And the government facilitating that. And with Israel's connection to this government,
you obviously see how that's problematic, but it is in a general sense regardless.
So that's why I hope with that clip, really, which is basically we'll play that a second later
or into the show a little bit, but it's really just a clip showing you that even from corporate
media's perspective, going back, I mean, that was probably a decade ago.
Frontline, I believe, there's another one we can point to you from The Guardian,
just outlining how obviously problematic these companies are, like just criminal because
they are.
They conduct criminal operations.
And it's showing you how this government, specifically,
specifically this administration, but entirely this government, going back more than one administration,
has been working with them. Biden included, continuing to work with these companies and overlap with them
and intertwine with them, even as they publicly claim that they're not allowed to. That's Biden we're
talking about. But Trump, too, when you're looking at the big picture, but it's important to see that it is
definitely not partisan. Let me know real quickly if you have the,
everything's playing properly because yesterday we had kind of an issue with YouTube and
not to get into it now and make sure it's actually playing.
Yeah, it does look like it's playing.
Yesterday something strange happened where ultimately they just kind of shoved off the video
into a new thing.
It could have been a glitch.
Who knows, but just making sure it's live today.
But so to get into it, I want to kind of set the table again with this episode, which
I really hope you'll watch.
Even if you just watch it after this one, it'll all still be just as, you know, relevant.
What you're going to see in this one is specific to this new direction of,
the private, you know, state-backed cyber force conversation, but there's clearly an overlap,
which you'll see. So both of them very much work together. And, you know, personally, I see this
as one of many different choices that are opening a large, this direction. Whether Trump knows
that or not, whether the U.S. government knows that or not. I don't know. But I mean, again,
whether I'm right or not up in the air, but I believe that's what this, that's why I feel these are
ultimately connected. And I think if you watch this show, you'll see this more as we go through it.
Now, what I pointed to briefly just to reset that table is yesterday, or the day before yesterday, one of the articles he pointed to.
Trump deputizes private companies for offensive cyber strikes against foreign criminals.
Of course, the big conversation is what defines foreign criminal.
And we go over the specific category, the TC, the transnational corporate criminal organization category they're using.
And within that, they've got things like MS-13, Trenda, and the point was we've already watched them accuse random Americans because of political ideology of being a part of those groups.
So it's frivolous if they want it to be.
That's already clear.
And the idea that we're talking about, you know,
these offensive cyber attacks from private companies is crazy in the first place,
or I guess second place.
But on top of that, that we don't know what companies they are
and the obvious connections are many of the ones that we've already, you know,
the usual suspects.
But put a pin in that until they actually make choices.
For all, we know, this might not even come to pass.
But it's worth noting that that's on the table and what, you know,
the kind of, I guess, lawless direction.
that this government has been taking is not just corruption. It's not just incompetence.
I think those play a factor. I really believe a lot of this is about normalizing a direction
where they're not really bound by anything. And that does clearly intersect with the network
state agenda. Who knows if that's the same thing or not. But that's happening. We all see it.
People in the Trump side seem to think that it's because they have to because Democrats do this and
that or whatever the rationale is. You're still accepting that he's breaking the law for whatever reason
you think is okay. And so it seems everyone just, you know, is aware of it. I think that's,
that's why that stands out to me so much. When we talk about the companies that are most likely,
and this is just a good article to look to from Derek back in 2024, by the way, which was saying,
meet the spyware companies preparing to unleash their tech during Trump's second term,
which now the article should read from today that who have unleashed their tech during his second
term because that's what's happened. We've talked about Clearview AI. We've talked about,
I'm bold end actually as well. We talked about Cellbrite, you know, NSO group Pegasus,
many, many groups.
That's the one in the title or the image.
Also just briefly to show you some of the articles we covered,
which are things like the Gray Zones article from 2025,
technically from Do Not Panic that they published.
Former Israeli spies now overseeing U.S. government cybersecurity.
And we went over this in the last show.
It's exactly what it sounds like and it's not even secret.
And this one specifically, we're talking about exonis.
And, you know, one of the examples showing military intelligence,
unit 8200, you know, and these are groups that are literally having access to
inside, like inner circles.
government, White House,
you know, it's not infiltrate.
I mean, this is, they're beyond,
they're, you know, what's the frame,
the old saying, you know,
they're inside the gates kind of a thing.
Like that's,
that's what this represents a long time ago.
And that's really one thing I'm going to highlight,
accentuate more than once in this.
This is not like the same point with the NDAA.
This is so far from being new,
it's frustrating.
Because the reality is that they,
this is something the government has acknowledged even,
pushed back on.
And then suddenly just kind of fell back and allowed it all to rush right
over the top of them. And this was like a decade ago. And we've had little bits of that here and there.
And like today you've got Massey calling things out. And I hope it's genuine. But what keeps being
the usual in this government's history is that they get pushback. Those people get pushed to the
side. They get ostracized. They get called racist. And ultimately, it just happens anyway.
And then it gets called good. Now, what's interesting is we'll highlight going through a lot of articles
today about this going back over the last decade. You just saw this as well, which was confusing for
some people. And it should be because it really just shows you either one or two things in my mind,
a discrepancy between what the Pentagon sees and what the White House sees, or that for some
reason they wanted you to think this way for some new future agenda that may be happening soon.
And this is the title from NBC and everyone else that covered it. Pentagon raised the threat of
Israeli spying on the United States to the highest level, more so than other adversaries that
are out there in the world, as they frame it anyway. So that's crazy, right? And this will make much more sense
if you haven't seen this as we go through the show today.
This is the only point we're talking about today.
This is from Times of Israel, 2017.
Just to show you going back a while,
well before this, by the way,
15 Israel-based companies.
Now, there's two main things today we're talking about
in the context of the larger conversation,
foreign entity companies that are influencing the U.S.
through many different things,
including buying, working with, being sold to U.S. companies,
and then U.S. companies that are actually U.S. companies.
Now, those are two different things.
they very clearly merge together.
For example, Red Ladis, which is, you know, that is the NSO Pegasus conversation,
which has simply been bought by, which is the Red Ladis, the U.S. company.
So it is the same thing, same people say it's, in my opinion,
it is a veneer that makes it look like a U.S. company,
which is why today's conversation is so important.
And it's not.
At the very least, it's stacked with the same Israeli intelligence entities that operate as spies
for Israeli intelligence, as we'll make clear again today.
So 15-based, Israel-based companies.
So in this conversation, we're talking about Israeli companies that simply just influence, manipulate, hack inside the United States, added to U.S. financial watchdogs red list.
2017.
And many of these companies now are things that are working with the U.S. government.
That shouldn't be confusing when you see where we are.
Israel, the gray zone as well, 2025.
Israeli spyware firms are fueling the global surveillance state.
Just one last point in this opening segment to show the,
bigger connection to this one small part of it, but really that this is, in fact, opening a lot
of different doors for the larger kind of technocratic conversation. So to talk about today, or rather
just the focus of today, this is from August 11th. This is a post from the U.S. Department of Treasury's
FinCEN, which stands for the Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, FinCent.
Now it says today, August 11th, the U.S. Department of the, the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Financial
Crimes Enforcement Network is issuing a final rule that permanently removes the requirement for
U.S. companies and U.S. persons, respectively, equally, like so, a person as well, to report
beneficial ownership information, which is an acronym for that as well, but specifically
to FinCEN under the Corporate Transparency Act. Removing the requirement for companies
or individuals to report at the very least at this first paragraph, parts of their ownership.
And it says, Vincent, today also announced that it will delete previously reported information
by U.S. persons, now exempt from the reporting requirements because of this ruling, this statement,
this action from the beneficial ownership information database. Now, we'll get into a part today
about why some people argue this was a, you know, a major move in 20, you know, what was it,
2021, I believe, to make this happen. And then, and really it was a, Trump tried to be to it.
In fact, then he got overruled. I find that interesting. Not to say that people in government actually
even care, but who knows what drives their actions every day. But the point being that this is now
being rolled back. And so we're going to get into, you know, what this, the idea of what this is
creating and why he would do that. But ultimately, the last part here is that you're basically
just hiding the requirements that were created within that, which allowed, which forced in a whole
varying different things, including shell companies and U.S. entities, but specifically as it cites
right here, foreign companies divulging that they are the backing for a U.S. company. So hypothetically,
China, Israel, Russia could openly fund. They could say, hey, Eric Prince, or whoever else, for
sake of conversation, we're going to give you a billion dollars. Go start a company in the United
States with half of that and say it's yours. And we will control that. I mean, guys, you have to see how
obviously problematic, that is, this is something our government's been screaming about our whole lives.
In fact, we're going to get into how they even, well, I actually don't focus on as much today,
but how their narratives have changed, how they used to use the same arguments to claim why this needs to be here
that are now using to say why it doesn't need to be there. What it shows you is a lens change.
Or at the very least, that there's different people in charge, but, you know, that that would imply
that there's different people, you know, in charge last time versus now. I kind of don't think that.
But at the end of the day, something has shifted.
President Trump promised to cut red tape.
This is Scott Besant.
And the final rule delivers.
This is my point from before.
So they swear we're going to remove regulation, which, you know, things that affect our lives.
I mean, what's a good example of something that's irritating regulation?
You know, plenty of things you could argue about business regulation dynamics.
But what they do instead is go, oh, we're going to stop those companies from having to care about dumping in your water.
is that's what you wanted. No regulation, right? It's like, well, hold on. That's not what we were thinking
about. But see, that's how that tends to work. So they are not in any way, any material way that I can
see removing regulation that improves American lives. They're removing regulation that improves
higher up elitist business minds or business directions, you know, and ultimately arguing it that's
always in the benefit of everybody. Like Trump's saying that Wall Street's doing so well,
look how great America's doing. That's not America. That's not the representation of all Americans
are doing. And they all know that right now. All of them. Even the vast majority of conservatives
because they're living through it.
Higher gas prices, everything.
So when they tell you that they deliver,
what they really did was what we're going to highlight today.
We didn't remove red tape.
Most Americans who have to prove their American
don't have to go through any hoops to start a company.
They're not stopping the process it takes to start a company.
They're stopping what would verify that you are actually,
or rather that you have to prove that you are an American
or that you are the true backing of it,
things that wouldn't be a problem for the average American.
You still have to go through all the bureaucratic,
excuse me, bureaucratic red tape nonsense that is largely unnecessary to start those things,
in my opinion anyway.
Treasury is eliminating a burdensome reporting requirement for millions of law-abiding
business owners without compromising our national security.
Think of what a ridiculous statement that is.
Okay, let me, let me, why would a law, a rule requiring you to divulge that information
somehow be national security issue?
You could take it out, you could take it that way.
or he's implying that what they just did is and can be national security risk,
they just did in a way that doesn't compromise it.
But how is that?
You're literally creating a rule or rather removing a rule that allows foreign businesses
to operate secretly as U.S. companies.
How does that not compromise national security?
Maybe because their national security is not U.S. national security.
You know what they actually mean.
The reality of that statement is insane because they're not removing red tape for you,
not even remotely.
They're removing it for other, you know, corporate entities, way,
bigger than you and foreign, you know, even specifically their people and their companies and
their ability to fund quietly, secretly, US elections like Elon Musk and everything else without
you knowing they just dumped a billion dollars into it.
That's the whole point without compromised national security.
Look, these people are laugh.
They are, they really think we are absolutely stupid.
They're wrong, I argue, in most cases.
And at least smart enough to be able to see how obvious this is.
they undermine our intelligence every single day, or rather underestimate, I should say.
Now, the main part eliminates the requirement for foreign companies to report U.S.
person company applicants.
It's literally one of the bullet points, e. i.e., the individuals who help those foreign
companies register to do business in the United States.
And as you dive into this, it becomes incredibly clear.
The bottom line is a foreign entity could fund a company, arguably run the company,
literally run the company and just not have to divulge that's the case and have people up front.
As we'll briefly point to again and actually read the in-depth article a little bit after
that she cites in the article.
But as we've shown you many times over the years from the Prince and the Spy, the reality
that this is something that is, Eric Prince was literally that role for Comframe, which we'll
get into briefly.
And that doesn't even exist right now, it seems, because it didn't really work because it got
called out because it was problematic.
and so they just moved to the next fake company.
And Eric Prince has played that role, clearly.
Confirms that FinCEN will delete information about any individuals that FinCEN
was reasonably believes as a U.S. person.
Okay, so all this really means, first of all, is that they'll delete it.
Why delete information about people in the sense, like this is not some pro cataloging
information point?
My mind, none of this should have to be happening at all in the sense that government
shouldn't have to exist.
But in the sense that we're talking about companies that do exist in a sense that
we're not removing regulation from you, but allowing foreign companies to abuse that lack of opening.
The point is simply that you are creating a circumstance where you had information cataloged
about foreign entities operating as U.S. and you're getting rid of that.
So in a sense, you're covering up for the very thing that this is supposed to highlight.
And that FinCEN said reasonably believes that you're a U.S. person.
So they get to decide.
And reasonably believes, what does that mean?
So that could mean very well a U.S.
you know, let's just make it a Chinese intelligence operative who,
also has U.S. citizenship, or however you want to make that case, or they could just decide that
we don't believe that, even if you have it. We know how this is how they operate, guys. I mean,
this has been, this administration more than ever. So here, oh, I had this open still,
is an article that outlines this pretty well, in fact, from the Atlantic. Trump delivers a win for
crooks, largely focuses on, which is still important, the shell companies and funding elections,
because clearly that's where the partisan views this, right? This is Trump abusing the elections.
I mean, you know what I think about the reality of the voting process, not that it's not important
in a statist democratic society, representative society.
It's not what I choose, but that is where we are.
And it would be important if that's what we existed in, but we don't.
We live in some kind of oligarchic technocracy that they don't ask or care what you think.
The point, though, is that in the minds of people that actually see it that way, they think,
oh my gosh, he's going to use this to cheat on the election.
I think that happens every time in plenty of ways that we see from both sides.
not to diminish the importance of that.
It's still a crime. Call it out.
I think what's far more important with where this country is,
is the outside influence.
This is the Atlantic Casey Michael.
This is from two days ago.
Ever since Donald Trump returned to the White House,
this is their opinion first,
his administration has taken a sledgehammer to anti-corruption efforts,
which actually is very clear.
Many people would frame it like they tried to
as sort of like removing regulation.
We're pretending to be libertarians.
It's like they play into that.
when so clearly that's not who they are.
But it says destroying policy after policy
dedicated to preventing bribery
and money laundering in the country.
So even if you don't agree with their intention,
if you haven't been able to decide,
you know, decipher how either,
it's just in your face.
They're bribing people.
They are money laundering.
They are cheating.
They are openly corrupt.
Guys, it's just right in your face.
Again, I don't really know why they're that obvious.
I have my opinions.
I've played it, said it before,
but whether it's, you know,
engineered collapse, whether it's them just trying to change the way we see it.
But you have to be honest about at this point.
You know, the amount of money they've tried, even those metrics they used to point out,
the amount of the billions they've taken in.
I digress.
It's all, it should be clear.
It's like, it's like MS-13.
You know, if you're pretending that wasn't there or rather that his statement was true,
that it was all, if you're pretending what Trump said was accurate about the MS-13 and not an image,
the point is you still have yet to catch up with the facts that you could verify yourself.
You're still going up what Trump yelled and thought was correct or any number of other examples.
But that exists.
You guys know, we deal with it every day.
I still argue that's the minority.
Anyway, on Tuesday, the Department of the Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network,
Vincent announced that businesses formed in the United States would no longer need to
disclose their actual owners.
Can't get much more clear than that.
And that nearly all the data already gathered on such companies would be destroyed.
Now, you could argue that what it means is any of them.
But, I mean, technically, I guess that is what it means.
But you have to understand within that statement,
that means any of them formed in the United States, meaning foreign companies.
So right now you could argue because of this rule, they've wiped out data we had on companies
that were provably Israeli or provably Chinese or Russian that are now on our, according to,
you know, from what we can see American because they've wiped that data.
And you know where I think this applies, but just to be objective about it.
And it continues, it says, Scott Bassent called a victory for common sense.
American small businesses, because that's clearly where this relates to.
Undoos years, he says, of progress in, oh, that's, excuse me, that's not the quote.
That's what they said.
Undoes years of progress in curbing devious financial networks, both domestic and foreign.
Well, is that what we think it did?
Frankly, as we get into this, I think it's clear that Biden or anybody else didn't actually
care about this.
It's about wanting you to think they cared about it.
So the question is, why does Trump now want you to think he doesn't or not care what you
see?
It also delivers a new shelter for wealthy Americans.
This is true.
Who wish to dodge taxes and move money around undetected.
Left, right?
If you still live in the illusion, they're different.
I'm sorry, they're all trying to do that.
At least in the upper echelon of the elitist, you know, technocratic class.
They are all clearly trying to, you know, find ways around the same things you deal with.
They do not think they live in the same world you do.
Now, there's some that are in, you know, it's not all or nothing, but realize that that's what we can see.
All of Congress left and right, all of these billionaires left and right from either side playing the same,
game. That's what they all they, this is why at the end of the day, these things continue to
support that versus all of us. Now it says they enable dodgy characters from around the world to
stash their proceeds in otherwise legal American business. The U.S. has long been the primary
provider of anonymous shell companies to anyone and everyone around the world. Interesting.
Because most people leave in America, we go, that's a, you know, what is it? What's not Sweden?
What is the company? Anyway, they're about the country. There's, you know, countries that we hear in
movies, though that's where you put your offshore accounts.
You know, it's like this U.S. has primarily been a provider of anonymous shell companies to
anyone and everyone around the world.
For as little as $100 and in as little as 15 minutes, any cartel head, human trafficker,
oligarch, autocrat, kleptocrat, fentanyl dealer, or corrupt politician in America or overseas
could create a shell company in states such as Delaware, Nevada and Wyoming,
perfectly untraceable and perfectly legal.
American shell companies became perfectly untraceable and perfectly legal.
American shell companies became by the late 2010s the go-to tools for anyone looking to hide
their financial tracks for any reason.
Now, there's clearly something to be said, and this is the point about getting into the reality
of where we are versus what we would try to accomplish, right?
Now, you have to understand that in a situation right now where the government, the corrupt
and obviously criminal government, would want to abuse the very openings that we create
in going in a direction away from the government itself, right?
So the idea being that you're talking about, you know,
wanting to register or rather be aware of people who own company.
From a very, from anarchist perspective,
you would say that's not necessary.
But see, at the end of the day,
if we could just jump straight to the point to where government didn't exist
and there wasn't some mafioso government element
that could just completely abuse that, well, it's, you know,
you can see the difference.
If the point is, we're now in a situation where they're trying to create
the ability to hide behind that wall.
And I think that matters because they're not getting rid of government.
You see, that's the different.
They're growing it.
So if we really wanted to get rid of things like the regulation conversation or things like this,
we need to make sure that it's applicable or done in a way that does not open the door
for more corruption by the same people who have been always abusing it.
Now, I'm not saying I have the answers to these questions.
This is what requires people to discuss and debate and, you know, as Americans,
not government telling us what needs to happen next, but the problem is that this will be abused and
currently is. And so really, I think to me, truly comes down to a foreign thing. Americans, you know,
at the end of the day, it's about your privacy, your freedom, but the point is the outside element
who can manipulate that. So it's for everybody to make their own decisions about. I personally think
it's obvious that this has been continually growing, the problem. And ultimately the answer would be to
remove, I mean, right now the idea being to remove all of it. Now again, I, I, I, I, I, I,
hate to go in the direction because it really kind of ruins the point for some people because they
don't think that's possible. I digress on that conversation. We've gone into it many times,
but you have to see that a world without this being the problem, the government not existing,
not in the sense that we don't exist, or that structure doesn't exist, or that, you know, even some
semblance of like, you know, the bottom line is that everything in the world that we already have
still exists, including the very people that called themselves government and all the jobs they do
and all the things they create.
It's the illusion of the authority that goes away,
the idea that overarching hand dictating what we have to do next.
Anyway, like I said, I digress.
It only ruins the point for people that are trying to accomplish this
from within where we currently are.
I just hope people can think about that.
I mean, truly, with where we are right now
and the people who are seeing through these things,
at least ask yourself if it's possible
to edge towards a world where there is no such thing
as some kind of government control of your life.
Seems like that'd be a no-brainer today.
Anyway.
It says, going forward, perfectly untraceable and perfectly legal American shell companies became by the late 2010s the go-to tools for anyone looking to hide their financial tracks for any reason.
These companies weren't just the preserve of foreign crooks.
The industry in the U.S. has long served wealthy Americans looking to hide their assets and enrich themselves and their families.
Now, the real thing here is again, back to that same kind of point is that for people who are trying to, I guess, maybe keep secret their assets, like the idea that, you know, this overlaps with an interesting conversation, right?
where the same kind of thing we should be on guard for,
which is the justification, the rationale of demanding invasive surveillance,
financial surveillance, documentation of what you're doing,
surveilling all your actions.
Like that's the last thing that we're calling for.
But see, there's a different line between government surveilling what we are doing on a daily
basis and Americans being able to know what your governments are doing.
Very different, right?
But see, that's how they try to merge and conflate that line.
So we are, you know, it's sort of, you know, it's interesting.
It comes to mind we're just talking about the AI conversation and the idea of having
our pledge to be transparent about its use.
And people are concerned that that is in a way backwardly justifying some kind of,
you know, digital ID or monitor.
It's just, I don't agree with that.
I think it's quite obviously the actual antidote to that problem.
But I do get why people see that overlap and we should be skeptical of that.
And it's the same kind of thing here.
Just be on guard for the ways that they will convince you that,
what's in your interest is somehow the wrong direction, the wrong answer.
Now, it says after the Supreme Court's 2010 Citizens United Decision,
the eliminated corporate spending limits on American politics,
they became an ideal tool for covertly bankrolling American politicians,
saturating U.S. elections and billions of dark and traceable dollars.
Now, look, we all as Americans right now absolutely understand that this is a problem.
Whether it's Koch brothers or Elon Musk or anybody else, it's obvious.
I mean, guys, I've covered, I mean, we talked about this for what?
15 years? How long has it been the person who spends the most money wins the election? It's like
99% of the time. Now, it's not an absolute, but it's pretty obvious to see that that is the biggest
influencer. So when you get Miriam Addelson dumping millions of billions of dollars,
you know, it's in overall we can see the reality of the influence from foreign entities on
our politics. And then we watched Trump allow the West Bank annexation or whatever else that
they continue to push for. So allowing this from an American perspective, I'm sorry,
still overlapped it with an outside entity. The idea just that Elon Musk, for example,
or anybody else could literally dictate the outcome because they've got enough money and then do
so in a way that you wouldn't even be aware that they're doing that. Has to matter.
We are living in a time right now where our elections and my mind are already completely broken,
this is just one more step. You know, they're just, this opens the door for so much more than
we're currently dealing with. And again, I argue this is already happening. This is just about
like basically legalizing what they're already doing. Now it says the bipartisan corporate transparency
Act would pass in early 2021 over Trump's veto would finally force these companies to divulge
their owners. So basically going back, the point was that this is what they wanted,
arguably anyway, and Trump tried to stop it, which is unusual. I will, you know, not unusual,
but more so the unlikely, basically that if you end up having a veto that both sides can get
enough votes to end up overriding the veto, that doesn't happen as often as you to think.
And so it's especially today. So it's an important thing to think about.
that Trump tried to stop that.
It happened anyway.
Now he's coming back around to stop it again.
And on top of that, we're not going to focus on today.
There's many different things in the works right now,
Republicans trying to find ways to stop this forever.
Now, that's clear.
Now, whether they go forward or they're not, who knows?
But take action that will ultimately not allow this to come back in its form that it is.
And obviously, they could create new legislation,
but that makes it much more difficult.
And it says the legislation wasn't perfect,
unlike the company registries in the United Kingdom and elsewhere,
where the proposed U.S. shell company database was to remain private, accessible, only to federal
agents. So you see, even the 2021 version forward was still something that our government could
look at and ignore. That implies that they're going to do the right thing, which, my God,
that's got to be the most naive sentence in this entire conversation. I mean, so all it really
shows me is that this is, that was a placation. See, we did it. And then we, you know, forced it over
Trump and then we just ignored it until now and stopped it. Because has anything actually happened?
Statements have been made. But like usual, who's been arrested? But the CTA, which took effect in
2024, was deceptively simple. Corporate owners simply had to disclose who was in control.
Don't you want to know that? Don't you want to know what corporate entities owners are in control of
U.S. companies? I certainly imagine we'd like to know whether they were Russian or Ukrainian or
or Israeli or any number of other entities.
It says now that's all gone.
The Trump administration has gutted the legislation
and is torching nearly all of the gathered data.
The United States Treasury, quote,
has taken a step that enables criminals
to continue financing and profiting from their crimes
by using anonymous companies formed in the United States
as their getaway vehicles.
I mean, you have to see how clear that could,
I argue that's an Israeli, like,
the main thing that this overlaps for me
is the Israeli elements of that.
in our country. They go back long before this happened. But it could be anybody and literally showing
you that they know that can happen and basically removing the ability to see if foreign companies
are doing that. With all the talk of China from this administration, not as much today, but how can
you make sense of that? This is coming from Scott Gray-Tack, the deputy executive director of the
Advocacy Group, Transparency International U.S. Anyone with dirty money can once more turn to the U.S. to
wander it clean. Now, and look, from Trump's perspective, that's probably just dollar signs.
Like even from the government, great, we'll make more money. And they don't see a problem with that.
And we think we all see that by now. And it says now anyone domestic or foreign,
even says this mainstream article can secretly barrel as much money into American elections as they want.
Foreign entities. Because we won't be able to tell, right?
So again, from the partisan perspective, that has to resonate.
So do you want Russia influencing your election if that's what you think is happening?
Do you want China secretly, like basically on the surface secretly doing so?
How many companies will pop up over the next 20 years when they don't have to prove they're doing?
I mean, it's just, this is a no-brainer.
These corporations allow foreign entities to exert influence on the nation's domestic political process.
That was from Michael Sozon of the Center for American Progress in 2020.
2019, all of this is keeping with what has become the most corrupt administration in American
history. You could disagree with that. But if you're pretending that they're not openly being
corrupt, you're lying to yourself. And go down a list of Biden's corruption. It's over. I mean,
again, it's not about left or right. And that's the real point. It's obvious. But it says,
not only has Trump and his family watched their net worth balloon by the billion since he returned
to office last year, he and his administration has also worked relentlessly to topple America's
anti-corruption infrastructure, eliminating task forces dedicated to combating dirty money,
killing the enforcement of anti-bribery statutes, and gutting efforts to force the wealthiest
Americans to pay their fair share of taxes, among countless other measures.
Good luck trying to rationalize why that works for the American.
I mean, this is, I mean, Trump has clearly become one of the most iconic, like, promised and done
none more than I've ever seen.
Like, not just done none, really, promised and done the exact opposite of almost all of it.
clearly, I think we, I hope people are starting to recognize or at least consider that this is why he was put here.
Maybe even the first time, too.
That's my opinion.
Now, getting into this more in depth as we went through in the last show, but this is a lot of, most of this.
In fact, we didn't cover in the show before yesterday.
Now, this is the article we read more than once.
And this is important, guys, because I mean, really, this is, this is the prince and the spy.
Last American Bagabon, 2023 Whitney Webb.
Now, first, before we get into Comframe, is just, you know,
just a quick point, and you'll find a connection even from Lato Lashem, who was an Israeli spy.
She was enlisted in the Israeli defense forces, of course, like pretty much every Israeli.
She served in the Israeli military intelligence from 2005, 2011, and more specifically
served in its signals intelligence unit, unit 8200, sort of like the U.S. NSA.
There, she met Amir Illichai, and the two would co-create a company that ultimately is
carbine, what you've talked about, which was absorbed by Axon.
This exact example we're making today,
that that is essentially an Israeli shadow company, if you will,
under the guise of being an American company.
And this is literally what this article's about.
Eric Prince and Comframe Solutions,
pretending to be an American company that this is really spy at a hand in creating
because they needed him to be the front pan.
And don't read this exactly.
Before we get into that, though, the point as we've read many times,
to read from the actual article, as I've done once before,
exactly what was stated in what they were calling out. And this is important part of Whitney's article
here. In addition to carbine, Lesham also worked for Black Cube. Another notorious Israeli intelligence
link company, Black Cube was specifically outed as an Israeli intelligence front in 2019,
an article published by Calculist. That same article also contains the stunning revelation
that many Israeli companies, including Black Cube, are simply fronts for Israeli intelligence since 2012.
Now we're going to come back to some more stuff here in a second.
Let's quote this really quickly.
Oh, and then here's the article on a little bit Hangout, by the way,
originally published Last American Vagabond.
Here is Calculist.
Israel blurs the line between defense apparatus and local cybersecurity hub.
This is 2018.
Now, a couple parts of those we've read before,
but important to see this,
and we're going to basically go from here and continue this time frame
and go through how obvious this is and how much has been covered up.
Israel is siphoning cyber-related activities from its national defense apparatus to privately
held companies.
Since 2012, cyber-related and intelligence projects that were previously carried out in-house
in the Israeli military and Israel's main intelligence arms are transferred to companies that
in some cases were built for this exact purpose.
The description of the processes that took place in Israel in recent years presented in the
following article is based on a review of business documents, interviews with dozens of
former and current high-ranking Israeli military officials, officials in Israel's Ministry of Defense,
and managers and employees of Israeli cybersecurity and intelligence companies held since 2017.
Some of these clandestine companies were established in collaboration with the Israeli defense
organizations as a way to address the country's growing technological defense needs,
basically so they could fund the military objective.
And a steep rise in salaries and cybersecurity engineers in the Israeli market.
Now, what's interesting is they highlight, because this is an article that talks about a lot of this stuff about Israel, is they make a point to say that this article has been subjected to review of the Israeli military sensor, which is why, as you read through it, they're not allowed to name one of the main companies they're referencing, which basically proves the point as far as I'm concerned.
But it says in a March interview with Calculist, a former employee said the company, which as they mentioned, they're not allowed to notate, caters to the operative, operative needs of the country's defense apparatus.
The solutions it delivers are idiosyncratic and tailored to very exact specifications.
Just making it all the more clear that we're talking about companies that are basically just a operation element of the intelligence apparatus.
According to information by the Israeli state registrar, the company is privately owned.
All of the company that they refuse to allow them to notate, but they want you to believe it's normal company because that makes sense.
all of the company stocks are registered to the name of a single person who is also registered as the sole company director since its foundation.
That person, of course, is not listed on the company website.
And one of the company's former top managers and two people with close ties with companies' management said they have neither heard of the name or have met the person.
Certainly just normal company, clearly, right?
Documents meant to list the defense contractor's office address list instead the address of the lawyer's office.
Now it says most of the company's top managers are veterans of Israeli military technology units.
Some of its top managers and employers have started working at the company immediately after being released from active duty.
This one started work at the company less than one day after release from active duty.
Before jump joining the company, he managed a team of 40 engineers at Israel's Intelligence Corps, so from intelligence.
A former employee of the company said crossing the lines between military service and employment at the commercial outfit was commonplace.
while he was working at the company.
A former high-ranking Israeli officer and Israeli military currently outsources,
oh, said, excuse me, said the Israeli military currently outsources,
activities that were previously managed in-house,
where they focus on software and cyber technology.
Now, one of the points I'm sure you're aware of you watch this show
is that that's the exact category that has been influencing overtaking this country.
And that's going to be a point that you'll, if you haven't heard,
is going to probably blow your mind today.
In some cases, managers of development projects in the Israeli
military and intelligence arms were encouraged by the military, by the government, to form their
own companies, which then took over the military project.
As an Israeli venture capital is familiar with the matter told them.
That's exactly what we're saying, guys.
One of the companies formed this way is BC Strategy Limited, also known as Black Cube.
Again, a company that was proven to be an Israeli-intelligent front.
Development projects, once done in-house at the Israeli military and an Israeli intelligence agency,
are now also transferred to third-party contractors that have already worked as contractors for the Israeli military.
So you basically just, you know, the illusion that these are companies, they're just extension to the military.
And so they pass off the, they continue the projects through the people who are literally still operators.
Now it says between 2012 and 2014.
Now I want to be clear, by the way, I'm not saying this applies to literally every Israeli company.
I'm saying that there's specifics one, specific industry version, you know, companies that are doing that.
And that's proven.
Now we're going to go through ones that we both can prove and that I believe are,
but the reality is to understand that this is an acknowledged,
this is something our own government knows about.
And has over the last couple decades just protected,
either been black bailed and gaslit into ignoring it or just for some reason
don't care anymore.
Between 2012 and 2014,
this unit funded over 30 development projects in startups.
They're the startup nation.
It's the whole point.
A former director at the Israeli Ministry,
defense said in a February interview with calculus speaking on conditions of anonymity.
So people in the military are literally telling you this is the point.
I mean, you guys already know this.
To further facilitate ties with startups, in 2015, the administration has started looking
into possible changes to the way intellectual property is registered.
I found that very clear to such joint ventures.
Now, says the matter was discussed as the Israeli military Supreme Command, according to one
person.
So the bottom line is they're creating shell comfort.
As, by the way, I'm going to play that cliff, as you know, in a second, shell companies upon shell
companies that manipulate the supply chain in our favor.
Let's bragging about it.
The point is they create companies that are ostensibly U.S. companies or Israeli companies,
but either way at the same point, but they're not military, right?
Then those companies go on to create things that are very valuable.
Now, the military can't just go, give me that, because, I mean, they could, but the point is,
they created intellectual property registered joint venture.
Bottom line is they're just making sure they get the benefits of what those companies create
because it is an Israeli intelligence operation.
It's just funny how lazy it's become.
And as you see today, as we'll get to the end of the conversation, it's not even been hidden,
guys.
These companies that were once secret spyware things that are criminals behind the shadows are publicly working with administrations doing the same things.
So it's just they're changing the way we engage with this stuff.
It says in June 2017, the Israeli prime minister's office announced a statement that establishment
of a Mossad-run venture capital fund called Libertad.
We've talked about this.
In a March announcement, the Israeli Prime Minister's office said the fund had completed a series
of first funding deals.
So now on top of everything, you've got, and it was really a literal, literal Mossad,
intelligence operation funding companies.
And we're not supposed to understand that that's, you know,
obviously with everything else we can see, that's just simply Mossad,
either getting a foot in the door with some that they want to overtake or continue
to fund companies that they operate.
other officers said the Israeli military also sends key technology talent to top universities
outside of Israel, including MIT, also helping these people secure admissions via the use
of their extensive network and supplying them with full or partial tuition.
So literally paying and then using their influence network to basically get people who
probably shouldn't be there involved in certain places in the United States or elsewhere,
but realize you could argue that just means going to school and then going back and working
United States or Israel.
But what we're finding is that you have people like this that are basically set up as,
you know, whether Israelis in the United States or just Americans who are operating this
and there's no clear connection to the fact that it's literally Israeli intelligence paying
for people to go to school in the United States and then operating from there forward.
Talk about sleeper cells.
That's what we're discussing if that's exactly what that would be in some of these cases.
Does it happen?
Yes.
and we know that.
Is it everybody in Israel going to school?
No, we can't make that case.
But so it's important.
And again, that's the important thing to realize.
There's plenty of Israelis that called out the Israeli government.
Not the majority, unfortunately, in Israel, but they exist.
And it's growing.
So what I'm highlighting on top of it all, oh, I just lost it.
There was one more thing.
Well, it took the bigger point to make.
And there was one thing I was going to add to it, but simply that we're watching these people
be kind of populated around and outside of the United States as well.
And then being funded through Muslim.
thought elements and so on and just growing up into these companies and operating them and such.
And that is happening.
And then with Trump's new rule, that's what it was.
The Trump's new rule, you won't even know.
That's by design.
I don't see how it couldn't be.
Some people in service were offered bonuses up to $100,000, or excuse me, shekels at 285 in the U.S.,
and unpaid leaves in which they could work in technology firms.
So they're funding and kind of pulling strings to get people in colleges, but also
setting people of infirm. So this is the extension of it. Go to college in MIT.
Then we'll set you up at a fake company inside the United States. You know what reminds me of?
Prologue. Right? You remember this? The company that they set up my coliibed.
The fascist Nazi they set up inside of Ukraine back in, what was it? I forget the exact date.
This is the, I'll bring it up anyway. This is since at least 1948, they've been doing this.
I forget the date when they did that with him. But the title for this article is not just Ozzov.
documents prove the CIA has been cultivating fascism in Ukraine since at least
1948.
They literally, on the record, in fact, I mean, I'll just grab it since it is relevant right here.
CIA document that literally shows, this is a document from 1966, but what it shows
through prologue, research and publishing associated in New York, the cover organization
established to conduct its clandestine activity contributes to Ukrainian nationalist firmament
and the intellectual was it.
This is that American government intelligence.
who set up a Nazi, literal Nazi, not a Nazi like a Nazi from Poland that they rescued,
and set him up running a media company both in Ukraine and in New York called Prologue Research
and Publishing Association Inc. And literally, you can see the stated CIA document that says it was
established to conduct clandestine activity. They were willing to allow a Nazi to propagandize you
just to be able to do what? Who knows what the real goal was at this point? Ultimately, we can see
them playing it out still with the Azov movement in Ukraine today.
So that's clearly relevant.
Back to the article, these are the firms they're talking about, at least in the sense of
whichever side we're dealing.
US does it, Israel does it.
In March, Calculist revealed the details of a plan to offer Israeli military personnel a two-year
tech leave in which they'll be able to work in pre-selected technology companies.
Now, it says in Israel, but we know that this is not the only thing we're dealing with, guys.
This is the whole point.
So that's just the article that Whitney was citing in that from a long time ago.
This is again from 2018.
Now going, see, yeah, going back to it.
So that's right here.
I got it highlighted.
The group here is Frontier Resource Group is the FRG.
Comframe, a secretive company or intelligence front.
Now remember, this was written in 2024, right?
2023, excuse me, 2020.
So as it says, princes and Lesham, so Prince being Eric Prince,
Lesham being Little Lesham, the spy.
Prince's and Lesham's joint activities after Lesham left, the group we just mentioned, Frontier Resource Group, founded by Prince and is an African dedicated investment firm, like just, it's weird.
So just five involved, of course.
After they left, Prince and Lesham's joint activities after Lesham left suggests that this pattern of behavior has not only continued, but deepened, working together to collaborate front companies to manipulate the American population.
according to Lesham's website, a year and a half after she started working for Prince,
she and Prince, quote, joined forces defound Conframe, a company that takes the best of
Israeli defense technology providers, that's what we're talking about, and helps them penetrate
the American market by bridging prevalent gaps. See, very recently, that wouldn't have been
Bokhtat because they're our greatest ally and they're doing good, right? The whole world recognizes
that's not true.
Lesham also says Comframe was assisted by her, quote,
Premier Integrator and Business Development Platform for deploying
Advanced Military Special Operations, Public Safety, and HLS Solutions in the United States.
Remember, she's an Israeli spy and a wide network of partnership, both government and civilian.
How can you get much more clear than that?
Continuing, it says, so what is Comframe exactly and what is it intended to do?
Why are the only people associated with this company in 2023, two professionals,
mercenaries, one of whom is a known CIA asset and an Israeli spy.
A 2020 article published in the Jerusalem Post seems to highlight Comframe's mysterious
interworkings and likely purpose.
That article, which is LinkedIn here, notes that Comframe acted as a middleman in forging
an agreement to create an assembly line in El Paso, Texas, in order for the Israeli company,
Tom Carr, to quote, offer its latest models to the U.S. armed forces.
and God only knows what kind of things were involved in that company and the things they were giving them.
You'll see that more as we go forward.
And it's why the Pentagon said Israel's a concern.
It'll come full circle.
You'll see it.
But in Texas, I mean, don't forget, Eric Prince was the one who very clumsily tried to force a megaphone that was built in Israel, guys.
And then, of course, we'll come back to you have examples of Donald Trump trying to push the same thing through a White House app or walls being caught with an app that's literally telemessage being archived for Israel.
We've covered these many times.
See how it all comes together, though.
It's very interesting, how obvious it is.
And it says, in order for the Israeli company Tom Carr to offer its latest models to the
US armed forces, the agreement was made between Tom Carr and Prince Manufacturing,
a major contract manufacturing company that works with Ford, General Motors, Tesla, among others,
Prince manufacturing was notably founded and run for many years by Edgar Prince.
Of course, Eric Prince's father, no big deal.
notably Tom Carr, its founder, Yoram Zarachi, and his son, who works for Tom Carr,
Ramzachi appeared in the Panama Papers, as does the former holding company that owned Tom Car
from 2004, 2011. Of course, that doesn't matter, right? Because we just go gasp,
corruption, and it showed, and they're bad, and then we all, then just all keeps going.
NSO group is hacking, and we can't allow it. Then Biden works with them. You're like, this is just
the usual suspects kind of thing. This is what they do. It's not unique to partisanship, guys.
An article notes that Comframe, quote, is focused on recognizing needs in the U.S. defense industry and matching them to possible solutions, usually involving innovative Israeli companies.
That's literally their own statement.
And it says, however, the article notes, quote, to meet the demands of American security needs, one must have an American entity.
Lesham is then quoted as saying Ram, Zarachi of Tom Carr, had been living in Phoenix for 15 years, but he can't do that, as he's not.
not American, sell to the American military because he's not a U.S. citizen.
She said, we can. Why? Comframe has Eric Prince. In other words, perlusham,
Comframe utilizes Eric Prince and presumably Burgess to sell Israeli defense technology
and products to the American military. That would otherwise not happen because of national
security. So that's all, so they, so this means that this is an illusion created by the people
in power to pretend they care because they're not, I mean, I mean, look, some of the
are stupid, but Eric Prince at the front of a packed Israeli intelligence company is not a secret
because they work with these groups. So this is about pretending that we live in this world
when it's obvious the world is different than we actually realize, except many are becoming aware.
So continuing in this, Comframe. I just was curious where it was today, right?
Here's, this is, this comes up still. It's a functioning website and it's just Comframe
solutions, not for the podcast. This is not Comframe's website. This is a contact
Actout.com page. It simply has Comframe Solutions information. And it simply shows the website,
says 11 to 50 employees, defense and space manufacturing, headquarters, cheap skate US. How funny is that?
Of course, founded zero, whatever that means. Well, guess what happens when you click on the website,
guys? You want to see what this comframe is turned into? Hopefully it's not spamming my page.
Look at that. Okay. So clearly, Israel creates a fake intelligence front, gets Eric Prince
to become the front of it, it ultimately works,
but then gets called out,
gets exposed, have a little bit of problems and corruption.
And ultimately then they just dump it into some sex bot webpage.
You know why I think this means
because they've just moved on to the next ploy.
I mean, they can't sell up this massive thing for loss,
and then just goes away.
It vanishes.
As Israel pointed out, or excuse me,
as Whitney pointed out,
Israel clearly let Lisham and Prince through the company
that the employee she highlighted are,
non-existent, right? I mean, talking about two ultimate companies that we, or excuse me,
two employees that we can prove, that's Prince and Lesham, and then the rest is claims.
So did it even ever exist? Was that only what it is going to be if and when it succeeded?
It's hard to say. But here's what it is, what essentially I argue is the, what Lesham has
continued. Right. So Comframe seems to have vanished. At least you can't.
can't see it. There's no, I can't find whether it even stopped. The information just seems to
suggest that it's back there somewhere, but there's no website's gone. Who knows? But in Lesham,
who was co-creating this just moved on to Protago Ventures. Funding next generation defense
technologies. Look, isn't it weird how all of them are in? Why? Because this is where it's
going. The new booming business is control of the peons, right? The, the feudal technocratic state
where they need drones and shock gloves and all the stuff they're going to just looks great. Doesn't
it. It's like it's right in your face right now, guys, that's why the whole damn world can see it.
Of course, here she is. Little Lesher. Lighthole, Latal, however you say it.
Co-founder, managing partner, that's her. And now this is a stated Israeli company.
Of course, that's why you go on and general and brigadier general, you know, usual, right?
But of course, to them, that means it's good because we're talking about military stuff.
But at the end of the day, you're talking about an Israeli intelligence company, not a company.
That's what I argue.
So I just want to point out that that's what they just moved on to the next version of it.
And now Protago Ventures has many different contracts.
It's immersed with the establishment within the United States.
That's the whole point.
Here is Calculist.
And this I find very relevant.
And I'll include another article we put out.
Protago, the prime time is deep tech, defense tech, and dual use.
Now, that doesn't mean what you might think it means in a COVID-19 type conversation.
At least I don't argue.
Who knows if this intersect with some kind of.
of weird biological technology, but the point is simply about having something that they argue is
for, you know, safety or whatever else, but that can also be used to shoot people protesting,
or, you know, however you want to frame that. And that's equally problematic. Now here's,
this is again, Latal Lesham, and she says today, the prime time is deep tech, defense tech,
and dual use. Managing partner, Portago Ventures, Israeli venture firms, specializing in defense
and deep, deep tech sector, which, I mean, what does that even mean exactly? The deep
tech sector.
Let's see what they say.
Companies, startups, and companies developing solutions based on substantial scientific
or engineering challenges.
So artificial intelligence.
Quantum computing.
That's the whole point.
According to Luscham, despite fears of geopolitical deterring, basically, despite everybody
being aware of Israel's genocide, guess what?
Governments are still utilizing their services, probably because they're not allowed
not to.
But it says those are our capabilities and are, oh, the main point that I want to highlight
here, actually, it's just right.
this easier. The country continues to draw significant interest in particular, particular thanks to its
battle-tested defense innovations. Sorry for the mic popping there. Move this a little bit. We've talked
about this. In fact, I cite Abby Martin for this because she's the one that first drew my attention
to the fact that Israeli military will go to defense, you know, symposium, whatever events
and sell weapons they just used only on people in Gaza as battle-tested.
it's very easily proven.
There's been documentaries on it.
It's just,
this is how disgustingly obvious it is that these people are grotesque.
And this is not a joke.
They're literally,
and she says right here,
these are,
these are capabilities are not developed in Silicon Valley in the lab.
She said they're all visible.
They're literally talking about what they're doing in Lebanon and Gaza, guys.
It's not a secret.
And she says,
Lesham noted that Protago is set to reach $130 million dollars in commitments.
Get this.
99% of which,
come from foreign investors, predominantly from the United States.
There it is.
The different things that we already have, I was just mentioning,
connections in through U.S. military.
So this portego is just the comframe of today.
Guys, that's what this is.
Looking ahead, Lattel believes the next revolution will be in quantum,
which she predicts is right around the corner.
Well, I find that relevant then to include what we just talked about in that context.
Oh, that I missed this.
How did I do that?
Oh, there it is.
Well, we're just going to mix this up a bit because I, uh, looks like I reorganized this in a funny way.
But obviously the point is that we just talked about this.
2026, June 22.
The Israel shaped quantum backdoor.
Now, my only part on this was just the idea that this is already something that's being allowed.
We talked about the new NDAA further integrating U.S. and Israeli militaries.
And one of the points that we were highlighting was specifically,
specifically from that point,
the National Defense Authorization Act,
right? Section 219, this is the whole thing.
Establishing a new U.S.-Israel Defense Technology Corporation,
innovative,
aimed at accelerating joint research, development,
integration of Israeli origin
and jointly developed defense technologies.
It's all the stuff that I'm talking about.
So on top of the fact that they're trying to hide
whether Israeli fronts are basically operating as U.S. companies,
as we all already know,
they're trying to mash together all of this as U.S.
anyway. So if this happens, it arguably won't even matter, I guess, but ultimately the point is
quantum computing, AI, autonomous systems, cyber warfare, directed energy. So as you go through this
and read about the information, it seems clear to me that this is something that's being
essentially allowed, right? That they're creating a situation where that ultimately is, you know,
the whole point is that's going to be something that could arguably stop the kind of cyber manipulation
and stuff that we're worried about. And that if you have the most obvious culprit who's already within
the, you know, they're inside the gates.
Well, good luck. You make your quantum defenses.
Guess what? Israel's already on the inside.
To me, I think that's an obvious point.
I'm sure some will make it about hating Israel.
You know, I'm saying, you know, even though it's probably not a crazy thing to hate a group committing genocide.
But, you know, the point is not about hating or not.
It's about the facts in front of us.
And here's what a new policy who posted that said, while Congress seeks to expand Israel's
access to U.S. quantum technologies.
The White House is issuing a new order identifying quantum as a top.
target of foreign espionage operations. I mean, it just seems stupid unless you're just pretending that
we don't all know that Israel is that threat. It's very clear, as even the Pentagon just told us.
I'll leave it up in case you've got to come back to it. But as we just briefly pointed to,
and just ran a couple parts of it, I want to go through this more in depth and then use this
to continue this conversation. We talked about Stuxnet and the different aspects of the, you know,
joint efforts, earlier efforts, and how this has gone forward. This is from,
and seventh, the unit that ate cybersecurity from Stuxnet to a $32 billion exit, how Israel's
8200 became the backbone of global cyber defense and a critical threat.
Now, it says to understand why the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency just rated its closest military
Middle East ally as a critical counterintelligence threat, as we showed you earlier, and why the
exploding pager operation that maimed thousands of Hezbole members was even possible, you have to
follow a single thread that runs through all of it. It started in a Department of Energy Lab around
2007, runs through a worm that escaped into the open internet in 2010 and ends in 2026 with
Google paying $32 billion for a four-year-old Israeli startup whose founders all served together
in the same military intelligence unit. So this conversation is no means new, as I'm sure you
all know. In 2006, under President George W. Bush, the United States launched a covert program
with the code name Operation Olympic Games, sabotage Iran's uranium enrichment program, even though, as we
probably know today, it wasn't doing what they claimed and, in fact, was something legal that every
country has the right to do. But of course, Israel wanted it, so Bush did what he was told, and ultimately
created, or you could argue, allow Israel to use something that they had created, which ultimately
became a massive problem. Now, the question is whether or not this was done or it was incompetence.
But as you know the story, the weapon was Stuxnet and it was a genuine joint venture.
The NSA built the core of the malware and the CIA handled the human tradecraft of getting it
into an air gap facility and Israel's unit 8200 was the partner on the other side.
Deployed Stuxnet temporarily knocked out roughly 1,000 of the 5,000 centrifuges spinning at the nuclear
facility. Of course, we know where we previously, even before this, where it ultimately didn't
do, you know, the argument is that it didn't actually stop the program if you even think the
program was beyond a civilian one anyway. But it says it was the first time in history that lines
of code physically destroyed industrial infrastructure, the birth certificate of cyberkinetic warfare.
Surprise, surprise. And it only became public because of a mistake. So that's really important
to think about too, is that had that only been the way that went and nothing else happened,
we would have never known that they were doing that.
In 2010, a program flew, excuse me, program flaw let the worm jump from the Iranian nuclear
facility onto an engineer's laptop.
Now, the question is, was this done?
Or was it just an accident?
From there, onto the open internet.
And it says where security researchers found it, unraveled it.
Two years later, in June 2012, the New York Times, David Sanger published.
the definitive account naming the U.S. and Israel,
neither government has formerly admitted it.
So interesting. Now, there's more before this, obviously,
but it's an interesting point to highlight from the cyber point forward
as the birth certificate of cyberconnect warfare.
Now, was it a joint venture?
Was one carried along with the other?
At the end of the day, the fact that it ended up being put out in the internet,
was that an accident?
These are questions you should ask.
Now, it says Israel's mandatory conscription funnels,
it's most mathematically gifted 18-year-olds into Unit 8200, right?
So they force people into the military.
And so they ultimately force some of the most smartest people to work for them in that military sense.
Now, it's just the result is the most productive entrepreneurial pipeline in the history of the technology technology industry.
We'll go over some of these more in a second, but checkpoint software.
Most, I mean, for example, Palo Alto Networks, I mean, these are American elements.
Co-founded by Unit 8200, alumni, Gil Shrewd, or Shwe,
the company that essentially invented the commercial firewall.
Great.
So the very firewall, you know, created by an Israeli unit 820?
Exactly.
Palo Alto networks founded by Zernerzuk, now a roughly $100 billion next generation security giant.
CyberArc.
The privileged access leader co-founded by two, unit 8,200.
Whiz, cloud security founded by three.
I mean just read their names.
You wouldn't know them.
Ass off, Rabapur, Ami, Latwak, you know,
these are served together in unit 800 for almost a decade together.
Whiz, you're aware of.
Armus, Sentinel 1, Cyber Reason, and dozens more.
We've talked about cyber reason.
The fact that it was predicting all these terrible things in 2020.
And, you know, it's, and that got access to all of that data and all of those machines.
So it says the same pipeline feeds the offensive commercial industry, too.
The spyware vendors whose tools that this platform is documented at length from the
Predator Intellexa ecosystem, Intellexa being another one we've talked about, I have an article
up for it, to the NSO group's Pegasus.
The line between 8,200 alumni building a cloud security unicorn and 8200 alumni building
a zero-click mobile implant, meaning they can just send you something and they have access
to your phone.
That's it.
is in human terms, often one career decision-wide.
So a whole thing again is that, well,
they're making all these crazy things
that are being used to protect it,
but they also are the biggest threat to everybody.
So the real question is,
is it even actually protecting you
if they're the threat that can backdoor it?
I argue no.
90 to 95% of the founding teams that he sees
are unit 8,200 veterans
in the larger conversation of the companies
are starting. Team 8, for example,
the venture studio founded by former Unit 8200 member,
Nadav Zafir, runs a company factor model and is backed by Eric Schmidt,
Cisco, Microsoft, Walmart, Temasek,
the capital, the operators, and the alumni network form a closed self-reinforcing loop
that no other country can replicate.
So this is what I'm talking about this being like trapped,
like in a too big to fail kind of dynamic.
that Israel and it's invasive, everything is worked its way in like a tick and there is nothing
they can do about it unless they want to expose that or hurt themselves.
So basically shoot themselves in the foot to stop it.
On February 11, 2026, Palo Alto Networks closed as $25 billion acquisition of CyberArc, who we've
talked about, a pivot into identity security driven by the rise of AI and machine identities,
cyber arcs founder and several executives are unit 8200 alumni so the question is as we've now seen
above and how it continues does that then change or at the very least we know it influences but does
that now make palo altho networks a Israeli front I'm not going to say I know that it could and
maybe that was the plan but the ultimate point is to recognize that these are spies guys and they're
working their way into these companies on March 11 2026 now again to be to be very clear and
accurate. I'm not saying I can prove that each one of these people are acting in that role,
but they are literal intelligence. So the whole, I mean, how many times you heard CIA tell us
there's no such thing as former CIA? But I'm not going to say, I'm not claiming I know what their
actions are or what they're really doing. But I'm simply highlighting the reality of the
intelligence connection to all of these. And then the fact that we can prove that is happening,
even from our own intelligence apparatus for people that have worked alongside them. On March 11,
in 2026, Google completed its $32 billion all-cash acquisition of WIS.
The largest exit in Israeli history and one of the biggest acquisitions Google has ever made.
Cleared only after antitrust probes in the U.S. and the EU, because, of course, they clearly
worried about Israel.
No, they don't care.
It's Israel.
No worries.
The rising in cyber 202026 industry list named 14 Israeli companies, nearly half of the entire roster,
meaning, you know, these rising potential.
I mean, it's obvious to see the role that Israel plays.
And underneath the headline deals,
and underneath the headline deals sits the quieter structural fact
that has Washington's counterintelligence officials uneasy.
According to a database compiled by the independent researcher
and reported by DropSight News,
more than 1,400 veterans of Israeli intelligence,
roughly 900 of them from unit 80-200,
hold engineering and security roles inside the U.S. tech companies, including an estimated 250 for Microsoft
and dozens each at Google, meta, Apple, the video, Intel. These aren't junior seats. They're the people
building and securing the platforms that route the world's transaction data, cloud workloads,
and communications, and the AI-built system that we're building out, they're building out right now.
it was this one I was going to show real quick.
For example, which again, I'm not saying proves it,
but is I think relevant for where we are,
is the guy working at Flock,
who's also, you know, worked at APEC,
but I think much more relevant,
spent about seven years
working for Israeli intelligence.
Seven years, nine months.
Israeli military intelligence, group leader,
many of which are the people that advocate for him for this job.
In fact, they're the ones that, you know,
the resources or whatever,
they list on LinkedIn.
they call it. But his name is Slomi Lior. He's the algorithm and systems engineer for flock.
So maybe it means something. Maybe it doesn't. But I think it truly matters how embedded all this
becomes and what we're seeing build out in the specific category. Here's the article they were
talking about. Hundreds of former Israeli spies are working in big tech database shows.
So continuing, here is the uncomfortable synthesis of all three stories. The same national security
apparatus that built Stuxnet with the NSA.
That booby-trapped,
Hesbos Pagers,
which is, again,
just an objectively obvious terrorist attack.
There's no way around it.
There was no aim,
and it killed,
it hurt most of women and children
because they let it circulate for years.
It was a plan to maximize fear and suffering.
And that runs the world's most aggressive
commercial spyware industry.
So, you know,
the same national security apparatus
that did all those things,
also trained the founders and staffs
of the engineering benches of the companies defending much of the planet's digital infrastructure.
Doesn't that seem like a problem?
I mean, this is like letting murderers run.
I mean, that's a better, like, or ready, you know, pedophiles run a preschool or something.
Like, it just doesn't, it's ridiculous.
For two decades, that paradox was tested as an unalloyed good.
A friendly superpower of a cyber threat or cyber talent celebrated and glossy profiles on the startup nation,
many of the articles we've seen.
In 2026, of course, that framing cracked.
When the DIA rated Israel a critical intelligence threat after spyware literally turned up on U.S. officials' phones, we're talking about 2026.
Of course, you don't hear that from this administration.
It was implicitly acknowledging the other half of the equation that the industry press had spent years cheering.
Banks using Palo Alto networks have transaction data passing through servers that are controlled by spies.
literal acting spies or former spies.
I don't know why that's not scary to people with what we see them doing.
Stuxnet, and to be clear, CIA in a different way, would be just as alarming to me, guys,
because we know what they're capable of.
Stuxnet proved a state could weaponize code to break the physical world.
Grim Bieber, I mean, think about that one sentence with where this is going right now.
We're all kind of on edge for some kind of massive event.
Next thing we know we're going to have some kind of act.
They've already been claiming Iran is hacking water infrastructure, which I don't even think was the case.
That if we have some massive thing that happens, they simply just blame Iran and it just completely upends the way the world is operating right now.
Or, you know, individual infrastructures and civilians access to water, whatever it is.
They will rush right over the top of this, blame Iran.
Grim Bieber proved a state could weaponize the supply chain itself.
And the unit 8200 ecosystem proved that the human capital behind,
behind both could be spun into a commercial empire so deeply woven into global infrastructure
that you cannot cleanly separate the cyber power we rely on from the cyber power we were
warned about.
I mean, man, can't get much more clear than that.
Maybe you can hear it from their own mouth.
They buy it from or I think they were buying it from.
We have an incredible array of possibilities of creating foreign companies that
have no way being traced back to Israel, shell companies over shell companies who affect the supply
chain to our favor.
We create a pretend world.
We are a global production company.
We write the screenplay.
We're the directors.
We're the producers.
We're the main actors.
The world is our stage.
Did you see any surprises in Gaza?
Surprises?
Yeah.
Like the intelligence surprises.
Pages, walkie, talk you know how many equipment, I mean, treated equipment do we have in these countries?
You can't, you're not.
I do.
You mean, you mean booby-trapped equipment?
Not only booby-trapped and spying.
Manipulated equipment.
In which countries you're talking about?
All the countries that you can imagine.
I mean, really digest that with what we're saying today.
Guys, every country you can imagine.
Now, of course, you could be lying.
You can be about scaring people.
But shell companies upon shell companies to manipulate the supply chain in our favor
is exactly what we're talking about.
Fake companies, acting like their American companies,
or the idea that what he just said,
in every country you can imagine,
your cell phone right now
could literally be that problem through Apple,
through Google, through any of it.
And I just, and what's so crazy about this
is it's not even remotely an un, like a hyperbolic threat
or unrealistic.
It's quite literally the most logical thing
to be worried about with what they tell you they do,
what they're capable of doing,
and what you've seen them carry out.
It's just, it's crazy.
I don't know.
It's one of those things that you just can't get around
because it seems that most people don't even want to talk about it.
In the general normie sense, I guess.
But to end on this article, it says none of these three facts is new.
What's new is in 2026 is that they're finally being held in the same hand at the same time.
It's a good way to put that.
By the Pentagon, by regulators,
waiving through $30 billion deals,
and by every CISO who just realized,
that, quote, where did this technology come from and who built it is no longer a marketing question.
It's a threat model question.
The same one, Hezbollah should have asked about its pagers.
Of course, Gray's owns article from 2025, how Microsoft became a hub for military intelligence.
Microsoft, excuse me, Grease Mint Press News article revealed the former Israeli spies working
in top jobs at Google, Microsoft, Facebook, you know, this is in the cloud, 22.
And again, the one they put out in 2025, drop site news.
of former Israeli spies working for big tech.
Now, just on Wikipedia or whatever this is,
Powerbase, whatever one of these WikiP type things,
Unit 8,800.
And it just kind of outlines all the names.
And this is specifically at Microsoft that you could prove.
The links are included.
Look at this, Google, Facebook, meta.
I mean, look at just Microsoft.
I mean, these are, and these are the ones you know about.
Many of them, there's plenty more that are just kind of behind the scenes.
Senior leadership role, technical development, project strategy, product management,
senior. This is crazy. Look at that. All of these are not just Israeli intelligence elements,
but from specifically unit 8200. I mean, they're controlling the company at this point.
Unit 8200, Google, senior leadership role, head of strategy, head of insights, head of global
self-service, Google way, product partnership managers, software engineers. Here's meta, Facebook,
vice president, integrity, that's perfect. Head of data science, engineering manager,
software. I mean, just, you know, and these are just what's on the surface. Now, include these
articles, which I think you should get into, rather the shows about this, walls being caught
using telemessage. It's exactly what we're talking about. Now, I don't think it's, I think
it's only being caught in the sense that he didn't want you to see it. But I don't think he's
unaware. I think these people know what they're doing. That's my opinion. But either way,
they moved him off on a side position so you didn't talk about it anymore. Clearly, it wasn't
about Signal. It was about TeleMessage, which is an Israeli intelligence app to archive
signal. That's what they were using.
in the White House.
Or the idea that Trump literally released his own app for the White House,
which just no one talks about now anymore,
which was dangerous Israeli spyware.
And of course, Israel spyware quiet comeback under Trump.
Look at that.
26, March 29th.
Yeah, it's crazy.
Way ahead of that.
Okay.
Counterpunch.
Going back to some older points on this and bringing it back to today.
September 27, 2008.
Crazy.
It Israeli Trojan horse.
It says since the late 1990s, federal agents have reported systemic communications security breaches at the Department of Justice, FBI, DEA, State Department, and the White House.
Okay, they talk about specifically Varent Inc., which is an important story that you've heard of, I'm sure, if you haven't, it's a classic example of a company that ends up being, you know, open the door to two hacks and manipulation that ultimately is an Israeli front.
formerly converse infosys and Amdox limited, both the same point.
It says together, Veyrant and Amdox form part of the backbone of the government's domestic
intelligence surveillance technology.
At the time, both companies are based in Israel.
Not a see, this is not a new story, guys, and are heavily funded by the Israeli government
with connections to the Israeli military and Israeli intelligence.
Both companies have a long history of board memberships dominated by current,
and former Israeli military and intelligence officers.
The companies, operations, sources suggest,
have been infiltrated by freelance spies,
exploiting encrypted trapdoors in Barron and MDox technology.
Now, this is 2008, you understand,
with what we know today,
do you think those were freelance spies or Israeli spies?
Because we're talking about Israelis,
is what they're highlighting,
but the point is they argue, well,
this is a former CIA guy or former UNA 200,
and there so they're freelance. No, no, that's not what I believe. I think we can prove that today.
And on top of that, the trapdoor, which we're going to do more, is literally what Israel has been
known for creating and had been called out for by previous administrations, in fact.
So think about that in the context of looking back at 2008.
Companies operations source suggests have been infiltrated by freelance spies, exploiting encrypted
trapdoors that were previously there that they didn't know about in both those companies
and then gathering data on Americans for transfer.
to Israeli intelligence and other willing customers, particularly organized crime.
Interesting.
Okay.
I think that was it on this one.
2008, let's go to 2009.
March 12th, 2009, Israeli spying in the United States, also counterpunch.
Scratch a counterintelligence officer in the United States, and they'll tell you that
Israel is not a friend of the United States.
They probably wouldn't even let them post this today.
You know, why?
Because they knew Israel was spying.
Ask John, ask Kirak, or what is it, Kiraku, or I think it's Karaku.
I think I said Kirakal before.
Or Wilkerson, or, you know, any number of people that know and have worked with them.
And they will tell you, these people hate us, they'll spy on us.
They'll steal and they will cut the tail off my dog and put it in the Christmas present.
That's what Kirakku told us while he was in Israel when his family was there.
I mean, it's just insane the stuff that we can prove.
And in 2009, that's the point.
the government, the Pentagon, not the White House,
know that they're not their allies.
That's what they just stated.
Israel's not a friend of the United States.
It says this is because Israel runs
one of the most aggressive and damaging espionage networks
targeting the United States.
Does that sound like an ally?
Now look, all of them do this to some degree,
but this is different when you understand
the degree to which Israel does this and what they do.
The fact of Israeli penetration, I'll put it this way,
my opinion, is Israel sees this more of like a vassal ship,
This is not about working together, allies.
It's about you are working for us.
And if you don't fill your role, you'll be attacked as quick as anybody.
And in fact, that's been shown before.
Or spite on relentlessly.
But the point is sabotage, attacks, threats, secret.
You know, this is what we, this, 9-11, ladies and gentlemen.
We have to understand that what we're talking about is a, as a, not an equal dynamic.
Let's put it that way.
Now, some people argue it goes the other way.
You could decide for yourself.
But my point in this is highlighting from their point.
perspective, that it's not about some kind of joint partnership. It's about, you know, insofar they
get their agenda done. The fact, and again, that's exactly how our government operates, too.
The fact of Israeli penetration into the country is not a subject off discussed in the media,
the right, or in the circles of governance due to the extreme sensitivity of the U.S.
Israel relationship coupled with the burden of the Israel lobby. He was calling it right out,
which punishes legislators who dare to criticize the Jewish state. Again, I care, this wouldn't,
they wouldn't even, whoever runs this.
platform today, I'm willing to bet you would never let this publish today. Israel spying on the U.S.,
however, is a matter of public record. And neither conspiracy nor theory is needed to present the evidence,
but you'd be surprised how many people would ignore it today. Go ask Randy Fine, see what he says.
In 1979, the Central Intelligence Agency produced a scathing survey of Israeli intelligence
activities that targeted the U.S. government. And there's links, some links are included in this article.
According to the 1979 CIA report, the Israelis, while targeting political,
secrets also devote, quote, a considerable portion of their covert operations to obtaining scientific
and technical intelligence.
Sure, you already know where this is going.
In fact, they mention it.
But there's plenty of other things besides the nuclear conversation.
They just will steal.
That's not what allies do.
Other deep cover operations included the penetration of a U.S. company that provided
weapons-grade uranium to the Department of Defense during the 1960s.
Israeli agents eventually spirited home an estimated 200 pounds of your.
uranium as the bulwark of Israel's secret nuclear program.
Yes, it's like the most known secret in the world, but many don't know that they stole it
from the United States.
Even though we've mentioned it before, very, very easy to look up.
Last, it says AT&T employed the services of Narcos Inc.
One of the other kind of famous ones in the history of Israeli famous, like basically
intelligence companies that get caught for being what they are, you know, very simplified way
to put that.
But companies that ultimately end up getting caught in some kind of scandal and it comes out
later that they're really, you know, run by Israel intelligence or, you know, something, you know,
as they write in this article, like freelance spies or something like that. But it says, which was
founded in Israel in 1997. Same old story. It was NARA's technology that AT&T whistleblower, Mark Klein,
famously unveiled in 2006 affidavit that described the operations in AT&Ts. Yes, that company,
the phone company, their secret tapping room at the San Francisco facilities. So it's just,
this, why would, so why would we know that Israeli's company could have and spy and just nothing
changes? They don't get this sanctioned. They don't get, you know, it, it's all that ultimately
happens is we're going to show next is it gets more entwined, more infiltrated. So that shows me that
the top, the power structure knows and doesn't care. I don't know how else we can see that.
This is 2012. Shady companies with ties to Israel wiretap the U.S. for the NSA. Shady companies with
ties to Israel wiretap the U.S. for the NSA.
It's just, it doesn't, if you don't, if you would hurt, you'd read that or someone told you
that, they'd be like, that's not true.
That's not what happened.
Because people just don't want to understand.
They don't want to hear it.
Some people anyway.
I think I don't really have anything highlighted.
The point in this is just the same companies, by the way, or the same group, it overlaps with
the same groups.
Now I'm forgetting up top of my head, Arcus and the other one, the NAR, the end, I forget
them off top of my head.
The point is in general that it's just an ongoing point.
this. We've been in depth in those articles. This one was to make the point that it carries over.
And more than this, obviously to this day, but 2012, this is wired, simply highlighting the same
problems continue. So if these companies, in fact, that's one of the reasons why I was going to show you,
let me just look real quick. The idea that you can see that these same companies that were called
out for doing these things before are now suddenly being allowed to continue. You can read through it
for yourself. The point is simply, oh, this is why too. Looks like I have it. Zoomed
out a little bit. Where is it in here? The point was the companies that we just referenced are the
ones that they're still doing it to this day. Then this goes to 2016. Same point, by the way.
It just goes even further. U.S. scene removing spy stigma from Israeli tech companies. Okay, so at this
point, I mean, it's been publicly discussed and there's government elements going, these guys are not
our friends. They're spying on us. They're stealing from us. Okay. So what do you expect the U.S.
to do, to step up and say something, do something about it, protect its assets, protect
Americans. Well, they did the opposite. Israeli high-tech companies have prospered in the United
States. Israelis occupy key positions in high-tech giants from Silicon Valley to Boston's Route
128. The U.S. is the main market for Israeli technology companies. That seems interestingly obvious.
Nevertheless, a large cloud darkens the blue skies of the Israeli high-tech in America.
the administration of Washington imposes restrictions of the participation of Israeli companies in federal department tenders.
Remember, this is 2020-2016, saying for fear that these companies put backdoor software in their products for the purposes of espionage.
So you have to understand, this is the same kind of thing today where the Pentagon goes, they're the biggest threat.
And the White House goes, shut up.
We don't care.
They're our ally or whatever.
You know, the same kind of equivalent of that, ignoring it entirely or disagreeing with it.
rather. So what you're seeing is that in Washington, same kind of thing, like the administration
in Washington imposing restrictions at the time, 2016. So simply just saying we are not going to
allow them to build back doors into our technology, which again, not just prove there that they knew that,
but that this is something they're known for and continue to do sense. In fact, even getting into that
Apple conversation a couple years later, that's exactly what they ultimately did with Apple. This is
All right in front of us today.
So the point, though, is that it goes on despite that.
As U.S. entities are going, these people are spying, we can't let it happen.
For years, claims have been reported in the United States that Israeli high-tech companies.
We're incorporating backdoors in their products in order to gather information from U.S.
government departments and agencies.
For years.
Now, the Americans with the aid of Israeli organizations, are trying to deal with that problem.
So a senior official of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is about to come to Israel to discuss with her Israeli counterparts ways of removing the restrictions.
Yeah, the opposite.
I'm sure you're not surprised.
The official is, this is at the time 2016, the official was Dr. Phyllis, was it Shrinek, deputy undersecretary for cybersecurity and communications for the National Protection and Programs Directorate at the Department of Homeland Security.
and one of the most senior U.S. officials,
government officials,
responsible for the protection of federal systems,
including the computers of the atomic energy agency.
The White House, the Pentagon, the Federal Reserve,
at an Israeli U.S. cybersecurity conference
held recently for the second year,
this again, 2016, in Atlanta, Georgia,
Dr. Schneck, whatever you say that,
confirmed that the Obama administration
was now working with Prime Minister's office in Israel,
Jerusalem with the aim of opening U.S. federal tenders to Israeli high-tech companies.
Make it make sense.
The only way that makes sense is to realize that they didn't care.
And in fact, the only way to remove the stigma is to just ignore it and immerse ourselves further.
Which obviously you didn't need this article to know that.
Look at where we are right now.
But the point is to see how clearly they were aware.
They called it out.
They knew it.
Our own government was going, don't let that happen.
and the White House and administrations and Homeland Security said, we don't care.
New York Times, a front company and a fake identity, how the U.S. came to use spyware it was trying to kill.
So the same thing.
2023.
So this is about the NSA group and the rest of it, right?
So the point is the same.
They were trying to stop it, or at least ostensibly, and ultimately let it happen.
So you could argue there was a pretend way to, like, feigning to stop it, or that they were trying,
and then the intelligence, infiltration, spying out, one out.
Their pressure, their accusations of anti-Semitism, you know, whatever it is,
ultimately won out.
You could decide for yourself.
It says the secret contract, New York Times,
the secret contract was finalized on November 8th, 2021.
That's Biden's administration.
A deal between a company that has acted as a front for the United States government
and the American affiliate of a notorious Israeli hacking firm.
Under the arrangement, the Israeli firm, the NSA group,
Again, you know, that same one that is currently making its way back into America because of Trump.
We'll come back to it.
The NSO group gave the U.S. government access to one of its most powerful weapons, a geolocation tool that can covertly track mobile phones around the world without the phone user's knowledge or consent.
So I understand.
I mean, this is objectively illegal in the sense of our constitutional right.
Your government doesn't care.
They like the idea of it.
They can access what they want without knowing.
and they did great do it we have long since been under the you know rulership of people that
even pretend to care about what they tell us we that we all believe in so in 2021 Biden was allowing
this a secret contract to allow that so think about it right now what trump is using was initiated
by Biden if you need a better reason to see that they're all the same thing here is the time to pay
attention signed for the front company by a businessman using a fake name
you think they didn't know that i mean guys this is the same as like the whitkoff and and
lutnik deals that are being made like these people like there's these people are just
right on the surface breaking the law corrupt Biden and the team literally made a contract for
this with a fake name a company of a businessman using a fake name it's just absurd and this is
something that's on the record and we can't wrap the the main screen can't factor that in today
why is new york times breaking this down right now why aren't they all screaming about how this is
happening. Don't you find that strange? Only five days earlier, the Biden administration had announced
it was taking action against the NSA group, whose hacking tools for years had been abused by
governments around the world to spy on political dissonance, human rights activists, journalists,
many of which were killed because of this. The White House placed NSO on a commerce department
blacklist, declaring the company a national security threat and sending the message that American
companies should stop doing business. Now, interestingly, you could overlap this with the same thing
of saying that we have to prove foreign companies and then Trump rolling it back. But the different
point here to make is that this didn't Biden was pretending. All right? So out front, he's saying,
we need to stop these dangerous Israeli companies or just rather any companies that do that
while making a secret contract with the worst of all of them. The secret contract, which the New York
Times is disclosing for the first time in 2023, violates the Biden administration
own public policy. So nothing new, ladies and gentlemen, not left, not right, not Trump,
not Biden, and still appears to be active. To this very day, by the way, the contract reviewed
by the Times stated that the U.S. government would be the ultimate user of the tool.
Although it's unclear which government agency authorized the deal and might be using the spyware,
it specifically allowed the government to test, evaluate, and even deploy it, can you guess where?
In Mexico. Now, really take a second to think about that.
you have Biden in 2021 making a deal secretly, which you didn't know about until years later,
to allow the tools that Trump is using to initiate the program that they all pretend to be against,
and in fact, opening the door for them to use that tool in the very location that became the central point of conversation that started all of this.
The incoming surge of the border and the Trendy, Raqwa and MS-13, I mean, you, look, Biden may not have been aware of that.
I don't think Biden was aware of much, but you need to recognize that the death.
Democrat side of it set up the tools that they continue to use. And you could argue that's by
coincidence. And they didn't realize it. But come on, guys, we can't be that naive. The Times reported
last year that the FBI purchased access in 2019 to the NSO's most powerful hacking tool, Pegasus,
which invades mobile phones and mines their contents. The secret November 2021 contract used the
same American company designated as Cleopatra Holdings, but actually a small New Jersey-based
government contractor called Riva Networks, that the FBI, of course, used two years earlier to
purchase Pegasus.
Riva's chief executive used a fake name and signed the 2021 contract and at least one contract
Riva executed on behalf of the FBI.
This is just a big, incestuous, disgusting corruption.
Like, they're all, you think that nobody picked up on this?
They're all aware of this, guys, they're covering.
This is how intelligence is, it's like cloak and dagger nonsense.
The deal unfolded as the European private.
equity fund that owned the NSO pursued a plan to get U.S. government business by establishing a
holding company, Gideon Cyber Systems. The private equity fund's ultimate goal was to find an American
buyer for the company. Look at that right back around to exactly we're dealing with today,
which is that had they do if and when any company does this today with Trump's new rule,
you'll never know. You'll never know that it's not a day. Well, they got an American guy to stand
out front. So guess what? We don't know that it's actually Israeli spyware or Israeli intelligence
running these companies. And again, spyware maker NSO group is paving the path into Trump's America.
Now, despite the fact that there's already multiple agreements, they, you know, it's like them
standing up, it's like Obama in 2014 or 16, saying gain of function is no longer allowed and then
provably continuing it, provably, or any other example of that going forward through all of them.
You know, they love to put it out there.
And then they do what they want to do anyway.
And this is just the content.
This is them making it clear that you have to now accept this terror,
you know, this cyber terrorist group as some kind of a positive force in the world
because that's what they want you to think today.
So quickly, here's this clip again.
This is just the short one from, I think it's frontline.
Just showing you, this is, this goes back to three years ago.
So I just think it's crazy that you can have corporate media
acknowledging this very real problem.
And then right now, I mean, they'll make articles about how look at Trump and,
but nothing like, it's almost as if it's like a glancing blow.
It's kind of like, this is the, you know, Trump's corrupt as opposed to acknowledging
what it really shows us and highlighting that it went from Biden to Trump and understanding
that.
Just really quickly, this is just the, the intro they played.
Did they buy it from?
Oh, you know what?
I removed it alone.
Not that I even need to play it again, but it's interesting to me.
Listen to what they say, you know, and let's look at the pictures.
Shoshkashoggi, and lots of different elements that are part of the larger Israeli intelligence
operator.
which has been used to monitor and track journalists, human rights activists and dissidents.
We immediately realized that this story would be huge.
NSO was established with the ambition to make the world a safer place.
It's a military military use against civilians.
This is extremely serious for democracies.
There is no control over how countries use it.
And they have been using it in the worst way you could imagine.
Yeah, but now we all forget it, right?
Now they all move on and start yelling about Donald Trump's, you know,
language or whatever the thing they want to hype on today
to get you ignoring what's really going on, in my opinion.
But Wall Street Journal put this out in 2024,
entitled Silicon Valley's Hot Talent Pipeline is an Israeli Army unit.
It's like right in front of us.
Venture capitalists are now converting a new class of founders,
those who served in a specialized unit of Israeli Army.
Now, this article alone has been, you know,
this is not a secret, right? That's the startup nation and all the stuff, but when seeing it in the
full picture, this is pretty alarming. Members of a unit 8200, known for its advanced cybersecurity and
cyber warfare capabilities, have founded dozens of cybersecurity companies. And with what you know,
remember, others have become influential venture capitalist in their own rights and are
mentors to entrepreneurial graduates. There are at least five tech company startups started by
unit 8200 alumni publicly traded in the United States.
That's exactly the point.
Together worth around $160 billion.
Private companies started by X unit 8,200 soldiers are worth billions more.
Interesting.
That's the thing, you know, like just, they're just more valuable, apparently.
While unit 8 to 100 alumni once talked about their service in hushed tones,
they now tout it in press releases and track clients and investment fund.
Well, that's exactly the point, guys.
This is the transition.
So this is like saying, well, that, that, here's like,
perfect example. It's Jolani. Here's Jolani as a terrorist with his, with his, you know,
beard and his, you know, everything, you know, the, the garb. Oh, but now he's in a suit. And now he
pretend like he's a leader of a country. You know, it's like, okay, well, we can see him.
He's not. Unit 800 is an intelligence, you know, criminal organization. I shouldn't, not the,
what it represents in regard to the startup nation dynamic, in my opinion, and the different
spyware they're using is, is criminal. And you just go, no, not anymore. Now they're just good guys and
doing good free things. It's like, come on. That's what they will push. And the average people
that never knew in the first place will just not along. That's what we're trying to fight.
Palo Alto Networks, the biggest publicly traded cybersecurity company and itself a product of
unit 8200 pipeline has purchased several companies led by alumni. So on top of the fact that
even Wall Street Journal just called it literally a product of the pipeline from Israeli intelligence,
Palo Alto Networks, but also that they've then purchased.
many other companies created by intelligence.
Graylock partners in Sequoia Capital, we've heard of clearly.
Two of Silicon Valley's most storied venture capital firms
have recently hired Israeli-based partners.
Pretty clear where this goes, guys.
Of course, here's November 9th, 2024, from Forbes, the data queen,
meet the Israeli ambassador of Wall Street's fastest growing company.
You know, that small thing that Democrats hate
that Jones would tell you, Pallentier, you know?
Obviously. That's been clear this has been a massive thing for a long time.
Always reflect on why people might lie to you about that.
Now, lastly, Jewish Telegraph Agency inside Israel's Esther Project.
This last section is just basically today, or generally speaking, largely where we are right now.
DOJ's filings reveal paid U.S. influencer campaigns amid AI-powered PR Bliss.
So considering everything we just talked about, these are all stories that you likely heard.
They're very public.
But think of them through this lens, right?
The idea of the Pascal conversation.
Newly filed records with the Department of Justice show that Israel's government has
quietly launched a two-track influence operation within the United States.
Would that be okay if it was Russia or China?
I mean, it seems weird regardless, even the UK.
Why is Israel allowed to quietly propagandize Americans?
With the U.S. blessing, apparently, at least Trump, and clearly it's the same,
which Trump's public about it, blending big bucket political
advertising with grassroots style influencer campaigns.
That's called lying, guys.
The filings reveal that a firm called Bridges Partners LLC has been hired to manage an
influencer network under a project code named the Esther Project.
Attached documents show that the firm owned by Israeli consultants, Erie Steinberg
and Yari Levi, was formed in June 2025 in Delaware and soon after received $200,000
to recruit and coordinate U.S.-based social media influencers.
Actually, this is the next one's about the Brad Pascal thing.
The contracts allow for up to $900,000 in payments over several months.
You want to wonder why some of these people are out there screaming about things we all know are false?
There you go.
And include a detailed pricing schedule, $60,000 up front.
You know how many, I mean, look at the field today and ask yourself how many of them wouldn't do anything for $60,000.
I mean, Laura Lumeer literally ate dog food on air for $20,000, whatever was.
These people will do anything.
And it says payments to cover influence of recruitment.
so they can influence other people, by the way,
and concept development.
Another $140,000 in development phase payments
as five or six influencers begin posting
and monthly allocations in up to $250,000,
earmarked for influencer fees, production, agency costs.
They're literally gaslighting
and astor-turfing the entire field.
They're trying to.
They're failing.
A final $50,000 was budgeted
for wrap-up and post-campaign
reporting. The filing also mapped out a phase rollout, three to six influencers onboarded at a time.
Each expected to post roughly 25 to 30 pieces of content per month. Crossed Instagram, TikTok,
and other platforms. Crazy. Here's another example of the current discussion, March 25, 26.
And that last one was 2025. This one you know about recently. Israel funds front websites in attempt to
push-chat GPT into promoting pro-war messaging.
I mean, this is literally right back around to the very AI conversation we're having earlier.
The Israeli government is paying to support a network of front websites.
So fake, guys, that are being used in attempts to manipulate popular search engines.
So lie to you and drum up support for the war in Iran.
In August 2025, Israel entered into a multi-million dollar contract with Clock Tower X,
a consultancy firm run by Trump campaign advisor Brad Pascall, or Parscal, according to a foreign agent's registry act.
You know, it's just right in your face.
That means desperation, if you want my honest opinion, as always.
Pill Whitico, Israeli PR wants to answer your chat GPT questions.
This is from two days ago.
Israel has launched a new campaign to influence how large language models like chat GPT are answering questions about Gaza, the Israeli defense forces.
and declining public support for the country across the U.S. political spectrum.
They're trying to manipulate what you understand.
It's as simple as that.
French PR firm Havas Media,
which runs the lion's share of Israel's FARA registered in the ones we know about,
the ones they're forced to register because it's so obvious.
Appears to have stood up an institute aimed at feeding large language models,
positive information about Israel,
via one of its subcontractors boutique ad agency, Piro Inc.
right so if you didn't know that you'd go well it's a different random company right this boutique agency
piro they're doing their own journalism but no it's something that they subcontract they own
they own this the extension of this apparatus and they then use them to yell about how is real like
it says next about these articles they write IDF is the most moral in the world and what happens is
then it is used to make grok will be like sources say that that's actually inaccurate here's
and they'll cite some random article that says that that's how this works
Piro disclosed that over a dozen articles on the Hanover Institute for Public Policy's website
were part of a $100,000 campaign focused on the creation and dissemination of factual source.
That's what they call it.
Factual source supported informational materials intended to educate U.S. public regarding Israel
and related issues through public distributed content.
The Institute's website features dozens of, quote, data reports with no named authors, of course,
because that makes it make sense.
Each of which features questions like,
is the IDF the most moral army in the world?
Like, even the framing of that is insane.
Or like, are they moral,
be a more accurate way to frame?
Are they the most moral in the world?
And is there a policy of starvation in Gaza?
Like, my God, guys,
it's like these are,
it's like asking whether or not they,
I mean, you know,
I don't need to get into it.
It's just insane that they would even try to quibble about these things.
And now they're using these articles.
If you read more,
the literal, these things are pulling up,
Chat GPT and GROC are citing these articles despite no author and basically no source material
just by going, look, the article says, you're wrong.
That's insane.
It appears to be working.
Chat GPT and Perplexity both cited the Hanover Institute's material in response to neutral tests
run by a PI referring to the site's content on Gaza, anti-Zionism, anti-Semitism.
Right, right, here's a faceless no-name, no author article that says you're wrong.
That's crazy.
So this is what they're doing in a mass scale right.
now, trying to bull, trying to full court press just force us into not understanding what's going on
in front of us.
Francesca Albany's highlights this exact point as there's Jacob from the political article saying,
Israel launched this effort as a sway of U.S. opinion by influencing large language
model.
So lying to you with technology.
Francesca Albany says, our apartheid is real doesn't just fake content to cover its crimes.
It now pays to launder them through AI with the proof idea.
the profile, what is it say, the pro-IFD, IDF, excuse me, feeds of the fake think tank Hanover Institute.
Legacy media enabled this for decades with open AI, perplexity, you know, oh no, I'm sorry.
She says, will open AI perplexity, Claude, do the same?
I think the answer is already becoming clear.
Now, this I'll just include, it's in Hebrew, but I did check this myself.
And this Israeli politician is standing up, it's posted August 15th, and says, truth no longer matters.
just as Trump has done in the United States,
we must flood social media with fake news to defend Israel.
Now let that sink in, guys.
Think about all we were the idea that this guy is not only going,
which we all know, Trump's lying to us.
They're just bullrushing you with nonsense all the time.
He goes, do that.
We need to lie.
Truth is irrelevant today, right?
As the Bilderberg meeting said,
we're in a post-truth world.
So as Trump has done, he literally says,
we must flood social media with fake news
to defend Israel. Do you think he means in Israel? Obviously not. They all largely agree,
which in pre-preter. Very easy to prove. He means Americans. He means in the UK. They are going to
flood your social media using their spyware, using their hack material. I mean, everything we just
covered, not just posting things, using fake companies and fake institutes. And this is what we're
dealing with, guys. Has to be relevant today. My God. Of course, just to add something on the end here,
2025. In the very beginning of this administration, I was wondering if it would ever become more
relevant that the Trump administration never really signed their ethics pledges. And one of the
main points was, well, that really means that foreign entities could be influencing them and
we would have no idea, as stated by one of the people who were running the actual process of
these pledges. And I thought to myself, well, isn't that on the nose? We'll think about where we
are right now. All the corruption, everything they're doing with these foreign companies,
now removing the ability for you to tell whether the foreign companies,
working with private-backed Israeli-influenced cyber attack companies.
I mean, ethics pledges should be the smallest thing, right?
But realize clearly there's a reason these people did not do that.
I think that's obvious.
And I'll end with another kind of longer clip of the same thing.
This is the Guardian Pegasus, the spyware technology that threatens democracy.
Five years ago.
Five years ago.
And right now, we know.
that this is part of what they're doing.
The actual same thing is right now being utilized by ice
and variations of it with the same companies, graphite.
This is what they do.
It's the same problem.
So Guardian, NBC, PBS, all of them can know about this.
And yet we're not, like, if this was what, if this, look, if what they say here is the truth,
and I believe it is, and way worse, they would be standing at every possible soapbox
in the world telling us how we need to stop this.
as journalist would, but that's not what I believe they are.
Now, for whatever reason, they called it out back then,
it's important to see that we're dealing with it now,
and it's way worse than it was then.
And yet, none of them really seem to care,
or at the very least, they've been neutered
and not to be able to do something about it.
So I'll leave it there for today.
Thank you for tuning in.
I'm going to include this video on the way out.
I won't forget. It's important.
But, guys, I mean, you know how obvious this is.
I mean, my God, it's just you got to get this in front of people.
It's very important.
I mean, every day it feels like our reach diminishes on, at the end of the day,
our reach as a platform is because of you guys.
I don't even, you know, I barely even look at most of the comments on the main platforms
anymore.
I barely even look at the numbers anymore because it doesn't really change what I do.
But I just, you can see how much these, I mean, on the Twitter, obviously,
but any number of them, even just YouTube yesterday or a day before,
it's about getting the real, you know, face to face time talking to people.
I mean, for crying out.
You can put this on a USB stick if you wanted to and give it to people.
The point is about just talking about it.
You know, if you want to give them the link, I hope so, because you can show them the
source material.
But it's not about just having them sit down and watch a two-hour show.
It's about getting the information out there.
And I think I've never seen the time where people are more willing to sit down and hear
this.
I mean, that has to say something.
And I'll tell you, you guys are why that's happening.
I can sit here and scream about this stuff all day long.
I can go out and do what I want to do in the world and try to inform people.
but I'm one person.
And yes, one person very much can make a difference.
The point is, though, that to really see it happen, it needs to be everybody out there.
And you guys are the ones that are actually making this happen.
So, you know, own that.
Feel good about that because, my God, guys, you have made a difference out there.
So get out there and make sure people see this.
Because right now, I feel like, again, like I said, all this stuff is kind of hinging on a lot of different things.
It may just feel in its own right.
But know that that never means it stops with these kind of people.
It always comes back from a different angle.
And so the point is to try to make sure.
it's so clear and so broken down that we will stop it indefinitely.
Because the real question is, what kind of world do you want for you?
What kind of world do you want to leave your family?
Because that's what we're talking about, guys.
This is happening.
So thank you for tuning in.
Watch the rest of this clip and I'll see you next time.
I love you all.
As always, question everything.
Come to your own conclusions.
Stay vigilant.
With just a single text, it can bypass your phone security and install spyware that grants
complete access to your device.
It can access every message you've ever said.
It can access every message you've ever received.
It can access every photo, every video, every email.
It can turn on your microphone.
It can turn on the microphone even when you're not using a phone call and just record
what you're doing in the room.
It can turn on your camera.
It can record what's on your screen.
It can access your GPS.
It can monitor your location.
And it can do all of this without you ever knowing.
The spyware technology that makes this possible is called Pegasus.
Pegasus is probably the most advanced piece of spyware ever developed.
It is effectively the most invasive form of surveillance imaginable.
Any idea that you had that aspects of your life could be kept private
and on the mobile phone of wrong.
So if you are someone who thinks that you're safe because you use WhatsApp,
which is end-to-end encrypted.
Or you use signal.
It really is meaningless once that Pegas is on your phone.
Pegasus can infect both iOS and Android,
while remaining virtually undetectable.
So one of the ways that Pegasus will attack your phone
is through what's called a zero-day vulnerability.
This is a vulnerability that the phone's manufacturer
doesn't yet know exists.
Pegasus is the main product of a company called NSO Group,
which isn't as very important.
Israeli surveillance company.
So the people who are using this spyware are government clients.
These will be governments around the world that the NSO group have sold a copy of Pegasus to.
A Guardian investigation can now reveal widespread abuse of Pegasus by NSO's government clients.
The reason this investigation is so extraordinary is that we, the Guardian, have gained access through forbidden stories to a treasure trove.
tens of thousands of records.
The leaked records include the phone numbers of thousands of people
who have been selected as potential targets by governments with access to Pegasus.
Before, we had an inkling that this technology was being used in abusive way.
But now the doors have been just thrown wide open,
and we have a much greater insight into the scale of the abuse that has occurred.
Just because a number appears in this list,
doesn't mean it was definitely hacked.
But in some cases, we've been able to go and check.
We've done forensics on the phone
that the person was using at the time.
And in dozens of cases, we found traces
of either an attempted or a successful Pegasus infection.
What we know about NSO group and what they've said for years
is that this is a law enforcement tool.
But I think what our investigations really revealed
is the extent to which that is just a complete,
you know, fantasy narrative.
The implications of this software being used widely are effectively an end to privacy for the people who are targeted by it.
That has very, very serious ramifications for how people who have legitimate secrets, which is everyone, go about living their lives.
The most serious implications of something like Pegasus is that it makes it much more unlikely that a dictatorial regime will become a democracy.
Because those were already regimes and systems that were obsessive about trying to monitor their populations
so that they could control them and prevent them from, you know, rising up and overthrowing them.
And this technology exponentially increases your capacity to do that.
I do believe it poses a greater threat to democracy.
It's exposing that a lot of these technologies that we think are meant to keep us safer on our phones.
And even if we're somewhat aware of it, that they're really not keeping us safe.
safe.
