Amazon presents Laura versus fruit flies.
Swarming your fruit and terrorizing your kitchen.
These little freaks multiply at a rate that would make a rabbit say, yo.
Chill.
But Laura shopped on Amazon and saved on cleaning spray, countertop wipes, and fly traps.
Hey, fruit flies.
Your baby boom ends here.
Save the everyday with Amazon.
And welcome to the lazy genius podcast.
I'm Kendra Adachi.
I'm the creator of the website, The Lazy Genius Collective, where we seek to be a genius about the things that matter, lazy, about the things that don't.
I wanted to give you a little sneak peek at what's coming in this first season of the brand new lazy genius podcast.
We'll still help you be a genius about the things that matter and lazy about the things that don't.
But on this podcast, I'm going to get some help.
For the next few weeks, I'll talk with friends from different walks of life about relationships, decorating, baking, parenting, finding space and time to be creative.
All kinds of things.
What to watch on television.
All the important things.
None of the stupid things.
There are some baller guests coming your way with relevant, awesome ways for you to be even more of a lazy genius, all the way from your soul to your Netflix queue and everything in between.
So until the first episode is released, I encourage you to go ahead and subscribe.
If you listen to podcasts on your computer, simply search iTunes for the lazy genius podcast.
Click subscribe and you're all set.
If you listen on your phone, whether it's through the native podcast app, Stitcher, Overcast,
which is my personal favorite, whatever you use, again, just search lazy genius podcast and
subscribe so you don't miss a minute. And I realize it would be kind of stupid to ask you to leave
a review now because nothing's happened yet. But once you listen to the first episode,
if you like what you hear, it would be so fantastic if you would take just a couple of
quick second to leave a review. You can actually write one with words or you could just click the
number of stars you want to give the podcast. You can give it one star. I won't judge or cry.
I've never been one for like vengeful vandalism so your homes and your cars are safe with me.
But I would really, really appreciate any sort of review that you can give the podcast because
it helps other people find it, which is awesome. In case you're wondering, what's coming in the first
episode, I am talking with my friend Emily Gordon. I met Emily 13 years ago. She was studying to be
a marriage and family therapist. And now she's a comedy writer and television producer in L.A.
And she's married to one of my favorite comedians, Kumail Nanjiani. Emily has gone through
a lot of changes since I've met her. So in the first episode of this brand new season,
Emily and I talk about change and how to deal with it. And again, Emily used to be a therapist. And
so she's really smart about stuff like this. It's such a fun way to kick off the show and it'll be
available for you to listen to tomorrow. After that, there will be nine more episodes for a total of 10
and I guarantee, I guarantee, I guarantee that every single one will leave you more relaxed,
encouraged and ready to be a genius about the stuff that matters. We don't mess around with
the stuff that doesn't. So go subscribe and I want to say like,
my best like NBA court side announcer voice like get pumped. I think you're really going to like it here.
I hope you that you love this podcast. In the meantime, you can check out the lazy genius collective.com
to get started on your lazy genius journey if you have not been on the site already.
You guys, welcome to season one. If you ever felt like you were living just a B or B plus life,
it's so dangerous to live that more dangerous than a B minus or a C.
plus life because when you're living a B or B plus life, you don't change it. You think it's good enough.
Is it? I'm Susie Welch. I host a podcast called Becoming You. People think, okay, an A plus life is not
available to me, but there is a way. We are all in the process of becoming ourselves. Listen to
Becoming You wherever you get your podcasts.
