It's scary as hell, but that fear, that's exactly what you need to do it. So if you're not scared, you're playing way too small. So let's get into it. First, you gotta stop waiting to feel like you're ready, guys. You think I felt ready when I went from running a side hustle

as a cop to building multiple businesses with over 100 employees? Hell no. I was scared, but I did it anyways. Fear is normal. It's a sign that you're about to break through to the next level. The problem is that most let fear control them.

Not you though. You got to feel that fear, stare it down, and say, let's go. You gotta get ready, right? So, you don't need confidence to scale. You need courage. are afraid to scale, but you think it'll bring more chaos that's only true if you're running your business on vibes into the systems so build processes delegate and automate get it out of your own damn way guys scaling doesn't mean losing control it means trusting the machine you've built to run at a higher level and here's the truth you'll never dominate if you're afraid to bet on yourself. Playing small is safe, and I get that, but it's also the slow death of your dreams. Okay? Scaling is a risk, yes, but so is staying stuck in life and in business.

So you think I built these businesses by staying around and worrying about what could go wrong? No, I took massive action and figured it out as I went. That's what separates winners from losers. Winners take bold moves even when it's uncomfortable guys. And trust me, you gotta get uncomfortable. So bottom line, fear of scaling is your biggest hurdle, but it's also your greatest opportunity
