The Level Up Podcast w/ Paul Alex - Closing the Chaotic Chapter - Timing Your Relationships and Success
Episode Date: April 25, 2026You can have everything… Just not all at the same time. In this episode of The Level Up Podcast, Paul Alex breaks down a hard truth most people ignore—trying to build your career, business, and ...personal life all at once leads to chaos, not success. Because let’s be real… If your life is unstable… Everything you build on top of it will be too. In this episode, you’ll learn: Why timing is everything when it comes to relationships and success The danger of trying to build multiple major life areas at once How chaotic environments destroy both business and personal growth Why isolation is often required before your next level Because growth isn’t just about doing more… It’s about doing the right things in the right order. Most people try to stack everything at once… And end up losing all of it. But high-level operators? They move in seasons. They exit chaos first. They rebuild stability. Then they expand. The truth? The right people and opportunities show up… When your life is finally ready to hold them. Your Network is your NETWORTH! Local news is in decline across Canada, and this is bad news for all of us.
With less local news, noise, rumors, and misinformation fill the void,
and it gets harder to separate truth from fiction.
That's why CBC News is putting more journalists in more places across Canada,
reporting on the ground from where you live,
telling the stories that matter to all of us,
because local news is big news.
Choose news, not noise.
CBC News.
Welcome to the Level Up podcast.
I'm your host, Paul Alex.
I went from being a cop to an eight-figure entrepreneur that helps average people like you and me make money every single day.
I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals.
Let's win together.
Remember, I have your six.
Get ready to level up right now.
What's up, everyone?
Welcome back to the Level Up podcast.
I'm Paul Alex.
And today we are tackling a massive misconception about having it all at the exact same time.
closing the chaotic chapter. Because let's be real. If you try to build a massive business,
manage a demanding career, and start a family all at once, everything is going to crash.
Let's break down the power of sequencing your life. First, realize that you cannot build a
healthy future in the middle of a war zone. When I was putting in those 80 to 100 hour weeks
in law enforcement, my life was pure chaos. I did not even meet my partner until after I had
completely left the force. You have to close the door on the old chaotic version of your life
before the right people can enter it. Whether it is a business partner or a life partner,
stability attracts quality. If you bring them into the storm, you kill the relationship.
Second, seasons of isolation are mandatory for transition. People do not make massive life changes
while constantly surrounded by distractions. They make them in the quiet moments of deep reflection.
So instead of trying to force every piece of the puzzle to fit today, focus entirely on the transition.
Make the bold move to exit the bad situation first.
Lastly, the right timing accelerates everything.
When you finally establish your new baseline as an entrepreneur, the pieces fall into place incredibly fast.
Clear vision, restored energy, and a peaceful environment create the perfect foundation for a real partnership.
When you clear the chaos, you welcome the growth.
Bottom line, do not rush the timeline.
End the bad chapters, find your footing, and the right people will show up.
Because when you do, your life will align better than ever.
Thanks for tuning into the Level Up podcast.

Sick of those trivia podcasts that you don't even understand how to operate and they're just to have too many levers and buttons.
