Let's break down how to step out of the daily operations. First, understand that doing the grunt work does not make you a hero. Too many founders wear their exhaustion as a badge of honor. They think working 20 hours a day proves they are dedicated. It actually proves that

lack systems. If your business completely stops the second you take a day off, you do not own a company. You own a very demanding job. Whether you are fulfilling client orders or handling customer support, holding on to low leverage task is selfish. If you refuse to let go, you kill your own scale. Second, you have to trade your ego for efficiency. People do not build generational wealth by being the smartest operator in the room.

They build it by hiring people who. who are better than them and getting out of their way. So instead of constantly correcting your team because they did it differently than you would, look at the final result. Make the outcome the only metric that matters. Lastly, true wealth is having an autonomous machine. When you replace yourself with elite operators
