First, realize that you cannot reach your ultimate form by staying in safe zones. Too many people think they can hit a million dollars a year by doing the exact same tasks that got them to 10 grand a month. You can't. If you want to evolve, you have to take on opponents and challenges that actually intimidate you, whether it's pitching a massive enterprise client, speaking on a huge stage, or aggressively scaling your ad spend. Evolution only happens when you expose yourself to higher level friction. If you avoid the boss fight, you kill your progression. Second, stop grinding for low-level experience points. People don't scale massive companies by

micromanaging their inbox. They scale them by acquiring high leverage skills. So instead of spending eight hours a day doing the grunt work, automate it. Make room in your schedule to learn the high level strategies that actually multiply your net worth. Lastly, embrace the awkwardness of the transition. When you are shedding your old identity
