How to move from average to fortune. I'm going to walk you through the exact steps I followed as a self-made blue-collar multi-millionaire. And how you can apply these steps to your own life and start leveling up.

So guys, I grew up in a working class immigrant family. My parents who were born in Peru and Mexico worked every single day to provide for me and my two sisters, but money was always tight. So I started working at the age of 15, doing all sorts of jobs, but I knew that I didn't want to stay stuck in the cycle of just getting by. I wanted more. I wanted to create a life of abundance, not just for myself, but for my family as well. My why? The first step in moving from average to fortune is changing your mindset. For years, I believed that working hard and putting in the long hours was the only way to get ahead. But then I realized something very crucial one day. Working hard is only one part

of the equation. You have to work smart too. I started looking for ways to leverage my time, resources, which led me to starting my first business. A side hustle that eventually became a full-time career, guys. Next, you need to identify opportunities and industries that might not seem glamorous but have the potential for big returns. Look, boring businesses, simple, boring businesses. If you want to go even deeper, simple, tangible, boring businesses. All right. Those baby boomers, they're retiring guys, and they're looking for business owners to take over. So when I started in the automated teller machine industry, the ATM business,

it wasn't the most exciting industry. It was actually quite boring, but I saw the opportunity to create passive income. That side hustle eventually turned into a full-time position and it set the foundation for everything that came afterward, guys. It made me financially free. I was able to reduce my workload from 80 to 100 hours to only 40 hours at law enforcement. And then I decided to go ahead and invest in different industries. So don't overlook industries just because they're not flashy. Sometimes the most profitable ventures are the ones that others ignore. Another key step is to consistently invest in your self-education. And I just don't mean formal education, guys. I'm talking about learning from every source you can find. When I transitioned from law enforcement to

entrepreneurship, I immersed myself in books, podcasts, and courses on business, sales, and digital marketing. Okay, it's 2024, guys. Those are the three main components you guys need. You got to learn business, you got to learn sales, and you got to learn digital marketing. I even learned from my mistakes, which often taught me more than my successes did. The more you learn, the more you can earn, guys. And that's a principle I live by till this day. Networking. Let's talk about it. So networking is also crucial. You've heard the same. It's not what you know, but it's who you know. This is going to be more true guys, especially in my thirties. I made it a priority to build relationships with my mentors, successful entrepreneurs, and like-minded individuals

who can offer guidance and support and even feedback to make me better. Guys, these connections opened the door for me that I couldn't even be able to access on my own. And finally, let's get to it, guys. We're almost there. Take calculated risk. Moving from average to fortune requires you to step outside your comfort zone. When I launched my second company that has to do with credit card processing, I didn't know if it would be successful, but I believed in my vision so much that I was willing to take the risk. And within a year, guys, the risk paid off. We generated millions of dollars, but we have dozens of employees and I was able to achieve this. Okay. By just having a strong vision and execution, you can't achieve extraordinary results by playing it safe. Guys. Let me repeat that for the people in the back. So to move from average to fortune, start by changing your mindset, finding the right opportunities, invest in your self-education, build a strong network, and take calculated risk.
