Look, on this episode, we're gonna be talking about how to build your authority, especially if you are trying to sell information or start your own program online. Now, before I get into it, guys, I have about three and a half years in the online space as a consultant. But how was I able to go from zero to building multiple offers online?

Well, here's the thing. I came in the online space after not being in the online space for eight years. We're talking about since MySpace. And what I can say about that is that I was able to come with a ton of social proof, not only social proof from myself, but from my actual clients. Before you go out there and try to build your actual brand online or for your business, when you're trying to go there and scale to the million dollar mark, which is the first threshold in the online space, you want to make sure that you actually can get people results and people buy from people that they like, resonate with, and know that they have social proof themselves. So let's start with one of my first programs online, which was ATM Together. The reason why

I was able to take the company ATM Together, which I launched in January of 2021 to year to date, which we're right now approaching April of 2024 to about $25 million in revenue is simply because I showed my own results followed by my client's results. Then it was a snowball effect. People saw the results from my background and then they saw my client's results. And over the years, there was trust that was being built. That trust then turned into authority. So now three and a half years in to the digital marketing space, guys, I'm able to go ahead and talk from stage. People know the name ATM together, and they know that I am considered the ATM guy in the online space. Now, they take that authority that I have built from building a multimillion-dollar eight-figure company online to now transitioning

to my second company, which is called Merchant Automation. This second company, within 60 days, I was able to collect a million dollars in cash. How was I able to do that? Well, here's the thing, guys, because I did great business and was able to build my authority on building ATM together, delivering client results. People then trusted me and they said, well, Paul does good business with his first company in his first program. And I got phenomenal results. I'm going to go ahead and try his second company, which has to do with credit card terminals and building residuals off of that business. Now we've taken that business to over 400 clients and $5 million in revenue within the first year, guys. And we're going to triple that this year. Okay. Now I'm building a third program and that third program, it has to do with actual

building your own digital consulting program online. Now, within the first month, we are collecting $100,000 in cash collected from that. How are we able to do that? Simply because we're able to enroll people that want to build something that I have built in the online space in a very fast amount of time, which is only about a little bit over three years. But the reason why I've been able to do that is because of the simple strategy that I just told you guys on this podcast. And that's just simply to build your social proof first,

do the work, lead by example, and then you're gonna be able to build your authority in the online space fairly quickly, just like I did, guys. I hope this helps and I'll catch you on the next one.
