Remember, I have your six. Get ready to level up right now. All right, how many of you guys have employees right now? How many of you guys are a solo entrepreneur or a business owner and you're looking to hire your first employee? Well, I can tell you from experience, guys, I breed leaders. I train leaders. I groom leaders. How am I able to do this? Well, you have to lead by example, okay? You have to go ahead and motivate your staff. You have to motivate your employees. And how do you do this? It's a simple strategy.

Do the work. Doing the work and being able to explain to your employee that you have done that exact same job that you hired them for is powerful. Why? Because it shows that you lead by example. It shows you're not afraid to do the work that they are currently doing. And then also you set the expectations. I'm going to give you guys a great example. My sales organization currently have about eight consultants that take hundreds of calls per week for all three of the companies I have currently online right now.

And all these consultants, I have proved to every single one of them, I don't do the talk. I also walk the walk. Okay, guys. So if I say, guys, it should be a piece of cake to close 10 deals a week, you guys got to make sure that you guys are closing 20. Okay. And I'm talking about you as the boss. And that's exactly the example that I have been able to lead for my organization. If I close 20 deals a week, no matter what niche, what industry I do, I know that my guys now have that set expectation of them that they at minimum have to close at least half of the deals that I close. And you also got to recognize that it's your baby. It's your business. So at the end of the day,

when you are trying to actually empower your employees to become leaders, guys, you have to motivate them, not motivate them once a week, once a month. Every single day. Every single day, I'm over there sending messages to company-wide saying, Good morning. Crush the day, guys. You guys are the best. You guys are motivating your staff to execute for your company. You have to treat it like a task force. Think of SEAL Team 6.

You have to make sure that their mindset is at a standard to perform at the best level that you want to perform, guys. This is how you are able to go ahead and actually breed leaders by empowering your employees to do the best that they can every single day. Hope this helps, guys. Catch you on the next.
