I'm Paul Alex and today we're talking about a strategy that can take your business from the average to unstoppable. So let's talk about how. Referrals.
Starting point is 00:00:33 Let's get into something straight. If you're not building a referral machine, you're leaving money on the table. Period. Referrals are pure gold. They cost you nothing and they come with built-in trust. So if you're not maximizing them, you're playing small. So let's fix that. First, deliver results so damn good
Starting point is 00:00:52 that people can't shut up about you. Here's the deal. Nobody's going to refer you if you're mediocre. When I was scaling my businesses, I didn't just hit the mark, I crushed it. I made sure my clients got the results that blew their expectations out the water. So if you want referrals, be so good that your clients feel
Starting point is 00:01:11 it's a crime not to tell others about you. Average work won't cut it, you gotta dominate. Second, don't sit around waiting for referrals to come to you, you gotta ask for them. So what does that mean? Stop being shy. You think your clients are just going to magically think of sending business your way? Wrong. You got to be proactive. After delivering results, ask them straight up. Starting point is 00:01:48 But don't expect what you don't ask for. And lastly, reward the hell out of your advocates. When someone brings you business, make sure they feel appreciated. Whether it's a bonus, a gift, or even a simple shout out, guys. I do it for my clients all the time. So let them know that their effort doesn't go unnoticed. When people know their value, they're gonna keep spreading the word for you, okay?
Starting point is 00:02:12 And guess what? That's how you turn your clients into unpaid sales force. So bottom line guys, if you want a business that thrives on referrals, then stop being lazy and start executing. Deliver insane value, ask for referrals, and reward loyalty. That's how you build a referral empire, guys. That's how I was able to do it, okay?
