So if you want to create something that has value far beyond yourself, this is how

you do it guys. Okay. First, you got to build systems, not a job. If your business relies entirely on you, it's not a business guys. It's a job. Buyers want something they can take over and run without you being in the picture guys. So from day one, focus on creating systems that can make your business operate like a machine, whether it's the automation, delegation, or repeatable processes, guys. Your systems are what make your business scalable and sellable. Work on the business, not in the business. Second, focus on recurring revenue. The most attractive businesses to buyers are the ones with predictable steady income.
