First, start with being real. People can smell fake from a mile away. When I began sharing my story I went from working 80 hours a week as a detective to running multiple eight figure businesses. It wasn't about being flashy, it was about being real. You got to be yourself. You got to share journey. And people will connect with you. Not some version of you. You think they want to. Look, second, provide real value. Your audience isn't just following you for entertainment, okay? They're

looking for something that benefits them. Whether it's advice, inspiration, or education.
