What's up, everybody? Welcome back to the level of podcast. I'm Paul Alex. And today we're going to be talking about one of the biggest secrets to true wealth. creating systems that run without you. Because let's be real. If your business falls apart the moment you step away, you go on vacation,

you take some time off, you don't have a business. I'm going to be honest with you, okay? You have a job. So I'm going to go ahead and break down how to build systems that keep you in business while you focus on growth, like a true operator.

First, document everything. Okay, I want you to be squared away. So if you're consistently answering the same damn questions, fixing the same problems or handling the same task. That means you don't have a system and you need a system. So write down every key process in your business from sales to onboarding to customer service. What's your goal? Make sure someone else can step in and execute without calling you every five minutes.

Okay. This is going to keep your sanity. Second, automate. What can be automated? The best systems don't rely on memory or manpower. They run on autopilot. Use tools for emails, follow-ups, payment processing, and scheduling. Every hour you automate is an hour you can get back to scale your business.

Look. And lastly, hire and delegate with precision. A system is only as strong as the people running at. So you find the right people, train them properly, and give them the authority to make decisions on your behalf. If you're still micromanaging, you don't have a system. You have control chaos. And look, guys, what's the bottom line?

If you want to be free, you want to build systems. You got a document. You got to automate and you got to delegate.
