But here's the thing. You're not stuck. You just need to shift your approach. The first step to getting paid what you're worth is understanding your value. Most people don't

recognize the true value they bring to the table, whether it's in business or their job. You've got to look at what problems you solve, what your unique skills you have, and how you can provide results that others can't. Remember, people don't pay for effort. They pay for results. If you can't deliver real value, you can demand real pay. So next, stop waiting for someone to give you permission to ask for more. Whether you're an entrepreneur or you're working for someone else, you have to be your own advocate. No one's going to hand you more money because you think you deserve it. You have to ask for it.

Close mouths don't get fed. And more importantly, you have to back it up with results. So if you're not willing to stand up and ask for more, you're always going to get less. Know your worth and demand it. Now, one of the key ways to increase your worth is by continuously investing in yourself. The more skills you develop, the more

value you become. When I transitioned from law enforcement to entrepreneurship, I didn't just sit back and hope for success. I invested in learning new skills, marketing, sales, and business systems. Skills that allow me to scale multiple companies. The more you grow, the more you can charge. The more you learn, then the you can charge. The more you learn, then the more you can earn. Another important factor, leverage. If you're trading time for money, there's a ceiling on how much you can make. But if you create leverage, whether it's through automation, hiring a team, or scaling a business model that works without you, you can open the door to massive growth. That's how I grew my automated teller machine business into something that paid me even when I wasn't working.

Stop trading time for money. Start building leverage and scale your income. If you want to get paid what you're worth, you have to create a personal brand. Whether you're a business owner or working in a company, your reputation, expertise, invisible matter is everything. People need to see you as an expert in your reputation, expertise, invisible matter is everything. People need to see you as an expert in your field. Someone who delivers consistent value,

when people know your name, your worth automatically increases. Authority, guys. Think about your authority 24-7. The more people that know your value, the more they'll be willing to pay you. Build a personal brand and build your worth. Guys, if you want to get paid what you're worth, know your value, ask for it. Keep investing
