Most teams don't fail because of talent. They fail because of weak leadership. If your team isn't delivering, it's on you. First, set the standard, then live it. You can't expect your team to be disciplined, focused, and relentless if you're not. Your people follow your example, not your words. If you want them to execute at a high level, you better be the hardest worker in the room. Second, clarity is everything. A team that doesn't execute well is usually a team

that doesn't know what the hell they're supposed to do. Break it down. Give them clear objectives. No fluff. No confusion. Just straight execution. Lastly, accountability over excuses. If someone isn't pulling their weight, address it fast.

No babysitting. No handholding. Whether they step up or they step out. Period. Bottom line, a flawless team starts with a flawless leader. Set the tone. Communicate clearly. Hold people accountable and watch your business explode.
