If you don't know where you're going, why would anybody follow you? Let's be honest here, whether it's your team, your clients or your partners,

people are drawn to leaders who have a clear vision and a plan to execute. When I transitioned from law enforcement to building multiple businesses, I had to show my team that I believed in the vision, that I had the strategy to back it up. Confidence isn't about shouting out orders, guys. It's about showing direction.
