First, understand that fear is normal. Everyone feels fear, me, you, even the most successful entrepreneurs. When I transitioned from law enforcement to entrepreneurship, I was scared out of my mind.

I had doubts, insecurities, a million reasons not to take the leap. But here's the thing, fear is a sign you're about to grow. If you're not scared, you're not pushing hard enough. The action that you can take right now. You take away its power. When I started my first business I didn't worry about building an empire. I focused on every single step brick by brick placing my first machine then the next and then the next. Momentum kills fear. And lastly surround yourself with fearless leaders. Fear is contagious but so is courage guys. I build my businesses by surrounding myself with people and mentors who push me to take bold action. Even when I was scared, your environment matters. You gotta choose people who inspire you to move, not hold you back. So what's the bottom line here? Fear is part of the journey, but it doesn't have to control you guys. You gotta feel the fear.
