When I was grinding 80 to 100 hour work weeks as a cop

and building my businesses on the side, I didn't just sit around saying, oh, I just wanna be successful. No, I got specific. So I knew how much I wanted to make, what kind of lifestyle I wanted to live, and how many hours I wanted to work. If you don't know where you're going,

don't expect to get there, guys. Second, stop overthinking and reverse engineer that dream. Big dreams are intimidating, I get it. But here's the thing, you don't need to figure it all out at once. This is called needle mover. You want 10k a month in residual income? Cool. How many calls are you making today?

How many connections are you building? Focus on what's in front of you and stack those wins and lastly you got to show up every damn day I'm not here to sugarcoat anything guys. There are no shortcuts to life and business You're not gonna wake up one day and magically have a million dollar business You got a grind even when it's hard even even when you're tired, even when no one's watching. Discipline is what separates the average from the unstoppable. Stop talking about what you're going to do and start doing it. Bottom line, big deals don't mean jack without execution.
