Money is the driver for most people starting out in business, but you want to make more live better and provide for your family. But here's the truth. If your business only exists to make money,
Starting point is 00:01:16 they'll never reach its full potential, okay? And I learned this the hard way. So let me explain why. First, money alone won't inspire you when things get tough, guys. And trust me, I've been through it. Things will get tough. When I transitioned from law enforcement to entrepreneurship, it wasn't just about making a buck. My mission was to create freedom, not only for myself, my family, and for others stuck in the 9 to 5 grind.
Starting point is 00:01:39 That mission kept me going on the days when nothing seemed to work, guys. A mission gives you purpose, and purpose keeps you pushing forward. Second, make sure to check out my YouTube channel, official paul Alex.com for more motivational episodes. A mission attracts the right people, guys, whether it's your team, your partners, or even your clients. People want to be a part of something bigger than just a transaction. So when your business has a mission, something meaningful, you don't just build a company, guys, you actually build a movement. And the movements create loyalty that money can't buy. And lastly, a mission makes the work fulfilling, guys. When you know your business is solving real problems, changing lives, or making a difference,
Starting point is 00:02:22 every win feels bigger. It's not just about the numbers. And let me tell you. And let me tell you, the impact is what makes it all worth it, guys. Okay. So what's the bottom line here? Money is a tool, but mission is the fuel. A business with a purpose does more than just generate income, guys. It actually creates change, inspires loyalty, and stands the test of time, guys. You got to find your mission. And watch, I guarantee you, your business will go to the next level, guys. Thanks for tuning to the level podcast. My name is Paul Alex, reminding you that chase the mission and the money will follow, guys. right?
