All right, so if you guys have been following me for the past couple of years, weeks, or days, you guys know that I have a massive sales background. I started in corporate America at the age of 21. Even before then, guys, I was in retail. I always like to joke and say, I was the newer age Al Bundy working at Macy's Women's Shoes. This is what helped me tremendously once I got into corporate America and actually started making my first six figures in commissions as a sales associate, guys.

Yes, I was going ahead and slinging commercial soap that actually helps hospitals, hotels, restaurants, all that jazz, right? So how did this actually help me grow to become a multimillionaire later on in life? Well, sales is the number one asset, the number one actual skill that can actually go ahead and make you a multimillionaire. For most of you, you guys are like, oh, I'm already in sales, Paul. How am I supposed to leverage what I know now to make me a multimillionaire when I'm working for someone else? Well, here's the thing, guys, your network is your net worth, right? If you know how to sell and you're on the top of your game, there are literally hundreds of thousands, even millions of people right now in the sales industry

that you can coach. Yeah, you heard that right. You could coach. But Paul, I'm not good enough to be a coach. I'm not certified to be a coach. Well, let me ask you something. Do you currently make more than all your friends? Do you currently make, or are you the number one salesman on your team in your company right now? If you are, well, I want you. And I'm not kidding. If you want to do some sales, guys, I've taken 20 year olds that had really good sales experience

and I've gone ahead and actually been able to give them the opportunity to make anywhere between 15 to $40,000 a month working in one of my organizations in digital marketing and one of my three companies that I currently own. With that being said, this podcast is not just about that, but it's about using your sales techniques and how you guys can actually leverage that in life, guys. You guys can go to any industry and go ahead and grow within that industry

if you are the best in communication and building foundation and actually adding value. And those three pillars are actually the three pillars that I've used to become a multimillionaire. I build foundation with people that I know that I could go ahead and build relationships with so then I can leverage their network. I go ahead and add value by seeing what type of assets

I can bring to the table. What value can I bring to my network that they can leverage as well? So it's a win-win situation and we can both make money. And then finally, educating, educating your network, guys, your network is your net worth. So maybe there is an asset or something of value that you know that you can educate them so they could take their business to the moon and both of you guys actually create a long lasting relationship.
