Guys, today we're going to be talking about the biggest mistake entrepreneurs make. And trust me, I've made so many of them. This is something I've said and seen over and over again. Look, most entrepreneurs don't fail because their lack of ideas or passion.

They fail because they make one critical mistake, trying to do everything themselves. Okay. When you're starting out, it's easy to fall into this trap of thinking you have to wear all the hats, sales, marketing, custom service, operations. You feel like no one can do it better than you, or you might be trying to save money by handling all by yourself. But this approach only takes you so far. The truth is, if you try to do everything, you'll end up burning out and your business will not scale. I made this mistake early on when I started with my ATM business, automated teller machines. I was trying to control every detail, thinking that that was the only way to succeed.

And guys, my business didn't grow until I got a mentor and I got part-time employees. So as my business grew, I realized I was the bottleneck. I couldn't scale because I was spending too much time on tasks that could have been delegated or automated. So if you want to grow, you need to learn how to let go. Focus on what you do best and delegate the rest. You like that, huh? The second part of this mistake is failing to build a strong team. As an entrepreneur, your job is to be the visionary,

the leader, but you need people in place who can execute the vision. When I started hiring talented people who were experts in their areas, whether it was in marketing, sales, or operations. My business just took off. You can't scale to six, seven, or eight figures without a team of eight players who can take your business to the next level. It's impossible. Your business will only grow as fast as the people you have in place to help it scale. Another consequence of trying to

do everything yourself, you miss out on the power of leverage. As an entrepreneur, my time and energy is the most valuable asset I have, guys. If you're spending all your time on day-to-day operations, you're missing out on opportunities to grow your business, find new clients, and innovate your business. So you got to leverage your time by building systems, automating processes, and hiring the right people so you can focus on scaling. Okay. Lead by example. And finally, this all comes down to control. Most entrepreneurs, including myself, are control freaks. We feel like we have to oversee everything to make sure that it's done right. But here's the truth. Letting go of control is the key to unlocking massive growth. When you empower others to take responsibilities, you actually free yourself to focus on the bigger picture, the strategies that

will drive your business forward. Trust your team, trust your systems, and watch your business grow faster than you will ever imagine. So that's all I got for you guys on this episode, guys.
