I didn't go from working 80 to 100 hour

work weeks as a cop to running multiple eight figure businesses by answering every email, solving every minor issue myself. I delegated, I automated, and I cut the crap. I understand where you guys are coming from, but you don't owe anything to anyone. Your time is your time. Not every meeting, every opportunity or favor deserves your attention. Learn to say no without hesitation. Protect your time like your business depends on it guys because it does. Every yes to the wrong thing is a no to the right one. You want to

dominate? You got to cut the distractions and laser in on what matters. So what's the bottom line here? If you can't manage your time, you can't manage your business, put priority to what matters.
