First, realize that what got you to 10,000 a month will absolutely not get you to 100K. Too many people think scaling is just doing the exact same thing, but harder. It isn't. If you're manually handling every lead and delivering the service all by yourself, you are maxed out. Whether it's hiring an operator, rebuilding your funnels, or raising your prices, scaling only happens when you break your old ceiling. If you cling to the old model, you kill your true potential. Second, stop acting like a highly paid employee in your own company. People don't

hit $100,000 a month by doing the grunt work. They hit it by becoming the true. CEO. So, instead of just grinding out another 12-hour day in the weeds, step back and look at the machine. Make your systems do the heavy lifting so your brain is free to strategize. Lastly, upgrade your financial thermostat. When you start surrounding yourself with people who view a hundred grand a month as the bare minimum, your entire reality shifts.
