If you haven't launched your side hustle yet, because you are terrified of what your old college roommates, your extended family, or random internet trolls are going to say you are letting a ghost bankrupt your future. Let's break down how to kill the Phantom Critic. First, realize that 90% of the judgment you are terrified of is entirely in your own head. Too many aspiring founders overestimate how much

anyone else cares about their moves. The truth, people are entirely consumed by their own miserable lives and bills. They do not have the bandwidth to sit around mocking your startup. And if a few broke cynics do judge you, their opinions have zero net worth. Whether you are launching a podcast and agency or a local service, worrying about the cheap seats is a massive waste of cognitive fuel. If you let imagine critics stop you, you kill your destiny to protect. and illusion. Second, you have to aggressively step into the arena and invite the feedback. People

who build empires do not hide from critics. They charge right through them. So instead of trying to please everybody with a safe, boring, invisible brand, make a loud, bold, unapologetic claim in your marketplace. Lastly, becoming completely immune to judgment makes you an absolute force of nature. When you realize that criticism is just a byproduct of visibility, you stop shrinking yourself and start expanding your market share.

Supreme emotional resilience, absolute courage, and a total disregard for the crowd create an untouchable CEO. When you kill the Phantom Critic, you finally take the stage.
