The goal is to make them feel like they're winning every time they choose your product or service over any other company. Second, you got to build strong relationships. Customers want to feel connected to you and your business, not just another number in the system.

You got to personalize your interactions, send follow-ups, ask for feedback your customers. You gotta understand their needs. You gotta personalize your interactions. Another key factor is consistency.
