Instead, they focus on strategies that drive results. Let me break down how you can start making high level decisions starting today. First, you got to think-term, not short-term. Millionaires don't focus on instant gratification. They play the long game. Before I left law enforcement to launch my first business, I wasn't thinking about quick wins. I was focused on building something that would last. Every decision you make should align with your bigger vision. You gotta ask yourself, will this move help me in five, 10 or 20 years? If it's not building the future you want, it's not worth your energy.

They delegate small tasks and save their mental energy for high impact decisions. Your focus is your most valuable resource.

Don't waste it on things that don't move the needle for you or your business. Bottom line, making decisions like a millionaire is about thinking bigger, staying data driven and protecting your focus.
