Welcome to the Level Up Podcast.
I'm your host, Paul Alex.
I went from being a cop to an eight-figure entrepreneur
that helps average people like you and me
make money every single day.
I created this podcast to help you get motivated
and to crush your goals.
Let's win together.
Remember, I have your six.
Get ready to level up right now.
Today, we're gonna take a dive into a topic
that every entrepreneur needs to hear,
what they don't teach you in school. Don't get me wrong. School can provide valuable knowledge,
but there are some critical lessons that you can only learn from the real world experience.
So let's talk about those lessons, what they are, and how you can apply them to success.
First, business is about people, not just numbers. In school, you learn about balance sheets, profit margins, and marketing trends,
but they don't emphasize enough the importance of networking and relationships.
Whether it's with customers, employees, or business partners, people skills are everything.
Building trust, creating value for others, and having emotional intelligence are the keys to long-term success.
You can have the best product or service in the world, but without strong relationships,
your business will struggle.
I guarantee it.
Second, resilience and being able to adapt are your greatest assets.
Business is about these assets.
School can teach you how to write a business plan, develop a marketing strategy, but it
won't prepare you for the consistent changes and challenges that come in the real life.
Things won't go as planned. You'll face setbacks, economic shifts, and even failures. What they don't teach
you is that the ability to adapt and bounce back is more valuable than any business model.
Third guys, execution beats ideas every single time. Schools often emphasize theory and strategy,
but the real game changer is action. You can have
all the greatest ideas in the world, but if you're not executing, you're not moving forward.
In the real world, it's about getting things done, learning from your mistakes, and adjusting
along the way. Successful entrepreneurs are action takers, not just dreamers, okay?
So personal growth fuels business growth. Let me repeat that again. Personal growth fuels business growth. Let me repeat that again. Personal growth fuels business growth.
So school won't teach you how much personal development plays a role in your success.
As a business owner and entrepreneur, your mindset, habits, and resilience are the foundations
of your business.
The better you are at leading yourself, the better you'll lead your company.
Invest just as much in your personal growth as you do in your business skills. What they don't teach you in school is that success
is about people, being adaptable, execution, and personal growth. These are the lessons you'll
learn about getting out there and actually just doing the work. Keep these in mind as you build
and grow, and you'll be on your way to success. Guys, I'm here to remind you that real-world
experience is the greatest teacher you can have.
Stay focused.
Keep taking action.
And as always, let's level up.
Remember, I always have your six.
