They're indecisive. They think that they do, but they're scratching the surface. It's your job to dig deeper. When I was scaling my businesses, I wasn't just selling products, services, or programs. I was solving problems for people that didn't know what they had.

That's how you stand out. You don't just offer solutions. You become the solution. They didn't even realize they needed. So you don't get there by guessing. You get there by knowing your customer so well. It's almost freaky. Yeah, you heard it right. Freaky. So second, anticipate their needs before they ask. This is where the game changes. When you know your customer inside and out, you're not just meeting their expectations, you're exceeding them. Imagine delivering a solution so spot-on that you leave them thinking like, wow, how did they know? That's how you lock in loyalty. You're not just another option. They can't imagine going anywhere else. And here's the kicker, loyal customers

This is how you bury your competition most businesses. They're lazy Just keeping it real they guess they hope they throw stuff at the wall to see what sticks not you When you know your customer the best in anyone else you become unbeatable while your competitors are out there playing checkers You're playing chess your three moves ahead and they'll never catch up. So the bottom line here, if you're not obsessed with understanding your customer, you're not serious about winning,
