Starting point is 00:00:00 The Limba presents episode 13, Prevarication. The following is something I did not wish to do so soon, but the way seeker has become insistent into finding out more of our objective here, and my attempt to sidetrack them with busy work has done nothing to slow them down. So I decided it was better to inform them why they were here. To avoid them snooping around, hopefully they should keep them satisfied. Fault me here? Yes, I did. I have a lexed It is time for the full extent of our organization's purpose to be shared with you, as you are aware, my goal, our goal, is to reach the limboes which are stationed on other planets.
Starting point is 00:01:31 Yeah, I already know all this, but I don't know is why and how do you intend to even attempt this, especially without the assistance of an entity. I need to be truthful with you. The front of this organization, archival, is really just to keep noses out of our business. What we really are is a collection of some of the top minds this side of the world, and yourself, of course. The vast majority of TILA employees are, in fact, scientists. Scientists. Scientists, researchers, engineers.
Starting point is 00:02:08 Whatever title they may hold, they have two details in common. They are very intelligent, and they have lost people in the limbo. T-I-L-A's objective at large is to go to the list. limboes in order to rescue everyone who didn't return. Like Rowan Park and until recently, Ava. It may have slipped your mind and missed the personal chaos with otherworldly beings you have faced, but many people did not return from their limboes. Those people out there want to bring them back. That covers the why, I suppose. But again, how are you going to pull any of this off?
Starting point is 00:02:46 Didn't it seem strange to you how willing we were to accept survivors? from a limbo-based explosion, how the examination to get you into the country was done in mere minutes, what would usually take months or years. That's no, we were desperate for somewhere to go, and need I remind you that you forced me to be here under threat of homelessness? Did you really never look into the records of that? We accepted everyone who came. Those interviews were ultimately pointless. You wish to know how we intend to go back to the limboes?
Starting point is 00:03:20 One final question. When you've worked here, you noticed a worrying of an air conditioner in the office space we provided? Yes? How is any of this relevant? Have you not pieced it together yet? Come on. I can wait. That wasn't an air conditioner? Yes. It never output anything. It took things in. You accepted everyone from the record. You're only telling me this now. You're comprised of scientists.
Starting point is 00:03:57 Ava was potent, having her really sped things up like you wouldn't believe. Recording something limbo-related inside of the explosion survivors. Yes, and isn't it so good to have this out in the open? After the limbo, we found a special little top-secret particle that we have nicknamed L-P. Notable for being nothing like found on this planet, and due to Ava's sudden re-emergence, she was full of the stuff. You have been a wonderful data collector, even if you didn't know what you were collecting. Why are you telling me all this?
Starting point is 00:04:37 Don't think I've forgotten how you snooped around your old employers to find their secrets. I prefer to keep you nice and informed, when it suits me. In any case, L-Dash-P has been reverse engineered. We believe it contains energy the entities used to move us around like their little play things. No longer. Now with this, we will go to them. What was that? I played completely into their plans and didn't even know it again.
Starting point is 00:05:08 I'm so sick of these organisations and entities controlling me for their own plans, but it's different now. Till already has what they want from me. this L-P thing. Syke didn't fire me. Do they think I'm more valuable to kid nearby? Was any of this even true? It sounds so stupid, but it all adds up. They seem to have bought it.
Starting point is 00:05:31 I didn't lie at all, of course. Saving people is their motivation for being here. But alas, not mine. I need to see those entities again, and quickly. I hate wasting time. This is the TLO research paper on the quote unquote replacement modulators given access to me by sight after our conversation. I'm no scientist, hell, I barely even made it out of high school. So I'll paraphrase this as I understand it based on what I can see.
Starting point is 00:06:04 These documents are dated this morning, so they are reasonably the most recent version available. The device appears to take the form of a large, round frame, maybe 20 meters in height. It seems that upon activation with this L-P stuff, anyone in the middle of the device will be transported to a limbo instantly. Exactly how Spire accomplished it. Wow, they managed to reverse engineering entity. And according to these plans, the first test is meant to happen any moment now. I wonder whether they were able to hide this thing. I mean, it couldn't have been easy.
Starting point is 00:06:47 The Limbo is made by The Limbo podcast. But a Slythe was played by Page R. Certain scripts can also be found...
