Dr Roto Joins With His NFL Week #3 Predictions

All right, so I loaded up on Atlanta Falcon players Roto in my draft, and they have disappointed. Obviously, Robinson is not.

Drake London did up until last night. Are we a little more bullish on the Falcons now that Michael Penix is the signal caller because last night they kicked the living crap out of the Green Bay Packers? So a few things on that. First of all, could Drake London be any slower? That dude should have gone to pass down on that play. But Michael Pennix is a game changer. I mean, they said he looked good in practice.

The team felt more confident. They could run plays that they haven't been able to run the last couple of weeks. But, man, Green Bay is just a mess right now. they can't run. The defense without Micah Parsons doesn't exist. So congratulations to anybody who had Bijon and Drake London last night because you cashed in a large way. All right, let's get to some O and two teams.

And from a fantasy perspective, the Chargers go across the country. They have been a massive disappointment at home. Can they at least get into a shootout? So if I've got some Charger players, I could at least score some fantasy points and they put the bills this Sunday. Oh, and not only that can they, I think they will.

So look, the NFL is a C-Solver. league. Just when you think you see something, you see something again. It goes up and it goes down. I think the Chargers play really well. I think Justin Herbert throws for close to 300 yards. I think he throws for two or three touchdowns. I'm not telling you they're going to win. I'm going to tell you they're going to show up and they're going to put a scare into Buffalo and wouldn't shock me if they won. See, that's the thing. If it would shock if they would win and nobody's betting it, that's when you know that the Chargers are going to play well. It's just that Buffalo has been fantastic. So give me Herbert. Give me Ladd McConkey. Give me a

Ronde Gadsden because Nijoku and Charlie Kohler are both on the IR and we saw what Gadsden could do. On the other side, look, I mean, Josh Allen is Josh Allen and we played James Cook and DJ Moore's expected back and Dalton Kincaid is fantastic. This game should shoot out and I would expect that it will. All right. The Ravens and Cowboys are playing in Rio de Janeiro. The rumor is the grass is terrible down there. How do we feel about 325 Sunday afternoon games?

in terrible stadiums for fantasy implications here? Well, when we see 52 and a half points, we start to get excited because we figure if the offense can't move, then the defense really can't move. At least the offense knows where it's going. So what we want to get out of here is injury

free. We want every single player that we have to escape injury free. If that happens, I don't care if they're going to the Copacabana out of where they're going. So I think a couple of things. One, Derek Henry's scoring this week, lock that one in. Lamar Jackson's going to play well. and Mark Andrews, who did nothing for us last week,

Mark Andrews has a week. On the other side, I think Mark Andrews scores. On the other side, I think we're going back to DAC. We're using Giovante Williams this week, who disappointed. George Pickens, I'm worried about. You know, if he's not feeling it, if he's worried about the grass, maybe he's not moving fully. It wouldn't shock me if you saw a Dallas receiver like maybe a Ryan Flournoy

or Jake Ferguson step up along with C.D. Lamb, I don't think this is a Pickens week. All right. This might have been a much better matchup. Actually, it is better than maybe we thought three weeks ago, but the Raiders are going to New Orleans the chance to go to 3-0. Is it fluky or is that an offense is moving the ball pretty nicely at this point? I think both teams are good. I mean, look, the Saints were one two-point conversion away from being two-and-oh themselves,

and they hammer the Ravens. So what we love about this game for fantasy purposes is that this is a pace-up game. So imagine some games, they're like two thoroughbreds running, and some games it's like two Clydesdells running. You want the games with the thoroughbreds. Tyler Shuck, since that first half against Detroit has been fantastic. Valey has been good. Chris Olavie has been good.

Ashton Genty, what else do we need to say about him? And Brock Bowers is due back. So when I look at a schedule and I see the point total, I see he'll 43.5. Some of these games, I think, are going to go way higher and shoot out. This one has that kind of potential. All right. Dr. Rodo with us.

Have you really seen Rishie Rice do what he does? we've seen Kelsey, I think he's got to see where that passing game is. The running game is fantastic. Kenneth Walker is amazing. This kid Emmett Johnson might score this week because they could be up 30 to 8 by the end of the third quarter. But I really do think this is a Mahomes who's worried those for 250 yards, two touchdowns. He's finding guys, Tyquan Thornton, Xavier Worthy. If you can't work things out against Miami, this is like spring training. You got to get everybody involved before they go play golf. Okay. That's actually not a bad way of thinking about it.

So the Detroit Lions have the Jets coming in this week. The Jets are one and one. Very easily could have been 2 and 0, if not for a late fallback there. The Lions are using a variety of different folks. Jemir Gibbs has been awesome. I mean, tell me about Detroit. Can they put this one away early? And does that implicate, is that hurt our potential fantasy football players with Lions?

ties to it. Are you kidding me? Detroit can't put anything away early. They were beating the Saints 21-0 and they left the Elmoss lost that game. So here's what we love. First of all, Aaron Glenn has ties to Detroit. You know that he doesn't want to lay down.

Secondly, a couple of years ago, somebody who works at my site literally won a million dollars in DFS when she had the Seattle Detroit game. Well, who was the quarterback for Seattle back? Gino Smith. So Gino knows this Lions. He knows Dan Campbell. It's not like they've changed their defense. The defense still stinks.

Right? So this game is shooting out. I love Gino Smith. I love Jared Gough. I love Garrett Wilson. I like the rookie Ken on Sadiq. A.D. Mitchell. Gibbs. Jameson Williams. I think we finally have a Jameson Williams citing. So right now this game is

at 47 and a half. I think it blows up to like 55. You could easily see like 31, 28, something like that here. All right. For the Chicago Bears, case Keenemick quarterback. How's implicate our fantasy players when a veteran

Cougar signal caller? Well, you know, look, I like case game. You guys been doing it forever. I mean, I don't know how many teams who's been on by now, but it's been a lot. But you know what? Maybe he can figure out a way to get Colston Loveland involved. Caleb hasn't. Maybe they can figure out a way to get this

passing game going after last week. So, look, Philadelphia, it's a tough matchup. I think the one thing that might help. Devontas Smith may not be at 100%. Sequin Barclay's not at 100%. Dallas Goddard is out. So this is like a game, this could be another defensive game, maybe a little on the lower scoring side here. I'm looking for Jalen Hertz to have a good game. I'm looking for

Swift to have a good game. But the guy I really like in this game is Dontevi on Wix. So if he's still out there on any waiver wire, he's clearly the number two receiver for Philadelphia. Devont Smith is dealing with an injury. Dallas Goddard is out. They sign Zach Ertz, who's 11 exceptions away from setting a team record. So I might take a shot on Earths, but I really think that Wix is going to have a game against Chicago's bad secondary. Can the commanders do anything

with Marcus Marriota quarterback as Washington is home for Seattle? Look, I don't hate Mariotta. This is a tall task. I mean, Seattle's just coming in and Sam Donald is back. JSN is going to do his damage in the first three quarters. I think the one

thing that the commanders need to do is Seattle's running game hasn't been good. You have to force Darnold to be in must-pass situations. Because when they're playing play action, they're really hard to beat. I think we're going to see a little Cooper Cup this week, which we haven't really seen the last two weeks, maybe a little Shaheed. I love JSN for 100 yards and a score. On the other side, look, it's a tough one. Maybe Rashad White plays well for a lot of dump-offs.

I don't think Mario dapper is bad. I just think that this whole team is bad, and you're playing the Seahawks, which is not an easy task. All right. Now to the matchup of the week. The Battle of O and twos, Roto. Indianapolis doesn't feel like they have a downfield threat. The Texans feel like they've got no running game. Will either be rectified this Sunday between noon and three central time. All right. I think the Texans really blew it last week. So a couple of things. I think the Texans defense fact Daniel Jones at least five, six, seven times. I mean, he's going to be a pinata. Dude's not moving around very well. And they've got to get to the quarterback.

Secondly, you know what they stopped doing last week? Run the football. Your identity is running the football. You brought in David Montgomery to run the football. Giving him six carries, that result didn't shock me. You've got to establish the running game. And I think they will. I think David Montgomery comes back and he has 20 carries, 90 yards and a touchdown.

The Texans defense plays better. Yes, I like Jonathan Taylor and Tyler Warren. But Alec Pierce is out. I don't know how well Josh Downs is going to do this week. this is a loser leave town match. So I'm going to leave the ASC South when this game is over. Oh, and three, you're done. So I don't think it's going to be the Texans.

I think they show up and win. All right. And I think the sneaky best matchup of the weekend is that great Denver defense at home for the Rams on Sunday night. It is, but remember, we saw week one where Denver's run defense looked awful. The Rams can pound the football. I know we saw the Rams throw the football last week, but they do what they need to do to win. I really think Kyron Williams and Blake Quorum are going to show up. We saw what Devante Adams could do.

We saw Terrence Ferguson. I think this game is really all about Denver. Can Denver's offense execute? And they did last week. They didn't in week one. So can Denver's offense execute and can they stop the run? But I'm telling you right now, I think there's a touchdown from Quorum and a touchdown from Chiron Williams this week.
