Today, Matt Wall Show, as more Republicans start to fold on deportations, I want to talk about some very simple policy changes that could be made to help solve the illegal immigration problem. These are solutions that, for some reason, almost nobody's talking about. Also, Don Lemon is finally arrested for the various federal crimes he committed on camera. Plus, the NFL has just hired a chief kindness officer. Yes, a chief kindness officer. Why? Who is this for exactly?

We'll talk about all that, and more today at the Matt Wall Show. Whenever clear battle lines are drawn on some major national issue and the left is busy canonizing martyrs and blowing their little whistles every day, one of the hardest things to do is step back and reassess all of your available options at a strategic level. At the moment, for example, it's very easy to conclude that the main dispute in this country concerns ice raids. You might think that the left opposes ice raids and the right supports them. You might conclude that at the highest levels of government, the debate is between bleeding-heart leftists who don't want young Juan to be separated from his parents on the one side and hard-nosed

right-wingers who simply want the law to be enforced on the other. But it's a very good reason to believe that this divide doesn't actually exist, at least not to the extent that we're led to believe. And here's why. Neither major political party has even suggested taking a very simple and straightforward step that would instantly resolve in the departure of millions of illegal aliens from this country without the need for a single ice rate. There wouldn't need to be any, quote-unquote, family separations or federal agents with their scary masks that everybody's upset about or anything like that. All you have to do is take this one step and you will solve a significant part of the problem that both parties claim to be concerned about. I'm talking about getting rid of

the individual taxpayer identification number, or ITIN. In case you're not familiar with the concept, an ITIN takes the place of a social security number if you're an illegal alien or anyone else without a valid social security number. With an ITIN, an illegal alien can obtain credit. They can open savings accounts and checking accounts at a bank. They can start a business with an employer identification number. They can work as independent contractors. They can obtain driver's licenses in many states. And they can apply for mortgages.

the ITIN has been around for a long time now since the 1990s, but there was never any vote in Congress to establish it. Instead, the IRS unilaterally created the idea of ITIN in order to make it easier for illegal aliens to pay taxes and to pay into the Social Security system. The idea was that since the IRS was required by law to tax everybody's income, the agency had the authority to create the ITIN system and allow illegal aliens to use it.

And on top of that, the IRS was required. wouldn't alert immigration officials about anyone using an ITIN in order to encourage illegal aliens to register. So the IRS pitched the idea as a win-win. The U.S. would collect more tax revenue and more funding for Social Security, which the illegal aliens wouldn't be able to tap into. And in turn, illegal aliens could get tax refunds as well as child tax credits. What's happened since the 1990s, of course, is that this rationale, as flimsy as it was to begin with, completely collapsed. The ITIN system was premised on the idea that we'd have a secure border,

but if the federal government allows foreigners to enter the country at will, as the Biden administration did, then ITIN allows for massive distortions in the market. There are dozens of lenders that allow foreigners with ITINs to get home loans, from PNC Bank to Wells Fargo to First National Bank. If you're on the market for any kind of home, including a mobile home, then you're competing with every form. with an ITIN. There's just one example that I pulled from X. It's from Triad Financial Services,

which is based in Florida, and it states, quote, smarter financing for manufactured homebuyers. Individual taxpayer identification numbers are now accepted for all chattel programs, gold, silver, and bronze. The advertisement also promises that low down payments are available and that a 550 credit score is more than acceptable. And although it's not supposed to work like this, an ITAN can function like a work authorization, too. Until recently, according to various social media posts and videos, you can use an ITIN to sign up for many major food delivery services, for example. For their part, DoorDash has denied this. They say that they require a social security number, but there are plenty of screenshots where their representatives have told people in the past that they only need an ITIN to create an account.

So if you take away this system, which the IRS can do instantly, then you achieve two immediate benefits. First, you lower the price of housing, particularly starter homes for American citizens, simple economics. If fewer people are trying to buy homes, the price will go down. You also lower competition for a lot of jobs. And second, you give illegal aliens a very good reason to leave since they won't have anywhere to live and they won't have any bank that will accept their money. Now it's true that there's a very small number of people living in this country who might want to use an ITIN for tax purposes, even though they aren't illegal aliens. If a U.S. citizen marries a foreigner who doesn't have a work authorization for some reason, they might need one of these to file a joint tax return or a wealthy foreign investor might make money in the U.S. And he needs an ITIN to pay taxes on investments.

These are rare scenarios. The IRS can easily distinguish these scenarios from an illegal alien who resides in the U.S. and who wants an ITAN to purchase a home. So why is no one in Congress in either party suggesting a change like this? They might not solve every problem, but it would certainly be a big help. Why is everyone fine with an arbitrary system that was invented by the IRS in the 1990s, which enables illegal aliens to act like they have Social Security numbers? Why are we talking about a crazy ICE nurse and not any kind of systemic issue like this?

Now, as best I can tell, the only Republican who's proposing any kind of meaningful legislation on this front is a state lawmaker from Utah named Trevor Lee. This is from a local news station in the state, quote, a bill introduced by Representative Trevor Lee that would end the driving privilege card program for immigrants is currently in the House Rules Committee waiting to be discussed. A driving privilege card is issued to undocumented immigrants without lawful presence status. It is a Class D license that allows the holder to drive a motor vehicle but cannot be used. as identification by any Utah government entity, according to the driver licensed division. These cards can also be issued to individuals who are paroled in the U.S. This is obviously a good idea, but you have to ask, why are states giving driving privileged cards to illegal aliens in the first place?

Why would we do anything to make life easier for people who broke our laws and don't belong here? Why hasn't Congress passed a federal law banning this practice nationwide? To be clear, most Republicans are not taking Trevor Lee's approach. Instead, the most prominent GOP politicians in Washington, the Republicans with actual power in Congress, many of them, are currently taking the Democrat position on illegal migration. Here's Tom Tillis, the senator from North Carolina, just the other day.

Watch. What message would send in a country if Christian Nel continues as Secretary of Homeland Security? that we're allowing incompetent people in very prominent roles in the cabinet. I mean, because the president doesn't seem to be willing to get rid of her. He has confidence in the... I don't have any confidence. Look, we're about to map out something I've tried to work diplomatically on, but she's a complete failure on a disaster response.

There's no comparison between his homeland security and President Trump's first term in this one. They're asleep at the switch. They're pushing paper and doing... and doing dos and causing people not to get badly needed resources down there. She clearly doesn't know how to manage. She's never managed a large organization, and she's failing at every possible measure of the job. Now, it's almost word for word what Ilhan Omar was saying before the alien from the first men in black movie squirted some vinegar on her. There's really no daylight between a senior Republican senator from a red state and a Muslim communist who openly despises this country and wants to destroy it from within.

And the reason these two politicians are in total agreement is that a leftist domestic terrorist, who deliberately instigated several violent conversations with ICE agents in order to obstruct them, received exactly the fate that he was looking for. And it's not just Tom Tillis, who's leaving Nome out to dry. This is from NBC News. Lisa Markowski from Alaska, whose term runs until January 2029, said Nome should not be running DHS. Yes, she should go. Markowski said, Senate Majority Leader John Thune, sidestep Tuesday, when asked if he had

confidence in Nome. She serves as the pleasure of the president. He told reporters, the important thing is that the president's got confidence in his team. A center of Senator Susan Collins from Maine, who chairs the appropriations committee that controls the DHS budget, didn't go as far as Murkowski or Tillis when asked about Nome. I've urged her to have a pause in both Minnesota and Maine on this surge of enforcement. You know, it's always the case that when Democrat and Republican establishments agree on something, and many of them agree right now on this. Well, we need to pause. We need to pause. We need to. to pull back. We need to moderate a bit. And when you see that, you need to look very closely at

why they agree. It's not because they're losing sleep over a psychotic nurse who got himself killed. It's not because they can't stomach the concept of immigration enforcement. To be clear, right now, Democrats are going on camera and threatening physical retribution against ICE agents for doing their job. This is the party that Republicans are some of them citing with when it comes to the job of the Homeland Security Secretary. Here's New Jersey's governor, for example. Listen to this. I've already met with AG.

We are putting out information on helping New Jerseyans know their rights. We are not going to allow any iced raids to be staged from state properties. And we are also going to be standing up a portal so people can upload all their cell phone videos and alert people. Like if you see an ICE agent in the street,

get your phone out. Yes. They will pick people up. They will not tell us who they are. Right. They will not tell us if they're here legally. They won't check. They'll pick up American citizens. They picked up a five-year-old child. We want documentation and we are going to make sure we get it. Oh, she's totally lying, of course, but everything she just said, like, this is not legal. This is not even close to legal, obviously. Creating a database for people to use in their efforts to obstruct law enforcement. this is a criminal conspiracy. And you'd think it would take an awful lot for Republicans to join forces with somebody like this.

She's advocating for the creation of a database that leftists can use to harass, attack, and ultimately murder ICE agents. But me, it's not surprising to see bipartisan agreement on this point, because after all, the business interests that largely fund both parties have become very happy with, if not dependent on the fact that millions of people, of illegal aliens with fake social security numbers provided by the IRS are working for their companies and taking out their loans. That would explain why the Cato Institute, which is supposedly a libertarian think tank, although it's really an arm of the Democrat Party that Republicans

pretend to take seriously, just put out this remarkable video, along with some accompanying research. Watch us Cato attempts to make the argument that American citizens are more of a drain on our welfare system than illegal aliens. Watch. Immigrant consumption of welfare benefits is a huge issue in the immigration debate. And it makes sense because the federal government and state governments spend about $3.4 trillion a year in welfare benefits in the United States. But when you drill down into the data, what you find is that immigrants consume on a per capita basis 24% fewer welfare benefits than Native-born Americans do.

And then when you drill down even further, you find that non-citizens consume 53% percent. percent less. And non-citizens, that includes illegal immigrants, green card holders, student visas, all the above. So while the welfare state is a big problem in American politics, and it's a huge issue that so many people are on welfare, it's not an imported problem. It's a native-born, homegrown problem. And if you really want to do something about it, what we should do is build a higher wall around the welfare state, not around the country. Now, the point of this video is to provide Republicans with a talking point, which they can use as an excuse for caving on immigration enforcement. It's completely dishonest. I mean, first of all, to be clear, he's counting Social Security as welfare, even though it's really a Ponzi scheme that you pay into and that you can only access when you're relatively old. Obviously, illegal aliens, many of whom do not arrive in this country at the age of 65, are not going to be receiving a lot of Social Security benefits.

But more importantly, if you do what he says, and actually read the research on Cato's website, here's what you'll find. Quote, all comparisons in this brief are calculated on a per capita basis rather than per household, which avoids attributing native-born welfare consumption to immigrants living in mixed status households. What this means is that if an illegal alien has 10 children in the U.S. in her household, and every single one of those 10 anchor babies receives food stamps and free education and free housing for life, then under Cato's statistical model, they don't count as immigrants receiving welfare. After all, thanks to birthright citizenship, those 10 anchor babies are U.S. citizens.

So you're not allowed to count any of those benefits that those anchor babies receive, according to Cato. Obviously, the point of this statistic is to obscure the enormous toll that illegal aliens and their offspring have on our economy. And, of course, the Cato study doesn't account for the billions of dollars in fraud that illegal aliens commit every year. In just one state, Minnesota, they've been caught stealing hundreds of millions of dollars in a matter of months, as we all know now. It's not just happening in Minnesota. Here's a recent case from Massachusetts where some Haitian migrants set up a couple of fraudulent grocery stores and robbed the SNAP program out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Again, it's just one case. Watch. Bonner, a naturalized U.S. citizen from Haiti, own the Jesuela Variety Store.

Elis May, a lawful permanent resident also from Haiti, owned the Saul Mashe Mixey store. These two businesses were co-located within a single storefront in Boston. To be certain, these were not supermarkets. They were not full-service groceries. It would be a huge stretch to even call them convenience stores. In fact, the only thing convenient about these stores was how easy it was to commit SNAP benefit fraud. To put this in perspective, the Gisuela Variety Store is less than 150 square feet in size.

smaller than some bathrooms. The Sao-Maché Mix-A store was approximately 500 square feet in space. By contrast, a supermarket can be 20,000 to 60,000 square feet in size, have a dozen or more registers, and employ numerous employees. Both a Desuela variety and Sao-Mache Mixei stores had one register, no carriages, no hand baskets, and very little food for sale. One legitimate supermarket in the same area as these stores redeems approximately $80,000 in SNAP benefits per month. Over the last 20 months, the Gisuela Variety Store was redeeming between three and six times that amount monthly.

With nowhere near the space, inventory, customers, or infrastructure to support it. The Sao-Mashe Mixey store redeemed over $120,000 in SNAP benefits. in the last six months. Now, if you end the SNAP program, all this stops. As we discussed before, the SNAP program should obviously be terminated. Contrary to what that woman said, the SNAP program does not prevent Americans from going hungry. Roughly three-quarters of adult food stamp beneficiaries are overweight or obese. I'll say that again, three-quarters of SNAP recipients are overweight or obese.

They are not starving at all. It's not even close. Millions of these people claim to be disabled so they don't have to work. They just upload TikTok videos all day about all the free food they're getting. Is there any sane person who really thinks that one in eight Americans, more than 40 million people, really need taxpayer assistance or else they'll starve? Like, what do people think this is? Mogadishu? And then once we get rid of SNAP, we should get rid of the ITIN system as well.

Start scrapping programs like this one by one. And the illegal aliens will leave much faster than we could deport them. I'm all in favor of deporting them. We should be deporting them. We should go in and find every single one of them and deport them. But we could also be doing this. You take away all the incentives for them to come in the first place and all the systems they're using to take advantage of this country.

You do that and it solves this problem a lot quicker. Democrats and Republicans both know that. Every politician telling Christy Noem to resign is doing so for a simple reason. They want you to focus on the most insinient. and dumb political drama instead of the larger strategic picture. They don't want you asking like, okay, what systems can we actually put it? What systemic changes can we make that would actually solve this problem?

Because there are plenty. There are solutions, but they don't want to talk about that. I want Tom Tillis and Lisa Murkowski and Ilhan Omar all want basically the same. In response to Trump administration, which has already shown some signs of folding doesn't simply need to stand firm. They need to escalate the fight against illegal migrants in a strategic and sensible way. Treat them like any foreign invasion force, along with the deportations, cut off their supply lines. The IRS doesn't need their tax money. We need them to get out of the country. And if we stop focusing on lesbian agitators and deranged

ICU nurses who got what they were asking for, we can make that happen. Now let's get to our five headlines. Here's some good news from The Daily Wire. Former CNN anchor Don Lemon was arrested in Los Angeles on Thursday for allegedly violating the law for his role in an anti-ice protest at a Minnesota church earlier this month, as attorney say. A statement from Lemon's attorney, Abby Lowell said he was arrested by federal authorities on Thursday night while covering the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles. Don has been a journalist for 30 years and his Constitutional protected work in Minneapolis was no different than what he has always done. The First Amendment exists to protect journalists whose role it is to shine light on the truth and hold those in power accountable. There's no more important time for people like Don to be doing this work. That's the statement. Well, this is great news, and the case against Don Lemon is airtight.

He filmed himself committing felonies. That's it. There is no First Amendment excuse here. Lemon was not a neutral observer. He was not a journalist dispassion. documenting the events. His own words condemn him. He was very clearly on their side. That's not journalism. You're going along with them and cheering them on. That is not journalism. He was taking part in it. He was promoting it. He was defending it while it was happening.

The fact that he had a camera doesn't mean anything. There's no camera exception to federal law. He was basically what the left is arguing right now and what his lawyer is going to argue. you can't blame the lawyer. Like that's the lawyer's job. You've got to come to some excuse. But every Democrat right now and everyone on the left, they're doing the same thing. Basically, their argument is that if you're committing a crime, but you film it while you're doing it, then it doesn't count. Well, actually, there's no fine print that says that actually a crime isn't a crime if you film it.

Like if there was a, let's say there was a, I saw a group of people stealing a car. Okay. And I see it happening and I pull out my phone and I record it from a distance from the outside. And to document what is happening, right? You could argue that rather than recording, I should call the police or something. But let's just say that. I see someone stealing a car. I pull out my phone.

Oh my gosh, these people are stealing a car. Look at this. Well, in that case, nobody would say that I should be charged for helping to steal the car because, objectively, I didn't. Like, I didn't know this is going to happen. I was not involved in any way at all. I'm simply documenting it. Get into the ethics of documenting in these cases versus intervening or whatever, but you certainly can't say that I stole the car. But if I go with them, okay? If I, if I, if I, if I, if I, Let's follow the whole chain of events. If I know they're about to go steal a car and I go with them filming, and I get in the car with them as they're stealing it, hop in the back seat and drive away with them.

And on top of that, as I'm filming it, I am verbally affirming and encouraging everything they're doing. Well, in that case, no sane person would buy my excuse if I said, no, it was just a journalist. I'm just a journalist. I'm just an innocent journalist while I'm with them. Yeah, steal the car. Let's go. Get out of here. The cops are coming.

Nobody would buy that I'm a journalist. No, in that case, I'm as guilty as the thieves themselves because I am a thief. I'm taking part in the crime. And that's exactly what Don Lemon did. You know, Don Lemon falls into the latter category, not the former. He's not the guy who just happened to see this happen and takes out the camera. Oh, my gosh, look at what's going on. He was with them in the parking lot before they went in.

He's on camera talking about what they're about to do. And the whole time he's cheering it on. And so they have him dead to rights and that's it. Now, I will say one word of caution about this that I think is important is that this is a gamble. To arrest Don Lemon is a gamble. I think it's the right gamble to take. I fully support it. Clearly, I mean, I've been calling for him to be arrested since it happens.

I'm happy that he's arrested. He should be arrested. However, the caveat here is that you have to actually convict him and send him to prison. Okay. You must. because if you don't do that, then the whole thing is a net loss, big time. It's a loss for the good guys.

It's a win for Don Lemon and the bad guys. If you don't convict him and actually send him to prison for a considerable length of time. I mean, the Biden DOJ was going after 10-year prison sentences for face-act violations. That's what it should be.

Like a decade in prison. Because here's the problem. If you don't do that, let's say you don't get a conviction or you end up with a plea deal where he's on probation or something or he spends two days in jail, he pays a fine, whatever. Any scenario like that is a huge L, right? Because all that means is that, well, now Don Lemon is more famous than he's ever been. He's a martyr. He's more prominent than he ever was before. he'll probably get a job on cable news again, whereas before he was persona non grata.

Prior to this, Don Lemon had washed out of the cable news industry. He was hated by everybody, even on CNN, they all hated him. Everyone hated him. And he was irrelevant. Nobody watched his show. He was doing some YouTube show. And if you go look at the numbers, it's like nobody's watching. He's doing the show for nobody.

It's like, we barely even remember that he's alive, right? Prior to this, if you heard about Don Lemon, you said, oh, that guy's still alive? Oh, yeah, yeah, him. Okay. Well, now, he's more prominent than ever. And so if there's no real consequence, then it's just a win for him. Like, it's just great. If he doesn't have to go to jail for this, then this is fantastic for him.

This is a huge win. He's a martyr. He's more prominent. He's more famous. probably gets a job again. The only way to make it a win is for the reward to not be worth the cost. That's the only way.

And the other thing is you put him in prison, and even if he's only in prison for a few years, by the time he gets out, everyone's forgotten about this and nobody cares anymore. So at a minimum, you have to put him in prison until the point where the left has forgotten about him and moved on, which they will pretty quickly. And so then he spends time in prison,

he comes out and he's still irrelevant. You got to do that. So this is the first step. That's the caution against people on the right that are celebrating. It's not a win yet. Just making an arrest is not a win. You have to punish them. The arrest is not, an arrest by itself is not only not a punishment,

but it can be a reward for someone in a position like this if it is not followed by an actual punishment. So that's the word of caution. A man accused of attacking Representative Ilhan Omar during a town hall event on Tuesday, reportedly sprayed was believed to be apple cider vinegar on the the Congresswoman. Anthony James Casmerchak, 55, was seen on video lunging at O'Marr while spraying an unknown substance, and now we know that it's apple cider vinegar. By the way, Omar is very impressed with herself. She responded to somebody on X questioning why she didn't react differently if she thought it was a toxic substance. A lot of people are asking, like, if you thought it was a toxic substance, why didn't you seek medical attention or like at least

wash, like change your shirt, you know, wash your hands or something. And Ilhan responded to that, said, I didn't do any of those things because I fear losing my dignity more than I fear losing my life. Something you coward losers will never understand. So fuck off. Right. She fears losing her dignity. Well, too late for that, Ilhan.

You know, that went out the window when you married your brother, you freak. You're going to lose your dignity? You don't have any dignity to lose. Yeah, that went out the window when you use your position in Congress to enrich yourself exponentially. How are you a multimillionaire now, Ilhan? So you're dignity. You don't have any dignity. You despicable scum.

But also, it was apple cider vinegar, okay? Calm down, drama queen. This woman got sprayed with two teaspoons of salad dressing, and she's, like, acting like it was a death sentence. I do not fear death. She's doused with a thimble full of vinegar. I do not fear death. I fear no man. Okay.

And this whole thing is very weird. You know, I've already said that the fact the guy was arrested, the fact that it was done out in the open and we have the culprating custody would seem to negate the possibility of a hoax. Because that's not usually how leftists do their hoaxes. but at the same time so there is that a lot of people think it's a hoax and what I said when this first happened was I could I mean that's possible

but also isn't usually how the hoax is got I mean the guy they have them I mean he did it on camera and he's in jail right now so if it was a hoax it's like that's not usually with a hoax they would just say that the thing happened when it really didn't but at the same time, let's think about it. This guy, supposedly a right winger, even though apparently reportedly

based on reports on social media, he has far left kids. That's a report, like non-binary kids and all that kind of thing. I don't know how true that. That's the reports I've seen on social media. But he's a right winger, supposedly. He goes to an Ilhan Omar event. He's going to commit assault. He's prepared to go to jail. he's doing this on camera in front of everybody. He's going to spray her with something and accept the consequences. And he chooses apple, cider, vinegar. He chooses a substance that is safe, hygienic, and not only that, this is strangest of all,

he chooses a substance that is halal, right? It's morally permissible under Islamic law. I mean, what? Again, if you're going to take this step, if you're going to do something like this, which you shouldn't, you shouldn't do this. But if you are, like getting into the mindset of a guy who's going to do this, you know, you're saying yourself, I'm going to go spray a substance. I'm going to go to jail for the sake of spraying a substance on this liberal Democrat Muslim woman. Okay. I mean, it's already a deranged thing to do.

so it's hard to get into the mind of somebody like that. But what are the chances you reach for apple cider vinegar? What's even the point? And it's a tiny amount. It's like a syringe full. So you've chosen something that isn't harmful, isn't offensive. In fact, it's like healthy. And with that amount, I won't even like stain or clothing.

You're not even causing any kind of minor inconvenience here. So she won't even have to go to the dry cleaners after this. let alone the doctor, which is good. I don't want anyone to do anything harmful to Ilhan. I mean, she is a total scumbag and absolutely corrupt. But this is not the way to handle it. My point is that the motive just doesn't make any sense. It doesn't add up.

Now, granted, when you're trying to explain why someone did something, to quote Ilhan Omar about 9-11, some people did something. That's another real. Like Ilhan Omar wants us to treat this like a great tragedy. You don't even think 9-11 was a tragedy. Okay? Like she doesn't even think 9-11 was a big deal.

9-11 was, yeah, some people did some. Some people did something. 3,000 people died. And she gets some vinegar on a shirt. She wants us to, oh my gosh. What is the world coming to? Please. Sorry, no.

But if you're trying to explain something like this, Sometimes the explanation is just, well, they're crazy. This is where conspiracy theories, like, illegitimate, unreasonable conspiracy theories come out of this many times, like where sometimes like a crazy person just did something crazy. You know, that's sometimes the explanation. And that could be the case here. But it's the specificity of it.

Apple cider vinegar. I mean, it's almost like if I went to chat GPT and I said, give me a somewhat pungent substance that I can spray on a Muslim woman that won't be harmful to her in any way or unsafe or unhygienic and isn't offensive to her religious beliefs. If you type that into a prompt, it's like the first thing you would get is, well, apple cider vinegar. I mean, actually, I assume if you type that into chat GPT, what you would get is a lecture about why you shouldn't do that. But the point is that the apple cider vinegar is it so perfectly walks that line. And that's strange. Because you would think if you were a right-wing, like, attacker, that's not a line you'd be trying to walk.

The whole point of doing it is you're crossing the line. So, I don't know. Who knows? The other possibility, I mean, there's a few possibilities. One is that this was a genuine attack by some nutcase. who just decided to send himself to prison for no reason. It's possible that. There's the other possibility that plenty of conservatives have speculated about

that this was like a planned stunt by Ilhan Omar herself or her people. I think that's possible. But then the third possibility is that this was a leftist acting on his own to do a kind of false flag thing meant to elevate. Ilhan Omar and frame right-wingers sort of sacrificing himself in the in the cause that's also like these are all possibilities these are all possibilities and it always comes even aside from how bizarre the whole thing is well leftists lie about everything all the time they constantly do hoaxes and they're just extremely dishonest they have no moral qualms about lying like ends justify the means

Anyway, that is, whatever that was, that's Michelangelo compared to this in terms of artistic quality. The worst Marvel movie

is the Sistine Chapel compared to that. Transformers with Megan Foggles. is an artistic... It is a Beethoven symphony compared to what you just saw there. And like I said, it's what comes to mind, it looks weird, it's lifeless, and it's boring,

which is the worst of all worlds. I mean, if you're going to do something weird, it should at least be attention-grabbing. Like, weird should at least be on the level of a Barnum and Bailey freak show where you... It's weird, but you got to look at it because you sort of you gawk at it,

dumbfounded, disturbed. but instead it's weird and it puts me to sleep. Weird and dull. Worst possible thing it could be. Now, here's what I want to say about this. Everybody knows my take on AI art, which is that it isn't art by definition. But I really want to make this point.

And this is, I need people to understand this. Because what I hear from the AI apologists, the normal people who think that, This is a good thing that AI is taking over. In particular, using AI in art, using AI creatively, the people who think that that's good. Well, I want you to notice something. Who made that series that we just saw? The trailer we just saw.

Who made it? Well, the answer is actually no one made it because it was generated by an algorithm. But Darren Aronovsky is the guy behind it. Hollywood director, award-winning, very prominent, very wealthy, Hollywood film director. So for all the people, because this is the argument for AI in particular, the people that think that AI in art is a good thing, the argument is that it's going to, I've heard it's a million times now, it's going to take down Hollywood and it's going to democratize art. Now, everybody can get involved. Anyone can make art.

And so this is a great thing. Well, that's not going to happen. Okay, you're delusional. You are foolish. You're being stupid. Get your head out of the sand. That is not how this is going to work. First of all, democratizing art isn't really a goal that we should have.

Art is not a democracy and shouldn't be. Art should be about excellence and beauty. Democratizing art is leftist jargon. I hear this from conservatives now. It'll democratize art. Like, what are you? Do you realize that's exactly the reason they give for jamming every race and ethnicity into every movie and show and commercial now? Because they say, well, everyone has to be represented like art is a representative democracy or something when it isn't. But anyway, it won't do that, okay? It's not going to democratize anything. It will not bring down Hollywood. I got news for you.

Because all of the Hollywood studios and Hollywood filmmakers, they have AI too. And not only that, but they have better AI. They have more advanced AI, and they always will. However advanced, the AI is that you have access to as a normal person, they have AI that is a thousand times more advanced than that. So they can churn out, and even if they don't, put that aside, maybe we all have the same AI tools. Let's just imagine that that's the scenario. Doesn't matter. They can churn out more stuff.

They can do it faster. and most importantly, they have distribution. They own all the distribution channels. Let's say you generate an AI film on your laptop. Well, great, good for you. I mean, it's worthless, right? Like, why should anyone care to see some nonsense that an algorithm made for you? Like, if you come to me and say,

well, you want to see this AI film I made? No, I don't want to see it. You didn't make it. An algorithm made it. And by the way, in this fantasy, in this scenario, which maybe is not a fantasy, I'm sure eventually we'll be in a scenario. We can just generate a whole movie.

But in that scenario, I can generate my own movie. So there's no reason to watch yours. But regardless, how is anyone going to see it? You're not getting it into theaters. Okay, your AI laptop film, you think it's going to be in a theatrical release? You go to AMC theaters and say, hey, guys, look at this thing that my algorithm made on my laptop. You want to put it into theaters? No.

only Hollywood films get there, with rare exceptions. If you want to get a wide distribution in theaters, I mean, we got one with MRIC, very difficult to do. And we had to prove ourselves every step of the way with pre-sales on tickets. It's the only way we got a wide distribution. And even our wide distribution with the 13,400 theaters, nothing compared to the, you know,

two, three thousand theaters that the big blockbusters get. But we got it through pre-sales on tickets. Well, are you going to sell pre-sales on your AI film that you made? Are you going to get thousands of people to buy tickets ahead of time because they're so excited to see this thing your algorithm made. No. And maybe you say, well, it's the 21st century. Who cares about that?

We don't need theaters. Okay, fine. Well, what are you going to put it? You're going to put it on a streaming platform, your AI film? No. The Hollywood studios, they all have deals with the streaming platforms. You don't. And even if you do get it on a platform, which you won't, it's not going to be featured by

the algorithm. It's not going to make it onto the home screen. Like all the studio AI Slop will. So how is anyone willing to know that it's there? This great thing, a democratized art. It made it so I could press a button and generate a movie. Great. No one's going to see it. How are you going to market it? You're going to market your AI slot movie. You got to let people know it exists. Guess what? The movie studios, they already have hundreds of millions of dollars to spend on marketing their films. Very difficult to compete with. Believe me, again, I know from experience. Well, guess what?

Once AI cuts their production costs into a fraction, now they'll have billions of dollars to spend on marketing. Now you stand no chance. So maybe you see the point here. This is how it works. Like I'm telling you, this is how it works. AI will not democratize art. It will not mean that more people get to make art.

more people get to participate in creating movies and shows and all the rest of it. What it will mean, well, actually means that nobody will be making art anymore because AI is generating it, which means that there's no human actually doing it. But putting that aside, what this means is that fewer people will be making it. And if you can't see that, then I don't know what to tell you. If you can't see that what this means is that many fewer people will be involved in making art than ever were before, I don't know. Like, I don't know what, I don't know how else to explain it to you.

AI means all the animators are gone. It means the production crew is gone. Camera operators, sound guys, techs, everybody. All gone. Actors gone. Extra's gone. Everyone gone. It will be studio executives who will go from being very wealthy before AI.

to being very, very, very, very extremely wealthy. Maybe a few big name directors churning out this slop and churning it out faster than you can and getting it in front of more eyeballs than you ever can. And it will be just them and nobody else. That's what it's going to be. Okay? It just means that like 98% of the real human beings

who are right now involved in making art, making cinema, making films, 98% of them will be gone. And if you can look at that and say, we're democratizing art, then I don't know what the hell you're talking about. I don't know what you think democratizing even means. It's going to take down Hollywood.

You hear yourself? You think that the Hollywood executives are shaking in their boots about AI? No, they can't, they're racing to adopt this stuff. like I've said a million times. AI means that we're going to have, you know, it's going to make some people into billionaires and trillionaires, and it's going to absolutely screw almost everybody else. So, and to me it's like so clear that that's the case.

I don't know what else to say. Well, you know, I've been a big NFL apologist, sort of. You know, I'm not a fan of the corporate NFL, the business, but I'm a fan of the product on the field, the sported side. But corporate NFL, they really make it difficult sometimes. They really do. And now we have the Super Bowl coming up next week. We already know that they're going to have what's, you know,

Bugs Bunny or whatever's name is. Bad, what is it, Bad Bunny? Performing the halftime show in Spanish. I've seen reports that he plans to wear a dress in the performance. I don't know if that's true or not. Shaving up to be a grotesque display and certainly a very woke display because woke is not dead. Contrary up to reports, it's not dead.

I'm afraid to say. And now this from the Hollywood reporter. Here's the headline. Dar Man named NFL's Chief Kindness Officer as lead kicks off Super Bowl Creator Blitz. Chief kindness officer. CKO. Not exactly a standard corporate position, as far as I know. If it is, I'm surprised that no one's offered me that position in any organization.

I should be the Chief Kindness Officer. I mean, if I'm known for anything, if I'm known for anything, it's being kind. If I'm known for anything, it's my warmth and kindness. I think I'm really much more qualified for that position. But, you know, Darman got the position. I don't have the slightest clue who the hell that is, but he got it. Reading the article says, as the sports and media world converge on San Francisco Bay area next month for the Super Bowl, how the reporter has learned that the league will also be pushing to make the big game,

Like, this is gayer than a pride parade. The chief kindness

officer of the NFL has an initiative called be kind to your rival where you're encouraged to post nice things about the opposing team with hashtag, kindness wins big. Imagine explaining this to like an old school football fan. I'm trying to imagine going back, going back in time like 60 years to tell my grandfather about this. I actually never knew my grandfather on either side because they both died before I was born. But even so I'm trying to imagine going back 50 or 60 years, going to my grandfather watching like a Steelers game with his buddies in a room that reeks of tobacco and beer and saying, hey, the chief kindness officer has this fun new,

be kind to your rival campaign. You guys should say nice things about the opposing team. Because you know, hashtag kindness wins big. What do you say, gang? I think probably somebody would throw an ashtray directly at my head. I think they would look at me in total disgust and confusion and then fling an ashtray directly at my face. That's what I think probably would happen. And back in those days, the idea that football ever would become this effeminate just would not have entered their minds.

I don't think they'd be able to understand it. It's like unthinkable. But here we are. I'll read a little bit more. I'm honored to be appointed by the NFL as its chief kindness officer, says, man. I tell hopeful stories and the Super Bowl has always been more about about more than football

but I don't know any of these other people. And that goes to something I've talked about before. I mean, leaving the NFL aside for a moment, this goes back to the point that our culture is so hopelessly fractured. You've got these faux celebrities with millions of fans who nobody outside of their direct circle of fans has ever heard of.

Because fame has no, ripple anymore, beyond the immediate group of hardcore fans. You have, you know, you're a famous person, like by the numbers, numerically, you're a famous person because millions of people know who you are. If millions of people know who you are, then you count as famous. I think that probably qualifies. But it's like you have millions of people who are actual fans or, you know, depending on what world you're in, big time haters, whatever. But then outside of that, there's no like gravitational pull. It just dies off and like everyone else, they have no clue. No clue who you are. And, you know, it's not, it's like a celestial body that, that has a, has a, you know, usually

it has a strong gravitational pull. And then as you go out farther and farther, the gravitational pull weakens, but it's still there. And now, uh, there's just none of that. It's like once you get outside the, the, once you get outside of the kind of inner ring, the moon circling, the thing, it just disappears completely. And, uh, And that's because there's no shared culture. There's no monoculture. Everyone lives inside their own little bubble. And to everyone else, if you're not in that bubble, it's a foreign world.

You never even heard of any of this stuff. But more of the point, you know, you hear about all this stuff the NFL is doing, Chief Kindness Officer, Be Kind to Your Arrival, bringing in all these YouTubers, half-time show with the cross-dressing Hispanic guy. And, of course, the first question that comes in mind is, who is this for? I mean, really, who is it for? It's definitely not for football fans. It's not for actual fans of the game.

That's certain. And the answer is obvious. It's no big mystery. It's all for women. That's what it's for. That's what all this is for. It's for women. Be kind to your right.

Chief kindness officer. Now, I don't know how appealing it'll be to most women, but it cannot be meant for anyone but women. There's zero chance. There's no man on the planet. You have zero chance of appealing to any man at all with this. So it's all for women. And pretty much everything the NFL does now at the corporate level is for women.

Even most of the rule changes on the field, most of the things they do, they change the rules in some way. They tweak the rules every single year and almost always making the product worse. But it's all for women because it's designed to make the game less violent, less aggressive. That's what it's about. And it's for women. And you notice it's only ever goes one way. Like you never see any feminine things being masculinized for the sake of men. It's only ever masculine things being feminized.

It never goes the other way. And that doesn't mean that men are not intruding in women's spaces. We know that happens. Over the years, we've talked about it so many times. But you think about how that works. Like when a man intrudes in a woman's space on a woman's team in her locker room, he has to pretend that he is a woman. to do it. So men intrude into women's spaces by pretending that they are women, which is bad.

I think everyone knows my stance on that. I think it's very bad. But when women intrude into men's spaces, they don't do it by pretending that they're men, for the most part. They do it by forcing the men's space to become a woman's space. So they don't masculize themselves. They feminize the space. Men try to feminize themselves to access women's spaces. Women try to access men's spaces by feminizing the space. And the outrage, at least by conservatives, is almost exclusively focused on the men in women's spaces. But this other intrusion is also bad,

and you could argue it's many times worse. It's at least much more pervasive. That's no doubt about that. much more pervasive and, you know, it's at least just as bad. And, you know, because of the effect that it has. We're now all these spaces that were meant to be for men are just, like, gone. Like feminized into oblivion. With men intruding into women's spaces, you know, it's a more contained problem.

And the solution is like, okay, we just got, we need laws and policies. in many cases those have been put in place saying you can't be here because you're not a woman. That's how you solve that problem. The problem the other way is that these spaces have just been abolished.

Men's only spaces in many cases just don't exist anymore. They're just gone. Or they've been feminized into oblivion. And that's the thing. It's not to say that women should never watch football or whatever. Obviously, my wife will watch football with me. And she's not as invested in as

I am, but she'll watch it. Nothing wrong with that. But the thing that you're watching is for men inherently. Football is for men. It is for men. It is men performing it. It's men to do it. It's it's it's it is a violent. It's like everything about it fundamentally is meant to appeal to men. It is for men. Four men and by men. If football is not that, then it's not football anymore. And just like we call on men to respect the fact that, okay, this is a woman's space, you don't belong here. It should go the other way, too. This is a man's space. Again, it doesn't mean you can't watch.

It doesn't mean you can't enjoy it. But it's not for you. And so there shouldn't be changes made to appeal to you. That's the point. But, and it doesn't work anyway. You know, you can't make football feminine. That's not possible to do. all you can do is make it less interesting and more lame.

You can do that. So every attempt that they make to feminize football or any of these masculine things, all they really end up doing is because you can't. Like there's no version of football that's actually for women. It just doesn't exist. It just can't exist. So all you could do is make it less interesting. And that's what they're doing.

So, you know, they can't exceed and actually make. succeed in making it actually feminine. It's not going to stop them from trying, though. And the more they try, the more they ruin it.
