The conviction of Shiloh Hendricks, as we discussed at length on the show yesterday, marks the end of the First Amendment in the state of Minnesota. The right to free speech had a good run, but truth be told, its days were numbered, beginning with the first Bush administration when Africans were invited to flood into mostly white places like Minneapolis and Rochester. It was the administration of George H.W. Bush that first granted temporary protected status to Somalis on the theory that it would be inhumane to make Somalis a little bit of, among Somalis. I mean, think about that. It wasn't a natural disaster like an earthquake or a hurricane that led Somalis to get temporary protected status to live in this country. And definitely

no, it was the fact that Somalis are so primitive that they can't govern themselves. And then in one of the greatest acts of treason ever committed, this so-called temporary protected status was extended for more than 30 years, enough time for Somalis to transform many American neighborhoods into Mogadishu. And now Americans living in Minnesota have the same. speech rights as the typical Somali back home, which is to say they don't have free speech rights at all. If you say the N-word, if you voice your outrage and frustration with the state of your country in a vulgar way, then you'll be arrested and convicted. At the same time, there are some encouraging signs in the days after the clearly unconstitutional conviction of

Shiloheldricks that Americans will fight to reclaim their civil liberties in the face of this foreign invasion. Tens of thousands of additional dollars have flowed into Shiloh's Givesendgo fundraiser following her conviction. The fundraiser is now approaching one million dollars, which is extremely upsetting to the mainstream press, as you might imagine. They're realizing that this verdict, and indeed this whole trial, has gone over very poorly with the general public, and now they're scrambling to do damage control. So case in point, here's the headline of a Newsweek article from the other day. Quote, fundraiser for woman who called Autistic boy N-word surges after verdict. So the framing isn't exactly subtle. They don't mention what the

verdict was about because they know the verdict is indefensible. They also imply that she was convicted because of her behavior towards the child, which is not true. But they do mention that the poor boy is supposedly autistic and therefore it's horrible to use bad words in the presence of this child. Now, of course, every Somali child has an autism diagnosis. as Nick Shirley demonstrated, if there's one thing Somalis understand, it's how to rip off Medicaid to the tune of a billion dollars using phony autism claims. That's why the state of Minnesota alone, Medicaid payments for autism treatment increased from under $700,000 to over $342 million from 2018 to 2024.

That is an increase, if you do the math, of more than 50,000 percent. And if you try to visit these autism treatment centers, as we've seen, nobody's home. the sign on the wall is misspelled. And if there is anybody there, they'll threaten to have you arrested if you ask any questions. But let's assume for the sake of argument that Shiloh did, in fact, direct a bad word towards an autistic child, whatever that means. Let's assume that after this child stole her property, she briefly lost her temper and uttered a vulgarity. Now, why exactly would it be improper for Americans to raise money for her defense, given the fact that in this country, you're allowed to save vulgarities under the First Amendment.

Well, here's the explanation from Newsweek. A fundraiser for the Minnesota woman at the center of a viral playground confrontation involving an autistic black child has seen renewed support following her criminal trial verdict, with supporters continuing to donate and some leaving messages containing racist language. So the idea is that the fundraiser is bad because the people who are donating are racist. perhaps the state of Minnesota needs to kick down the doors of everybody who left a racist message on the give-send go, just to really send the message that the First Amendment doesn't exist anymore. Now, if there were indeed a lot of threatening anti-black racist message on the messages on the give-send go,

that would be arguably noteworthy. After all, we all saw the comments on the Carmelo Anthony fundraiser, where they celebrated the murder of a white teenager using very explicitly racist language against whites. Now, Newsweek didn't run any stories on those comments, but we all saw them, and they were noteworthy in that case, even if the media didn't take note of them. If something similar were happening in this case, then you know, you could imagine a scenario where it might be worth mentioning. So I took a look at the top comments on the fundraiser, which we'll put on the screen, you can see for yourself. I came across comments like Long Live Joan of Park, which is, you know, kind of clever, actually. And sorry, you have to go through this unconstitutional proceeding. Said another person, free speech for everybody, wrote another person.

Here's three more. Trial is a total sham. You said the magic word, Shiloh, the same word black folks use every day. Free speech is paramount. We must all defend it. Godspeed. Then there's this one with 20 likes. I'm giving you money to help you appeal a blatantly unconstitutional verdict.

I want you to appeal this ruling and fight it all the way to the Supreme Court, if that's what it takes. Then there's, please take them down with the appeal. And then there's never let the Marxists win and on and on. Now, all told, it seems like a very civilized comment section, actually remarkably coherent for a comment section. By common section standards, these are, you know, this is like a bunch of Shakespeare's writing their comments.

And one in which people were concerned about important abstract concepts like the freedom of speech, rather than race hatred. So I was curious what Newsweek was talking about when they said that the give-send-go was racist. And here's what the outlet came up with as examples of the racist messaging on the fundraising page. I'll read their article. A review of publicly visible comments on the fundraiser

found messages from supporters defending Hendricks, including comments such as fight for free speech alongside others containing racist remarks and attacks targeting racial groups. One donor wrote, long live America, get these foreign invaders out. So there you have it. According to Newsweek, Long Live America, get these foreign invaders out, is racist hate speech. Now, hundreds of thousands of foreigners can enter this country illegally, defraud us, harass us, steal from us, lower our quality of life in every respect, murder us, and we're racist if we call them what they are.

You know, it's not hard to see what's going on here. they don't want to stop with the prosecution of Shiloh Hendricks. They want to make it illegal for anybody, anywhere, to object to the illegal invasion of the United States. This is a top-down effort from some of the most influential activist groups and NGOs on the left. It's much bigger than one case in a park in Rochester. Now, one of the many elements of the Shilohenrics case that we didn't have time to mention yesterday is how the prosecution originated. This was not an isolated decision by one district attorney. It was the result of pressure from the the NAACP, which put out this statement shortly after the incident in the park went viral,

take a look at this. The NWACP actually wrote wrote out a list of all the charges that they wanted to see in the case, beginning with disorderly conduct. And their list of chart, now this is the NWACP, not a law enforcement organization, last time I checked, listing out the criminal charges that should be, that, that should be, should be placed. It also includes fifth degree assault, harassment slash stalking, bias motivated assault, child endangerment, and assault in the second degree, otherwise known as assault with a weapon. Did she have a weapon? No. Did she assault anybody? No, but N.AACP doesn't care. Now, if Shilohen-Hendricks had been convicted of all those charges, she'd have to spend at least 10 years in prison. That's what the NAACP was pushing for. They wanted this woman to go to prison for a

for saying a bad word. And really, it wasn't a pressure campaign at all. The NWACP was issuing orders, and the prosecutors felt compelled to follow orders, as they always do, and bring a criminal case as a result. As the independent journalist Tom Hennessey has found, the president of the Rochester NACP, a sub-Saharan African by the name of Wally Allegbidi,

good old down-home American name right there, there delivered a speech in which he demanded that Shiloh Hendricks be held accountable for the alleged trauma that she caused. He was upset that more charges were not forthcoming. Watch. Also want to thank the city attorney's office for your leadership in this. You know, we asked for a lot more charges that we felt were appropriate. They did their due diligence. And this is sort of where they landed that we're going to continue to pursue. And we're going to continue to pursue. And we We call on the county attorney's office to really look at everything they can do. There's a lot more than meets the eye.

There's something that I'm not going to share, but trauma was inflicted. And she continues to show no remorse, continues to try to fundraise and take advantage of this vulnerable child. And so accountability and justice is essential. I mean, that's why we all stand here. today to say that, you know, when you're traumatizing our children, any child, you need to be held accountable. Now, as for what he said in the clip, first of all, the child stole Shiloh's property. The fact that he has some fake diagnosis doesn't mean that he's allowed to steal from somebody in a park. And secondly, there's no evidence whatsoever that she inflicted trauma on the child,

as the jury found. If there had been any hint of evidence that the jury could have used, They would have returned a guilty verdict immediately for disorderly conduct against the child, but there was zero evidence, so they had to acquit. But more importantly, notice what he says at the end there. He says that anybody who traumatizes a child must be held accountable under the law. And of course, I would agree with that. Which is why we need to know exactly why Sharmiqi Bile Omar, the guy who shot the viral video of Shilohenrichs, and whose name I'm almost certainly mispronouncing,

and who repeatedly urged her to say the N-word on camera, fled to Somalia before this trial began, according to Tom Hennesse's reporting. Now, Sharmaiki is the guy on the right in this photograph. You can see him right there. And just weeks before he recorded the video of Shilohenrichs in the park, he was facing charges for, quote, third and fifth degree criminal sexual conduct

after being accused of raping a 16-year-old after offering her a place to stay. The charges related to criminal sexual conduct penetration of person under 18 years old using coercion and fifth degree criminal sexual conduct and non-consensual penetration dating back to January 20th, 2022. Okay, so what happened to those charges? Well, I mean, why was this guy free to walk around a playground after those kinds of charges? Well, according to a local news station, quote, the Olmsted County Attorney's Office dismissed charges against Muhammad Hussein Omer and Sharmaiki Bail Omar in March of 2025.

Court documents state that the case was dismissed in the interest of justice. Now, what does that mean exactly? Why would serious charges like this be dismissed in the interest of justice? In Minnesota, this is basically a catch-all provision. It means whatever prosecutors want it to mean, so we have no idea. It basically means that the prosecutors didn't think the case was fair for some reason. Maybe they didn't want to put another black criminal in prison because that would be racist, or maybe a witness decided not to testify. We don't know. We also don't know why this guy was at a playground, which really makes you think. There are very few things that will make me stop giving a business my money faster than calling them and getting absolutely nothing.

No answer, no callback, just the phone ringing into the void. And at that point, I assume one of two things. Either they've gone out of business or they don't actually want my business. Whatever the case, a dismissal for this particular reason, is not a dismissal. missile with prejudice, meaning prosecutors are free to bring the case again if they want to, or if a hypothetically a witness starts cooperating. So it's not quite a get out of jail free card. From Tom Hennessey's reporting, we know that the police report in this case seemed very thorough, including an exact address and very specific accusations. So it seems unlikely the case fell apart on the merits, although again, we don't know. Is it possible that Sharmaiki, the man at the center of the prosecution, fled the country?

in order to avoid further prosecution for these charges or maybe other similar charges? I don't know. This is a question that, to the best of my knowledge, has gone completely unanswered by local media, and the ramifications for Shiloh Hendrix's trial were clear because the guy with the cell phone recording fled to Somalia, she was not allowed to confront her accuser in court, which is her constitutional right. She wasn't able to question him on the stand as to whether he was raising money from the incident, as Hendricks' defense attorney believes to be the case.

Now, along the same lines, because Sharmaiki fled the country, we probably won't learn anything about how he obtained a commercial driver's license, allowing him to drive 18 wheelers. Yes, this guy, along with the Somali father who testified against Shilohenrich, Shire Jamali, has a CDL. This is footage that appears to be from one of Jamali's social media accounts. These are the kinds of people who are taking jobs from American truckers, total degenerates who lie on the stand, who harass white women and their children in the park,

and then in one case, flee the country before the trial. Again, the whole trial was a complete farce, and the more you look into it, the worse it gets. We actually spoke to Brian Caroleus, Shilohen's lawyer by phone, and he told us that when he went to Rochester to try this case, he was under the impression it would be a First Amendment case that would be taken seriously, because it is a serious First Amendment case. And he said upon arriving in Rochester, he noticed several things that were strange. First of all, many names in the police report were redacted, including the name of the Somali child in the park. And he didn't think that was a big deal at first. He expected he'd get the names eventually and that they weren't relevant. But the names were not disclosed even through pretrial proceedings. He emailed the prosecutor over the weekend before the trial saying, am I missing something? I still don't know who you're calling to testify. On Monday morning, the prosecutor asked to a the bench with a piece of paper containing the witness names. When the defense attempted to object, the judge blew up on Careleu's, not the prosecutors. The judge attacked the defense attorney

for attempting to try the case through the media, which made no sense because the objection took place in the courtroom. And the judge then brought everyone back in chambers and accused Carolus of grandstanding. But the judge also privately acknowledged that she had ordered the prosecution to hand over a witness list the week prior when the trial began. In other words, even the liberal judge, who was clearly biased against the defense, admitted that the prosecutors were playing games. So when you take all this together, along with all the problems we outlined in detail yesterday, this is a case that needs to go to the Supreme Court, and it needs to end with a clear ruling that the fighting words doctrine is unconstitutional. People are allowed to say whatever they want

in this country, unless they make an explicit threat of violence that would make a reasonable person fear for the life. That's the line. Slurs do not qualify. You know, having an opinion. You can have whatever opinion. This is America. If the First Amendment means anything, it means that you can have whatever opinion you want. You can express your opinion. And if your opinion is insulting or vulgar, well, that's the way it goes. Objecting to Democrats' open border agenda does not qualify as, you know, making a threat, period. Arresting America. American citizens for exercising their constitutional right to freedom of speech is an act of treason, and anyone involved in these prosecutions belongs in prison. That's what actually should happen.

This is not just an academic legal debate. As you've probably noticed, this explicit effort to quash free speech is not confined, of course, to one park in Rochester. Wherever you find leftist women and low testosterone men in position to power, you'll notice that constitutional rights are being suspended, particularly the First Amendment. This has happened. everywhere. The judge in the Shilohenrich's case is just one example among many. Consider this recent video out of Fort Worth, Texas, for example, if you haven't seen it. So the Fort Worth Police Department has acknowledged that the footage is real and they say they're going to retrain their officers on the First Amendment. But in this video here, you see that they ticketed Christian

preachers for offensive speech. Watch. The ordinance means like music, not talking. If someone is offended by your talking, then we have a problem. That is a constitutional violation of our rights. If you shut us down for the content of our speech. No, if they are offended by your speech, okay, then I'll all right you to take it and we'll go from there. Wait, you're going to take us for offensive speech? Yes, absolutely.

Are you serious? Speech. You're going to cite us for offensive speech. Yes, it's called disorderly conduct. Oh, whoa. No, no, no. Disordinary conduct has to be accompanied by conduct. This is the conduct.

I'm a retired police officer. For who? 26 years. Federal law enforcement. So it's federal. So this is nothing to do with local. Wow. Do whatever you don't need to do.

Do whatever you don't need to do. Whatever it says 80 decibels. Wow. So I just want to clarify. So I just want to clarify, if anything has said that's offensive, you're going to write a ticket? If someone complains that your language

or what you're saying is offensive, Now, it's not just that the police officer doesn't understand the Constitution. She's so brazen about it that she's willing to say all of that out loud when she knows she's being recorded. If someone is offended by your talking, then we have a problem, the officer says. She's going to hand out tickets for offensive speech. And indeed she did. Last night, lives a TikTok obtained the citation that was given to the preachers for their offensive speech. you know, because female cops can just invent laws on the spot now.

It reads disorderly conduct noise. Again, it's the same fake charge they use to suspend the First Amendment rights of Shiloh Hendricks. It's egregious to the point that it's almost incomprehensible. How does this happen? How can any American, much less a trained police officer, lack a basic understanding of the Constitution and freedom of speech? I mean, it would have been unthinkable just a few decades ago. the inevitable result of a few things, starting with DEI hiring.

This woman almost certainly benefited from her gender when she was getting hired, just like the judge in the Shilohenrich's case, benefited when she was appointed. These are women who at best are qualified to volunteer at a local animal shelter or maybe work part-time at a preschool. Although I'd feel better if we kept them around animals instead of human children. But the point is they're not equipped mentally or otherwise for serious positions of authority. and to make matters worse throughout their entire lives, these women are encouraged to be narcissistic and self-obsessed. They're never held to account. They're never told they're wrong because anyone who

punishes them or contradicts them will be deemed sexist and their careers will be over. That's how we get women helicopter pilots flying into commercial airliners. It's how we get judges and police officers who don't understand anything about the law. They don't pause for a second to think, am I, Am I qualified? Oh, they lack any capacity for introspection. George Floyd-style riots across the country. This is happening right now. It's all because all because of the death of a lifelong felon named Corey Ruiz, who by all accounts was a degenerate and a menace to society. Ruiz had something like 12 felony convictions dating back to 2007. Those are convictions, not even just arrests in everything from robbery, strangulation, auto theft, assault. As reported by Andy No, Ruiz was also a deadbeat father. No surprise. I'm shocked by that. I'm surprised. You know, you see a guy like this. You expect that he'd be, you know, married, got three kids living at home, taking the kids to baseball practice on the weekends. I'm shocked that he's a deadbeat dad. Who could have thought? No, apparently he owed nearly $50,000 in child support at the time of his death. And like George Floyd, Ruiz died doing what he left, namely resisting arrest while committing multiple felonies. This is from, uh, Madison, Wisconsin. Watch. Horrifying video captured the moment a Wisconsin police officer fatally shot a man who authorities say

knifed him while resisting arrest. The chilling cell phone video from bystander Michael Dubeck starts off by showing three cops wrestling with the suspect in the middle of an intersection in Madison. As the man appears to collapse to the ground, one of the other officers is seen firing his gun three times at the suspect before a witness can be heard wailing no in the background. The disturbing clip appears to show blood pooling on the concrete surrounding the face-down suspect. According to Madison Police Chief John Patterson, bystander videos which circulated largely across social media since the July 22nd shooting, show an incomplete perspective of what happened. I will say that I'm aware of cell phone video that has been

shared and circulated online. Depicting this incident, I ask the community, recognize that there is other video that they have not seen that's not circulating online, that will be reviewed as a part of this investigation. Cops have been responding to calls that someone was trying to enter parked cars in the neighborhood. When the harrowing incident unfolded, Patterson said. The suspect fled on a bike through nearby backyards in an attempt to get away before officers intercepted him in the street. During a brief scuffle, cops say the man then pulled out a knife and injured the same police

officer who later shot the suspect. The officer who was described as a veteran cop has yet to be publicly identified. The suspect was identified as ex-con Corey Ruiz, who later died at a local hospital. The deadly incident has sparked fury in Madison, with protesters taken to the streets, as well as the site of the shooting. So to recap, he was trying to break into some cars, which is something he had a habit of doing. Then he ran from the police and resisted arrest, which he also had a habit of doing. This is a career felon who should have been rotting in a cell for the rest of his life. This is a guy who's never contributed anything worthwhile to society at any point in his life, just a total drain on everybody around him all the time. At the time of this incident,

he had just been released from a correctional institution in May on extended supervision for battery on a police officer, but he absconded. The police found him and yell at him to drop the knife several times. They attempt to deploy a taser. An officer's injured by a knife. The officers open fire and retrieve the knife from Ruiz's right hand. So this is maybe the least sympathetic case imaginable. Yet another case where the BLM martyr did everything in his power, literally everything he possibly could, to escalate the situation until deadly force was necessary. Okay. Okay. Oh, well, moving on. But instead we're supposed to be shocked by this turn of events and pretend that some grave injustice was done. Pretend that we're sad. Pretend that this is something really sad. Why is it sad exactly? And then we have the whaling bystanders, the bystanders who

immediately conclude that this was a cold-blooded murder, which they were going to literally no matter what happened, it doesn't matter. Now, I'll repeat the most important fact here. He was armed with a deadly weapon while resisting arrest and injured an officer with that deadly weapon before he was shot. That's it. That's the end of the analysis. But of course, none of the facts matter when there's a BLM martyr to christen. In fact, Ries's ex-girlfriend, Marjorie Ann Alamar, told NBC News, quote, there were many of the facts matter. There were many other ways that he could have been subdued, whether he had a knife or not. Now, you might expect, you know, that kind of brain-dead legal analysis from the kind of woman who would date a man like

Corey Ruiz, the kind of woman who spends her entire life bouncing from one abusive deadbeat to another, and yet we're supposed to see her as a victim rather than an active participant in and cause of her own dysfunctional life. The problem is that the inane position, Ms. Alamar just presented, is actually the official position of Ruiz's defense team, which includes a race hustler and Ben Crump disciple named the B-Ivary Lamar. And their defense, if you can call it that, is that the officer should have kept using the taser when Ruiz produced a knife. Never mind the fact that he was indeed hit with a taser before he was shot

and it didn't stop him from hurting the cops with the knife. The defense's position in defiance of all available evidence is that the taser alone would have been effective. And if the taser was not effective, then I guess the police officers just have to get stabbed. I guess they just have to offer themselves up

to be butchered at that point. That's according to the defense attorney. Watch. The facts are, did he make any type of aggressive movements? Did he threaten someone? Did he threaten officers? The answer is, I think, overwhelmingly no. I think that's what the evidence supports. Perhaps the taser was really,

The taser was reasonable. You know, she said taser, taser, taser, taser, they used it. They didn't even wait five seconds to see the effect that the taser had on court. Not five seconds. You got four officers. You've already tased a guy. Two people at least tased them. We have to wait on reports that confirm if there were more than two tasers.

But they never even waited to see the effect of it. Instead, they resort it to deadly force. Now, I guess the idea is that as they were getting stabbed, the officers were supposed to try to try to try. were supposed to try one more time with the taser. Even in the midst of actively being stabbed by a violent lunatic, the officers are supposed to refrain from using lethal force. They're supposed to willingly sacrifice their lives for the sake of keeping a criminal parasite alive.

That's the idea. If you remember during the 2020 election, they tried to run the exact same narrative with Jacob Blake, who was shot by police after he went into his car, grabbed a knife, and turned toward an officer. Blake had a warrant for domestic violence at the time. and police were on the scene because a woman called 911 to report yet another domestic incident in which Blake trespassed on her property and took her car keys. The police tried to taser

and didn't work. He grabbed a knife and threatened to stab the officers with it. And so the police defended themselves. In response, Kamala Harris said the police officer should be charged. She met with Blake's family and pretended that he was somehow a victim. Rites began almost immediately in Kenosha, destroying tens of millions of dollars worth of property, mostly small businesses. Kyle Rittenhouse attempted to defend some of the businesses when the mob attacked him at which time the local government tried to ruin his life. It was a perverse episode, by far one of the most disturbing cases in modern American political history. And now Democrats are trying to do the exact same thing with a very similar fake narrative once again. The protests and riots are ramping up because it's an election year and Democrats were looking for an excuse to terrorize the public.

And to that end, in addition to swarming the streets and blocking the traffic, leftists just took over the stage at a concert at the state capital. Watch. Again, it's very similar, as we've seen. It's very similar to 2020. The barbarians are running rampant, shutting down everyday life because they're communists, and that's what communists do. Bitter people who are furious that other people have normal lives and they don't. And other people are happy and they aren't. They can't tolerate it. and weak people are giving the communists exactly what they want. The Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra has reportedly just canceled all the remaining concerts at the Capitol for the year

because the Socialist Party in Madison has threatened to continue terrorizing the events, which, by the way, should prompt immediate action by the DOJ. The Wisconsin Socialist Party or DSA should be shut down as a terrorist group, and the leaders should be arrested. That's not hyperbole. It's how you need to handle something like this, but of course the DOJ, as usual, is doing nothing. And it's not just happening at the Capitol, to be clear. There are plenty more videos like this.

Riders are getting in people's faces while they're trying to eat dinner. They're shutting down small businesses and berating customers running the same playbook we saw from 2020. And once again, none of them are being routed up and thrown in prison. You see, if you're white, then police will arrest you for disorderly conduct when you say a bad word. But if you're a leftist, especially if you're not white, and you deliberately prevent people from going about their lives, harassing and accosting people and screaming at them,

nothing will happen to you. Just the other day, a deranged BLM leftist hijacked a press conference that was being run by the police chief of the Madison Police Department, John Patterson. He threatened several people in attendance. One protester held a sign saying, corrupt cops deserve to die too. The main agitator was screaming the entire time about capitalism and Zionism and so on. But the activist wasn't even detained, much less arrested. His skin was too dark for. disorderly conduct laws to apply to him, apparently. And instead, the police chief kept apologizing to the man and called him his friend. It's one of the most pathetic displays you'll ever see from American law enforcement.

Every single one of these officers should be terminated. Watch. Theness of trust in the city right now did not start. Well, we can shut this down. You can stop talking because we don't want to hear anything you've been saying. You're going to say the same thing you all say every time a black body gets shot down in this city. This is a corrupt city. That's right.

And it's certainly not threatening. And why is this happening? Well, because obviously the bum is black and the chief police is white. Because the Democrat Party needs another excuse to riot and intimidate American citizens with less than 100 days to go until the midterm election. Midterm election.

So will it work again? Probably it will. Actually, it'll probably be more effective this time as Democrats attempt to get another slate of socialist elected in positions of power. This illegal blockade has been erected in a state representative Francesca Hong's district, which isn't surprising because Francesca Hong is a socialist who wants to destroy the United States. And right now she has a very real chance of becoming Wisconsin's next governor. This is when New York Times quote, The race for governor is crowded with five candidates vying for the Democratic nomination. With less than three weeks to go before the election day,

the field is still in flux. An establishment frontrunner left the race this month after discovering campaign finance problems, and another candidate dropped out only to jump back in to receive a late endorsement from Mr. Evers. Then there's Ms. Francesca Hong, who is hurtled to the front of Democratic pack in polls with a platform that includes increasingly minimum wage to $20 an hour,

allowing local governments to raise income taxes on high earners and putting a freeze on the construction of new data centers. What could go wrong? Just force businesses to pay higher wages to people who don't deserve them. Tax the productive people until they flee the state. And for good measure, shut down the data centers completely. I mean, this is a side note, but the whole data center debate, as we've discussed, has completely lost all nuance, of course. there are serious criticisms and concerns related to the data centers, which we've outlined, just as like there are plenty of serious criticisms and concerns related to AI generally, which we've discussed many times. But that doesn't mean that we should just abolish AI outright, nor can we,

or ban literally all data centers across the board. I mean, keep in mind that many of the data center hazards you see on TikTok, data center is turning people's water, orange, or whatever. A lot of that stuff is completely fabricated. And meanwhile, people have no problem with cell towers that emit massive amounts of radiation, which is interesting. Put simply, Francesca Hong, like every other communist, wants to sabotage the United States. And she's happy to take advantage of every mass hysteria and every false narrative in order to achieve that end. So she'll jump on hysteria over data centers, just like she'll push the false narrative about Corey Ruiz or anything else.

Democrats are intent on bringing back the greatest hits of the BLM summer of 2020, except this time they've come prepared with candidates who are far more intelligent. relatively speaking, and therefore more dangerous than Kamala Harris or Joe Biden. For all their many faults, Kamala Harris and Joe Biden wore at least empty suits. They didn't have the mental competence to actually do anything, so they let deep state bureaucrats run the government. And the Secret Service, which incidentally allowed Donald Trump to get shot in the head right before he was nominated. Now, was that a catastrophe for the country? Yes, it was. But the current crop of Democrats running across the country right now are much worse.

And it's not even close. I mean, unlike Kamala, these people aren't running for office so they can just hang out with Queen Latifah while their underlings run rampant. These people are running for office so they can dismantle the United States piece by piece until there's nothing left. And they're very explicit about that. And they're smart enough to know that most Americans don't support them, which is why they won't stop with Shilohenrics. They understand that the First Amendment poses the greatest threat to their ambitions with the Second Amendment, you know, close behind it. And that's why the Shilohenrich's case is the most important free speech case of the generation. It's why we need to overturn it

and begin civil rights investigations into everybody responsible. As events in Minnesota and Wisconsin have now demonstrated, the left is now fully committed to destroying their political opponents as quickly and ruthlessly and efficiently as possible. While we still have control over the government, allegedly, we have no choice but to respond in kind. When the chief of police is surrendering on camera to a raving lunatic because of his skin color, it's time for the federal government to step in,

to assume control, to shut down the socialist parties that are engaging in domestic terrorism, and to ensure that the civil liberties of every American are protected. Wisconsin and Minnesota have made it clear that they need some adult supervision. And for once in the modern history of the conservative movement, we should give it to them.
