There aren't many organizations that can stay alive after burning millions of dollars and losing money every single year for decades. But that's because, you know, they have bombs and guns and direct access to all of our bank accounts. In the private sector, however, an organization typically has to start turning a profit at some point. And sports leagues in

particular have a tough time surviving when they constantly light cash on fire. Think of the ill-fated North American Soccer League, the Arena Football League, the XFL, even NFL Europe, which could have existed until the end of time with the funding coming from the actual NFL, eventually folded after about 15 years. Towards the end, they realized that only Germans were watching NFL Europe. So in a Hail Mary attempt to give viewers, they changed the name of the league to NFL Europa, since that's apparently what Germans call Europe. But even this clever little stratagem didn't save the day. The operation folded soon afterwards. At a certain point, unpopular leagues that lose money die, and everybody moves on with their lives,

and it's fine. That's usually how these things go. The WMBA, however, stands as a loan exception for this well-established pattern. Despite incurring average losses of $10 million a year since its first game in 1997, this abject failure of a league has somehow continued to exist in defiance of the laws of physics. The WMBA has never turned to profit, not one single year in its entire history. Even today, as it generates more revenue than ever and gets more attention than ever, thanks almost entirely to one player, it still loses money. Actually, that negative $10 million year figure is from 2018. And in recent years, as the WMBA's revenue has trended up, the losses have multiplied many times over. So today, the league loses something like 40 or 50

million a year. Its total cumulative losses stood at $200 million in 2018, so today that number must be double that or more. It survives as a money pit because its sugar daddy, the NBA, keeps it afloat. The WMBA is truly the welfare queen of the sports industry, and the NBA still somehow has evidently not lost patience with displays like this one from the WMBA's latest, quote-unquote, All-Star game. Watch. Stewart tips it alive. Williams from four-point range. Ty Young almost subbed them in when we're down by 11. She threw that up. She wanted to pass it.

John Quell up to 10 points. Howard takes it right back. What a pass from NECA. Asia Wilson can't finish it. Clark gives it underneath and then we'll see. You haven't isolated on Caitlin at all for a blow by yet. coming? Five seconds left in the third. Coppers jump. Not able to hit that one. Well, for those listening to the audio podcast, the footage there that we just played is exactly what you think. A slapstick spectacle. The ladies miss layups and dunks. They airball shots from 20 feet out. They send balls clunking off the backboard. And this is the All-Star game,

remember. The WMBA All-Star game looks like that scene from Space Jam after the cartoon aliens zap all the athletic skill out of Charles Barkley and Patrick Ewing and Mugsy Bokes. It's kind of like that. You'll see more inspiring athletic performances at any random bowling alley on a Tuesday night than at the WMBA All-Star game. It's certainly clear that any decent boys high school basketball team in the country could destroy the best WMBA team, obviously, which is why Clay Travis just made this announcement, putting his money where his mouth is. quote, I'm upping my offer $10 million for a head-to-head basketball game between the defending WMBA champion Las Vegas Aces and a boys high school state title team of my choice.

If the Aces beat my team, I will give them $10 million. Now, there is precedent for this kind of exhibition match, and it ended precisely how you would expect. As we mentioned before, a few years ago, the U.S. women's national team, the World Cup champions at the time, lost by score of five to two to a youth team of 15 and 14 year old boys from Dallas in a scrimmage match. So it wasn't even close. The teenagers outplayed the women throughout the match. That's how you get to a five to two score, which counts as a blowout in soccer. And as you can see from the photos, even though they were much younger, the boys were a lot larger than the women's team. I mean, it's almost as if their biology gave them a massive advantage. And we all know that if a WMBA

team had to play a boys basketball team, it would be much worse. I mean, it would be a massacre so complete, so severe as to end in war crime charges against the boys team. That's how bad it would be. And the only success story the WMBA has had recently, really, is the rise of a single, straight white woman named, of course, Caitlin Clark, who has routinely embarrassed her mostly lesbian, mostly black rivals. She's the most bankable WNBA player in history by a huge margin. He's the only WMBA player that has ever had any real name recognition outside of the small and mysterious population of diehard WMBA fans. I mean, prior to Caitlin Clark, prior to her, a WMBA player had to go get themselves arrested

and imprisoned in Russia in order to garner any kind of national prominence. And yet Clark has managed to achieve fame and fortune in the WMBA without having to create any international incident to do it. And this fact is obviously torturous for most WMBA players and coaches and referees and officials who have clearly been engaging in a coordinated campaign to injure Clark on the court when they're not smearing her name in the press because it's a nightmare situation for, you know, for them. Someone finally comes along and attracts wider and positive attention to the league and it's a white girl. I mean, other WMBA players have been in a perpetual jealous rage over this fact for multiple. years now, ESPN commentators can hardly contain their seething contempt. And for the rest of us, you know, this is all very funny to watch. And that's why, to the extent that I've weighed in

on the WMBA over the past few years on rare occasion, it's mostly been to defend Caitlin Clark, who's clearly being targeted in large part because of her skin color. Clark, for a while, had not been a participant in her own humiliation or the humiliation of white female athletes in general. But that has changed. She's been trending in this direction for a while, but at this point it's clear to every reasonable observer that Caitlin Clark, I'm afraid, is a huge coward. First, she refused to say anything about the overt anti-white racism she's been subjected to, even as this abuse has intensified both on and off the court. Instead, she's done interviews in the media where she laments her, quote, white privilege and talks about the importance of, quote, elevating black women. Now, never mind the fact that a league consisting almost entirely a black woman has been propped up and kept afloat for 30 years artificially just to make them feel good about themselves.

Is that not enough elevation? Apparently not. Black women also make up a hugely disproportionate number of welfare recipients and government employees. They are also favored by every affirmative action in DEI policy at every institution in America and have been for decades. I mean, there is no group in history. This is just a fact. There's no group of history, no group in the history of this country that has been more thoroughly and more artificially elevated than black women. And yet apparently they need even more elevation, according to Caitlin Clark.

And more recently, Clark has punted on the question of whether males should be allowed to compete against females, which is to say Clark has no backbone whatsoever. And we'll get in some detail about that betrayal in a moment. But first, we should talk about Sophie Cunningham. another straight white female WMBA player who, unlike Clark, actually appears to have some guts and integrity. Cunningham recently became a high-profile target for the left after this profile in ESPN in which she refused to tow the line on gender ideology. So here's the relevant paragraph from ESPN with the key quote from Cunningham at the end, quote, you say she's a magabarby, as some corners of the internet have taken to calling her. projection, she says, because of what she looks like and where she's from. She'll weigh in on how to

protect women's sports, she says, because she's in that world and feels qualified to speak to that world. Quote, I got a lot of negative feedback about me hating trans, and I'm like, I never once said that, she says, I think that I'm here to extend love, but I also think with that love is truth and being honest, and I want to protect young girls in a locker room or young girls in sports who shouldn't have to go against biological men. So that's what she said. Now, you could quibble with, you know, some of the wording. For one thing, she uses the term biological men, which is redundant since all men are

biological men. There's no such thing as a non-biological man, which the term biological man would seem to imply. To the best of my knowledge, the term biological men was really popularized by conservatives who were trying to avoid getting banned on social media back in the dark old days. Platforms would ban you if you said that a, quote, trans woman was actually a man, so conservatives thought it would be safer to say that he's a biological man. In any event, the terminology was always unnecessary. It serves no purpose. At best, perhaps biological man

serves to sort of emphasize the point, kind of like referring to solid ground, even though the ground is solid by definition. But in practice, it just reads as a kind of equivocation. And we should reject it for that reason. But there's no need to get hung up on the semantics in this case, Sophie Cunningham is obviously sending the right message, one that 99% of the country agrees with, by the way, because you'd have to be a brainwashed LGBT activist to say anything else. And even the brainwashed LGBT activists, they also know that she's right, even if they never admit it. The entire reason we have separate sports leagues for women is that women cannot compete against men. If women could compete against men, then the separate league would not be necessary.

You know, women could just join the NBA or the NFL or whatever other popular sports league. All of those leagues except women. By the way, none of them have a policy banning women. You know, it's not like the NFL is the men's football league. It's just a football. It's a professional football league. Anyone can technically join. If any woman were ever skilled enough to compete against men at the highest level of any of those sports,

she would simply join the league that has all the men, but that has never happened in history because no woman in history has ever been capable of competing against men at that level. And that's why we have women's leagues. And it's why you, you know, if you allow men to compete in those leagues, obviously women will be completely shut out. But Cunningham deserves praise for taking this stance because predictably she's facing harassment because of it. She even drew the ire of this morbidly obese fan who held up a little bit of a little bit of

a sign reading, I didn't think I could dislike anyone more than Clark. Congrats Cunningham. Now, realistically, we can assume that this woman dislikes both Clark and Cunningham solely because they both have a BMI somewhere south of 70. But more to the point, like Caitlin Clark before her, Cunningham is also taking a lot of physical hits, hits to the face. And then she's getting called for a foul on top of that. So she's getting physically assaulted and blamed for it. So here's a clip narrated apparently by Dave Portnoy. Watch. How about our WMBA refs? This is just a defensive foul. Thank you for the review. Just a defensive foul.

No hostile act. Just a foul on Sophie Cuttingham. They call that a foul on Sophie cutting him. She's got 14 of her teeth on the ground. That's a defensive foul. And they reviewed it for I lost that elect. Yeah, Sophie's saying, hey, I just got my jaw broke. Is this a political stance? You just took 14 to my teeth. Just, yeah, quiet, Sophie, no big deal. A defensive foul.

Let's watch this one more time. This is on Sophie? Uh, no, I don't think so. No, I don't think so. Elbow to the jaw, a 14 teeth gone. That's offensive. Uh, bra. Yeah, Sophie.

You got your face knocked in. We see it. So I guess the foul is that Sophie Cunningham threw her face into the other player's elbow. She fouled the player's elbow with her face. And the instant replay review really sells it. As Portnoy says, it's a very sick league. These people are perverse. So needless to say, Cunningham has attracted a lot of hate because of her position.

And that's not surprising. Gender ideology is the emperor has no clothes. of our generation. Nobody believes in it. Nobody thinks it's true. Nobody can defend it. Everybody knows it's insane. It survives only through emotional blackmail and intimidation and violence and fear. And indeed, the left-wing activists in the media are already descending on Cunningham for her remarks, demanding that she explain herself. And to her credit, up to this point, she's not backing down. Watch. On that same vein in that story with ESPN, you talked about wanting to young girls who shouldn't have to go against biological men.

Just can you expand your viewpoint on that? I mean, I think I said what I said. I think it's kind of common sense. And I think I'll always believe in that. I think it's really important to protect children. And that's little girls who are also involved in that category. And so I stand on what I said and I always believe that. Do you see your advocacy on that, like taking any form going forward?

You know, I don't know. I didn't, I'm not a very political person, but I do have beliefs. have beliefs, I have morals, and I'll always stand on those and be true to who I am. And I think people are going to take it how they want to take it, but I've never even really said anything about that. And so when it comes just to protecting young girls in sport and women in sport, I feel very strongly about that. I think that's why you have Title IX. That's why you have some of the grades in women's sports. If Title IX and women's sports weren't protected, then you wouldn't hear about any type of women in sport. And so I think in the future

it's just really important to protect. Do you think, I guess, on long and the line, like that it goes against perhaps, some people might say, hey, for the trans community, this could be something that could come back on us or be targeted against us. Like, how do you, I guess, view that sort of critique? You know, like I said, I extend love and I don't dislike anyone. Like, I think there's room for absolutely everyone here, and I think there's room to love everyone. And I truly think when you get people in the same room and you have conversations, you actually

have a lot in common with a lot in common with a lot of people. And so I'm there to love, but I'm also there to love biological women. And I think that there are rights that need to be protected. And like I said, I'm going to stand true to that. Can you expand on that the first question? Can you, you said men are men? Men should be in men's league, you know, men's leagues and not women's leagues. Can you expand on that? You said two plus two equals four. Can you expand on that? You said that two plus to actually the sum is four. Can you expand? Not really. What else you want me to say? Can I expand on it? I mean, it's a self-evident thing that I just said. Right? Like this wall over here exists. You see this wall? It exists. Oh, can you expand on that? No. Not really.

I mean, I could slam your head against the wall if you want more evidence. Like if you want, I mean, I could. If you really want more evidence, I could do that. But I can't really expand on it. And then we get the old some might say technique from these slimy reporters. The reporter claims some people might say, some people might say that the trans community, quote unquote, will be targeted because of what Sophie Cunningham said. This continues to be an enduring mythology on the left. Of course, trans ideology as a whole is a mythology. But also more specifically, the idea that trans identified people are being targeted in some way. That is not happening.

That has not happened like ever. As events over the past few years have clearly demonstrated trans-identified people are far more likely to do the targeting than to be targeted. But the implication, as always, is that we shouldn't tell the truth about human biology and basic fairness, because if we do tell the truth, the non-existent transgenocide will continue. Never mind the fact that transgenocide doesn't exist, or the fact that trans-identified people in virtually every single case are either killed by themselves or by police officers trying to stop a mass shooting or by a drug deal gone wrong. or by a black guy who, you know, thought his prostitute was really a woman or similar circumstances that have nothing to do with transphobia. It's a fiction that we're just supposed to accept on behalf of

this supposedly marginalized community, even as this marginalized community routinely victimizes everybody around them. And ESPN is one of the worst offenders in this regard in terms of, of course, pushing trans ideology and demonizing Cunningham for her remarks. In the middle of a game, their announcers imply that Cunningham is hateful because she doesn't support so-called trans children. And for contrast, the announcers praised Cheryl Reeve, who apparently is the coach of something called the Minnesota Links, which I guess is a team. And they also told the audience to check out Reeves' remarks in which she attacked Cunningham. Listen to this. When we see Cheryl Reed wearing a shirt today in support of trans kids, trans kids belong on the shirt. This is in the

aftermath of Sophie Cunningham's recent comments. We actually saw Cheryl and Sophie's speaking at center court, pregame. And yesterday, Cheryl Reeves spent a lot of time talking at length with the media about this topic. I would encourage anyone to go and listen to Cheryl Reeves' comments, incredibly thoughtful, easy to find online, and just encourage anyone to go and listen. It's kind of remarkable to watch sports announcers advocate for the destruction of the sport that they're covering.

You know, that never gets old. All Cunningham said is that men, shouldn't play in women's sports and they're shaming her for it. They're deriding her for taking a position that will ensure the continued existence of the sport that they are employed to cover. And of course, for all their finger wagging at Cunningham, they don't actually address a single one of her arguments. Instead, they direct the audience to listen to Cheryl Reeves' brilliant insights. We were promised that her remarks were incredibly thoughtful. Now, I've been covering the trans issue for many years, as you know. I have never once heard a

trans activists say anything that could be considered even almost thoughtful, much less incredibly so. Any amount of thought or coherence or sanity at all from one of them would be incredible. And if this WMBA coach is the first advocate of trans ideology to string together an intelligible sentence, well, I want to hear it. I mean, this is a momentous occasion. So I went and pulled up those thoughtful comments, very eager to hear them, and here they are. In terms of my views, as I said last week, I come from a space of inclusion. And the narrative that I think that is problematic is to suggest that, number one, that transgender athletes are the biggest problem in women's sports.

And I think this is what's bothersome is that there's a faction of people in our country that are making this a massive issue. We have some issues. Number one, we need to protect trans kids. Every kid, to me, it's a human rights issue. Every kid has a right to schools. Regardless of gender diverse, transgender, every kid has the right to access.

Now, what gets nuanced is when you're beyond puberty, when you're an Olympic sport. when you're we have scholarships that sort of thing. That's where I say that common sense people get together and you find common ground to find a way to be inclusive. The answer isn't no. It is not the case that we have quote biological men in girls lockerers. The way it's being phrased, the innuendo there that somehow transgender women are predators of some kind in the locker room. There's a lot of narrative that is problematic that we need to address. There's, again, I want to go so detailed.

There's a lot of nuanced issues when it comes to science and hormone therapy, etc. I've chosen to educate myself about the space. I've chosen to listen to transgender families. And what I know is exclusion is not the answer. We've got to find the common ground and be inclusive. She doesn't want to go too deep. I don't want to go too deep. Yeah, this is really deep. Oh, man, that was deep. Whoa, man. That was deep. That was so deep. There you have it. Incredibly thoughtful. If by incredibly thoughtful, we mean a rambling, muddled, unintelligible clump of words vaguely strung together in the approximate shape of an English sentence, then sure, that was incredibly thoughtful. This is what passes for thoughtful, apparently. At no point does Reeve make anything resembling an actual argument. At no point does Reeve make anything resembling an actual argument. At no point does she address the fundamental point, the only point, which is that trans-identified males are males and that their self-identification, their perception of themselves, does not change their biological nature. She doesn't grapple with that problem, which is not actually a problem, or at least doesn't need to be a problem, but Reeve does say the word nuanced a lot.

Now, that's what the ESPN commentators were really impressed by. On the left, the way to, like, fool your comrades into thinking that you're saying something smart is just to throw the word nuanced around a lot. You don't have to actually make a nuanced argument or any argument at all. You just need to say that it's nuanced. Yes, well, you know, there's a lot of nuance. The thing about this issue is that it's nuanced. And the nuanced nature of these nuances is such that it creates nuance, which is very nuanced. And on top of that, I would only say that in addition to being nuanced, it's really quite nuanced when you consider all the nuances. Oh, you have to throw the word problematic into a lot.

Yeah, there's some narratives that are problematic, but there are nuances. There's problematic nuances. And there's nuances to the problems as well. You know, an answer like that essentially puts you on par with Aristotle in the mind of the typical leftist. But you can just imagine these leftists like ESPN copy, hearing that, and they're just blown away by the, they're just, wow. That's the smartest thing I've ever heard. Do you hear how many times she said the word nuance? She said it like 10 times.

But Reeve did manage to get one point across. Clearly, she is sure of this at least. She says, well, we definitely can't tell anyone no under any circumstances. The answer can't be no, she says, right? Well, actually, you know, the answer is indeed no sometimes. Very often, that's precisely what's necessary for an institution to function. You have to tell people who are wrong that they're wrong. you have to tell people who don't belong that they don't belong,

you have to say no. It's not an exaggeration to say that the existence of civilization itself depends on our willingness and ability to say no. If our civilization is destroyed, as Cheryl Reeves and her comrades would like to see, you could put her quote on its tombstone as an epitaph. Right? The epitaph of Western civilization will be, the answer isn't no. And I would kind of sum it up.

Nobody has a human right to play basketball against the opposite sex or to compel everyone else to participate in their confusion. That's absurd. Her whole response was reminiscent of the female CEO of NPR and Wikipedia who stated that our reverence for the truth might have become a distraction from our real goal, which is finding consensus. You might remember that. A woman who's running a news organization and who ran an online encyclopedia went on the record saying that the truth is, less important than reaching a popular consensus. What matters is not the truth. What matters is what most people, or at least what most people within the favored demographic groups, believe to be the truth, or want to be the truth. So Reeve starts out by saying that it's not a big

issue in women's sports to have men competing against women because there are other more important things to talk about, which is also a non-argument, of course. And it cuts the other way, too. I mean, if the issue isn't important, if it barely registers as an issue, then why do you care. Why are you talking about it? Why are you wearing that stupid shirt? I mean, as a matter of observable reality, men are indeed competing against women in various sports. But even if there was only one male trans-identifying athlete on the planet, it would still be critically important to affirm the reality of human biology. You know, the thing the other side doesn't understand or pretends not to understand is that this is not an argument about women's sports. It's not about that.

It's an argument about reality. It's an argument about truth, whether truth even exists, it does. And that's why it's crucial. We don't go along with the farcical fantasy of men pretending to be women and competing against women in women's sports. Now, the left understands this, of course. That's why they spent tens of millions of dollars every year on trans activism, even as they claim. that the right is obsessed with it. They understand very well that if they can suspend reality,

they can get away with anything they want. As the old saying goes, anyone who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities. As Cheryl Reeves' disastrous answer continues, it somehow gets even worse. And remember, this was a response that ESPN was head over heels in love with. And she states that, quote, every kid has a right to sports, regardless of gender diversity,

transgender, every kid has the right to access. Yes, a right to sports. Yes, I believe that's a paraphrase of the Declaration of Independence, isn't it? We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal, that they're endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights. Among these are life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, and sports. Right, isn't that in there? It's right in that document.

But I wonder, how does this right to sports work exactly? I mean, do I have the right to play any sport I want? Do I have the right to access any league I want? What if I want to go play professional tennis? Despite the fact that I have zero tennis skill, I don't know the rules. I don't even know how scoring works in tennis, to be honest with you. I'm still confused. Do I have the right?

Now, ironically, of course, this right to sports idea, though ridiculous, works against the position she's trying to defend. If women have the right to play sports, then allowing men into their leagues would destroy that right because it would destroy the leagues. So even if you think that she's correct about this mystical right to sports, which doesn't exist, by the way, it does nothing to answer the question of where these kids should play. the Boys League or the Girls League. Nobody's actually trying to stop trans kids, quote, unquote, from playing sports. The point is that they should be required to follow the same rules as everybody else and play in the league that is aligned with their biology, like everybody else. And by the way, why are we even talking about trans, quote unquote, trans kids?

Like, notice how trans activists, they want every debate about the sports subject to focus on kids. Right? So it's very interesting. If the debate is about sports, they only want to talk about quote-unquote trans kids. If the debate is about surgical procedures and medical procedures and pills and castration, then they only want to talk about adults. That's interesting. That's because even they feel ridiculous defending the right of full-grown adult males to compete in female sports. Even they feel ridiculous doing that.

Instead, they want the whole sport discussion to center around nine-year-olds, even though their position is, of course, no more defensible with respect to nine-year-olds than it is with 29-year-olds. I truly don't know how anyone can watch that clip and find it remotely coherent, much less compelling, but it gets ESPN's stamp of approval. And through it all, Reeve is, of course, extraordinarily pompous and narcissistic, saying she had taken the opportunity to educate people on this issue. and predictably all the other WMBA coaches are lining up also to push this narrative and push the message. Here's a woman who's apparently the Golden State Valkyries coach, which is another team that exists, I guess.

And her name is Natalie Nakes. And here's what she says. I think just in terms of how I'm seeing it is, if I can, get answer with like for me sports sports is about belonging it's about inclusivity it's about allowing everyone to be their authentic self you know I'm big on that just because I have been criticized for my height for my ethnicity I've been in those you shouldn't belong here many times and for me I don't want that space especially Golden State to ever feel like that so I'm all about women little girls deserving to play, and that includes trans women.

So I'm all about inclusivity. Really? Really? Someone told you you don't? Many times you've been told you don't belong in the sport because of your ethnicity, because you're Asian. Really? Name one time.

Name one person who told you that. That has never happened once. I mean, you guys know that, right? That's never happened one time. She wants us to imagine. She's a WMBA coach in, where was this? In California? I don't even know.

She's showing up to the, and we're supposed to imagine that there are people in women's basketball like, hey, you don't belong here. Hey, there's no Asians belong here. Get out. You don't belong here. We don't want your kind around here. Yeah, I'm sure. I'm sure that happens all the time. Many times that's happened.

Oh, right. I'm sure. You know, but she also says that sports is about belonging. It's about inclusivity, about letting everyone be their authentic self. Well, you know, no. See, actually, it's not about any of those things. Actually, that's not what sports are about at all. Actually, sports are about the opposite. Actually, it's about competition based on merit. You know, sports are rather explicitly about exclusivity, not inclusivity. If you want to know what sports look like when inclusivity is the priority and everybody belongs, and there's no judgment and there are no boundaries and there are no rules and like no one's keeping score. Go watch four-year-olds play t-ball. Everyone's included. Everyone is their authentic self, which generally means the players will sit down in the outfield and cry because they want a snack. It's all excruciating to watch for the parents in the audience. Like even if you have a kid there, I mean usually for these kid activities, at least if your kid is part of it, then it's,

it's like, you know, it's kind of cute to see your kid. But even with your kid there, it's just awful. I mean, no parent can endure T-ball for more than one year. It's just terrible. But it's okay, you know, if still basically pointless. I mean, T-ball has no point at all. They're not learning the game, so you might as well not do it. It's a total waste of time. But anyway, it's okay for kindergartners. Beyond that age, sports start to emphasize the competitive nature of the contest, and they become progressively more exclusive until you get to the highest levels where everything is designed precisely to include no one except the very best. And also, never mind, again, the irony of these speeches about inclusivity from WMBA coaches,

where they are beating the shit out of white players on the court like every night. It's the only professional league in existence where there's out in the open racial, race-based assaults happening. Okay? It's the only, it's the only professional sport in America this century where anything like that ever happens. And yet they're the ones we're getting these inclusivity speeches from. The coach also slips into yet another familiar non-argument for the pro trans side. They says, well, you know, other people have been subjected to discrimination and that was bad. And therefore, it's wrong to tell men that they can't transform into women and destroy female sports because one form of discrimination was bad, like the one that she suffered

from, which was actually totally imaginary, never happened. But therefore, all discrimination is bad. Now, in logic, this is called a non-sequitur, because, you know, in fact, contrary to what this woman is claiming, some forms of discrimination are good. Many forms of discrimination are good. They are necessary for society to function. You discriminate every single day of your life. You have to. discriminating just means selecting one thing over another. That's discrimination. Airlines discriminate against blind pilots, or at least they used to, because blind pilots would endanger everybody on the plane, rather. Blood banks discriminate against people with diseases because their blood could infect other people. Hospitals discriminate against surgeons with no hands because surgeons with no hands

can't perform surgery. And by the same token, female sports leagues should discreet. against men because otherwise women will be unable to compete. That's why for all they're pandering, the WMBA does not allow men into the league with, well, with one or two possible exceptions, they know it would destroy their product immediately. They won't admit that they're banning trans-identified athletes, but that's exactly what they're doing, and that's good policy, obviously. It's just so that they're being as cowardly as possible about it. They're lying. Now, it's not as if we're talking about throwing trans-identified athletes like off a cliff here, the solution is to tell them that they have to play with other members of their sex.

And that's because men are different from women at the chromosomal level. This is a fundamental biological reality. Everyone knows it's true. No one should have any issues saying it out loud. But Caitlin Clark, for her, this fundamental biological reality is actually a matter for leagues and governing bodies to figure out. It is a bureaucratic issue that has nothing to do with playing basketball apparently. And even though it's obviously relevant to the sport. So She's not interested. She doesn't want to talk about it. Watch. I think for us, like, you know, it's not really a discussion we really have in our locker room.

I think it's for leagues and the governing bodies to work with their athletes to find solutions. But our focus is on basketball, and that's what we talk about and how we can get wins. And obviously we didn't do that tonight. So you need to find an area to improving that way. Do you have any reaction to the... I just answered for you. Now, some of Caitlin Clark's fans have tried to defend this. rather staggering display of cowardice, they say that, well, Clark is just trying to stay focused on the game.

Oh, really? Then why was she doing interviews last year talking about white privilege and the need to elevate black women? Was that about staying focused on the game? No, we all know. She's afraid, and so she's not saying what is obviously true. And besides, as Caitlin Clark knows, she's one of the few athletes on the planet who can directly influence how leagues and governing bodies address this issue. She is uniquely positioned on this issue. Just saying one thing would have an enormous effect on this particular issue beyond what anyone else could ever do. And yet she refuses to. You know, the moment a few prominent, courageous athletes take a stand against this insanity, the bureaucrats will cave very quickly, but she's too cowardly to step out of line because

she might lose her endorsements or whatever. So she's happy to give an HR-approved answer. If you're a girl who wants to play basketball and you have to compete against men, well, then Caitlin Clark simply doesn't care. You know, she secured her contract. She doesn't care about you. There's no excuse for this cowardice. I mean, it's not hard to just say, hey, men are men and they should compete against other men.

That's it, done. No one is saying she should, like, do a podcast about it. No one's saying she should go into an hour-long monologue, okay? No one's saying that. takes less than 10, five seconds, five seconds. Just like, yeah, men should compete against other men. Done. That's it. That could be the one and only thing you ever say about it. It's not complicated. It's not complex. It is not, in fact, nuanced despite what lesbian NBA coaches might claim. It's very simple. The question can be answered quickly and firmly without need of further explanation.

And she refrained from providing that answer, which could have done a lot of good, purely out of fear. even though she is the most bankable star in the league, the only bankable star, in fact, they're not going to fire her. You know, she's not going to get cut from the team. She's as secure professionally as a person could possibly be, and yet she still chose to hide under her bed, cowering in fear. That's what happened. And there's a similar cowardice, of course, that affects major medical associations

and hospitals in this country. Really, it takes just one or two doctors to bring down entire gender clinics that abuse children. We saw that with Ethan Haim, who exposed Texas Children's Hospital for performing. gender mutilation procedures on children and was prosecuted by the Biden DOJ for it. And in the end, HAME 1. Texas Children's paid millions of dollars in a settlement with the DOJ, set up a detransition clinic, stopped butchering children. In the same vein, our reporting on Vanderbilt, where we caught them on tape saying the gender clinics were big moneymakers, led to the shutdown

of their youth gender clinic as well. Then it led to a historic Supreme Court case that upheld many more bans against these horrific procedures nationwide. It doesn't take much. It doesn't take much. And again, Caitlin Clark is uniquely positioned on the issue of women's sports. I don't think there's literally no one in the country who's better position than she is to have an enormous impact just by saying one thing. And even in other sports, it's become acceptable to talk about gender in reality-based terms. So here, for example, is Ariana Sambalanka discussing new plans for sex testing by the World Tennis Association. They're introducing mandatory one-time genetic sex testing for all play. to keep men out of tennis.

This is done with the cheek swab, so it's not invasive at all. It doesn't take very long. There's really no conceivable objection to it. Watch. Hi, the WTA recently announced that, you know, the players will take a one-time gender test. How do you feel about that? The first pro league to go in that direction? I think it's really important to keep the fairness in our tour,

and it's obviously the biologically, right? The men are way strong in the women. stronger the woman so I feel like it would be not really fair for the woman to compete against biological men so it's I believe it took them a little while to make the decision and yeah I I support it but for me I'm focusing on myself on my goals you know whatever it takes if they want to test us all I'm happy to do that it's pretty fair and let's keep it that way Again, this is the dominant way of thinking because it's the only sane way to address the issue.

When men are dressing up like women and daring you to test them, the solution isn't to throw up your hands and say, well, I guess we have to let men compete against women now. Just go ahead and test them, call their bluff. It's an objective standard that, you know, no one can dispute. And the WTA recognizes that. Because of all these victories and what they exposed to the general public, the pro-trans side has been defeated at every level, both culturally and politically, over the past few years. It's just been one loss after another. They are in total disarray. People who still list their pronouns and their bios are like artifacts now from a lost age.

Every poll shows that people don't want men and women's sports. When Kamala Harris defended taxpayer-funded sex changes for illegal aliens in prison, the Trump campaign immediately turned it into a devastating TV ad. It's one of the main reasons she lost the election. The trans cult is a massive liability at this point. No sane person would associate with them anymore. And yet, despite the total failure of the trans movement, a handful of female coaches and bureaucrats in the WMBA are still pushing the ideology.

They also have the support of sports journalists who are easily the dumbest people on the planet, even more so than other journalists, which is hard to pull off. And it's kind of hard to explain, at least on the surface. What explains why the WMBA is still holding on to this, holding on to trans ideology, even after it's been abandoned and defeated almost everywhere else? Well, the answer is that the WMBA is a microcosm showing what happens when an institution is run entirely by liberal women. You get dysfunction, failure, humiliation, squabbling, financial insolvency, and above all, stupidity. Now, the irony, as we've talked about, is that if the WMBA actually did allow men to compete, it would cease to exist as an organization immediately.

And this is the main hallmark of an institution run by liberal women, a total inability to perform even the most basic functions of self-preservation. This is why you can't let these kinds of people run your country or any institution within your country. Maybe you saw this video from the other day showing a young Spanish woman waving in the horde of foreign invaders from Morocco who are streaming into her country. She's the only woman in this footage. It's a horde of exclusively young male Africans, roughly 70,000 of them. them illegally entering a Spanish city with a total population of around 84,000. They very nearly outnumber the locals already. And this woman is thrilled by it. She's thrilled by the destruction of her town. It's going to make her life so much worse and more dangerous in every conceivable way. And she's happy about it. She doesn't care that Spain can't support these people.

She doesn't care that they have no legal right to be there. She doesn't care that these forms. She doesn't care that these foreigners are going to rape and murder countless victims in line with their rich cultural traditions. All she cares about is that it seems like the nice thing to do. If the military had opened fire on the barbarian horde storming into their country, well, that would have given her the ick. And we wouldn't want that. Education isn't just about collecting credits or getting a diploma. It's about developing skills, learning how to think, building the kind of character that's going to matter long after graduation. and promotion details. At some level, athletes like Caitlin Clark, recognize what's going on here back in the WMBA. That's why she clearly didn't want to answer the question from that reporter. She understands that trans ideology is all but dead as a cultural and political force. And just a few women with courage and integrity, women like Sophie Cunningham, could help put the final nail in the coffin. But unlike all of the people who've defended her over the years, Caitlin Clark has now decided that she'd rather have the approval of her peers,

as well as endorsement deals, instead of current. courage or integrity. There's a lesson there for conservatives who supported Clark based solely on the anti-white attacks that she was receiving. It's also a lesson for girls who looked up to Clark, only to discover that she's a coward who won't say a single word in their defense. The WMBA is an organization run by and compromised of or comprised of and compromised by liberal women.

And it's also a disaster. It is a self-parody, totally dysfunctional, incapable of. of even maintaining its own existence. To the extent the WMBA has any value at all from this point forward, it will be to present this educational example, albeit inadvertently, to everyone who's watching.

Unfortunately, that means only about 50 people will get the message, but the implosion is coming one way or another, and it's long overdue. And for those of us who've been fighting the gender cult for years now, it'll be yet another victory in a string of them, one that pushes trans ideology ever close, to the ash heap of history where it belongs.
